I went today to take a letter for routine delivery. I then asked the same employee who attended me if she could give me a bunch of domestic return receipts and certified mail receipts. She said “Huuuhhhh I don’t get what you’re saying” with an attitude. I responded “can you give me some of those green things on your right hand side?” She was about to only give me one and I told her yet again that I needed a whole bunch because they’re for a business. She made a bothered face and told me with attitude that there was some everywhere that I could grab. I then, again, explained this was for a business so I needed a lot. She rolled her eyes and said “there’s some EVERYWHERE.” So I told her “okay I’ll get some from EVERYWHERE then.” I went to the entrance and took the forms I needed when another employee walked out of the back and told me I should’ve said I needed a lot because now she’s gonna have to go back and restock and it’s such a hassle. I told her that I had told the employee behind the stand that I needed a lot because it was for a business but she refused to give me any because there was some “everywhere” so that’s what i was doing. She then mumbled something and made a hand gesture which basically meant “get out of here”. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism at a UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated, as if I was some sort of nuisance to them. I’ll be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident.

Do your self a favor and skip this post office. I over and over have rude encounters with the women there. I went in there to return something with a QR code, before I even walked up the lady rolled her eyes at me. Then the lady couldn’t get it to scan and kept cutting me off to tell me it didn’t work and I what I was showing her was instructions? I tried to read her the line where it told me to show this specific QR code to her and she cut me off and told me to go to another employee. The next employee was able to scan at the first scan and the other employee yelled down to her that I changed the QR code I showed her to which I yelled back down that I did not. Which apparently made her angry to which she accused me of lying. Not a logical thinking person maybe thinking she did something incorrect, but calls me a liar instead. Then as the lady was helping me she said I needed to have the bag taped to where this lady rudely yelled down again that I needed to buy a role of tape although there was tape sitting right in front of the lady. She refused to help me. I actually have never been so disrespected in a business before for merely needing help. This place is full of miserable people who do not want to help and make you feel a burden. This is the second horrible experience I’ve been through and I will NEVER be back.

I had a horrible experience with this for a registered article where it was left in the safe and not delivered as promised on the receipt. The supervisor who sits at the concierge station said it left, when my inclination went back to the post office 3-4 hours after my initial mailing. She was wrong, she did not go check anything and miserably failed to do her job. It was there the registered article for more than 3 days, when I went back to the post office- she was rude. She called to the back, and asked someone to look for the package and also said "she has customers looking at her" when I wasn't standing there long at all. She offered to express deliver my package if found, and offered to call me. Registered mail has a chain of custody and I also had a green return receipt attached she damaged my process and broke the chain of custody. She claimed on the phone she found the package and it wasn't open, but my disappointment in this main post office is a disservice to the American people. I can't confirm my article wasn't open in a new express packave, I can't confirm honorable delivery and we were failed. Please hire better supervision, and hold staff accountable- we will be escalating our claim on basis of fraud.

Pearl & Ivy Greek boutique. Wanted to post my review about Pearl & Ivy Greek boutique. My experience was not a great experience. First, I purchased a sweatshirt & received without any issues but returned item for a larger size. My replies to the owners was very professional & quick. Once the return processing was done and received my shipment confirmation. Then without any control of the situation, my $95 packet was lost in the mail?! And the owners of Pearl & Ivy now non responsive to my concerns. Reaching out to the post office was a hand full and a dead end. So, I decided to contact Pearl & Ivy again than I received a very unprofessional & rude email from them, telling me I must wait 7-14 days to receive a reply (as if I was harassing them) and to read their policy. The policy say in so many words, if your packet is lost in the mail, no help from them, you are out of pocket & no product. From my research, their business address is listed under post office address. After eight (8) months, I’m still dealing with the post office to help locate my packet. I could not believe how rude & unprofessional this vendor was & hope no one will experience what I did.

