Had a terrible experience at the Radiology Department. I brought my elderly father to have a CT. I had made this appointment two days earlier. When speaking to the person on the phone, I was asked if we had a referral from his doctor. I said, "yes, I have it in an email on my phone, will this suffice or should I print it out?" The attendant on the phone said, "yes, that's fine." So , we show up to the appointment, the first person, to greet us says "yes?" told her we have an appointment, she behaved as if it was a inconvenience for her to look up the appointment. She then asked for the referral. I took out my phone, went to show it to her, she said, "ugh ugh NO." I said "excuse me?" She said "thats not what I need." I proceeded to tell her that i was misinformed that presenting the email was sufficient. Before I could finish my sentence she shouted at me. Im not even sure what she said because i could not believe that a person working in healthcare could be so mean. We had a lot of words after that, I was nice as always but she was a very nasty person. I would not recommend this place at all. This was at the radiology department. Worst part is when I asked to speak to the manager she waved and shouted HI, apparently this unprofessional, obnoxious excuse for a human was the manager! Her name is Janet ans she refused to give me her last name.

My health insurance company Oscar uses the Mt Sinai network. I have been going to this location for about a year and a half and had 3 billing disputes in 2017 alone, all due to the error of this office. One dispute lasted 6 months. I have pages of notes of talking to people and getting no resolution. No one can ever give an answer. They issue you receipts, then bill you for unpaid services . They tell you follow up visits don't require a copay then bill you for unpaid services. They're completely incompetent. I actually have to edit this and say that they deserve one star or no stars. I have been waiting 3.5 weeks for test results. After 3 weeks I called my doctor for the results. I had to call 3 times. The first 2 times I was on hold for 17 and 18 minute each! Whoever said this is more like a free clinic, is not kidding. After leaving messages for someone to call me back, calling again and being put on hold, I then had to go there in person for my results. And the I had to wait another 20 minutes while the nurse kept telling me to wait and find out where my results are. Then I find out they still haven't gotten the test results and no one knows why. I can't believe Oscar Health Insurance has a contract with them.

This was one of the worst expereinces i ever had The reception are extremly rude and come from low class areas. This is a place for healing and they hang up on you and ask you for information like "whats your co pay" --look you have it in your computer. either stupid or stupid. don't know why Mount Sinal allows for this behavoir --they should be fired and bring in some more well respected people. I decided to go to anotherwell known group practice affliated with a major hospital and what a difference. So if the leaders of Moutn Sinai read this fire the front desk people on the 5th floor of the 34th street. Also the girl who sits on the right side when you walk in must be stupid and bitc...y "huh..huh" is that how you treat pts. What happen to my precertification. Never heard back from the office. I called my insurance and they indicated that they gave the office the approval....and never heard back from the office to go and get the test. outrageous. I'm going to draft a letter to the head of Mount Sinai -may not do any good but I'm going to make sure the 5th floor reception folks are disciplined due to their behavior

Worst time ever to contact a primary care physician. You can be left waiting on the line easily for 30 minutes or more with no one talking to you, except to quickly say "Please hold," slam the call on hold, ignore you, possibly disconnect you, and do this repeatedly. They are so understaffed administratively and have not joined the 21st Century to add a phone system that puts people in a queue in the order they called. If you need a simple question answered, or a form, or anything other than to make an appointment (which you can do online, maybe), make sure you don't value your own time much and have at least 3/4 - an hour or more to completely waste, waiting for someone to answer the phone and handle what you need. IF that's what you're looking for in medical care, you've come to the right place. The shame is that the doctors and medical staff are hard working and competent or better, in general, so this is very shabby considering they and patients deserve better.

This place has really gone downhill. I’ve been getting bone density scans here for years but after my appointment last year, I realized the papers I filled out didn’t ask for a doctor’s name to forward the results to. It is impossible to get a live human being on the phone. They did fax records to my doctor but the pictures were dark and therefore unusable. They have never called me back as the message promises. It’s a year to the day since I got the scan. I guess I’m going to have to take a day off and sit in the waiting room until they physically hand me a copy. I’m not implying I’ve been calling every day, but a month will go by; I call the doctor; they have nothing new. I call Mt. Sinai, trying different numbers, besides the one for medical records, and get nowhere. It’s a shame to let otherwise good medical services be lessened by a lack of service after the fact.

