I rarely go to super C, and today by going I remember why. I asked a girl who was unpacking food where I can find gluten free bread and they told me “if they have”” it is in the bakery section, went to check. After that I asked a young man who was working there and he told me try row 2 or the bakery section, I browsed once more and was not able to find what I needed. I went to the cash and the girl at the cash called for a Sylvie who takes care of the bread section. Apparently she went home, I told the young blond girl at the cash I needed help and she got no one to help me and said If i would like to pay 1st and go check again I told her its okay I would go somewhere else. On my way out I decided to go once more inside to check for myself and could not find the glutem free bread, I AGAIN asked the young man who was next to the bakery section unpcking fruit (10 second walk) to help me. Instead of coming with me he pointed at the bakery section, this even after teling him I needed his help, I said “are you sure you carry or if you don’t I will look somewhere else” he said if we have it, its there and pointed at the whole section. Said “are you sure ?” he said “he doesnt know the bread lady left” ! WTF ?? Its not costco here, its a small Store the square foootage is small , you should know if you carry something and where it is located no? Why the lazyness? Why not go the extra mile when a customer asks for help? I mean, what does it take to drop what you are you doing , and assist a customer whos asks 4 times to 3 different people for help to come with the customer and give him a clear awnser ! i know its beau bon pas cher, and its not premium groceries but a lil customer servicd goes along way and this case no one was able to assist me, this place is minutes away and I will never go back here again or any other Super C again even if its convenient. Even though they have young adults working doesn't mean they can’t learn a bit of customer service ! Thanks for nothing!

Often doesn't have items from flyer. Fruit / veggie dept lacking a lot. The store was much better when it was a METRO it was cleaner, had better choices of produce, owner offered many services adapted to the economics situation of the area, one that is greatly missed was the Christmas saving acc't in store every week customers would deposit $ in their Christmas saving at the Metro. So when the time came to do your big Holidays grocery shopping, you already had the money saved at the store where it was safe and couldn't be used to buy other stuff in other store. This way you didn't have to worry at the last minute. Since you already started saving for it in September. It also had delivery, some SuperC have this service don't understand why this one doesn't. It's impossible to bring back your whole grocery back home by bus. So one has to take a taxi. I mainly use it as a convenience store. There are only 4 groceries in Rivière des Prairies one being the huge MaxiPlus superC being the smallest of the 4 and less clean one adding more customers friendly services would give them a boost.

Thursday the 25 of May at 8:00 am i was looking for sliced sour Dough or something similar in the bakery department , I asked a Latina clerc which was in back of me waiting for me to move so she can do her rotation of her breads , I moved I felt pushed to hurry and get out if her way , I asked her if she had more of this loaf I was holding in my hands cause the one I had , had expired. the look on her face was not to pretty ,unprofessional , 0 customer service ,no smile .she than answered I have frozen and continued her rotation . I left with no breads and a very unsatisfied experience!!!

the past 5 times I bought ground beef, it was sour in the next 2 days. had a replacement pack given to me, even that one (packaged on the same day and used 5 minutes after buying on a cold day) was foul smelling. I don't know what they do with the meat in the back, but I don't trust it. I must of wasted a total of 2h in terms of returns and talks with the ''manager''. Every employee is overwhelmed and expect to wait 10 minutes in a choke point at the only exit of the store, for any sort of manager to show up. also , don't think they'll do anything to accommodate.

This store has good fresh meat, haven't had a problem. Even the vegetables like broccoli salad, rapini were fresh. The prices are great! The employees are very nice, and kind. Especially the young blonde girl at the cash. Every time that I had her at the cash, she was so sweet, and just a very positive and happy person! Wish more stores would hire staff with great personalities, in customer service it's a must! Thank you for the great service ☺️

Except for the chaotic shopping cart system in front of the door,it's fine. However as for the amount of products like super NDG off of saint Jacques often I will drive the extra 45 minutes on.a Sunday. I wish RDP super c was as big and had same products as NDG. The employees at rdp and cleanse of environment and presentation of produce and groceries is excellent in my opinion

Have purchased ground beef multiple times from this store, and FIVE times the meat had gone sour. Returned the package in exchange for one made that day — The meat that was packaged the SAME DAY was also turned sour. Unacceptable. Had someone eaten this at the house, they would have gotten very sick. No longer shopping here.

Very small, fruits veggies not fresh they don't keep, items in flyer are missing mostly, not clean. Truly it was.much better.when it was a family owned Métro. They shouldn't have tramsformed it in a SuperC the local isn't big enough and can't be made larger. I mostly use it as a backup in emergency lile a large dépanneur.

Each time I go there to get a product on sale, there's nothing on shelves. A lot a time I find rotten fruits and vegetables. I don't know what's going on at that place but seem at other super C, they have the shelves stock at least when a new flyer begin. So don't waste your time at super C RDP!!

Not my first choice, bassically it's a depanneur ....with Meat.....lol....i prefer IGA ....this place has little variety...and it is a myth it stays open till 10 pm...they start booting you out at 9: 45....at least the super C in Place Bourassa has a bakery ...this one has stougats

I went in to buy an egg salad sandwhich. Looked around the store and couldn't find one. Decided to leave. They asked to look inside my bag. I guess if you go in and can't find what you're looking for get ready to be asked to have whatever you're carrying checked

Super C is always a favorite in my books. This one is good as well with great competitive prices but the produce isn't always the freshest so just keep on eye out on that. Also I've bought chicken premarinated a couple times but tasted like hotdogs np idea why

Prices are competitive. I didn't wait long at checkout. However, they don't seem as concerned about covid-19 prevention as the other grocery stores in the area (at the entrance, they had a self serve disinfectant spray bottle that was empty when I got there).

You can't beat the prices but you can question the selection... Some very strange items and also some very useful ones. The staff are friendly and the stores pretty clean. And more recently the shelves have been pretty empty...

I went to RDP location and it was fine I like going to Supper C for the soft drinks and ice cream one thing I would like to see them do is since Metro owns them if they can make it possible to accumulate and redeem their points

they have low staff all the time and this young girl who is in charge at night dosent do nothing u can have 10 people waiting at the cash n she always closes her cash, she's always talking n not working plus she's very rude

My wife and I have had several experiences where staff has been unprofessional or unhelpful, making shopping here unpleasant. Finally resolved to taking my businesses elsewhere.

Inexpensive but not much of a selection. That being said, we went on a Sunday, maybe its different during the week. Service was fast and friendly.