This is the closest USPS and we use them regularly. The ladies there are very rude and lazy. They roll their eyes and make faces at you when you ask for help. Earlier I took some documents for 2nd day delivery, the first lady caught attitude when I asked her regarding prices and what envelopes needed to be used. Once I finished filling out the envelope I went back in line ( because they don't help you fill it out they send you to the end of the line) a different lady helped me when I put the envelope on the scale I didn't close it thinking if something went wrong ill be easy for me to take out the documents from the envelope. She said " are you going to put something else in there? are you going to close it ? or what? " she caught attitude. Since I go very often I have noticed that the ladies treat African American people with great service but when another race goes to their register they catch attitudes for any question or issue that might come up. I have never reviewed any business but honesty its getting frustrating that this happens every time. And I'm sure others have experienced this as well.

I order allot online and most of it goes thro this post office to my delivery at 75208, out of 5 orders this branch sends at least two of my packages to frisco, austin, and one time to oklahoma. seems like they just don't care one way or the other, not to mention a nice HOLE poked in most ALL MY packages !!! the people in the lobby have no control so this is not about them... but the workers that are supposed to send the packages TO THE CORRECT ZIP CODE, (NOT) ... I always get that message online DELAY, this did not have to happen however because of the incompetence of this mail hub, I file at least once a month to the postal regulatory commision to fall on deaf ears. Of every place I have ever live Dallas stands out to be the worst of all the delivery services, so in closing if you need it send it thru a different carrier they don't have a clue what they are doing

Update: Wow, night and day turn around! After a complaint to the USPIS when employees refused to accept mail before closing, this location has made a huge effort to do better. There were plenty of clerks at the retail counter and the supervisor was marshaling the line to help customers before they got to the retail counter which really really helps! 2 other post offices I visited the same day had lines out the door and around the corner, but the line here was moving fast and efficiently. Keep up the good work and consider implementing this same process at all post offices during peak times. ———————— Clueless customers, unprepared people who don’t know what forms to have filled out when it’s their turn, rude employees who quote arbitrary and made up rules instead of offering real help, this location needs to improve its staffing, signage, and efficiency.

  • Guerrita

This is a great place to work at but the only thing is that the supervisors/management that been there for years think they can do what they want and look at ppl down like if we had no say and are worth less some try to treat us like if we were there own kids they always have an attitude and if we try to say anything they always turn us down! I think management is the worst they have each others back and if one do wrong the other helps cover I honestly think they should bring in HR and Corporate in to investigate and talk to each employee individually and ask how all management is with them! This whole place needs new fresh and experience management who will treat there employees with respect the only person that I know that is the best of all is Eric I have nothing to say about him it’s just all the ppl under him!

Hard to get to if you don't know the area - like Indy 500 traffic with many merges, lane changes, exits if you're coming from the highways nearby. The WORST THING is that they decided to cut back their hours and it's not updated on their own website or anywhere else online. I drove an HOUR and Twenty Minutes round trip to send a very important package Saturday evening when they were supposed to be open until 9:30 (multiple websites show this) and they closed at 8pm as of a few months ago. Wasted a lot of my weekend free time and about 54 miles of gasoline (about 3 1/2 gallons at $3.37 per gallon). Thanks, Dallas Main Post Office! A big plus was that the lady at the counter was sorry and very nice. Just having a nice interaction with a postal employee is so rare that it made up for paying $12 for nothing.

  • Shannon Stovall

The counter clerks are always incredibly rude and don’t want to help customers. When I was there a few days ago there was one who was free, but texting on her phone. I asked to just drop off a package, but I wanted her to scan it in. And she didn’t want to help me so she directed me to use the machine. But the machine wouldn’t do what I needed it to do. So after a few minutes and with a really bad attitude she finally scanned in my package like I asked her to do. It took ten seconds. If you’re on the clock, you should be willing to help customers. This location is open late and I know as an employee that isn’t great, but you’re getting paid. If you want job security you should be willing to help customers and not just direct them to machines.

