I usually visit this location because of its convenience in proximity to my job. I ran by yesterday and ended up waiting over 20 minutes (which isn't a huge deal, I know mailing different things take time) but one lady who was working with one customer for that entire 20 mins (there was one other employee who was helping everyone in line while she kept talking to the customer and trying to help him) was extremely rude. When the customer she had been helping left, she turned to the waiting line and shook her head and said something derogatory about him. I was next in line and had been unable to get some tape to do the final single tape line across the top of my box, so I asked if she had any for that. I had needed a strip of tape once prior, and the employee had gladly put that single strip on for me,, so I had assumed it would be the same now.. She said I had to buy some, so I grabbed a roll and quickly did the final line of tape. She asked me to step out of line since my package wasn't ready once I had unrolled the tape, and so I quickly just laid the strip down over the box and said I was ready. Naturally, because I had misunderstood and thought they'd be able to do a single strip of tape for me, I would absolutely understand stepping out of line if I was going to have to finish packing up the box or whatnot, but the entire situation of my getting the tape from the wall and taping the box shut literally took ten seconds. I apologized and said I would have stepped out of line but it was a very quick fix and I was already finished by the time she had asked me to step aside, and again, I'd already been waiting 20 minutes and no one was enforcing the 10 people or less in the room guidelines posted in the post office itself for during covid and I was anxious to finish and leave. She could have simply been nice about explaining to me that, even if it did take me 10 seconds to finish my box, that I needed to not be in line until it was fully complete, but she started yelling at me loud enough for everyone to hear that I was the reason the line was held up now. Again, I understand, and I apologized, and especially understand if I had needed a decent amount of time to tape my box, but it truly took 10 seconds and that was it. She was extremely rude to me the rest of my time there, shoving my change back at me and turning her head not to look at me, and I thanked her and wished her a good day and she made sure to look away from me and not acknowledge me at all unless it was just asking about hazardous materials or if the address was correct. I wouldn't be surprised if she said something derogatory about me to those waiting as I left like the gentleman before me. Again, I'm not saying I'm not at fault here, as technically my box was not fully ready to be shipped. But there IS a big difference in just speaking to someone and yelling at them. I know she must have had a long shift and was tired, and that's completely understandable. Just don't be rude to people, please. I don't plan to visit this location again.

Maybe I should have checked the reviews PRIOR to coming to this location. However, went to drop off a postage paid package. It was a last-minute decision as I was out and the Post Office was on my way home. I was returning a jacket I purchased and the return instructions required it to be in the original packaging. I also printed the label that was to be placed on the package. I figured the Post Office should have tape, right? I entered and was about the 6th person in line at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. "No problem", I thought. One of the workers behind the counter, a gentleman, thanked the customers for coming in and asked for our continued patience. I thought that was a nice gesture. As I approached the front of the line, that very gentleman called on me next. I informed him that I needed to mail a package, but I needed to seal it closed and affix the label. He politely told me, "You can buy or borrow tape. But we don't provide tape." I literally thought he was joking. After I realized that he was NOT, I asked whether I could just drop the package off once it was taped. He stated that I could. I left the Post Office. As I rode away in my car, I thought, "why don't they have free tape?" Then, I thought, "if they had tape for every customer that came in there...they would be losing money on tape!....But, they are the Post Office! Tape is of unlimited supply, right?" I guess not. Anyway, I got a call from my cousin as I was leaving a Walgreens where I went to BUY packing tape and was heading to ANOTHER, closer Post Office to drop off my package. I mentioned to her what happened. She agreed with me. We laughed about it. She, ironically, was going in the Post Office herself. Then, she texted me a picture from the BALTIMORE, MARYLAND Post Office...they provide FREE TAPE for their customers! So, NO. I am not crazy. NO. It is not too much to ask. Be nice. LOL!

