First, the package failed to be delivered. When I filled out the redelivery form I told them to deliver to my porch but instead they claimed it was delivered in a parcel locker. I never got a key in my mailbox and come to find out the electronic parcel lockers in my apartment were broken. I had to wait about 40 min with the parcel company to find that out. Then I had to go to the leasing office on my day off and we manually checked every electronic locker and it wasn't there. So I called usps and it took about 40 minutes for them to create a case for me. I got an email a few days later saying it was delivered at a local post office but it didn't say which one or how to get it. I emailed back and got ignored. I had to call back using my work break and lunch break on hold. I was on the phone for 44 min for a problem they took 2 minutes to solve. I work until 6:30pm and the post office would be closed by then so my gf had to go on her day off to pick it up. Overall, I'd say I've wasted about 4 hrs of my life on a package that should have been redelivered to my porch. USPS is the worst. I wish I never had to deal with them again.

Now this review isn't what I'd like to leave but sometimes bringing light to things is a valued customer's responsibility. So this was my second time at my United States Post Office in a matter of two days. While stopping back by to return a Groupon item I get to the front desk where there's a very bubbly Postal worker. I present my package that needs to be returned with my printed out paid for postage and barcode. I present everything to the Postal Service woman and I ask, Can she tell me Where's the tape? She informed me that there wasn't any tape. How is this possible? United States Government Workers are put in a building that has No cash to give customers, nor do they have tape to help assist them, and customers with the packaging of the products? Make it Make Sense? Why is this a ongoing problem? Are there a shortage of supplies at this post office do we need to create a Go Fund Me account to help get the sufficient supplies needed just to keep customers coming back? I literally can walk to this location if I chose. Now I'll have to travel further to get the services that I need regularly. Shaking my head.

Have been calling for ages. Someone signed for my package (not me- USPS). $100 package. USPS said they would look into it and call me back. Have received no call back, no one answers the phone. Got here in person- where are the employees? UPDATE- been here more than 40 minutes. A woman just stuck her head out and is trying to help all of us, but let us know the male employee that had taken our info and was “checking on things” had actually ran off to lunch and didn’t tell her anything. Final update: package was never delivered. Filed a claim and contacted postmaster general, no resolution. The woman on the phone I spoke to said most likely the USPS delivery driver “gave my package to someone in the mail room who might have lied and said they lived in my unit.” Isn’t that mail fraud? Shouldn’t government employees know better? So this employee either STOLE my package, or gave it to a random stranger in a mail room. Theft and no accountability. This location should be shut down permanently. What an embarrassment of an institution.

This post office steals packages!! The other reviews in regards to the poor customer service and “undeliverable” packages is accurate. Dropped off my package in the parcel drop box on 7/27 and tracking for the package still hasn’t been updated; pretty much looks like I never dropped it off. Went back on 7/30 to check on the package and was told by the associate working the pickup window that the package is no longer there so they don’t have it and they are understaffed. She didn’t even bother looking at the tracking info I provided; just sent me on my merry way and closes the window. I’m a rational customer and fully understand everything going on with the current situation, but it is now August 2nd and still no info as to where my package is! Had to refund my customer for an item that should’ve been there this week. I would at least expect the package to have been scanned by their office showing they’ve received it. Advice to customers: There are plenty of other post offices nearby, so just pass this one up and keep driving!

I’ve had the same mail carrier for 3 years and she refuses to leave packages, resulting in me having to come in person to pick them up every single time. Most of the time they would be able to fit in the mail slot, but when packages are bigger, she can A- put them in the package lockers that are right across from the mailboxes, B- bring them to the leasing office which is 100 feet away from the mailboxes, or C- put them in the Parcel Lockers located on the other side of the complex. Many people at my complex have filed complaints including the Management Company, but those complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Spoke with the supervisor a couple of days ago regarding my concern, when picking up another package, and she stated that if I’ve lived at that complex for 3 years, what can she do in the 3 weeks she’s been there? While the supervisor was very nice, that role sounds like one of a patsy: to take grievances, but actually having zero authority over hiring & firing. Read other reviews - they’re similar to mine.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! I was called a MF from one of the workers and he kept trying to provoke me. After I said I was going to record him the manager told me to please not report him Like why are you begging me to not report him. You should be worrying about how he is acting with his customers. Very rude!! I used to come here all the time and now they have a new manager and new workers and I feel very sad. Edit: I also forgot to mention that I've almost 3 packages here before. They all say they have been delivered when I look at the tracking number but I have never once seen it/receive it. I've gone to the post office before they told me to give them my tracking number and my phone number so that they can contact me but I never once got a phone call and I came back in person to check in and then the door was always closed and no one would ever try to help me. I lost $200 worth of clothes , a $25 album and $50 worth of medicine. All because these people don't want to do their job right.

