Great experience with Bergeron Travel, I like their online user experience. Pay attention to perks they offer when ordering a trip: sometimes they have nice addons like trip to parks and so on even for free, that is not available when you order through other travel agents.

Worst customer service ever. Booked with a promotion that was not honored after price of trip dropped. They were unable to provide the difference and were rude in the process. I have never experienced customer service this terrible.