A very low-level of medical care at this center. Dr. Rice is good for writing referrals and prescriptions. Dr. Gluck is a urologist with Mount Sinai, at another location, who is wonderful, and the technicians who provided both mammograms and sonograms, a separate floor, were excellent. However, Dr. Rice lacks the skills to build relationships with patients--very flat affect--moves in and out of the examining room--speaks as little as possible. You cannot consider her your doctor--she will never phone you back should you have a question--it's like getting gas at a station--she'll do what is minimally required and send you on your way. Maybe research would be better fit for her personality--somewhat robotic and transactional. The manager of this center is very disingenuous--smiles through excuses. The front-desk staff--well, very low-level of competency and care.

This review is specially for the scheduling and radiology department. I had a 10:30 appointment that I was on time for and was not called by the receptionist to check in until 10:50. When I initially checked in about my wait time, the receptionist was short and rude in her response for me to wait to be called to check in. They sent me downstairs to then check in with the radiology department. The receptionist gave me several forms to fill out before I could check in. She proceeded to get back on the phone to gossip with a friend. Now it’s 11:22, almost an hour past my appointment time. I check in again and she says “the doctor will see you soon”. I wait until 11:30 and decide to cancel my appointment all together. I was disappointed with the several unprofessional staff members and long wait time and will not be returning to Mount Sinai.

i HAVE NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I made an appointment, gave all my insurance information to the receptionist or whatever she is called. I had the appointment for 3 weeks, the blanky blank waited until i got there for the appointment (2 trains and 1 bus later) to tell me they do not take my insurance. Aren't they supposed to know this before you get there, answer is yes. Iam a 67YO retiree, she did not take this into consideration, she casually told me they do not take the insurance, like it was no big deal. Well iam writing letters and complaints all over the City. This should not happen, thank God Iam in pretty good shape, but what of the other retirees coming with disabilities, that come all the way into the city to be told, we dont take that insurance. Iam complaining all over Mount Sinai websites for them

I came in for an appointment today that I scheduled a few weeks ago. I confirmed with the doctor (Smita Nikam) that she could do a pre-operative physical to which she replied yes. Today, front desk staff tell me about an hour before the appointment (that they’ve known about for weeks!) that they only booked me for 15 minutes when the doctor needs 30 and that I need to come another day. I was already at the location, so I asked if the doctor could add another 15 minutes or if there were any doctors at all on the premises that could do a 30 minute appointment, as I took off of work which isn’t easy to do. She gave me an attitude, I didn’t reschedule because I will no longer be going here. The front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful and I don’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Awful reception service. You go there to be healed and you leave feeling stupid. I went there two days ago for a shoulder x-ray and they "forgot" to fax it to my doctor. The reception treats you HORRIBLY. You ask for information and they are so curt with you that you wonder what their job description is: to help the patients? apparently not. A simple question about insurance policy and they dismiss you immediately. The technician, too, was meanly sarcastic to me-- when I asked if I could keep the bra on, because it had no wires, she said, "anything else you don't wanna do miss?" and laughed. Worst treatment I have gotten at a medical facility. They should fire all these cocky, mean people and maybe they'll get better ratings. I feel terrible having chosen them.

  • melvin rod

I got to the doctor's office 25 minutes early for my 11 am appointment. At 11:30 i asked the receptionist if i was going to be called in soon. The receptionist spoke with someone on the back and said that it would be another hour because they were busy, but she could not confirm that. So it could have been more than an additional hour of wait. The excuse I received is that the office of the Japanese medical practice is a hospital. Regardless of the excuse, I have never waited 2 hours for a doctor. in fact i do not know anyone who has. if the appointment is for a certain time and the wait time is extended i should have been informed earlier rather than having me wait without any information. Will not try again with this doctor as I do not have time to waste.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. I really like the entire staff but my General Practioner for my entire family is Dr. Allen who is very kind and helpful, competent and quick! Sometimes there’s a wait but I’ve waited for other drs far longer at other places. Dr. Allen has helped me and my daughter so much (we both had specific issues that needed specialists whom she referred to us). I’m now partially, (hopefully temporarily!) disabled from a serious injury and Dr. Allen’s referrals and continuing care for my condition has been so helpful. I felt compelled to give a stellar review because it’s due. Dr. Drullinsky is also of honorable mention as well as Dr. Rice and Eustice. Dr. Fallis is also very competent.