Delayed in Transit. Delayed in Transit. I send and receive many packages by the US Post Office, UPS, Fedex, and Amazon regularly. Packages are reliably delivered at the expected date and time by UPS, Fedex, and Amazon consistently. The US Post Office at this location ALWAYS drops the ball. Packages consistently arrive 1-4 days late and are always "Delayed in Transit" - "Delayed in Transit" - "Delayed in Transit". If Amazon is forced to use the USPS, guess what? "Delayed in Transit" If a package does not fit in the mailbox, the carrier does not walk it to the door. Ever! Instead, he marks it "Delivery Exception", says he was unable to make contact with me, and returns it to the post office. I am retired and home all the time. He is doesn't even try. Too fat and lazy. I have to pick up the package at this post office the next day. My carrier is famous for delivering letters in the wrong boxes. My neighbors and I have to hand-deliver his constant mistakes to each other.

On April 20th, 2022, we went to the USPS office to drop off our packages and need a receipt to prove that USPS received the package. However, when we get there and waited till it was our turn. The staff at the counter was willing to help. But her manager next to her instructed her to refuse to scan the packages for us ignoring us saying again and again that we need true acceptance scans for our packages. Instead, they forced us to use the Self-service Kiosks in the hallway to get a receipt. Unfortunately, the Self-service Kiosks were out of receipt paper that day so we have to be in the line again before we can have our packages scanned and a receipt printed. When we tried to get a hold of their manager. We were told to wait. But till 5:00 PM that day, he didn't show up for us to talk.

I have never seen anything like this in my life. Talking about total disrespect and disregard for the customer! I’ve spent 30 minutes so far, waiting to ship a tiny box! They have one person working with one arm, left arm in a sling, I still have 7 people ahead of me. The cashier couldn’t care less, she’s taking her time, she is enjoying every moment of punishing us for having to work by herself. When I asked for the manager, she said the manager is not trained to work the register, if I don’t want to wait, use self service. The customer she’s helping has about 25 large manilla envelopes that she’s processing one by one! No wonder the postal service is getting to be a thing of the past! Wait until Amazon starts offering to pick up people’s packages from their home!

This is the worst experience I've had. I called customer service many time this branch closes it without any assistance. I haven't received mail in over a two months. They need to fire everyone all I did was move across the street when will you guys to accountability for your company. I did everything two weeks ahead in still this branch doesn't care that your items are gone somewhere. They close cases without responding or contacting me. I want you to know the government has failed us by hiring everyone at this branch . Lazy don't care should be federal charges for all the complaints they have. Probably stealing mail or throwing it away still illegal when would someone look into this they have basically a zero rating. You guys get negative 100 from me.

Is not the first time I come to this office to return packages and they always helped me (they tape the return label and everything with not problem) , and today this lady “Shanae “ tells me they don’t do that . She said they are not allowed to “tape a label return package for the customer . We don’t deal with labels , you have to tape your label yourself . Like come one “a piece of tape??? … how it comes that multiple time other employees can do it with not problem and the same week another employee is not allowed to do it ?? she asked me to buy my tape and do it myself. The other nice lady have always help me with the returns and labels with not problem.. I am not mad about her telling me to tape my label on my own but THEW WAY she said it .

Probably one of worst experiences at a post office. Brought in an application for nonprofit postage and the clerk literally said “I don’t know, my teammate doesn’t know and my supervisors has no idea what that is”. It’s an established form for Nonprofit postage and they literally said we don’t know what that is, go somewhere else Refused to call another post office or even have the supervisor come out to tell me himself — and gave no guidance on it. I had filled in this post office’s address on the form and now have to find another post office where they know what they’re talking about apparently. Needed this done today and there was absolutely no help whatsoever

  • Chris Stanford

Customer service at this post office is awful. They do not care about any complaints that you may have, and care even less about the packages they are supposed to be delivering. The mail carrier routinely ignores package instructions like Do Not Fold, resulting in damaged packages. If they even bother to attempt delivery at all. Almost every time I am forced to have a package delivered by USPS, I have to go to the office and pick it up myself because the carrier is too lazy to knock on a door. Half of the time they don't even leave the attempted delivery notice. I wish I could leave a negative star rating. I hate this place. Avoid this office like the plague.

  • Caleb Woods

This post office normally delivers mail with zero issues to my apartment. However, the moment I have a package larger than the mail box, they marked it as "no safe place to leave package" and left. The driver could have spent 30 seconds to drop off inside the apartment management office that's literally 10 steps away, or they could've taken it to my apartment door. Every other courier has that figured out but this one. In fact, I passed the delivery driver on my way to the office and thought better than to interrupt his hard work. I thought wrong. Oh they also never answer the phone when you call so there's that, too. Never ship via USPS if you can help it.

