LOW STOCK AND NOT WELCOMING I’ve been to many IGA and this was the worst one yet. It was a bad experience. Very small and cramped, not many selections and likewise low stock on most items. It’s more like buying snacks rather than fresh items. Staff. Just a shocking WOW of disappointment. When I placed the items on the table, the lady just gave a stare. Me and my friend was wondering what she wanted. Then we realized, she wanted us to move the items around for her to scan?! She IS the staff and this is part of her job? I never had ANY experience where I had to move EVERY single items ( around 10) around for the barcode to show to her for a staff to scan the barcode. Staff should be grabbing the items and scanning them! She was just holding the scanner lazily with one hand and scanning while the other hand just doing nothing lol. No hi, how are you. Just a face of “I don’t care about my job”. If you don’t want to be there and work, why are you even there? Worst experience I ever had in a convenience store especially IGA! They usually have great staff and this is by far the most disappointing service I’ve seen! Worst for any grocery store I’ve experienced lol. Never supporting this location ever or buying anything here. Was here feb 2 2022 around 8-10pm

Located in the heart of St. laurent boulevard, just in front of st laurent metro and bus station makes it so accessible to customers traveling by metro or bus. It is open every day, from 7am to 10 in the evening even during the labour day. This shop answers literally every grocery needs you might have. From fruits to sanitary products and different kind of drinks. There are two strong positive point about this store that makes it stand out. First, it has a lovely Starbucks so you can have your morning coffee-croissant so quick. Second, it has its own kitchen provides the store with delicious lunches, snacks and salads. Hope you have good experience there just like me.

Went there yesterday on a way home. Bought cantouloup cut and prepacked. Payed 5.66+ tax it was on nov 22 and package indicate it's good until nov.24. Came home opened and it's all slimy and smells bad. And my son didnt know he ate one piece . While he was chewing he was like what is it? I told him to spit out but was too late and yesterday night and this morning he had slight diarrhea!!!! Of couse I dont be going to this direction to bring it back and I didnt kept the recept but i will strongly advice not to buy food there.

After several visits I noticed that my small comment was really taken into consideration. The store care about its customer. IGA cashiers were very friendly and starbucks have a better service. The staff were having a long personal discussion without masks and in the middle of customers. I had to remind them about the social distance to be respected

Convenient location across from St Laurent Metro Station with a wide selection of grocery necessities for the size of this IGA express. Only downside: the convenience comes at a slight markup from regular grocery store prices. They also a great selection of ready-to-eat hot and cold meals and have saved me countless times when I've had no time to prepare food. The bakery selection that they have includes muffins that they make in house, and is much more economical than purchasing from cafés.

I stopped going here - i have never once successfully found items required to make a complete meal. For instance today - they rarely have .... vegetables/meat/dairy at the same time. If they do have onions its a bag of 6 ... at an IGA express ... like sell them individually like everything else. Its an extremely frustrating shopping experience - its an express with none of the essentials/basics ever in stock.

Im here because of the weird schedule. Something Starbucks have weird opening hours. You can enter and have a closed Starbucks and the following day is open at the same hour (talking the morning shift) sometimes the iga is close at 7 fews week ago. Not sure, but i never stable. Workers don't stay long ? Lack of staff ? Who knows. But yea i have 50/50 Chance to get coffee in morning xD

This smaller store, part of the well-known supermarket chain called IGA, is good for a quick visit and to purchase basics, but not as a place to do full scale grocery shopping. If you need to buy a carton of milk, a cookie, a sandwich or a beer, this is your place. You can be in and out in minutes, which is why they've added the word Express to its name.

Comme cela le dit, c'est vraiment express! Pas vraiment de choix, simplement pour dépanner. Plus cher que le IGA normal, donc beaucoup plus cher que toutes les épiceries. Bon service de prêt à manger! Poké bowl disponible! Faire attention aux prix, ils sont souvent mal étiquetté. Café Starbuck dans le fond. Bonne sélection de bière de microbrasseries.

Terrible.. I am not sure if it's due to covid or the staff and manager incompetent.. so there is 3 places where you can pay but only one working the Starbucks one so the kid behind the counter not only makes coffee for Starbucks customers he is also the guy for iga with that said if you wait in line be prepared to wait a while very very slow..

Convenient to have just across from the metro station for when you'd rather not carry a heavy item too far. The staff is excellent, and I have no problem with their trilingularity. Prices are the same as at other IGAs, though with no specials. I recommend it if you live in the area, or take the St. Laurent metro.

There’s Cafe Starbucks inside this IGA if you need a hit of caffeine any time of the day. Also, king sized ice creams you can buy for when it snows in Montreal in April with local brands produced in Ontario and available here. If you need maple syrup - it’s $4 a pop here vs $7 or so in the touristy places.

Between a convenient store and a small supermarket. It has a little of everything. Special mention to the local selection of beers; Great options. It's good if you need some urgent stuff or food ready to eat (even coffee) but for regular groceries, I'll go to my usual places to save money.

Very convenient location to grab some quick groceries. Has all the basics. Store is clean and new. Prices also seemed fair. It is cool to have open access to the Starbucks and YUZU poke inside the store as well. Self checkout is available. Recommend this spot.

Ce n'est plus un IGA depuis fin janvier, depuis vous pouvez y trouver des prix vraiment concurrentiels. Le directeur aime son métier et il a effectué beaucoup de changements afin de satisfaire les clients. Je vous recommande cette épicerie à 200%

Les caisses libre-service sont toujours hors fonction depuis environ 2 mois, toujours qu’une seule personne à la caisse, service execrable. Le patron est aussi desagreable que son magasin. C’est un depanneur, pas une epicerie.

Encore une épicerie figée dans les années 1990. Tout est emballé dans du plastique, pas juste de la pellicule de plastique, des contenants en plastique; sandwich, wrap, crudités.... Quel manque de vision et de leadership.

Très pratique, mais bien dommage que ce magasin sente en permanence le poulet / la friture. Tous les produits sont contaminés. C'est une infection olfactive. Il serait grand temps d'investir dans une hotte de qualité ;-)

Un géant dépanneur urbain simple et beau qu'on retrouve tout l'essentiel et la base , j'adore le fait qu'ils ont juste de produit frais et qu'ils sont ouvert tout les jours sans exception ! Belle équipe de travail !

The baristas and staff are really nice but management is horrible and treat the baristas and staff horribly. Management took down the pride flag because it was too "controversial." It's 2023. Grow.

Comme que c'est annoncé express dernière minute ou chercher de quoi vite trop étroit pour l'épicerie à faire avec le temps à améliorer mais ça prend une meilleure signalisation pour le situé

This is a very small store and has the feel of a Seven Eleven. There is very little choice and the prices are extremely high. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.

Efficient little corner market with very basic fruits, vegetables and other snack offerings. They also open at 7 which is earlier than nearly anywhere else in the neighborhood.

Rude customer service not really should they speak English or French it's mainly Spanish workers this place is always in chaos they always suspect you of stealing.

It took 15 minutes to redeem the promotion for a free meal. The staff was very nice there was just a lot of hurdles that shouldn't have existed.

Très petit, c'est un dépanneur IGA. L'endroit est propre et peu achalandé, il y a peu de choix mais ceux offerts sont bons et à prix régulier.

La gars qui fait la nourriture est l'employé le plus lent j ai vue de ma vie . 10 min faire une poutine. Incroyable pas aller vite de meme

It's an express but at that point why exist? The stock is so limited there's no reason to go here over any corner store.
