This place is horrible. I was supposed to have a video conversation with the doctor, however no one contacted me to provide any information on how to do so. I didn’t even get a courtesy phone call to remind me of my appointment. I took time off specifically for this. I’ve called several times and the phone either rings with no answer or I get a busy signal. This is not how a medical office should operate.

Since becoming a part of Mount Sinai doctors, it is impossible to reach a doctor. They don’t even respond to the pharmacy when asked to refill a prescription. I don’t know who to contact regarding filing a formal complaint if someone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
