"Ottawa City & Cruise VIP Day Tour" This is honestly the worst tour I've taken in the last 20 years. The city of Ottawa itself is beautiful and amazing. However, this tour was over-priced and poorly delivered. I do my utmost to not judge those who speak several languages, however the guide was not proficient in either of the official languages in Canada. If you speak Mandarin, then you'd likely be OK. If you speak English or French you'll learn more from Google. The tour is priced at $149 and the cruise is worth $47. Meaning they charge you $100+ for the bus ride there and back. I'd strongly recommend anyone not traveling solo to hire a car and do this trip yourself. The guide incorrectly portrayed that the museums must be paid in cash prior to arrival. If you just ignore the lies, all the museums will accept card/cash upon arrival. The museums will also do applicable discounts for seniors etc. Most importantly. The bus itself was in a filthy condition with most passengers unable to see out of the windows. They refused to use the air conditioning in a potential attempt to save money on gas. The driver almost fell asleep and a passenger had to wake them up. They will stop at the gas station on the way back to Montreal to fill up on gas which is an interesting touch at the end of the tour. I've never seen anything so poor in my entire life. If you're a solo traveler and time poor. Ottawa is a great place to see. But I strongly suggest to anyone to do their best to avoid Viator/Concord Tours & Travel

We took a day trip from Montreal to Quebec City on 8/6/2023. This review is primarily about the transportation. We enjoyed our time in Quebec City. Our bus driver overslept and was an hour late so it wasn’t a great start. The office was closed so there was no place to use the washroom or even sit. We stood on the sidewalk for over an hour. The bus didn’t have any toilet paper until after the first stop. The driver turned off the bus while we waited for late passengers to get on and it got very hot and uncomfortable. On the drive home the driver was the first one off the bus when we stopped for a break. As it got dark there were no lights on inside the bus, not even along the walkway. The ports to plug in devices were loose and cords fell out. I did not believe the driver deserved his $9 that was required from each person on the trip. He never even apologized for being so late and inconveniencing all of us. I felt really bad for our guide, William. He was trying his best to be accommodating and was very good. He spoke three languages and was knowledgeable about the history of the area. I felt bad for people who scheduled a boat tour. Because of our late start they hardly had any time in Quebec City.

5 STARS great thanks to Jasmine! After finishing one wonderful trip, I unfortunately dropped my wallet on the ground of the tourist bus. After realizing it, I went back to Concord office, luckily Jasmine was still there even after 6pm. Jasmine was very patient and helpful, she checked the buses schedule, arranged accordingly and kindly shared info to us. With her help, our bus returned to the office after about an hour, and I was able to enter the bus again and finally found my wallet back! I clearly remember how frustrated I was and can't imagine how complex it would be if I would need to claim lost and re-apply all my IDs and cards in my wallet. Jasmine just totally SAVED MY LIFE! The trip itself was also great and well organized. Jacky was also very friendly throughout the trip. Thanks Jacky as well. An unique experience for me with the Concord Tours & Travel! As a travel enthusiast, my recent one-day trip to Mont-Tremblant was truly amazing! First and foremost, the bus was very comfortable, and the journey of over an hour felt effortless. Our tour guide was highly professional, providing us with detailed and informative commentary. He was incredibly friendly and made sure everyone was well-prepared, even reminding us to dress warmly to avoid catching a chill. The maple leaves on the mountain were absolutely stunning, and I'm thrilled I didn't miss this year's peak season for foliage. I heard they might start falling next week, so I'm glad I went when I did. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal, but we can't blame that on the tour guide, can we? Haha! I'll definitely be joining them for my upcoming trip to New York!

It was my first time experiencing a trip with Concord tours and travels, and I must say I was truly pleased by the service. Our team lead Mr. Yu organized the trip so well and managed it effortlessly throughout the day to provide a hassle free journey. The bus has comfortable seats and enough leg room. Even the bus driver played a significant role in maintaining our safety on roads by driving safely. Not to forget the tour guide at Quebec city, she was an amazing lady with a beautiful aura, quite knowledgeable and helped us explore the city beautifully. I had an incredible experience with this tour company on my recent 2-day trip to Niagara Falls from Montréal! From the moment I booked the trip until the end of the journey, everything was handled seamlessly. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore the thousand island, magnificent falls and CN tower. The accommodations were comfortable, and the transportation was reliable, making the journey stress-free. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. We had an excellent 3 day trip, our Guide Thomas was excellent in providing trilingual instructions and giving lots of heads up as to when the rest stops would be, what kind of services could be expected at the rest stops and tips as to where to go get food. Our driver Claude was exceptional, driving smoothly but quickly and efficiently, also giving us access to the luggages and turning on air when requested at rest stops. Our bus had 2 usb ports and power sockets per seat set too. The only Downsides were perhaps the hotels but we were warned ahead of time that choices were limited. No food at the first hotel basically but we were given a stop to buy food to compensate.

