Horrible customer service other than the manager who was very professional & kind. I have shipped a package Priority that still hasn’t been delivered, the receptionist who was in charge when the manager isn’t in, she was unprofessional, rude, never asked for my tracking info, told me I had to for the manager to get back in to help me, and to top it off, had me on hold for a long time. I just hung up. It gets better! So I took it to higher authorities, who’ve must have addressed the issue with the clerk in charge of that branch at that moment. She calls me, I call the receiving party on three way. The clerk explain to both of us that she will see where the package is from the carrier that is delivering it. I call back 90 minutes later to follow up and the receptionist tells me “She isn’t able to check the status of the package” after she clearly explained to both of us on the phone that she will be checking on. As I have mentioned, Wednesday Aug 7, 2018, the male receptionist and the manager was very professional & curtious, they are the ones that make that branch worth dealing with. But the help from Aug. 10, 2018, HORRIBLE!! And the package hasn’t still been delivered, I paid 2-3 day Priority Mail, and a full week has passed with no traces of this package. Luckily, by me calling the 800 number, the help has help me file a Case on this experience. I think when I have to ship to Dallas, TX. again, I will have to ship through another carrier service. If the people on Aug. 10th do not want to run the branch as professionals, please put those who valve their work as the help I got on Aug. 7, to help keep great outstanding customer service. Those that were no help on Aug. 10, SUCK BEYOND BADLY!!

I have been in this neighborhood since 1975, using this post office (Parkdale) for so many many year's. I have seen so many changes, change is good if it serves the public like it supposed to. Which is not happening, I can not remember coming to pick up drop off or just getting stamps, etc. that you see ONE of the staff with a smile on their face. Majority of them act like it's a bother to ask a question, have them look for a missed placed package ( which had happened a lot) for me. I have turned in numerous complaints and seems nothing is addressed. I get my families medicine thru the mail and the package has been misplaced or they will ask for a tracking number, OMG we would not have to result to this if your job was being done as required. I was in today and just totally was amazed by their attitude with a packed post office and they literally have one person working the front counter. This is just totally unexceptable, then you get one rude person (male) that you can barley understand which he was so unprofessional. We are NOT here to serve you, YOU are there to service the public. Then if you dare ask for the manager, I always here " she is on a conference call". You guys are really a joke. Just do your job as required and you'd be surprised how pleasant things would be. IF THERE WAS A RATING OF "0" THIS WOULD FIT PARKDALE POST OFFICE location.

I have filled out a MAIL HOLD FOR ALL MAIL for my address i have recieved a confirmation email with ALL CORRECT INFORMATION. And of course,the mail has STILL been delivered EVERY DAY! Obviously you ARE NOT checking mail hold requests on your computer. Im not surprised. For YEARS the postman has not been able to even put the correct mail in correct box on my street. I dont expect professionalism or no mistakes from this location . After all look where its located. But when they cannot do basic things like hold mail or put it in the right box ,im going to give a bad review! No wonder the post service is losing $ . Hire some professionals!!! UPDATE: I WENT TO THIS FILTHY POST OFFICE (LOOKS LIKE A HURRICANE HIT THE INSIDE) I showed clueless clerk my confirmation email for mail hold and she writes my name and address on scrap paper and says she will give it to postman. UH excuse me lady but its not the postmans problem that my mail is not on hold. He delivers what SOMEONE gives him to deliver. This post office is pathetic with employees that couldnt run a petting zoo. I will never use any post office again and i hope they do go broke and close down. Then the jobless employees can think about how their laziness cost them their job. Reading reviews for ANY post office i can see the same issues over and over. Dispicable to say the least!!

These guys are terrible. They constantly lose our packages. They leave notes with nothing on them so my wife and I have no idea what happened. No tracking number, no attempted delivery time or date, no address to or from. We take time off work and making money to pay the bills to go to the post office to see what happened with our packages, and they point us right back out the door and tell us it's been delivered. We then see that nothing has been delivered and no note left. We reschedule for redelivery, and it's not delivered when it's promised to be delivered, again. We walk in to the post office and see other customers with experiences similar to ours. The person at the front desk always blames someone else or directs you to a number that you can call where you will literally wait two hours on hold and get no one. There appears to be no management, no leadership, no organization, and no responsibility. A perfect example of the worst of government work. I almost wonder about giving our apartment a lower rating simply because it is placed so close to this post office.

