"I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to"
Shopped for mom, 300$ trip. They had everything but one minor item. So win for metro. Was helped by probably the grocery manager who was good with customer service. Only downside was a sloppy shift change that had people waiting since no cashes were open but that happens.
Really nice selection of high quality food. I love to see what imported cheeses are on sale every week. Fruits and veggies are usually very fresh, sometimes pricey. They have a nice fresh bread selection and stuff I can't find at other grocers.
I'm not a fan of the new layout but they do have everything I need. Recently the produce has been better than it had in the past so I am happy about that. It's close to my house which is why I shop there but it definitely is a little pricey.
Generally, everyone is extremely helpful. Today, I arrived home, still feeling piqued at the comment of a Metro store cashier who told me in a slow & methodical tone, "If you have a problem doing this online, find someone younger to help
I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to. This Metro normally has very friendly and polite staff. Tonight (Monday April 24) at 9:50-ish I brought my items to the cash and there was a young brunette girl and a tall blonde boy working
Metro Plus Beaconsfield. Is a nice store. A little unorganized. They do not have a lot of choices there. I wanted hot sauce and there was not hot sauce aisle. It also seems a little bit messy and not that clean. It is however in a nice
I really enjoy shopping at Metro Beaconsfield. They have good quality produce, excellent fish, deli, and meat departments, daily fresh bread, baked goods galore, ready to go meals, fresh salads, wonderful cheese, and even a beautiful
Mohamed in the meat department taught me with patience and kindness how to cook a médaillon haut de surlonge I DID IT, AN ABSOLUTE SUCCESS POSITIVELY PERFECTION medium rare MERCI INFINIMENT MOHAMED a senior lady. …
Great service overall and store is always clean and well organized. Staff at the deli counter are always polite and efficient. Love the app as well, can accumulate points and $ quickly using the new Moi card.
It is always nice to see my franco brothers and sisters trying to speak English with me. I was born Anglo but I'm blood franco. In return I try to speak French. I know enough to get me around beauty QC.
This store is extremely expensive and sells rotten produce. I have purchased mouldy, rancid butter, got oranges two days ago which were mouldy and purchased potatoes today. The whole bag was rotten.
Nice cashiers. A bit pricey. I will never buy organic meat as it’s usually bad as in stinking rotten and they are very reluctant to refund your money. Sometimes non organic fruit in with organic.
on friday sept 29th, i bought a premade Caesar salade and found a snail inside! absolutely not ok. the salade is prepared by an employee there’s no reason the lettuce was not washed properly!!
Very well organized and clean store. Location is amazing. Customer service is good, employees have knowledge about the items. Nice collection of bakery products
The freshness of their vegetables has improved generallly, plus they run a good sushi bar, deli, butchery and bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful too
Serious restocking issues. The fresh produce is fine, however, there’s no consistency with off the shelve products. They’ve become unreliable!
Very clean & well stocked it looked as it was a brand new store the only thing I did not see or notice the popcans recycling machines.
lack of fresh produce low, quality , used to be a flagship store but overall product quality is now low, store is no longer clean
James at coldcuts section was very nice to me. He always gets my coldcuts ready for me faster than any of the other employees.
Nice clean store. However, the fish department smelled a little bad, more than what what a fish department should smell like.
Today it was only OK ... Very! ... unlike this store. Asked the guy stocking fresh corn , "Where is it from?"
Expensive but overall food is fresh! Well presented! Easy to find! Service is usually pretty fast!
Very hard workers! One named Ethan helped me and he did a great job and deserves a raise!!!
Clean and well laid out makes shopping for groceries easy. Well stocked but pricey.
Meat department is full of old soggy cuts. Cash registers are all unoccupied.
Great ready to eat! Easy to get around and find stuff that you need!
Expensive but the quality is top notch so it is some what earned.
Good choice of produce Open until 10:00 PM every day.
Every thing you want in a grocery store
Clean and good service ✌️