Unfortunately my trip from Montreal to Quebec City was the worst of my life. The tour guide, Erick, embarrassed me several times, behaved very rudely and yelled to me. In front of everyone. I can’t believe that a person like him is working as a tour guide. He shouldn’t work even with animals. It was really a terrible experience and he destroyed my day. And to make everything even worst, he tried to force me to tip him. And insisted a lot! A total absurd! And to finish, I payed for a tour that should end at 8:30 pm and they suddenly decided to took off 30 mins of the trip. I really can’t recommend this terrible service for no one!

I had a trip to Gaspe with Concord tour. We were bus number 4, and we had a great time. They were on time all of the time, and we visited many beautiful places. The tour guide Quan was a nice person, and he takes care of others. For example, Quan had mentioned several times before the trip to the island (Ile Bonaventure) that we need to bring two bottle of water, yet he still carried a heavy backpack of water bottles to give water to those who felt thirsty. Totally, I believe Quan was a supportive leader and cared about others. The driver, Christin, was also a nice person. Thanks Quan and Christin for such a nice trip :)

I had my 2nd 1-day tour with concord tours and both times the guides were really nice and they tried to explain clearly the itinerary for the day. I would totally recommend this agency for tours coming out of montreal and i will definitely keep choosing them for future tours. 1st tour was to Montmorency falls, Hôtel de glace & Quebec City in January 2022. I don’t remember the name of the guide but he was really friendly and made the whole experience nice. 2nd tour to Ottawa & Tulipfest in May 2022. I’d like to say that Mr. Thomas was a really good guide with a lot of service attitude.

I traveled with them to visit Toronto. It was very nice. The driver drive safely. The guide (Troma) is so polite, kind and professional. The hotel they booked us (Hilton Garden) is very good. I totally recommend it. It's not cheap, but it's worth. The bus is pretty comfortable, but it can be better. And also, it's not always possible to charge your phone on the bus (which is regrettable), so prepare a power bank. I paid for all the proposed activities, but I think I could have skipped the Aquarium (as it's not impressive compared to others).

the best if not the best of the best . I've explored Niagara and Toronto before, and recently, New York City. Every time, the experience has been absolutely fabulous. Our guide, Mr. Bin (or Mr. BoB - Best of the Best), was incredibly helpful, kind, and amusing. Special thanks to him and also to our bus driver, who expertly navigated Manhattan's busy streets during peak times. I have only positive things to say; considering the prices and the experience ,it truly deserves a 5-star rating. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next destination!

I went to Quebec city for the first time with them. It was a one day trip packed with schedule. I loved that there were no time wasted and I did not feel overwhelmed either. They had local tourist taking us to various spots and giving us very interesting story about the past of the city. Not only that, there was also just enough free time to walk around by myself and take memorable photos. The tourist Thomas also recommended photo spots from the kdrama the goblin. It was overall a great trip. I would totally travel with them again

Great two-day trip on 3 &4 August 2022. Very well arranged. Excellent driver. Would have been great should the air-conditioning been checked before departure. We suffered everytime we were on board the bus because it was hot inside. The guide has very good knowledge of the sites and he is capable of providing proper and precise information about them. Lovely trip. Niagara falls were impressive and CN tour allowed to have a nice view of Toronto City. Not a luxury bus but has AC. Eddy the guide used three languages and was very friendly, helpful and professional. Time was limited so had only time for fast food. The hotel was very good. They forgot to fill the conditioner bottle in the bathroom. However the bed was very comfortable after a long trip from Montreal to Toronto. Overall good trip with nice people so I recommend it for an express visit to Ontario from Montreal.

My family and I participated in a three-day tour of New York, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience! We managed to check off almost all of the major attractions in New York, and our hotel was conveniently located, very close to the city center, making transportation a breeze. Our tour guide was highly professional and impressively knowledgeable about the city. He not only helped us learn about the history and culture of each site, but he even took us to savor the delightful street food, New York hot dogs!

We went on the Quebec City one day tour from Montréal. It was a wonderful and enjoyable tour of the important sights that reflected the history and beauty of Quebec City. We went to Lavender last week with Felix, very friendly, calm and nice person . Before heading to the Bleu Lavender field, we stopped at blueberry filed and we had a great and enough time to take pictures and pick up some blueberries. Then we stooped at Gorge Park for lunch and had a walk discovering the place. Finally we got to the Lavender, which was breathtaking. We loved it and we bought many products form the shop there. Overall , it was a great experience. Everything was as we hoped for.

It was great 2 day trip for Toronto & Niagara with Concord Tours. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I would specifically call out Mr Thomas for being a great tour guide for our Trip. He was calm, patient and empathetic. His great experience and knowledge was truly demonstrated during the trip. Oct 2021: Went on a single day trip to Mont Tremblant. It was a good and smooth experience with the guide and concord tours. June 2022: Once again associated with Concord tours, we went on a 3 days trip to Gaspe peninsula on 24th, 25th and 26th June for a long weekend. Covered Perce Rock, Ile Bonaventure, Forillion National Park and Metis Garden. We were in Bus 4 and had a great experience.The tour guide was really nice, gave us regular stops and made us comfortable. Recommended and worth it.

