ILIR Their new agent is very dishonest and rude. He told me that both of my tickets are for 865 but charged me twice. When i received my bank statement i called him to ask him why I have been charged twice as he had told me my total for 2 tickets would be 865. At this point he denied selling 2 tickets for 865 to USA, and changed his words to each ticket was for 865. I had comfirmed many times with him over the phone about my total cost for 2 tickets, yet after charging me twice he denied what he had said before the sale . He was rude and said things like I will block you as a customer. I have shopped with forum travel in the past but will never be returning to this company again. They have broken my trust. Please do not give credit card info over the phone and make sure to record the agent when he is telling you what the cost would be for your flight, just so that he can't lie after the sale. Be careful everyone.

One of the most disgusting place to book your tickets seriously I had a very very very very bad experience . I really don’t need to explain what happened and I don’t even want to spend my time on it. all I can say is that I lost 1000$ Canadian dollar because of their mistake and OMG I AM NOT recommending this place for anyone please please please please DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS with this agency. I hope GOD GIVE THEM A GOOD PUNISHMENT specially to the Arab lady that booked my tickets she was not professional at all. working with this agency is like a family doctor, you just need to tell them what you looking for regardless within your budget and they have absolutely great Air fares compare to what I experiences other Montreal downtown agencies, they even helped us at 2am while we missed the flight at Istanbul and they rebooked us immediately while we been told by the Turkish Airlines there is no more seats. for them being so polite and trustable agency we would certainly recommend. Unreliable. I did call them, gave them my ticket number and they said it could be voided within first 24 hours and since I booked my ticket through a third party only you could void it. This was not the best or good deal. Today the prices have decreased again (similar to what it was on monday), but I was not informed to wait for the prices to come down or check back in a day or two before final booking.