I just got out the military usps office , they did not have the right size of box i needed , they were out but they just do not tell you is out of stock, they just act like that size dont exist .. I had to pay for bigger box .. I have asked to talk to general manager and she tried to lie on my face by telling me every single box has a price , i told her last time i paid for the service it came with a free box , she said no, that info is not correct, and really she does not know what happened last time , but what she knows is that every single box has a price, you just have to pay for the box , thats what she told me .... I grabbed a box that was labeled around 13 dollars and i asked her , so this small box is 13 dollars ?Just the box ? she said " exactaly " ... she left ... one minute later one employee helped me out , and agreed she just lied to me ... the employee said to me " flat rate comes with a free box " general manager we know you are busy , but please do not lie to people ...

This post office just sucks all around. and I'm in zone 5 and have nothing but problems with my mail carrier. they either don't deliver, and if a car is in the way of his whole vehicle, even if its not blocking the mailbox, but if the driver cant comfortably pull his car all the way up, he just drives past it. they leave my mail box open when it rains. They NEVER and I mean the whole 6 years we have been living there, they have NEVER knocked on the door to get a sig. for a certified letter, they just leave a note saying they missed me.. How, I've been inside, all he had to do was knock. The people in the office are also a joke. they are rude, and have the worst attitudes.. I mean, if you don't like your job, find a new one, don't take it out on customers who have nothing to do with you. They lose a lot of stuff also. This place just really sucks.

I've been living at the 75227 area code for the past 10 years and I've never experienced such rudeness from a US postal worker , she was a supervisor and was no help , rude and talked down to customers! They need to fire this Black lady , and the only reason why they gave us someone that's poorly trained aand unprofessional is because this is a predominately latino and black community! It's been like that for years even before she came! Especially over here by Samuel and St. Francis, we don't get our mail until 7 in the evening and any important packages or mail that your waiting for don't expect them to deliver that package or mail for 4 or 5 days. Even if it's mail that's coming from 1 end of town to another, that mail takes almost a week to receive. I'm starting a petition on Facebook for the total change !

The employee was so rude with us! My mom and i were waiting in line. The employee was a black lady and she was really nice with a white couple infront of us, she even wish them a happy thanksgiving before they left. So we were next in line and she just asked what do we needed and we told her. She was talking to us with an attitude. Then, after i payed, she just turned around and started a conversation with someone else. I felt stupid just standing there waiting for my reciept. I had to ask her for my reciept, but she said there was no reciept and turned back around. I really felt discriminated because of the way she was rude with us but nice with the other people. I dont know if she was rude with us just because we hispanic, or just because she didnt like us.

OMG absolutely horrible!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME they deliver my packages at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.( mostly at 8) Leasing office closes at 5 p.m. so they can't put packages in the designated mailboxes... I called to see about my package Monday because they're closed on the weekends and this guy cut me off and blame me for him not being able to find my package because he didn't put in the tracking number correctly lol..After that you'll have to go interact with customer service who really don't want to be there and and they all have the personality of burnt toast (Unpleasant and extremely dry)... only one seems like he gave a damn and he didn't even work in the front... if you don't like working with people find another job

My expected delivery went from nov.30 to dec. 1, dec. 2, dec.5, Dec. 3, then Dec. 4(on Dec 4th). I'm busy and I have a job so I was trying to have someone home when the package was delivered. It was almost impossible to manage. I needed not worry though, because the mailwoman didn't even bother knocking when it was delivered! She simply threw (yes, threw) my package from the sidewalk. Thankfully i was outside because had I not been home anyone could have taken it and it would be none the wider since the delivery time varied so greatly. I'm calling in a complaint as I type because the service was downright terrible. From awful delivery dates, to my package being thrown. The delivery person should be fired!!

They would not take my package because what I was paying for shipping was to little. EVEN TOUGH I PRINTED MY LABEL OFF THE USPS WEBSITE!!! Then they told me that the previous 3 packages I brought the day before will be returned to me because they are not measured correctly??? I will bring it back to them and ask them to show me where I am wrong. THEEEEN they tell me that they can't weigh my item properly because it doesn't stand up on its own WHAT !!!??!!!?? I took the EXACT SAME PACKAGE to the USPS in Casa Linda and had absolutely no issue !! I am taking this to the next level and contacting higher authority in USPS. This is not acceptable.

I recently had a really bad experience with this location. I requested to have my package held here, and when I went to pick it up I was almost immediately told that it wasn’t there by a woman who was working there, but not wearing a uniform like everyone else. I told her it has to be there, my tracking showed it was there and I requested it. She rolled her eyes and pretended to look for it again and left me waiting for almost 20 mins, just to again tell me it wasn’t there. Guess what, it was. I finally got my package delivered today. After having to open up a case with USPS. This location is absolutely horrible, avoid it if you can.