It was my 4th time to visit Quebec City, but my 1st time to visit with Concordtours travel. The are very accommodating and helpful. We were running late because of the travel time but they still that we make it and waited for us. Thomas was very friendly and a good tourist guide he spoke 3 languages French, English & Mandarin which is a plus and he spoke about the history of Quebec City that I have never heard from my past visits. We'll surely do this again next year. Highly recommended

Mickey our tour guide for our 3 day trip(July 2023) on new york was not only awesome but also phenomenal! Hes super nice and very much accomodating to our needs.. jolly and comedic most of the time.. I recommend concord for any vacation trip in your mind for US and canada. We went on the 3 day gaspé tour, with our 7 month old and 5 year old. We greatly enjoyed the trip. The guide (Thomas) and the driver (Danielle) were very helpful and always kept us informed of the history of the places as well as the itinerary (thank you so much!!). The guide spoke English, French, and Chinese fluently. Greatly satisfied with the hotels we stayed in. The bus was comfortable. Fellow travellers were also very nice, lot of them young families.

Had a wonderful two days at Toronto and Niagara last weekend. Thank you to our tour guide Mr Jason and our driver. Despite some hiccups, they were very patient. We enjoyed all the activities especially the boat rides and Ripley's Aquarium. We were also pleased with the hotel. It was clean with two beds, a microwave, a mini fridge and a big tv. Will never go again! 4 day tour... They put us in a disgusting hotel, 2 star. It stank. None of the key cards worked when we arrived, and continental breakfast was sub-par. We were rushed around like cattle. Every restaurant we were brought to was dirty and gross. The tour guide was incomprehensible even though he talked.....A LOT! Was not fun at all and certainly not worth the money spent. Do yourselves a favour, save your time and money.

Wonderful day In Quebec City! We were promptly picked up from our hotel and driven to our bus. From there, we embarked on a three hour tour to Quebec City from Montreal. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also spoke many languages. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. I would take another trip with them, hopefully in the Summer months. Canada is very cold, especially when you are from Florida!

Our company team building, the two-day and one-night tour of Quebec City was successfully completed, the driver and tour guide Jacky was recommended, he explained the whole process to us very carefully, and several famous scenic spots also went to visit and take pictures. We stayed in a four-star hotel and ate well. Well, overall, I am very satisfied. I will look for Jacky again next time we travel.

Thanks to the guide Thomas! He explains tourist spots in Ottawa so clearly But during this travel, our bus had run out of oil. Therefore the air-condition could not use. It was very hot and a little breathless. I thought the driver needed to notice about the condition. I also thought that the driver didn’t have good attitude. Very well organized 4-day trip to the USA. Many thanks to Mr Bin and the driver for their patience and professionalism. Regarding the service of the hotels, overall they were ok except the lack of food at breakfast (you have to get up early if you don't want to leave without breakfast) and the bathrooms in the rooms lacked fans which made them very humid and smelly.

I was really impressed with the Quebec leg of the trip. The wonderful sights and my guide Chloe zhang's wonderfully lively explanations of each site made the whole trip very interesting and fulfilling. The driver Joe drove very smoothly and was an experienced driver, and his bus was very clean. Overall, it was a very good experience, thanks to chloe and Joe.

It was a great trip to Gaspé and it was a cost effective one. I admire the work of tour guide (Tomas). The bus's chairs was not ergonomic but the driver behave friendly and professionally. Another thing that bother me was the restaurant on the last day of the trip. It was Chinese and buffet lunch but the quality of foods were awful. I did not like it at all.

We had a three day Gaspé tour. We really enjoyed a lot. Our guide was Mr.Thomas. He is a very efficient, helpful and familiar, good person. Our bus driver was Mr. Simon. He is calm but also a good guy. We had a group of 13 people. All are family members and friends.We have no complain. We wish we will do our next trip with Concord.

I was afraid to go because of the low price, but I was amanzingly surprised by the wonderful tours to Quebec City and Ottawa. Quebec was perfect and I would like to have spent more time in downtown Ottawa and see the "Ottawa" sign, but it was still worth it. Beautiful cities, nice guides and buses. I really love it.

Had 1 day Quebec city tour including cruise with Carolina. She was just amazing and the tour was well organized as well with plenty of time to cover every spot. There was no rush at anytime and the guided tour was good too. Look forward to more tours with them in future.

It's a wonderful 2 day trip to Toronto & Niagara falls. Thanks to Eddy's organized and professional guide, the excellent memories we made would never be forgotten.

My mom and I really enjoyed our tour to Toronto and Niagara Falls. Eddy was a great guide and everything was very well planned. I highly recommend Concord tours.

Great full day trip. Thomas gave us plenty of commentary! There was also loads of time to explore the city, which is very beautiful and well worth the effort!

We took the tour Montréal to Mont Tremblant. Very nice one day "getaway" to see the beautiful nature, nice choice of stops and friendly guide and chauffeur