  • Sam Sung

The counter lady at the end has always been so nice but this time I saw her other side. Saw how they would just call other customers when I was clearly waiting to be called on. Had to get back in line because neither of them wanted to take me after waiting in line. Then when she called me said they do it for courtesy (putting the green certified sticker)but do not have to; when I have done it the same way for years. I know they were under stress for the long line after been off yesterday since it was closed for indigenous day. But it was not kind at all having me wait there in the front just to get back in line. Didn't expect that from them at all. But you know karma will get both of them .

We came here to get our son's passport. It was easy to call and make an appointment. They list what paperwork to bring, however, they didn't specify we needed the long form birth certificate. Since we'd never received one, we had to head downtown to the library to the Bureau of Vital Statistics. To their credit, the post office fit us back in the same afternoon. They were great with our son. They take the photo right there and are efficient and kind. This is our closest post office. It has extended hours and is very convenient. That said, this is NOT where you go to get your mail held or to pick it up after the trip. This is a main distribution center, not a local post office.

  • Hadi Sakhai

Laverne at passport section of this post office was extremely nice today. Highly recommend this location for your passport needs. They can make copies of forms for you and do passport photos right there. If filling out passport applications for minors make sure to put mom’s maiden name. Make sure to make copies of driver’s license of each parent for each minor getting a passport and you can put both front and back copy of driver license on same page. And it is fully open. Reason it’s showing closed: It was closed on Sunday July 4th and Monday July 5th and then Google marked it as permanently closed but they always been open. I reported it to Google that it’s open.

  • Amberlee Patterson

I don't usually write reviews but when a place such as USPS becomes a foreign land to you after the years of Amazon prime you begin to wonder if you're even capable of sending out a package of your own. The head in chief of this location, Nadra McCain, sat at her operating desk and custom made an envelope for my package I was shipping away. Not only that she probably knew when I walked in the door I was completely unsure of what I was doing and she led me to the gates of certainty. She is a earth angel and made my day completely. Thank you again Mrs McCain, I hope we all can be as good at our jobs like you are at yours <3

  • Ronda Rogers

Convenient hours but terrible services... I've been there 3 times... Thinking it's THE MAIN post office I could get all the supplies I need and decent customer service(helpful)... They were out of the size and type of packages I needed, the registers were jacked up, the kiosk was jacked up cash only... I use my card for business purposes!!! It was 15 mins til close I had no time to make it to an ATM and come back... They gave me the hours for tomorrow!!! I have to pay $ 50 for the trip I live 60 miles away!!! Its the only place for business on the weekend... Not good for business making wasted trips!!!

  • D. Kitchens

Ridiculous on tax day - no postal employees collecting on Yorktown like in the past. No police guiding traffic except next to the mailbox entry area. You have to go to the drive through mailbox area for a postal employee to take your post.. We've been in line an hour and are not even close. Construction on 30 has caused a nightmare. Customer service has gone to the dogs! US postal police standing in front of a locked gate could be directing traffic. Calling the main number goes to voice mail with a full box all the time. Can't reach anyone by phone. No wonder the postal service is hurting. Absolutely NUTS!

  • Steve Koch

Greatly enjoyed having to wait in line to drop off my mail due to the lobby mail drop being broken and then being rudely told that both I and another customer wouldn't be helped because it was after 6, despite both us being in line prior to 6 and simply being out of view due to the long line and social distancing. In the future, if the United States Government has issues providing the services our taxes pay for, it would be in their best interest to attempt to remedy the situation by asking questions rather than making unfounded and emperically inaccurate statements.

  • Tyler Thornton

When I go to the post they treat me well, my spouse went in my place and they instantly gave her a hard time and we're rude the African American lady's were extremely rude to her she recorded the conversation but she was short two stamps and instead of using common sense when there was already 4$ in postage on the package and selling her the two stamps they made her pay for the entire cost of postage. Will be following up with there supervisor you can't treat someone bad because they aren't the same race as you truly unprofessional.

  • Tee Mitchell

Outstanding customer service provided by a Miss Deborah. I observed several of the other employees providing excellent customer assistance when customers ask questions and the postal employees couldn't answer their questions they directed the people to the website. Now some customers weren't happy for them to say you need to go to the website. As one lady stated "they should be able to answer whatever questions I have." I enjoy how the postal employee maintain her professionalism with the customer. Exceptional customer service.

