The manager told me that it's my mistake that self service gave different price than the cashier, the item was scanned automatically 3.88, when I reported to the cashier who scanned the right price 2.88, the manager was very rude, he blamed me that it's my mistake that self service scanned different price and that it's not his problem, his own words, then he accepted to credit me the difference, in the beginning I would've accepted it but because he was so unprofessional and rude, I asked him for the full refund as the policy states, then he became angry and he screamed at me "you leave now or I will call the cops", I replied to him "please do, I'm going to wait for them, they won't take your side, there's witnesses and cameras plus you have a policy to respect", he called an employee who was very nice and understanding, went with me and scanned the item in self service and found out that it's scanning wrong price, he tried to explain it to the manager but his reply was if I wanted the full credit to return tomorrow to see the day manager. It wasn't a good way to treat a loyal customer, probably he turned my visit to be the last one, knowing that this store was one of my favorites and never had an issue before.

I've witnessed the downfall of this establishment since it was first inaugurated. The store is always lacking staff meaning that some sections are disorganized and messy but also this means that if you require any type of assistance there isn't enough people for you. I wanted some berry sour patch kids and decided to buy them because they were on sale, 2,47 to 2,29. I walk up to the self-checkout and it rings up to 2.49? I contact staff and they take multiple minutes to assist me. Conclusion, the lady at the self-checkout was nice enough to lower the price down to the promised but she wasn't smart enough to realize that any product with a mislabeled price has to be given for free to the costumer. I left without contesting the lady's decision since I didn't want to waste their time and act self-entilted.

After waiting patiently to pay for groceries after a technical issue with their system, the cashier was so rude to me. The price of an item was not the sale price. She insisted that the food company places price tags on their products. She did not know about the ‘exact price policy’ and refused to apply no charge to the item. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of waiting in line for long because of technical issues, I get attitude. I often find expired products. I am including photos of Selection brand salsa. One bottle expired in December 2021, another in April 2022, and June 2022. I often find boxes of dairy products outside of the refrigerator with no employee attending to it. It’s not worth grocery shopping here.

Great grocery store with a wide variety of gourmet items and food stuffs. There a good variety of fruits and vegetables but not always the freshest! April 2th 2022 I went to super c this afternoon, was very crowded but employee was helpful and smiley! Keep the good work. Update June 10th 2022 Today's weather was nice so I went to Super c I found as usual the pita at a good price! Vegetables and fruits are OVERPRICED the English cucumber was at good price like all hypermarkets this week.

Good location to get basic groceries done. The layout is good. The staff is nice and friendly. The inventory has a decent number of options. Although not very impressed with the produce section as the quality is okay and some of options, especially for organic are either not good or not available. It's open till 10 which is good in case you want to go for groceries on a weekday. Plenty of parking outside.

I'm giving 1 star too many. Should be 0. Dirty, dirty, dirty. When the specials come out on Thursdays, Don't go in the morning because the truck did not arrive. Don't go on Saturday afternoon as there is no more stock on the shelves. Even worst on Sundays. Just don't go... Complete waist on time... I'm hoping it's not the same for all the Super C's stores. Good luck to all customers...

Super C this is not the first time here, I understand this is a busy place but open more Cashier at peak hours.. there is only 2 cashier and the "libre-Service", 10-15 minutes line to buy couple stuff, there's not even a line for 12 articles and less.. change this please!! Otherwise good prices, I love Super C been to a lot of them!!

I'm not sure about this store. I didn't visit it enough. But l kept coming once to twice a week since a month to get the 10kg Robinhood flour but it's never there ( see picture. It's always empty like this). I had a raincheck l wanted to use but l give up. Why don't they put enough products?!

Regular supermarket where you can find all house groceries and different goodies needed for day to day consumption. Staff are helpful but not enthusiastic in welcoming and smiling to you. Sometimes, serious discounts are on, so you should follow their leaflet...;)

They have self-service machines but not enough saff to support customers. Greedy owners they save money and let customers do all work. I suggest they do training for their customers to use self-service machines and learn product codes LOL

This Super C needs a new management team at the high level. Don't get me wrong, the floor staff is amazing, but how come Maxi, which is a 100 M away, always has at least 4 cashiers with actual people, and is cheaper than this Super C on

Well i love to shop here. Often get incredible deals. However i must say that its staff is a bit unfriendly they all carry same expressionless faces …..no smiles … no greetings ,, just like robots

I came to get the 30 piece pack of eggs supposed to be $8.99...which is their regular price..i ended up taking home 36 pieces of eggs instead,for $7.50..

They sell organic tofu, but it passed 8 days of the date of best before. It's unbelievable that they sell like this food. So dispponted.

What a sketchy location. It's ok, but lacks staff. I was there for basics and probably the worst location for a FedEx pickup

Clean and organized. Not sure it is worth the price as compared to Maxi (dirty and messy) a few meters from this store.
