I have a bad experience with this super c. I buy the sauce spicy sauce. I buy many stuff and with 3 box of spicy sauce. When I go to pay at the cashier. The cashier don't say anything to me and she call the one guy I think he is supervisor to come to talk to me about the spicy sauce . When he come . He look very unhappy to me that I don't do anything to him. Then he said this sauce have limited 3. But I said I don't see any writhing that limited 3 on the paper and in store. And what he said to me is unbelievable. He said is my decision the limited 3. And I said you should write something to let people know. He still keep saying that with a bad attitude to me. And then he push the shopping cart and bring the sauce back to store. And I have a lot of stuff already scanned. I have the photo. I just want to let this guy know . The way he solved the problem is very wrong. If he come and said polite to me every thing is solved. I have a lot of this experience with another store. But first time that the supervisor do this way. Thanks

!!!HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I went to this store few days ago to collect my parcel and buy some stuff. I was very surprised about the extremely poor and bad customer services I was provided with. Ladies (three all together) within so called "customer services" was talking to me only in French, even I was approaching them only in English, and even them understanding it all, they kept answering all my questions only in French. I don't understand French and many people live here temporarily or permanently speaking only English (even it is mostly French community), but as far as I know it is often requested to swich quickly between these two languages, when talking to CUSTOMERS. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I am surely not willing to come there anymore and it lost all credibility in my eyes. I spoke to other local people about the unpleasant experience when I felt, as a customer, hugely undervalued, and was bothering unhelpful employees very much by my presence. !!!HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very bad customer service. Most cashier are students or immigrants. Not sure if they don't like their jobs or if they were not trained properly.. but when I went there, at the cashier, she never smile... like...troll face or something.. and when I requested bags... she trew the bags on the counter near my food.. .I was paying with my debit card and I thought she would "kind" enough to put the food in my bags meawhile my card was processing in order to go faster as their was a big line.. but noooooooooooooooooooo....... the black lady was like... " I don't care" attitude and I had to rush my stuff in the bags after I paid. The place looks "unclean" and some items looks "un-fresh". When I go in there, I don't feel comfortable. That's why I go to Maxi now. Cleaner, better reps , but sometimes more expensive. Well, "I don't mind" to pay more if the people knows how to smile at least.... Maxi is the best place to go friends.

The produce and meat section left much to be desired and the overall cleanliness of the store is average at best Since it's the only big grocery store in the area, they've seemed to get lazy on the upkeep Though it must be noted that they like most businesses are suffering short staff but really not because "nobody wants to work" rather nobody wants to earn starvation wages stocking shelves of food I'm sure if salaries went up, the store quality will too.

Overall good supermarket. Relatively clean and well stocked. Niche or specialty food items are lacking but then again this store is catered for the 99% of people looking for good everyday products. Only thing that is a bit of a hit-or-miss is the fresh produce. Some weeks they'll have an abundance of quality fruits and veggies while other times the quality will be severely lacking. This might also be a supply-chain issue though. Always good specials

They accuse people of stealing EMPTY beer bottles. I wish I had told them to call the police and file a false report. When the manager finally appeared as the employee was berating an elderly woman, they went to check security cameras and saw that the employee was either insane or racist or both. No apologies, nothing. The lady seemed rattled I hope she will not shop there again. I know I won't.

I went there today and to my surprise there wasn't much people and I found everything I wear looking for without any troubles and the line at the cash register went faster then I expected. For the Holiday season it is nice to be able to go to the grocery store without a big crowd inside. I also felt like the covid 19 restrictions are being followed very well and it is much appreciated.

Super clean and organized! They take proper hygiene precautions and actually limit capacity. Truly helpful staff. Prices on sales items are great, but I mostly go there for "boxed food" such as non perishables. Would definitely have to be selective, it's not one stop shopping (lacking organic selection and meat prices are high) But overall excellent experience

Fruits and veggies were fresh and they had loads of sales. I especially like the international row... Lots of different selections on hard to find items. I dont know about the staff how ever; I saw an employee drop a can while stocking shelves, instead of picking it up... He kicked it under the shelves. I find that lacking a little respect for his job.

Cheap grocery store that maintains a VERY high quality and diversity of produce. Meats are also good quality and very cheaply priced. I go out of my way to make a visit here because you don’t have to give up quality to shop cheap. Keep it up, folks! Everything is always so clean and organized and it’s clear people care about their work. Thanks!!

One of the best Super C to shop for grocery. Whoever has problem with this Super C surely has problem with their own way of living and attitude. I been living on Jarry and Pie9 for 10 years and do grocery at this Super C, I never ever had any issues. The staffs are friendly and helpful and products are well organized.

Look people.. Super C its a Super C, same prices same qualities of, food, alcohol, cleaning products........... BUT. The one's south shore very very clean and very easy to find what you are looking for. Today I went on boulevard Pie-ix, ITS A MESS. EVERYTHING EMPTY, VERY HARD TO FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR....

The prices are good and more often than not there are special deals that make you get the most for your dollars. Also, the staff here are very friendly and willing to help and answer your questions at all times. Please keep it up Super C!

Shopped here for 2 years, always ended-up regretting it. The staff in this place will treat you like garbage for no reason at all. Their selection of foreign products is really good, though, that's the only reason why I kept going back.

I just started coming here because of a recent move. It is small.... but conveniently close and as always has great weekly deals!!! Plus there is always parking close to the door lol. Peace out and pay it forward everybody!!!

Good prices but some products are going bad pretty soon in general! Must be sure you consume within a week/week and a half! Or choose what is at "normal" price! Otherwise good place for savings!

Not many choices for a lot of items. I bought arugula for 6$ the small pack to get home and find it half rotten... Hot peppers are super old...no choice for instant coffee :( etc etc....

Not really my favourite store, not too many goodies, i go only when they put their specials and for their good quality fruits. I m not too exited with their meat department.

I don't understand. Cashier at almost every cash and every single one of them were moving at the speed of molasses, only to move slower as the lines started to get longer.

Really a good place to shop for your groceries! Love the atmosphere and the variety of food products available for the customers. Always fresh and always at a good price!

If you can, avoid this store at all costs. The meat counters are always empty and absolutely filthy. I am surprised that this location manages to pass health inspections.

Good choices not as fresh as could be no one around to answer questions if you have any some articles lack pricing long lines for mid day however good services at cash

Getting a little tired at those "buy 2 for x$" deals but get only 1 for more than half of the deal. All grocery stores do it, it's annoying. Stop.

Only self checkout was open and and some of the stations had broken scales. The attendant was busy joking with people rather than helping out.

It's one of those maze stores. It's surprisingly pricey so not worth doing a huge shop here, just check out the flyer for the special offers.

The cashiers don't even interact with you, no "Hi" i had to read the amount of my purchase on the screen, didn't ask me if i needed a bag.

We couldn't visit the library because the long waiting line. Payment only online by credit card. Plane your visit. Maybe next time for us.

Cheaper than other stores, good variety and price tardes. Always have price drops and oportunities to sabe money. Very recomended