  • Let It Be

30 calls back to back and they never answer the phone! Had a box from NC make it to Dallas and instead of going to Houston it goes to NJ! Really! The box should have been here on Oct 8th...it’s made it back to Dallas and hasn’t moved since the 13th! And the post office wants us to trust them with mail in voting ballets! WOW! Dallas can’t send boxes to the right place how can they move letters! How do people that work there keep their jobs, apparently they can’t read to sort the mail and they don’t know how to answer a phone!

  • Luis Sanchez

Very Rude front staff. I have a packaged that was scheduled to be delivered on Friday by 6pm, I got nothing. Then on Saturday it claimed ready to be delivered by 6:15pm, ok. Well then I get a text after 6 pm claiming it’s ready to be picked up at the Post Office in 75208. So I head to the post office wait inline for 20 mins and then when I ask about said package the lady advised me We Ain’t NOONES LOCAL POST OFFICE, I live like 600 feet away from the post office. She tells me to go to Center Street. Just unprofessional.

  • Keith Kelly

This location is nice because of how late they are open. If you ever need to overnight a package, during the week you can have it overnighted as long as its mailed by 6:30pm, and the cost to overnight is typically around $26. These is the cheapest overnight service of all the mail courier systems. Also if you're ever missing a package or having issues, call the 1-800 they have always gone above and beyond for assisting me any issues I have had. I have always had a good experience with them when dealing with an issue.

  • Farhad Rasouly

Very bad and unprofessional staff. I went to this office to post my big box to another state - there was a white man who was standing with one of the post office staff ( a lady) , I asked the lady where I can put my box to weight it and give info about price,etc... and the white man answered I don’t know why you are asking me and then said it’s scary !!! ( I wore Hejaab as I’m a Muslim lady) and then both of them start laughing. Not gonna come again to this office -They need to learn how to behave with customers...

  • Sarah

Shockingly rude people here. I've come to expect a certain level of indifference from people who don't like their job, but I don't expect to run into people who go out of their way to be hostile when trying to help customers. I had a terrible experience when I was trying to mail out my packages. The woman working tried to rip the stamps off my envelope when I told her I wanted to pay for my stamps and leave. Leave it to the usps to remind me why I pay more to use other mailing services.

  • Ian Maina

Quick staff who are kind and helpful and even more so if you come in polite and ask for what you need. I've never had issues here. This place is common for small business owners who have packages going out after their local post office is closed. Sometimes the carts they put out don't get scanned and shipped that same day, especially if you're coming in during evening hours, so if you definitely have something you need to go out the same day, get to a counter and ask they scan it in.

  • Rogelio Escareno

I come to this post office almost everyday, the point of a post office is to get your mail processed, accepted, and delivered, how is it that every time I come in to get my prepaid packages scanned almost every single person in the front has an issue with it? Every single person has to have an attitude and shows how much they don’t care about their job, even express it in front of customers. A lesson on customer service would do your employees good! Terrible service!

  • T. Thompson

I went on tax deadline day, the busiest day of the year. I walked thinking I would be here for ever. To my surprise I wasn't they had a plan in place an employee at front door just taking taxes if you already had postage on it. If you could use the machine or go inside. I went inside three ladies working and they were giving directions as well. When I got to front of line tye young lady was pleasant and held a conversation with me. This experience was very nice.

  • Raphael de La Soujeole

The people here are generally helpful and kind, but I've arrived 3 times now in the last couple months to find the place closed well before their official closing time, with no explanation posted, and of course, the official phone number listed goes to some non-USPS voicemail. I live 20 minutes away, so this branch's failure to remain open has now wasted 2 hours of my time, not to mention gas, and of course, my customers' orders are again delayed.

  • CHARLES CUTRIGHT

I have been waiting for a package that has been sitting at this office for more than 5 days!!!! The only status I have is "Shipment received, package acceptance pending", WHAT? This place is literally only 45 minutes away from me, and yet it's taking them more than 5 days for a pending acceptance!!!!! For crying out loud, DO YOUR JOB!!!!! Because of you I can't do mine due to the car part I need in YOUR FACILITY FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS!!!!!!!