Zero Stars. Incompetent. Many NON-deliveries. They never deliver my packages except that one time they crammed it in the mailbox. They say can't find where I live. I have MET them at the post office boxes and DROVE them to SHOW them where I live, STILL can't seem to deliver my packages. One day it said it was attempted, I was here all day and no one knocked at the door and there was no orange slip showing they'd ever been here to advise me of my package. One day it said returned to sender, I called and it was at the post office, they said they tried but returned it. I HAD TO GO PICK UP MY OWN DANG PACKAGE...DELIVERY IS WHAT WE PAY FOR. One day it said attempted again and that it was taken back to the post office, I was home all day that day too and there was no orange slip at my door AGAIN. They never attempted, they just say they do. I was here! I had to call and they had it there, I HAD TO GO PICK UP MY OWN DANG PACKAGE AGAIN. Today, it shows delivered to mailbox. IT WAS NOT IN MY MAILBOX. Trying to call and call and call and call...keeps hanging up on me after a few rings and I have tried very many times to call. I AM SOOOOO UPSET WITH THIS POSTOFFICE LOCATION. I'm tired of having to call. I'm tired of having to GO GET MY OWN DANG PACKAGE. I'm tired of you not putting forth the effort to deliver it. I'm tired of inaccurate information in your tracking system telling me something you did with my package that you didn't do. I'm tired of horrible service. I'm tired of having to figure out what the heck you guys did with my package every every every time I try to have something delivered here. You are NOT doing a good job AT ALL and I'm tired of having to follow up on everything that comes through your location. I'M TIRED OF IT! GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER!

I have lived next door to this post office for over four years now. Although I would not qualify my experiences as bad previously, they have definitely not been good. As of recent, my carrier LOST my prescription package. I called every day for over a week after it was supposedly delivered to a parcel box (why the carrier chose to deliver it to a parcel box instead of taking it the few steps to the complex office as had been done many times before, I do not know) and left a key in my mailbox. This did not happen! I have yet to hear directly from my carrier. I was able to get in touch with other individuals, but all they could do is leave messages for the carrier and give second hand information regarding what happened. Today, after 10 days of this back and fourth, Anthony Adkins (the supposed station manager) informed me that although he could not give me our carrier's name (Accountability???), that the carrier had informed my apartment complex that the parcel boxes had been tampered with. What? The apartment complex was not the one calling every day for over a week, but the carrier could not have been bothered to pick up the phone and call me. I do not believe for one minute that this is the truth. I believe either one of two things happened: either he mis-delivered my package or he stole it. Either way, I am furious at how poorly this has been handled!

Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Post Office. I went into the Post Office on Noel after receiving a direct phone call from Amazon Delivery Courier. She stated that she dropped off the package directly to the Post Office. When I arrived at Post Office, I spoke with the gentleman at the Pick-up counter. I informed him that I didn't receive a yellow slip in the Mailbox but I was told by Amazon that the package was delivered. I also informed him that I had the tracking number. This man started off with a condescending tone. He stated that if you do not have a yellow slip then your package was not delivered. I explained again that I received a direct phone call from the Courier from Amazon. I literally had to beg him to check the system for the package. He falsely accused me of being irate and loud. I was none of this. I will not be renewing my PO Box at this location. I called Amazon, gave them the tracking number, and informed them of what happened. Amazon looked up the package and informed me that the package was delivered to an employee at the Noel Post Office by the name of Warren. I believe all of the comments posted here. The attitudes and unprofessionalism must be addressed. I actually have to drive 30 minutes just to get to this post office. It is not worth the trouble and embarrassment.

12/24/23 Post office did not have the package altho tracking showed it was already there. Postal clerk said they would search and call. No call. I suggested they put it in a locker. Instead they jammed it in my mailbox 2 days later and I could barely get it out. I yelled through the box to see if the workers inside could help. Instead they laughed and made insults. I hate the staff at this location. They need turnover. Lower than a 1 star and definitely not a star this Christmas. ------ 2023 This location is such a disappointment because of the staff. One employee in particular is long overdue in being let go and fired. Warren has been there for years and he spreads gossip and defamation constantly. Everytime I come into this location he is spreading damage as he works to each customer. It has caused homelessness, destroyed my good name, blocked all work. I am a good person. He on the other hand does not deserve employment. Customers want to come in and mail packages, not hear his damage spreading. I cannot wait for the day he is fired.