  • Laura Sigman

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I live at the Versailles Apartments and I would say about 95% of the time I order a package that ships through USPS, it is returned to sender or marked at undeliverable for no reason. I also just had my DRIVER'S LICENSE that I was supposed to receive in the mail returned to the DMV and again, there was NO REASON left. I didn't get a notice or anything. Whoever this carrier is, it's their fault I have gone over a month without a legal ID. I got no help when I visited this place in person to try and ask how I ensure my new DL gets delivered to me. Ridiculous.

  • Kristen B

Had a package that they claimed could not be delivered because of a problem with the address. Checked the address I had put down and it was correct, filled out a form with the details on the package, they called and said that they had it. They close at 5 and I get off work at 7 so how am I supposed to pick that up? Instead of holding it there they could’ve easily tried sending it out again since they very clearly have my address. Not the first time I’ve had trouble with the post office either and I’m honestly over it.

  • Eric Ellingson

Numerous time I have had packages sent to us and been told that there was no secure place to leave the package at my apartment. The secured package room can be seen from my balcony, literally across the parking lot. What I believe to be the case is they don't want to carry heavy packages to my second floor apartment. If this is the case I suggest the postal worker consider a new line of work. Will be using a different delivery address from now on to use a different post office and/or using ups or Amazon delivery only.

  • Hanachan (Hanavava)

I’m just happen to visit Texas, and I got something want to send out to a friend. It’s my first time using US postal service. I was there at the rush hour, but I still get help for what I need. The staff was so nice to let me fill my address on another side of the counter and don’t need me to wait again in the line to send my post. There were only 2 staff for a long line but there is a back up person who helps if anyone is there just for stamps. I would say my first experience of US postal service was great!!

  • Dee Angstead

Package was sent and shows delivered to front desk/reception/mailroom. I live in an apartment that doesn't have a front desk. I always receive my packages either at the door, mailbox or in the lockbox. But the message states this. Of course they can't find it! Has this ever happened to anyone and they ended up finding it? I'm hoping it was either scanned as delivered and is still sitting at post office or it was placed in lock box and carrier forgot to place key in my mailbox.

  • Innadril Ventas

Worst USPS ever, they are too slow. They take their time to help people, ladies talk too much and take care of other things while helping customers. They are rude too, one of them was yelling at a customer because he did not speak english. There is just one employee that is very efficient and does her best, I do not know her but the is in the 3rd window. This USPS does not respect other people's time!!!!

  • Melissa Ngov

I waited over an hour for them to find and locate my package after giving my information several times. It’s so unorganized. After a while, they gave me a whole new person and had to do it again. So unhappy with it. The ladies were nice for the most part but the process was entirely too long. With their limited hours, I was late to work being as most people work during the time frame their open.

  • Dr. Charlotte Quinn (Prophetesscharlotte)

I ordered something from Amazon and I used informed Postal informing me of incoming mail. Had a package to come stated placed in mail box other mail received no package. I checked leasing office mail room no package. I guessed it disappeared. Watch your mail. We have sticky fingers mail carrier s. They never answer the telephone when you call. Post office you got to do better.

  • Sunny Williams

While the people at the actual physical post office itself are kind and helpful, whoever is delivering the mail should be fired. In the two years I've had to endure this postal service, they've lost 20-30 of my packages, always after deceptively marking them as delivered. It's exhausting and frustrating and infuriating. And there's nothing anyone can do about it, apparently.

  • Jeff Gebert

Just the absolute worst. 90% of the time they won't deliver my packages saying that there's no safe place to leave them, when they completely ignore the package lockers my apartment has and make no attempt to knock on my door. I groan every time I see a package is being delivered by USPS because I know I'll have to take time out of my day to visit the post office.

  • Ryan Morris

Good luck getting any of your stuff if it ships through them. The level of incompetence is dense here and I haven't ever had a problem with the post office until I moved up here. All the mail in my complex seems to just be put in a box at random and it's a small chance you get your actual mail/packages/etc. And no matter who you report it to nothing changes.

  • Ashley Wierengo

Mailman never gave me the key to unlock the parcel box for my package. Had to leave work early to go in personally and THOUGHT I was getting good help from supervisor. Never received the call I was supposed to the following day and the “direct line” number I was given just blares a loud noise through the phone. A week later and I still don’t have my package

  • wi fi

These lazy slugs never answer the phone and they refuse to stop delivering the last 20 residents mail to my apartment. I've lived all over Dallas and this is by far the worst station. Just, they don't even care if you live or die. They should be fired, every single one of them, and replaced with people who are not lazy and dishonest.