  • Benny B

I’ve never had a long wait to mail things but GET READY to sit around for a while if you need to get your passport. My Appointment was at 11:00 AM and the lady finally sees the 10:15 appointment at 10:50. She finishes up at 11:10, gets up and tell us to hold on. We are still waiting 20 minutes later. There’s a reason the USPS loses money every year. Please do yourself a favor and find another post office to get a passport.

  • Michael Demata

Service worker had an attitude before even offering to help. I asked for postage for two items & had me seal my envelope before giving me the postage then I let her know I needed to add postage to something inside the envelope, as requested the at the very beginning, and refused to offer my postage. Highly unlikely to recommend this location as it was to me. Save your time and visit another location with better service.

  • Grace Palomino

Rude employees, ugly manners, no customer service experience. I went to get a passport with an appointment. Online stated I was able to take pictures there, employee said I needed to bring my own, in a nasty manner. Please hire nice friendly employees that represent USA as what we are. Good hard working friendly nice smiley. If they don't like interacting with humans, they should work elsewhere!!!!! Please look into it.

  • Aja Wylie

Terrible customer service. Ladies behind desk treat people with disrespect with people with health issues. All 4 of the women disrespected a father & son that wanted to buy a stamp for there roadtrip scrapbook and wouldn't sell it to them because they were filming their own transaction.. Just Jude women. An some of these postal workers photographing restricted areas while on the jib an post to Facebook.

  • Eddie Tamez

Absolute worst post office ever. I've have been calling the # they have listed for 5 days straight. They never answer the phone and Thier voicemail is always full. I've had a package that's been sitting their for 5 days now with absolutely no movement. I will have to file a claim against this joke of an establishment. Wish they would get off Thier lazy asses and stop stealing people's packages.

  • Bill B

They are NOT closed. Unless you are dropping off mail, most my not want to work but they arent closed. Besides how much something costs to mail or about how to send it, you will not get any other help. They will palm you off and each person will leave huge amoints of useful information out of the conversation like they are trying to hold you up, so everything can take as long as possible.

  • yuuu-up

Location never scanned in and subsequently lost my package. When I went in to enquire about it they wouldn't/ couldn't answer any questions to what happened or what I should do other than providing me a number to a place that's closed. USPS has outdone themselves yet again, is it any wonder they have to be continuously financially bailed out? Stick with UPS or Fedex and save the hassle.

  • Marisa Harper

The employees at this post office are actually helpful....When I first walked in, one of the employees greeted me from the counter and asked if she could help me with anything. I can honestly say, that I don't think that's ever happened at another usps. I go to usps often, so this I will be going to this location from now on. In addition to friendly staff, they also have awesome hours!

  • Shelley Freeman

I see where this location is temporarily closed. After watching the First Amendment Audit- Amagansett Press I hope they're closed to hire new employees. I live in Texas and I have to say that was the most embarrassing thing to watch. Knowing that they are supposed to be representing Texas.... They all were so unprofessional and rude!! You can sure tell city people from country people.

  • D&D

How I was treated at the counter and trying to resolve an issue with a postage paid package that was returned to me. I went to re-ship and pay the difference in postage only to be told that I would have to buy another label. I have called the 800 # at least 5 times, gotten 3 calls back from post offices, but not this one. I would not recommend the service from this location.

  • Scott Cooper

Not bad as far as PO's go. They're open way later and more days than any other PO I've used. Because of this though, the lines can be a little long, but they don't take as long as you would think. Staff has been nice, cordial, and professional during each of my trips there. They also have self service machines that are pretty intuitive to use and can save a lot of time

  • K T

I have gone to this location multiple times with nothing but good experiences. The staff is helpful and I get to go in and out pretty quickly. Several times I do not need to interact with employees, however, since I can send out mail with the self-service machines. Also, when I have needed to buy shipping or mailing supplies, I have found what I needed there. Love it.