So I actually visited this location 2 times today. The 1st time the lady at the front with the short hair, glasses, and purple nails was very honest, nice and welcoming. Now, when I came back with my girlfriend the 2nd time there was a tall, older, male, with glasses and was very unwelcoming as well as aggressive with his tone. With that being said, I knew that other customers could have been intimidated by his unwelcoming personable impression. The reason I say that is because, that is also how he made my girlfriend and I feel. He needs to learn how to smile and be considerate of the people who walk into his work place. If he can't do that then I advise him to find another job that suits his personality. He was asking for an exchange of words, but as an adult, I kept my composure. Now I see why the lady at cvs told me not to come here and that this location was horrible. I guess we will be going to the Richardson location from this point forward.

I had a Priority International package come through with medicines and they kept it for 6 DAYS without giving me updates on re-delivery (which I scheduled twice) or package hold or any sort of communication. I tried to call them, tried the central USPS number, but nothing. The mail carrier also left the wrong address on the "delivery failed" slip, which led to me driving out of my way, taking time off work, just to be told that the package wasn't at that address stated on the slip and should be at Spring Valley location. I finally got enough time off today and drove down in person. Thank goodness my package was not temperature sensitive. I am infuriated at the nonchalant way they treat their customer's packages. And they are absolutely unresponsive regarding complaints or feedback. Please don't go here for any of your mailing services. Complete waste of our tax dollars and locations like these are a drain on federal and state resources.

I had a very horrible experience with whomever is in charge of delivering packages to my address for the post office. They claim to leave a delivery notice in my mail and for three consecutive times -there was absolutely no notice left. I have had two of my packages sent back due to this delivery persons' incompetency. The manager claims they now have GPS to show each delivery man's location and that I should call the post office to lookout for my packages each time I am expecting one. Really? So is this why am I not getting these notice of delivery to go pickup my package? Because I have to make an extra effort after paying for my mail to be delivered? I mean its not the first or second time. Now I am wondering if there is another address of mine they have that I am not aware of. They are terrible at helping you reach any sort of resolution. The mail man responsible for this

Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. Warren must be prejudice against blonde white girls or something based on the reviews he’s gotten from others. Both times I’ve been there (a year apart) - he immediately yelled at me asking the first time if my 6lb chihuahua I was holding (who by the way makes no noise or trouble unless doing her job) was a service animal - and the second time saying “ma’am- we don’t allow pets in here!” FYI Warren - she is in fact a service animal and that was very much not in the spirit of Christmas for you to holler at me like that with all those other customers in front of me waiting. A) I was just dropping off a prepaid package too big for the drop off and B) my service animal is welcome in your establishment whether you want her there or not. It’s the law, dude- so stop hatin’! But merry frickin’ Christmas to you too, brother.

Not sure how these folks are still employed. This post office needs alot of flushing of their reps. They lack common courtesy and customer service skills. Personal conversations over customer acknowledgment, dropping the ball and sending mails to wrong addresses. Ridiculously rude staff members and dirty place with dirty people. Employees at this location give the normal working class black people a bad name. By the way I am black and ashamed of the people who work at this store. Just the typical !!! If you find yourself at this store, there is only associate that think straight and seems to have common sense and that's Mr.Warren. Their managers and supervisors are just as bad, so don't bother asking for one. You will wait hours and may not get one of them to come out to speak to you.

  • Rhiannon Brookwell

They do not answer their phone and they are unhelpful. It's always the same lady I am speaking to. I moved out of the area to Grapevine at the beginning of June - Set up my change of address early so it would take effect right away. I am receving paper mail forwarded to me, but 2 of my packages were both 'delivered' to the old address, though the apartment complex has not seen them and they are not in the post boxes. I spent 2 weeks talking to the lady about the first missing package, and in the end we could never find it. 3 days later and a second package doesn't get forwarded as well and, behold, I cannot reach them by phone again. Frustrating, unhelpful. They claim that it is probably because the usual carrier is not working right now. But that shouldn't be a valid excuse.

  • Karen Belanger

I have lived in the area for four years. Moved to a different apt. complex thought mail delivery would get better it did not. You don't get packages, or they say delivered when they are not, they are delivered to the wrong place and you can file claims but nothing is done, you never get the promised reimbursement, and you have to wait 60 to 90 days for vendors to reimburse half the time. I get other people's mail all of the time. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how this post office even operates. The carriers do NOT care try talking to them nicely to inquire about where your mail/deliveries are, they speak to you like you are a major inconvenience and it's your fault for living there. Seriously, was told " too many transients here why are you living here?" UNACCEPTABLE.

