Worst possible service. Not helpful with any activities or questions we had about our destination. All we were told is "its cheap". Had to chase after them for details of our booking. When we would book a date and time for follow-up they never called. Not professional at all. Avoid this agency as we were able to book with another agency who provided a lot more at a better price!

Many thanks to Voyages David team involved in arranging our holiday. Very efficient process from the team to keep me advised of all requirements for the trip. They listened, they suggested, they altered until we got the most incredible package we could ever have wished for. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Would recommend, 5 stars.

Never booking online again or with someone I don’t know … amazing service and fulfilled all my questions .. straight to the point and I felt safe leaving and coming back .. feels good to pick up the phone and call my local travel agency instead of a 1-800 number and talking to someone who doesn’t care … thank you Voyages David

The only place in Montreal if you want to book a trip. The staff is amazing, professional and very friendly. They take care of everything and leave you stress free before your trip. I strongly recommend this place. Amazing, thank you again for always finding me the best deals and taking care of me and my family.

Honestly the best agency there is in Montreal , i've tried many other agencies and never got the same service and prices for my trips a big thank you to Ralph , tony and David always making sure we leave with a big smile on our faces.

Worst possible service. I was charged on my credit card a second trip of another client! When calling to report the error, received no apologies as if normal. Never received credit, had to go in store and finally was paid by check.

Ralf is the best honestly cares about getting you an amazing trip and amazing advice. I highly recommend giving them a call. They answer super quick and made planning a trip to Spain so easy will definitely be going back.

Poor communication with local agencies (Italy for us); Sells vacations to 4 stars hotels when in fact the hotel should receive no more than 1 star; Customer service could be very much improved BUT overall good prices