  • Timo Ancan

Since it's the main USPS in the Metroplex, it has great schedules, weekend and some holidays are open. Like any other USPS, their employees look like they are not happy with their job. Either the workload, payment, it's hard to find a happy, kind and nice person behind the the desk. Overall, it's just a necessary service. The facility of this it's great.

  • Shan S (Tiger Lilly)

I would not recommend going here, Headquarters really need to sack multiple employees and hire new employees who actually enjoy communicating and serving the community. Cachena McMillian really needs to go, unfortunately it's behaviour like hers that could cause the post office to be targeted in one way or another. I really hope that won't be the case..

  • Sarrika S Chauhan

Mishandled my priority flat rate package how hard it is to scan a package and send it ?? Rude staff on March 4th I sent a package to be delivered in NC and still it's missing and no tracking available. They still don't have answer. Lazy people won't look back in their packages. They don't care they get salary. Such people need to be fired.

  • Antonia Rodriguez

I get great service. I suggest that you set up a mail intern with a help desk to tell people what to do. And charge a fee, not free!!! I have seen people with a sweater, tissue paper and a Priority Mail box, expecting the counter to wrap it up, tape it, label it and address it!!! Thanks for what you do and what you have to deal with.

  • T. Scott

Clerk# 23 on 7.26.22 @ 4:47 pm was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She was speaking negatively about another customer before me. She was rude, combative, and condescending. She definitely should not be in customer service. I can guarantee that I’m not the first person to have issues with her. She is HORRIBLE, avoid her at all costs.

  • Dallas Tran

I come to this office to return a package. the line was long but those lady clerks keep talking and work very slow. when my turn I told the clerk that I want to send just regular mail but she did not hear me and charged priority mail. if this lady shut up and pay attention to her job she could do a better job.

  • Adam Nelson

Everyone dreads going to the Post Office and I always brace myself before going in. However, this location has proven itself to be a very (dare I say) pleasant experience every single I have come in. Whether it's a the middle of a weekday, or a Saturday afternoon, the speed and service are always exceptional!

  • Chocolate Milk

Attrocious behaviour by the incompetent ladies in charge. Supervisor Mary Gomez and clerk Cachena McMillian are completely out of their debth. Public employees that don't even know they're public employees. Be aware that this place hold you the public in utter contempt! The employees leave fake ratings here.

  • Rebecca Agado

As of Aug 04, 2021 Google shows this location as closed or temp closed. However, I've been twice. Once at night and once on a Saturday. They were open both times. I shipped items from the kiosk right when you walk in and shipped items from the main counter. Employees were super nice and very helpful.

  • Donna Little

This is a convenient location since they are open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm, but be aware that today (10/19/2020) I was told they do not scan prepaid shipping labels after 930pm (and that "it's been that way for months"). Saturday hours are 9am to 8pm. Sunday hours are 11am to 6pm.

  • Rachel Stuart

We made an address change and it took them a month to send us a letter to verify our address change. Now they say after we have verified it that it will be another 10 days before we will get our mail! This is ridiculous! They are an irresponsible bunch of people working at this post office!

  • AJ

I had a good experience here. I needed a P.O. Box and had selected the most expensive option online and the woman who helped me was kind enough to inform me that I did not need to do that in order to receive larger packages. She saved me hundreds of dollars and she didn’t have to do that

  • Steven M

AWFUL customer service. Ladies behind the desk were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This is one of the worst postal offices in the state and I can't believe how appalling my experience here was. This location needs a serious supervisor and workers who actually care about their jobs.

  • lisa Allen

i ordered by mail at beginning of march .I t never came. check was cashed , cleared at bank. i reordered last week .Waiting for new order to arrive. Bank says they cant do anything once check clears. Number for post office, voice mail full.It is an isolated incident in my experience.

  • Lori

I don't know her name, but the Black Lady (with the bun in her hair) who is working the line tonight is one of the most pleasant USPS employees I've ever encountered. There's still a line, they're still busy and she was kind and pleasant to everyone I witnessed her interact with.