  • Tanya McDowell

I went there today for the first time and I don’t think I’d ever go back. I saw Dr. Rice and she was by far the worst Dr I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t try to connect with her patients, she doesn’t smile I mean it was just awkward. She gets you in and out, sometimes that’s not always good. I wanna have a Dr that I feel cares, she seems as if she’s only there for a paycheck. Told her my problems, she said they’d be someone else coming in to take my blood. After my blood was taken she came back with a referral and said that my results will be on my chart. That’s it. The young lady at the front desk was really nice though. If I switch to another doctor then I’d consider going there again.

  • destiny guerrero

I visited for a physical everything was good . Then i came back for a second visit to get paper work for my employer so i can start my new job & i kept getting the run around for when my paper work would be available. I visited in person 3 times to get told it wasn’t done by Dr.Rice , every time i call to get an update it’s up to a 30 min call wait . The receptionist ( women) picks up sound she sounds very annoyed as if she doesn’t like doing her job! Don’t do it to yourself I’m trying my best to have patience but they have no consideration of why i need the paper work i can potentially lose my opportunity because of how long this process is taking this is ridiculous.

Dr. Rowena Rosales (an Internal Medicine Dr. at the Japanese Medical Practice) has been my primary care for the 7.5 years. Originally I chose this location based on its proximity to my office. Well, I certainly lucked out. I have never had an issue scheduling an appt. (either last minute or way in advance) & I've never waited more than 15 minutes. When my best friend (a savvy Nurse Practitioner) was in the market for a new primary care physician, I suggested Dr. Rosales. Now, she & I try to schedule appts. at the same time - we both agree that Dr. Rosales is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to & effective at getting you in for that long overdue physical

  • Jamie

I was immediately called back for a dermatology appointment. Doctor Mizuguchi was in the room two minutes later. I maybe waited a total of five minutes for the whole appointment. He was friendly, funny, incredibly knowledgeable on all subjects, and took the time to explain it all to me. However my insurance had issues with the amount ordered. I called the doctors office and promptly was talking to Angela, who was overly helpful. She immediately talked to the doctor, pharmacy, doctor again and called me back with a fix for my insurance issue in five minutes. I really appreciate the efficiency and overall nice helpfulness I received.

  • Jaidyn F

RIP OFF They like to add a lot of extra fees at the end of your visit and sneak in extra charges that aren't correct. For one, they tried to charge me for a medication (a shot) that i brought myself and did not get from them. Two, they charge for the administration of a shot which most clinics will not do. They're just trying to make a quick buck off of you. My bill was ultimately fixed, but it took 3 different hour-long calls to get it fixed. It was a hassle and I had to repeat my situation every time I called. There are many clinics and offices in nyc. Dont go to this one.

  • Kim O

The wait time for my appointment was between 40min-1 hour, however, my time with Dr. Rice was well worth the wait. Dr. Rice appeared to have listened to my symptoms, ordered tests, and referred me to a gastroenterologist on the second floor. The nurse came to do blood tests and the first nurse kind of explained the other test but another nurse walked in afterwards and she was able to thoroughly explain stuff to me. Dr Rice then returned a few minutes later to talk about what was happening and then sent me on my way to schedule an appointment for a GI specialist.

  • Ping Ye

Reception have attitude problem. After arriving at the center i was told that there is an hour and half wait even though i had made my appointment. The way they told me is as if i should be gladly take it and shut my mouth. It's really not my problem that your system is new, you should be apologizing for the delay. Instead they gave me attitudes as if I'm not cooperative enough. How could I? I have work to do, I only took an hour off for the appointment. If they had notify me before, i would definitely make other arrangement.

  • mixay s

Not sure about all the negative reviews, i had an appt - 30 minutes before the time - I get a call saying DR is not available and I can come in as a walk in. Since I was on my way I decided to try. the ladies at reception was very helpful and waited about 10 min. The nurse drawing the blood was great - almost didn't feel the needle going in. He even joked that he just started working here. DR Fallis was also very professional. Next day results published on app. Scheduling a follow-up which is also an easy process.

  • Backpack Adventures

There are several different departments. I don’t understand why they decided to call my cell phone several times throughout the week and not leave a message. Very unprofessional! The amount of personal information you have to give over the phone is incredible! Name, DOB, address, email and phone number: you might as well open up a credit card in my name. The standard was always Name and DOB. I will not be utilizing a doctor at this location due to professionalism and discomfort.