  • James Barr

Poor quality service. Inconvenient hours Phone service just goes to an IVR 99% of the time that says "We're all busy. Call back later" and hangs up on you without giving you an opportunity to leave a message. The only way to really get through to them is to call the main USPS customer service line and have them call the station.

  • Jorge Lemuel

Super bad Service! From the packages I get from USPS, almost 40% are lost and they don't take responsibility, the drivers are stealing packages and when we come and ask for our package they say: get in contact with the Seller.. the People who work here need to get Training like Customer Service, and to the drivers not to steal.

  • mohammed murady

I would rather to ship my packages on a camel and pigeons better than using them. I have lost so many packages because the mail man Keep putting my packages in the wrong mailboxes and put them as delivered. Not the first time my neighbor bring me my packages if there was zero star, I will put but there's not an option.

  • raziel skull

Again another package get lost, and they reported as delivered and I waste my time waiting in line and they take my tracking, make me wait outside then they come back with the same answer every time go file for claim this for not the first time i have to move for Eagle creek apt because of the mail service i am done

  • Sheyenne Nealey

UPDATE: 8/10/23 Even though the tracking activity wasn't updated, two of the packages have been recovered and were in my box! Ah sookie sookie now, we're gettin' somewhere! UPDATE: 10/23/23 We're back at it again! Another package lost. I don't understand what's up with this branch and losing packages!!!!!

  • Bryan Miller

Worst Post Office in Dallas/ Plano area. They loose mysil every week, are under staffed and usually only have one person working the walk in traffic., they are rude and don't mind telling you their priority is having their daily catered lunch, yep it's the truth, go in there about 11:30.

  • Kylae Howard

I do not understand how USPS determined that the best hours to service customers would be the exact same hours as regular business hours. If I miss a package it is likely because I’m working. To not offer early morning or late days for the Dutch door is absolutely beyond me!

  • Jen C

Package shows as delivered 2 days ago. Mailbox was empty. Still not there today. Best guess, it was placed in someone else’s mailbox at the apt complex. It has happened before. Luckily those times the neighbors were honest and nice enough to bring the package to my my apt.

  • Judahlooks

They are terrible. I came here every single day for a week to drop off my jacket and they were never ever open. The advocate that front desk told me to drop it and didn’t give me a receipt. I hope my refund for my jacket and not hear stories. They are the worst honestly

  • Judah WP

Just alot of undeliverable notices in the mail every single time. Then I must spend 30-40 min in line at post office, just to receive my package. They apparently won’t deliver to apt door. The extra star is for the inside staff. They’ve always been helpful and nice.

  • Anon Nymous

Even when you create an account and SPECIFICALLY mark a package to be left at your door if it can’t fit in the mailbox, the driver refuses. Then they leave a notice in your mailbox saying they missed you and marking it so it can’t be attempted redeliver. Lazy!!!!

  • Phoebe S.

WROST ATTITUDE EVER!!! Even don’t worth to have a star! If you have any driver license delivery question, they refuse to answer any unless you have tracking number which is not provided by DPS! They only accept the normal, simple, and daily happened processes.

  • Xuma Metcalf

I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! they have been losing my mail for like an entire year now. the last few months were so bad that my monthly subscription box came in at once, 3 of them, included in a pile of liek 8 different things that were lost in the mail.

  • Andras Herceg

Interesting, this place has a 1.9 average score, but I think the Post is OK. so: helpful people, no big waiting queue, clean building, huge parking place. the only problem, that 1 postcard form 4 was not delivered :(

  • Christine Houston

They don't answer the phone at all no matter the time of day, and whoever was to deliver my package to 7740 McCallum blvd, lied and said I moved and they couldn't deliver it! They don't need nor deserve their job!

  • NS VS

Mail is often not delivered and even though they never tried, they will mark it as delivered. Things like Birthday cards and IRS refund checks are often stolen after being scanned for Informed Delivery. …

  • Alena Marie

the person who delivers our mail is so lazy, i never get my packages just because they won’t fit in the mailbox. we have parcel lockers at our apts that they don’t even utilize. DO BETTER

  • Victor Soto

The drop off box has been broken for plenty of months too long. I can't trust this post office as many of my eBay packages go missing or take much longer than normal to move from there

  • Sarah Smith

The reviews are not exaggerated. It’s worth driving to any other location. You cannot mail anything here, and even the self service kiosk only prints stamps.

  • Harshit Gupta

My documents were supposed to delivered the next day with priority mail but it took over 5 days. Never using USPS again for important/urgent mails.

  • Chela G

Attitude rude and want to over charge you for packages. Everywhere else the price is the same i showed them proof and they said no

  • Tom Lattimer

Screw up on all deliveries near me ebays says item delivered and nothing here or mailbox happens all the time

  • Dele awofowose

The "Black woman" there is very rude, commanding and out of order. a total disgrace.