  • R. Castro

I always go here It's the best place I've found, for shipping packages domestically and internationally. I shipped a 30lb box to Germany, using "regular speed" or the most "economically friendly," the package arrived in a less than 2 weeks. I was so impressed.

  • Eric F

The lady was extremely helpful and friendly even at 9:30 at night. This is the second time to this post office and both times have been a painless and actually enjoyable time (for being at a post office that is). The workers really make you feel welcome.

  • John Doe

If we could send mail through Amazon or UPS it would be faster and more reliable. Constantly getting other peoples mail; other people getting our mail. Postage rates were raised but the service is terrible and so slow. Amazon and UPS is so much faster.

  • D Jones

I went there for fingerprints and had to wait 15mins then when I was finally seen the black lady that does the fingerprints was very mean and rude I will never come to this post office again and I don’t recommend anyone else going there either

  • Carnival Carnie

Says temporarily closed but from what I saw while here today everything was open including the help desk area/kiosk/mailbox room (at least at 8pm on a wednesday). Hopefully they can get their hours fixed at some point to show them accurately.

  • Ali A

This USPS is really really friendly and fast. I had one time a bad experience with the security (federal police) there but that had nothing to do with the postal staff. Very grateful to their hard work. Specially one their manager. Thank you.

  • Brandon Rockhold

Impossible to get anyone on the phone and the staff are consistently rude. Always stuck in long lines. This office, just like most of the others, is a clear example of the inefficiency plaguing USPS; a complete waste of resources. It should

  • Luna

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady's in the front don't want to help you, as if that's not the reason they are there!! Especially the older lady named Helen, she needs to calm down acting like she owns the place. they need friendlier people!!

  • Nancy Nolan

Why don't they answer their phone? EVER? I had a very SIMPLE question that even they would be able to answer: WHAT TIME IS PICKUP ON SATURDAYS? Couldn't find it on website. Besides every post office is different. THANKS US POSTAL SERVICE.

  • DEREK JEFFERSON

I don't know who the postman is that delivers for the George Allen court building but apparently he can't read Because on multiple times he has put mail in the wrong box I have a confirmation that a package was delivered to that building

  • willie hicks

The mail carrier for our route keeps our catalogs i sat here and watched her do so and she refuses to deliver our mail even though the people sending our mail keeps saying they sent it. Thats been 3 weeks. The dishonesty and nonchalant

  • Tristram Coffin

Hands down, the worst post office in America. These people are morons at best and tyrants at worst. Amagansett Press exposed how terrible this place is. The entire state of Texas should be ashamed and demand better of federal workers.

  • Joel Juarez

They lost a package I shipped out about a 10 days ago. Went to ask for additional help to try to retrieve it or made sure it was scanned. I was told “we can’t check or help you with that, YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT!!” FOR HOW LONG!?!?

  • Daniel Brinchman

Rhea provides a very hostile customer experience. Rude beyond belief for no reason at all. It’s sad this behavior is tolerated at this branch and no management is willing to step up to Rhea’s horrible misconduct with customers.

  • J Ackerman

Best post office in Dallas! Have the longest hours and usually have a nice number of people working so the line moves fast. Would recommend it relative to some of the other smaller offices in the area if time is a constraint.

  • RG Gomez

they need to fire rude employee like the one working now , tall lady. go check her out , lol a joke. never seen someone that rude with custumers. post office need to be sold to a private sector. can not be better than that.

  • Kellyesan

Went in an hour before posted closing time and got repeatedly yelled at "WE'RE CLOSED" with no further explanation, even though a couple of others were allowed to get in line. Go here if y'all want to be treated like dogs.

  • GoldRiver LandCompany

Person for bulk mail is often not there, clerks are uneducated about postal service stamps and generally ineffective despite being the "main" Dallas post office... clerks each time have to ask manager what bulk mail is...

  • Jeff Woodward

I went to the main Dallas post office and waiting 30 minutes after they were scheduled to open and left. I spoke to a post office employee who could have cared less that they were not open and did not even bother to help.