  • Leona Shi

The doctors and assistant are just okay. They are doing their basic jobs but nothing more. I never had a feeling that I was being cared. The worst part is the bill. I met Dr. Chen in January for less than 10 mins, and was referred to an allergist. After that visit, I received a bill in which I was charged for 30-39 min office visit and $60 additional for a 5:15pm “evening schedule”. The Doctor never followed up with me but the billing department texts and emails me every week.

  • Leonard Wilson

A breath of fresh air. I used to originally go to a local doctors office in Queens affiliated with Jamaica Hospital, but their wait times were similar to some of the stories I've seen here. I come all the way into Manhattan for the level of service I get at Mount Sinai. I've never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes for a walk in, which totally caught me by surprise during my first visit. I changed doctors right then and there. Dr. Rice is awesome.

  • Cassie Zhang

This review is for ophthalmology. Doctors are good. Front desk staff, however, are consistently the most miserable, unhelpful, condescending, snippy lot. Horrible experiences getting them to reply to even basic questions; they roll their eyes and give patients attitude for their own online systems being archaic and unusable. Every time I come here my day is ruined. Was referred by OneMedical; strongly suggest you avoid this location

  • Chao

Will change my hospital from next month. There is not one time I don't need to wait for more than half an hour to see the doctor. My appointment was 1pm and the doctor called me in the checking room at 1:35 along with other two girls in other rooms..and he started to talk one by one ?! What the hell ? What is their scheduled time ? I am still waiting !!! Will try another Mount Sinai if not working will go to other hospital.

  • Ricardo Rezk

Quite mediocre medical care. I had to wait 5 weeks for blood test results that I’ve gotten within a week anywhere else. Medical history that I had shared with my doctor was forgotten when a diagnosis was given to me. Another example of the bad state of health care in the US. It deserves the minimum 1 star but I’ll add an extra one because of an earnest employee, Robert, who seemed to care about my situation and helped me.

  • lovelie tejada

I've been going to see Dr Allen but have been seen by Dr Drullinsky in her absence on several occasions now, and I can only leave a raving review. I can attest to a longer wait time when the waiting areas are full but on days when there are fewer walk ins and appts, even when I walk in I am seen very quickly and tended to well. I have never had a better experience at a Drs office--I always feel listened to and cared for.

  • Sam Morrill

Whoever was answering the phones on March 23rd at 1pm was extremely rude and unprofessional. This location's phone number is erroneously listed on another location's Google listing. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, the receptionist rudely informed me that this was the wrong location, refused to help me locate the doctor's actual number (even though they are also part of Mount Sinai) and then hung up on me.

  • Jian Chen

Doctors not accepting Healthfirst even though it’s indicated otherwise on insurance website. Receptionist gave wrong information to push you out of the door saying a different location can accept you and you can JUST WALK IN. When you try to JUST WALK IN they’ll tell you that YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT. And btw this JUST WALK IN location is 10 Union Square E. Don’t get fooled and go there without an appointment.

  • Emily Gray

It's true the reception desk can be a bit unhelpful and short with patients. I have been coming here for several years now for minor issues. Generally I find the waiting room pleasant, and the wait time reasonable. I have come with varied issues and each has been treated appropriately and efficiently. Some doctors are more personable than others but all provide good care. What more do you expect?

  • Adam Zeldin

Provider staff are nice, though you may not get much time with them. The wait was very long for both of the appointments I've had here. I'll be seeking out a different physician at a facility with a lower wait time. Mt. Sinai just spent a fortune implementing Epic Systems, but unfortunately, they're not using any of the valuable functionality that could save time with appointments.

  • Yasmine Najmabadi

When you call they place you on a million holds. Nobody resolves your problems. I don't know what is going on in that office. I can barely get a word in before I'm placed on another hold. Terrible service. Another thing, the doctor gives you a prescription and then NEVER gives you a refill. I have diabetes. I need my medication CONTINIOUSLY! I hate this place.

  • Carina

I had a great experience everytime I came here (only used primary care). Dr. Uleis is great! Very attentive and informative. He listens to you and wants to help you out. He and the other staff answer my questions and I don't feel rushed. Lab results are available on patient portal quickly. Staff are also quick to respond to my questions on the portal.