Terrible customer service! A male employee was extremely rude to a senior customer who was asking simple questions about his PO Box. He then asked for a pen and the employee was extremely rude and threw the pen at him. The customer asked for a supervisor right away and the employee did not call one but tried to move on the the next customer. When 2 more employees came out (one appearing to be a manager), they both immediately began speaking to the senior customer as if he was the problem. Their tone of voice towards him only changed before I spoke up in his defense. I left right after and will never come back to this location.

Almost every single package I'm expecting is marked as "Undeliverable - Notice left" despite the fact that every time my package is marked, at least one person is home with all the lights on. I was standing in the front of my house tonight at 6:20 and no one came by, yet my package was marked Undeliverable - No secure location at 6:22. My outgoing mail wasn't picked up yesterday or today and I haven't received letters since last week. The letters I do receive are often dated weeks or months prior to receiving them. I've missed some very important letters this way and lots of my mail ends up returned to the sender.

Wow horrible my package wasn’t even attempted to get delivered because the carrier said it was to heavy for her to pick up and that I had to pick it up at the office and when I went to the post office ,they said it was loaded up and had to wait until the carrier deliver it meaning she had it in the van . So I contacted Amazon and canceled it. Amazon resend the same items again via post office , and it happened again. The carrier said it was too heavy for her. I even waited for her at the mail center. we’ll I was forced to pick my package at the post office and I carried it myself to the car it wasn’t even heavy.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 yrs and they still can’t get my mail delivered to me or my packages. The incompetent people that work at post office act like it’s your fault that your mail isn’t coming. The workers are rude, have attitude always, and lazy. Ordered my daughter a birthday gift she was wanting so badly, so when it was marked as delivered, she ran to the mailbox, just to be disappointed because it WASNT DELIVERED! Why mark a package as delivered then drive around with it in the truck for almost another full week Totally idiots all the way around. Make it make sense. Do better!!!

My newborns social security was not delivered even a week after I received notification that it would be delivered. On a different occasion I received a passport envelope with the passport missing. Spoke to branch manager John Pride and he literally did not care, said he didn’t have time to follow up on every piece of mail and refused to ask the mail carrier about it. I will be filing a complaint hopefully corporate will follow up and address this serious issue. It is such a shame someone with such a poor attitude is a manger at a federal service branch.

lousy place my mail is lost the neighborhood box is useless I reported in person after many calls, they put me through to the manager pretending that he did not know about the problem and I showed him photos that the doors are open, the boy who delivers told him in a low voice It's the box I told you doesn't work. he knows about the problem we have had for more than 6 months that mail and packages are lost and he does nothing and worse now that I complain they do not deliver my mail it is frustrating they should remove this office or really work

Lousy post office looses some important residential mail or doesn't deliver mail. Often does not distribute grocer ads for new week. Many weeks get ads late or never get ads receiving them on Fridays missing some grocer ads timelines. Deliverers of mail stuff mail in residential mail box crumpling/tearing mail. Deliver mail late 6-7 PM. On occasion counter attendants at post office not helpful, walking off and leaving customer to fill out forms and not coming back, always seem put out if one wants to look at the different types of stamps for postage.

Rude. I’ve been waiting for my package for over a week. I’m on the phone on hold for over an hour every day just for them to tell me it’ll be redelivered the next day, and when it doesn’t come I’m on the phone again for the same answer and the same results (no delivery). Then after over a week they tell me my package has been waiting to be picked up, which I have RESCHEDULE A REDELIVERY EVERY DAY AND THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. How?? If it’s been places somewhere where it won’t come out for delivery???

This location loves to lose people mail and inconvenience the hell out of its customers. Have us waiting home all day for a package and it never comes and you end up filing a claim. The mail carrier so dam lazy he don’t even leave a note behind to say the mail has been delivered. I hate this location and they need to hire more professional drivers to do their jobs correctly. This is my 7th package lost or stolen or just delivered to the wrong apartment mind you I live in parkway gardens smdh

I blew my knee out, and called several times before I was able to speak with someone, I asked Marion if the carrier would be kind enough to leave my parcels on my porch cause its too hard to use this walker in the yard, or to the street, after all my mailbox is at the porch also.Im still getting my parcels in the yard. And Prath, your Indian,Sunny is Indian ,he was so glad to see you he probably would have detailed your car if you would have asked him.

Don’t go to this Postal Office, I send a package on June 9 2022 and to this day it still hasn’t move from this postal office. An employee or someone working in this postal office stole my package. This people are THIEVES. And I tried to make a claim and they deny it. Be aware of this Postal Office. A sign at the entrance says that face masks are required in the lobby. ......NOT TRUE at all. I was just there and 2 people (including a postal worker in the back) wore chin diapers (useless) and 2 people had NO masks on at all. Sonny the clerk did not seem to care. I asked him "Aren't face masks required in here?" He ignored my question or pretended he didn't hear it......If you're concerned about Covid19, don't come here !

went to send a return off, I don't know all the rules I don't work there I also have memory problems I can't hold information like I used too it took me a minute to get everything together guess the clerk got tired of me started treating me like I was a major pain in the ass, people these days have no tolerance , patience then when I was about done she started saying things talking about her break no need to be rude .