  • rick bacus

Nice professional clerks! Google says temporarily closed which has been stated at least as of last week. I personally handed my letter to a clerk in the customer service area last night at aproximately 9pm on 8/10/2021.

  • Zac Falach

I never make reviews and this one is primarily targeting their phone. I have called over 30 times to try and ask a question and book in a fingerprints scan. No one answers and straight to message bank. Shocking service.

  • Catherine Lux

Dropping off tax form usually there is a drive through. But in a pandemic they decide to have everyone walk into the building and wait in an enclosed space. Nothing like the post office for their “customer service”.

  • Tyler T

Had the misfortune of stopping here on my way home from work only to be met with some of the most rude, ignorant, arrogant, and apathetic service staff I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Clean up your staff.

  • Dreazz Leggs

I’m a trucker and I picked a load up today from here very tight backing no maneuvering room as they have other trailers parked where u need the space yard man was pleasant tho be prepared to jack knife into dock

  • Kody Phillips

I LOVE THIS PLACE. YEAH THE EMPLOYEES ARE SORTA KINDA A LIL RUDE SOMETIMES, BUT THEY'RE OPEN LATE EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I'D BE A GRUMP IF I HAD TO WORK LATE AT A POST OFFICE EVERYDAY TOO. 10/10 Would recommend

  • Ryan

Very unprofessional Service, employees act like children that don’t get their way. Very disappointed in this post office, that only are they very rude here they do not support people taking video.

  • Kia Kindell

We drive out of our way to go to this USPS. The ladies are super friendly, speedy and helpful!! This place is clean, organized and well ran. These ladies deserve some recognition for a tough job!

  • Briana Wunderli

Shout out to Ms. Deborah for helping me mail 100 packages for my non profit. Sorry I came in during the lunch rush but these ladies kept their cool and were so helpful moving the line along.

  • Liam Amiri

Passport service at this USPS location was amazing. Rhea( the)was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. She patiently helped me with my numerous inquiries and dumb questions, lol

  • Andrew

I am convinced they steal packages here. Management is very rude, informing me it is my problem the package was lost. What a great customer service. Will avoid this place like a plague.

  • Abraham Valverde

Worst service for passport service, you arrive 30 minutes before close time and they reject you. They should change the hours if they are not willing to work until the cut off time.

  • cheryl thomas

My brother and sister-in-law were in the mist of a transatlantic move. The staff in this office assisted us with boxes and patience. Thanks guys. This will always be my post office.

  • Kyle Steed

The best customer service in this place is the automated machine in front. I would encourage anyone to find another post office to visit. Even if you have to drive out of your way.

  • V V

They have rules for our safety as well as their safety,so I just go in do what they ask I get unloaded in a timely manner and then I leave don't take things personal I don't .

  • Baozilla

Bad attitude is a common trait amongst USPS employees. This location is one of the best examples. Employees here make my local Burger King seem like a 3-star Michelin.

  • Dallas Fort-Worth

Had to teach them how to measure a package. Rude and condescending. It blows my mind that they behave the way they do, yet don’t understand fundamental geometry.

  • Peter Bo Rappmund

Longer hours than most post offices and I've never had a bad experience with customer service here. Very quiet before lunch hours if you want to avoid the line.

  • Lorena Guzman

I used to love this place many years ago i like the extended hours but the employees here are very rude all the time and yell at the customers very bad service

  • Jenni S

Extreamly rude women working at this facility. Gossiping about hispanic people on line and rude to us in general. The difference in treatment was ridiculous.

  • Kevin & Jeni

You have ONE customer service person, on a tax deadline day (October 16th) with a line back to the door. What the hell is your manager thinking??!!!!

  • rajaa carson

No answering from life agent to explain the issues .this is a year try to track a pagege with important document would you willing to help me pleas

  • Brittany White

Every time I come in here people are rude. Folks who look just like me talk to me like I’m beneath them, they are unhelpful and I hate coming here

  • Matt McLaughlin

I have always had good experiences at this post office. The sales reps are professional and friendly. This is my favorite post office by far!

  • Gregory Beck