  • KC Kuntz

Not sure what has changed recently at this practice. I have been a patient since 2006 and all of a sudden it is all about the $ vs Healthcare. Simple allergy medication requires an office visit??? This isn't a controlled substance or addictive medication. It is a shame because I stuck with thus practice because of the doctors and service originally

  • stephanie keyes

The doctor..well at least I think she was a doctor...the first thing she said to me was - and I'm not making this up....I don't know what to do with you. I had fallen at work. She didn't know how to examine me. Didn't offer or request any x-ray. Didn't request a follow up visit or nothing. Total disappointment. I will never go there again.

  • Amanda Treppa-Swistara

My review is for the Orthopedic department They are AMAZING. Everyone is super kind and helpful. Not long wait times and everything felt easy. Dr. Gordon is an honest doctor. He isn't going to make up a reason for you to get surgery if you don't need it. By all means avoid other places and come straight here, I think you'll be impressed.

  • susan D.

Both the doctors and their assistance were professional. The 1 star is for the exceptional Dr's their assistants. Experience with the front office staff has been terrible. They are rude aggressive and to some extent compromise HIPPA laws. The 4 unchecked stars is for the horrible office service in person and especially over the phone.

  • Diana Kin

Staffs were ok, not particularly rude or anything. I visited around holidays and they definitely didn't seem to eager to work but I won't blame them. But I saw a doctor for around 15-20 mins and charged $600. I visited another doc for same reason on 14th street and they charged $180. Not going back to Mount Sinai anymore.

  • Hoang Nguyen

I should have checked the reviews before making the appointment here. Avoid this place so you won’t waste your time. They switched to a new system during my visit and instead of being proactive when the new system didn’t work they just walked around saying sorry! I gave up and left and so did other patients. What a joke!

  • Louis Junior

The doctors I've seen are nice but are always late. Most recently had a 10:15am appointment and didn't see the doctor until 10:45. If I'm more than 15 minutes late to an appointment they cancel it. What happens when the doctor is more than 15 minutes late? Nothing. We should get our copay back when the doctor is late.

  • Maxwell Bank

Got into see the doctors fast and was given excellent care -- but the office did not understand how my insurance works and did inform me that I would be billed a third time for the lab work. It would have saved me a lot of time if they had been able to provide me with the correct information on my initial visit.

  • Krishna Haridas

Though I went in with apprehension after reading a lot of negative comments about the administrative staff, I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of my visit - annual health check -up took less than 1 hour including the wait time, form filling and the actual examination. I recommend this facility!

  • x

not a safe place for trans and non-binary folks. the doctors love to see you suffer in pain and refuse to give you medication or procedures, as if you don’t know your body better than this stranger… I had to abruptly leave in the middle of my appointment. If I could give -8 stars, that’s what I’d give it.

  • Cassandra Quinones

Dr. Keith Uleis is awesome but, the staff upfront in the waiting area are disgraceful. They looked miserable, had attitudes, didnt look like they wanted to be there. If it wasnt for the doctor, i would go elsewhere. An indian gentleman (Alphonso evans) and black woman(teri ince). so rude and gross!!!

  • Gethsemane Herron

I went here for a routine STI testing. Despite telling the blood technician to only use a butterfly needle in my right arm (I.e. the arm that has a juicy vein) the technician chose to use the left arm. When the blood wasn’t spurting out, she dug her the needle into my arm! Now I have a giant bruise

  • Meghan Henkel

Avoid Dr. Keith Uleis, my mother went in after a sore throat and body aches for two weeks (multiple negative covid tests), he barely spent 5 minutes with her, didn't do a physical exam and prescribed antibiotics that sent her into anaphylactic shock. His laziness could have cost her her life.

  • Guadalupe Lomeña

The waiting time is alright. However, it's the only positive remark I can make about my experience. At the end of the day, it was a waste of time since the doctor barely took 2 minutes with me. And to make it even worse, they took forever to get back with the test results. Bad experience.

  • Crystal Yang

I had terrible experience here. My appointment was 1:15pm and I arrived on time. Then I checked in and was asked to wait the doctor. When I finally talk to the doctor, it is 2:10 pm. How terrible experience… they even do not respect others’ time. They just keep you waiting and waiting.