  • Pete Detlef

The awful workers in this branch deserve negative ratings. They go out of their way to be rude. I went in and offered to put out some express envelopes on the stand and they refused to give some to me and instead made a rude comment. I am shocked by the rudeness these people display. One of the ladies acted like she was too bad-ass to speak to anyone and just pointed aggressively to each customer and refused to speak as if she thought everyone was stupid and hated everyone for coming in. The USPS is Addison and in other locations is so much better. This place needs immediate attention and their customer service staff needs drastic changes and some need to be fired immediately! This place might just offer the MOST HATEFUL customer service experience in Texas.

  • Ashley Bent

Very nice employees here . However, my issues lies within: 1. Having a P.O. BOX at this facility 2. Tracking my items which state they have been delivered to this Post office location 3. Then I check my PO Box and somehow the packages are missing and isn’t in my P.O. Box!?! Who is responsible for this? This has happened TWICE. I haven’t had anyone follow up about my missing items. A purse that was “delivered” to my box in May and most recently a pair of shoes tracked as delivered to the post office!!!! Why is this happening? Please fix it. UPDATE: New week, another package “ delivered” from FEDEX to the post office, signed for, marked as delivered and it’s missing. And it’s been over 2 weeks. Do not get a PO Box.

  • Roger Lippert

I would also give zero stars if I could. I received an email asking if I liked a product that was delivered. This was the only way I knew that a package was supposedly delivered. There was no notice in my mail box. I checked and had the office staff check and there was no package. Our mail carrier is on her phone the whole time she is supposedly delivering mail. Don't know how someone can be on their phone 100% of the time and still do their job. My experience is they do not. I tried calling for over 1 1/2 hours to the local post office and no one ever picked up. So I call the main customer service number and they say it will be 30 to 40 minutes. No wonder the Postal Service is having so many problems.

  • Cece

I requested to speak with a supervisor or postmaster and was informed that they don't have one. I find it hard to believe that this location lacks a supervisor or a floating postmaster. When I inquired about the name of the person I was speaking to, a female employee identified herself as "Dickerson." However, I later discovered that this was not her actual name. Instead, she provided me with the name of another individual who serves as the supervisor. The behavior of the staff at this location is extremely discourteous. While I recognize that these are federal employees with job security, it does not justify their ability to speak to customers in a disrespectful manner and provide no assistance.

  • Samuel Osee

This is the worst post office in north Dallas. Why can't my home be in another zip code? If I could give negative stars I totally would. They misdeliver my mail all the time and the people at the post office have no clue what customer service is. I went today to pick up a package. I've done this many times since they always misdeliver. There's a line/place you pick up packages. A man that looks like a supervisor tells me someone will help me to retrieve my package. A woman who sees me for 10 mins who keeps going back and forth tells me later when I ask her to help me that I need to get in line for that. WHAT?!?! I wonder why USPS is always running deficit and losing out to FedEx and UPS.

  • Alexander Low

Busy, but efficient. I use this post office twice per week to fulfill my e commerce orders and the staff is always able to assist me in the (rare) event it's needed. The majority of people commenting about the staff here complain the staff are rude. No, they're not. They're underpaid, underappreciated, and subject to abuse from customers. Here's a tip: if you don't speak English in America, don't expect public servants to accommodate you. The website is available in multiple languages. That's what it's there for. If you don't know how to ship a box online or in person at the post office, go thru fedex. They get paid to handle flustered old people who can't understand technology.

  • Hutton Kalik

Abysmal service. Unclean and unprofessional staff. The lady that looks like animal from the muppets that works behind the counter has given me multiple different answers about how drop offs are handled. Half the time people leave the bins at the desk and the other half she screams at you if you do. Extremely rude human being. Not to mention if you go in with certified mail, they have had me cut the line multiple times if I just need a stamp or so. But the muppet lady decided that she was too busy at the very counter that she has given me different answers about to reach over and give me one stamp. Will never ever ever return to this location. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE MUPPET LADY.