Yeah all of the reviews are right just rude and negative my first time coming here the two elderly ladies had an attitude I hadn't even walk up yet I guess I interrupted their gossiping so she said how may I help you and I told her what I needed so she look at her gossip buddy who work with her and gone say what you talking about I had to tell her I got smart back with her then she said oh you can come pick it up.

I haven’t been getting my mail, they have been putting my mail in the wrong box and my neighbors has been walking my mail to me.. the package that was sent to me I never received it. They really need to pay more attention to what they are doing.. the mail that we been waiting for never arrived and I have the informed delivery so I’m able to check mailbox everyday to see what I’m getting!!! I'm getting other people's mail, which I make sure I deliver to them, if they're bills. I'm missing my bills and have to pay late fee every few months or so. I was out of town for a week, went & filled a form asking them to hold my mail, but when I came back my mail box had a lot of mail. The next day that form was returned with one piece of mail( with a rubber band around it. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT SERVICE!!

This is ridiculous. I'll say 80% of my purchased packages are always late. Either the mail carrier is misplacing mail during runs or just skips boxes. I check my tracking and see " No secure location". .. but you can place junk mail in my mailbox. Once again.. There is no notice left at me residence about an unsecure location to place my mail. I even did a signed delivery.. So.. How does that work?!

They’re the slowest post office I have ever been to. Sunny told me I had to buy my own tape and tape my package? I’ve been to other post offices and never have I had to buy my own tape? It was weird and he is frustrating. Last time I went a nice black lady helped me and said to tape it with their own tape, so I was confused why I had to buy my own. Never coming here again

If you can avoid this post office, please do. The only reason I use this place is because it is the closest post office to my house but sometimes I will go to the post office on the other side of town because this particular post office eon Military Pkwy has HORRENDOUS customer service. Always! I mean every time I go. Again, if you can, please avoid it at all cost.

This location is extremely slow and very unorganized. Gave them a package on Friday to ship out and it is now Tuesday and they still have it. Drive the extra time to a different location you will save yourself some time, 11/17. UPDATE: 11/27 Package is still pending UPDATE: 11/30 Package left facility This is the type of service you can expect here.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after a second visit and getting charged $1.50 to put a simple date stamp on a dang letter the first time. And a second time where the gentleman was just outright rude asking me to never ask again for a date stamp. I would recommend that no one come here staff is rude, dishonest & unprofessional.

Lazy mailman keep putting a letter in my mailbox stating my mailbox need attention. Like I’m about to start parking my car to accommodate him to just drive up and put mail in my mailbox. I’m not blocking my mailbox & want the mailman to stop harassing me! I’m going to talk to the manager again and take my videos with me tomorrow morning.

I am kinda surprised looking at the all negative reviews here. I was shipping for the first time via USPS and the customer rep there named Sunny, helped me out quite well. And my package was also delivered successfully on time. I was nervous as it had sensitive information, but now I'm confident to ship again from here in future.

When they sent me the slip that they missed me and couldn’t deliver my mail, I got no notice in advance. No knocking or anything that would make me think someone was at the door. I hope this USPS makes a better effort next time in notifying people and also they wrote on the next pickup date the 4th of July when they’re closed.

They lose your mail, put your mail in the wrong box, STEAL your packages, etc. THEN have the audacity to have an attitude with you. I want to MOVE just to have a different post office.

The wrong mail is frequently left in my box, hence my mail is not received. Packages are noted by deliveryworker as being delivered, but these are never received. Communication or reports to postal office regarding problems are never addressed or resolved. The service and performance by this location needs to be evaluated.

They NEVER pick up my packages when I schedule a pick up online. I always end up dropping it off at a usps location. And they never deliver packages when they're supposed to. I usually have to pick those up too. If you track your package it's not accurate AT ALL. And when you call the workers are rude and aren't helpful.

I have dropped off a small box to be mailed to a family member who lives in Ft. Worth. Instead of being mailed to her, it was mailed to ME. Address "to" and "from" were clearly marked. This has happened 2 times. I live so close to this post office (less than 5 minutes away) but I don't go there anymore. Good grief!

Just terrible. Mail man only argues with residents because our cars dont allow there truck to pull up next to the mail box. Our parking space is very tight and cannot move our cars sometimes to accommodate the mail man . They get down to argue evertime just terrible