  • Dustin Carter

Arrived 15 minutes late for an appointment and was told I could only be seen if I wanted to wait around and see if someone didn’t show up. Was my initial visit so can’t speak for the Doctors but obviously little to no consideration for patients taking unreliable public transit in NYC.

  • Teresa Bui-Garcia

The wait time is ridiculous. It should not take 40 minutes to register a patient who *HAS* an appointment especially having been there before. Front staff and manager are inefficient. I would recommend the doctors there but with this type of service, see a private doctor.

  • Eunice Han

The longest wait and the worst service I’ve ever experienced in any doctors office. I waited an hour and a half and when I complained, they gave me a bad look with no apology and no further information. They laughed when I promised I would leave a bad review so here I go.

  • Elyssa Garcia

I went to see Dr. Nikam and was 13 min. late due to train delays. I was told that she would not see me, regardless of having a 15 min. grace period. I see other specialists in this practice and was hoping to switch to a PCP at this location, however my search continues.

  • Jamie l

Nice doctors. Horrible front desk and billing. They will falsely bill you and charge you for a general visit and time rather than billing you for what you had done. If you were there for a few mins, they will charge you for the max amount. Wont be returning.

  • Rob T

Depending on the doctor you are going to or the department you will have a night and day experience. Xrays and CT scans good luck my PCP, ear or podiatrist generally very good with wait and help provided. Lighting is AWFUL on some floors bring sun glasses.

  • S. G.

As with all the other reviewers, the front desk is the worst. Abusive, insulting, combative, threatening. They all Need to be replaced. The drs and nurses are fantastic however. It’s such a shame you would never know it from the front desk staff.

  • Maya Ariane

I love going there. Dr .Drullinsky is my favorite. I feel that all the doctors there care about their patients. If you make an appointment in advance you can be seen right away, but I have always gone there when I'm sick and need immediate care.

  • Janet Conton

Competent, fast, many medical disciplines in the same building. Ive been going there for over 10 years. Doctors used to take more time to examine you and listen but over the years appointments seemed rushed. They are open on weekends!

  • Carly Reilly

The doctor is nice, but not very helpful. The patient follow up is terrible when trying to get test results, etc. I have been trying to get in contact for weeks with no response and they don't allow you to talk to the doctor.

  • Cassandra Curbelo

I love this place. Been going for about 18 years! Dr. Keith Uleis is my PCP and I like him very much. The staff is always courteous and I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes, even though I almost always go as a walk-in.

  • Jennifer Kelley

Unless you have 3-4 hours of your day to waste waiting around, don't even bother making an appointment here. This is by far the worst medical practice I've ever encountered - zero respect or consideration for the patients.

  • Aaron Radford-Wattley

Really friendly and helpful staff on the desk. The nurse who saw me was friendly and efficient. And the doctor was also extremely friendly, helpful and gave me excellent help and advice. Very pleasant experience overall.

  • Khatera Dehzad

Half an hr on the line and the representative hang up on me after 5 min and without resolving me issue- i have been calling radiology and trying to get a hold of them for weeks and months!!!! Beyond frustrating!!!

  • fisherslaw

Waited 90 minuets for walk in doctor. Just in case you have forgotten ; Walk in means I’m suffering and need a fast treatment. And stop asking : didn’t you schedule an appointment? Poor management.

  • Niamh Falter

Everyone on staff here was extremely kind and the doctor was thorough and attentive. A bit of a wait, might be worth it to schedule extra time for an appointment, but overall a great experience!

  • Reid Garton

Great experience with dr drullinsky. Not sure what all these bad reviews are about, they got me in quickly. Dr saw me in minutes, was great and had me back on my way efficiently.

  • Danielle Sevilla

Did not get called in to see my doctor for more than an hour after my appointment time. There was no communication with me as to why it took so long and the staff was unhelpful.

  • Ivan Hernandez

I have received way better service in third world countries than in this location. Receptionists must hate their lives. This is a great example of what Healthcare in America is

  • Simon Bicheux

$660 is how much they charge for a 1 regular appointment scheduled through Zocdoc. You will know the price only when you will receive the bill. They charge what they want.

  • Isa Gheit

Calling and scheduling appointments is such a difficult task, it seems like no one wants to pick up the phone over there, they are horrible with organizing patient files.

Dr Peter Virzi is my cardiologist and he is a wonderful, concerned and super-conscientious MD. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of such care.