  • Rita B

I have no problems with the postal clerks at this location but have issues with the postal carriers. The first issue is the delivery time for our location in an apartment complex. I guess since we are so close to the post office, we have to get our mail LAST. That means that mail is not usually delivered until AFTER 5:30 p.m. (when the apartment front office closes) and sometimes as late as 6:00 p.m. So, if you're waiting for a package that does not fit into your mail box, you have to wait until the next day to get it...that is...IF they leave a notice in your box that they tried delivering it. I'm tired of having to race to meet the mail carrier to get my items.

  • Debby Rabbit

Went there today to pick up a package. Went to the door with the big "If You Have a Package Slip, Ring Bell For Service" sign on it. I rung the bell and waited for a few minutes. Nothing happened. I heard someone talking behind the door, so I rung again. Still nothing. I heard two people laughing on the other side of the wall maybe a foot or two from the door, and so I rung the doorbell a third time. Then I heard a voice say "How long d'you think it's gonna take that jackass to realize nobody's gonna come help 'em and they'll just go home?" So yeah. The people working here aren't just rude to customers' faces, they also apparently joke about us behind our backs.

  • Yousef Tawheed

I was returning a shipment, and the clerk was phenomenal and had great attitude. Didn't really catch his name but it looked more like Warren or Warden. Had a great attitude and probably one of the best experiences that I've had in any post office. Made sure to say thanks for coming by and please come back and visit us again eith every person he helped. Waited in the line for about 5 mins because there was just two clerks so I hope they add more employees, but overall super satisfied. UPDATE: On my second visit I discovered that his name is actually Warren, and just like last visit his customer service was impeccable, truly deserves recognition and a raise!

  • IRS BUR

Unbelievable poor racially motivated terrible customer service. I walked in with my Service Dog in my arms and the old lady and old man behind the counter immediately told kenI could not come in with an animal; I explained my dog was a “licensed” SERVICE ANIMAL and the old man shook his head at me and the old lady said “I can print out the policy” if you want. I again attempted to explain it was a licensed service animal and I even attempted to show them the license certificate. The old lady (Bobbie) said “you have to go” and said, “THESE WHITE PEOPLE” while looking at the old man for agreement. I just left. Our tax dollars at work here.

  • Ady Torres

I'd like to congratulate this post office for their hard work and service, and for being really professional, polite and willing to help me, when my package got lost. I know that mistakes when delivering mail can happen for several reasons, and I tried to be understanding with the situation and followed the steps to file a claim on my lost package. It took time, a lot of calls and a visit to the office to try to solve the problem. Finally the mail carrier went above and beyond and searched one more time on the possible places to look for the lost package, and he found it! Best mail carrier ever!Thank you again for everything.

  • je suis

I have read all the reviews about this place and its incredible that most are negative. Its also unbeliable how it seems that nothing has been done to better their service since this bad service has been done for quite a long time. I have also experience the bad service. I have been waiting for a package to be delivered 3 days ago since I have been tracking it with the tracking # but now there is no follow up. I called the USPS office and the phone line was busy within a period of time of 3 hours. When someone finally answered I did not get the help or answers to my questions. Please improve your service as soon as possible.

  • robbie singleton

They returned a package stating had the wrong address even though it was the same package that gets delivered every month for 5 months until the post office just didn't feel like delivering it. Then after I received the notification I went up there to get the package and was told I would have to call Fed Ex to get the USPS tracking number but I wasn't told that over the phone. I will be having everything be delivered to my home I would rather take the risk of someone stealing it off my porch that have this unscrupulous post office deliver any more of my packages. They probably wouldn't deliver anyway.

  • Edgard C

Very rude customer service. This was my first and last time coming to this USPS location. The place was a mess and they did not have the envelopes I needed stocked outside. When I went to the front the lady made me feel stupid for asking a question and requesting an envelope. All I wanted was a small envelope to send a letter and she hands me this huge envelope and tells me they’re all the same. She didn’t tell me the price or explain the process to me. A simple “I’m sorry we don’t have that size envelope anymore but this will due” would’ve been nice. I should’ve read the reviews before coming here

  • Crystal Briones

You will be waiting forever!! Only one person sending out packages, only one doing pickup for packages. They will make you wait even when you’re next in line if you are not sending out. Picking up ONE SMALL package should not more than 10 minutes, no, not even 5 minutes!! I waited more than 10 minutes and there was only one person in front of me in the “pickup” line. First they can’t deliver my package to my door, then can’t even help me in a promptly manner to pickup my package. Maybe try a better system and less people would get upset. I saw others walk out because they were frustrated too.

