RUDE, rude butcher at the Pierrefonds location- February 2023; doesn’t seem to want to do anything: 1- said we had too many expectations when we asked if it was possible to trim the fat. We didn’t demand - we asked: a simple “no we don’t so that” would suffice. 2- Said he would only cut 3 pieces because he didn’t want to cut himself. (1) How did you get a job as a butcher if you don’t know how to cut things? (2) Again, “no, we are only allowed to cut things this way” is how you respond. (3) Then told my old mother the “price is on the meat” when she asked how much it was - she can’t see well; it doesn’t hurt for you to help does it). I will be complaining to management but I want to ensure this is seen everywhere. Don’t work in customer service Mr Butcher. You have an attitude problem. Otherwise the place is good. Sorry to give you low stars. I want to make sure you see this and will remove it when you respond.

Have heard this store advertised for years on the radio. I was in the area last month and decided to stop in and check it out. An interesting assortment of products. I didn't need anything, but figured I'd buy something. So I bought a pack of figs for $3. The young lady at the cash looked at me as if she had stepped in something, no greeting, literally grabbed my $5 bill out of my hand and gave me my change and went back to her phone. I can appreciate that it's hard to find good workers these days, and I hope the owners read this review. Really have no desire to go back.

Nice store for imported products (Iranian mainly). Large varieties. Lot of tea products, spices and dates. Should be careful with prices though. Display prices for goods on sale that are higher or similar to the regular prices sometimes. Also, some other times displays prices lower than what you will actually be charged at cash. There is a section for fruits and vegetables. And another one for meats. If this review was helpful please don't forget to like it. Thank you.

The store's atmosphere was tainted by the consistently rude and unhelpful staff. Their behavior was unacceptable, making the entire shopping experience unpleasant. I felt disrespected, and customer service was clearly not a priority for them. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I've been looking for the best price of Ghee (purified butter) for my keto diet. And I found lowest prices and a great srlection here. Great selection of oils too.

Very good restaurant. Ali is a good hearted man and a great chef. The place has halal Iranian BBQ option. It's delicious and well priced.

It's not a bad grocery store, lots of varieties. Prices are fair! However, their opening hours aren't fair at all.