Worst customer service ever. Ms. Bobby is very rude and nasty to customers and her co workers. When you complain on her they always say they are going to talk to her because I'm not the first. Well the next time I will go to corporate because she is rude to another level. Even while talking to her manager about her he asked her to do something and she snapped and said I don't know where that's at ask somebody else. Really you see your manger dealing with a customer and instead of you going to ask the other person you tell him. If I could get away without giving a star at all I would.

  • Gide Ne

This location has a worst customer service I have ever seen. even the lady supervisor is very rude and thinks she owns the US post office . The postal carriers is terrible & they don't leave you "no notice" in the mail box . There are many times the postal carriers left the entire mail box open in the Renaissance parc apartment complex and actually have people stolen there package including mine just two days ago. don't even bother to go to this post office the supervisor don't even care and will just tell you call consumer affairs ..good luck if she even give you the phone number.

  • Ty Badu

Unmotivated staff, pretty much too nonchalant when any issue is brought to their attention. Staff is also unprofessional. They get upset when they have to do their job (go to the back and look for a package). I called yesterday and asked for them to hold my package at the post office since i will not be home in time and the guy on the other line said he will notify the driver since it had not been delivered yet. I got a notification about an hour later stating my package was delivered to the front door. It sat there for 4 hours until i made it home. Luckily it was still there.

  • Ahad Janudeen Hayes-Walker

Workers are trying to prove you wrong. Wife went to pick up my package they said he couldn't find it and then just stated it should have been delivered it was not. I returned a second time after checking with the sender and the lady tells me they didn't have the right address after I stated I had notification they couldn't get a signature and the sender had verified this. I give her the tracking number and she states they sent it back. This the second incident where this postal route says they couldn't get a signature at my home even though someone is always here.

1 STAR for being OPEN. Took me threw HOMELAND SECURITY to cash a 25.00 USPS MONEY ORDER I purchased from this location. Asked a ZILLON QUESTIONS. Then said they had to verify SERIAL NUMBER on MO. Presented my government issued license. Same name & address on MO. Waited for 20 minutes. When GRAY HEADED FAT ALBERT asked for my phone number with 15 people in line I said let me write it down. Then I decided to pick my MO & DL up from counter and cash it at another Post Office. I DID. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. No VERIFICATION of SERIAL NUMBER. Not even my phone number.

  • Izzy S

I went to this post office after already having a horrible experience with the UPS booth at staples. Hoping for reprieve, I was met by unfriendly clerks who in turn did not explain how to label my package properly resulting in me having to relabel my packed 3 separate times. After this frustrating experience I was then asked to “return my pen from where I got it “ while I was walking away after my purchase. Clerk who completed my order was very passive aggressive . I’ll drive out of my way to avoid going to this branch ever again, Jesus Christ.

  • Jackeline Sierra

The clerk was so enthusiastic and easy to talk to. He even made jokes to entertain the long line of customers. I overheard him trying to explain Informed Delivery to a customer and the customer was having a hard time understanding but the worker made sure to explain it 2 or 3 times with lots of patience and humor until the customer understood. He wasn't able to help me with my situation but that's because of another reason completely separate from him. Rating 5 stars because of his great attitude, patience, and eagerness to help.

  • Angel Gallegos

I’m having an issue with a lost package. On usps tracking website it shows me that the item is still in possession. They were able to show me that it had been delivered somehow they’re able to see tracking information the customer can’t see. I told them I needed proof to show eBay that they were delivered so I could get my money back and they said they couldn’t provide me the proof. They’re no help here and usps needs to update their policy. Employees need to be allowed to provide detailed tracking information to their customers.

This location is conveniently located near my place of work. I go in to either buy stamps or mail out oversized envelopes. The clerks have always been helpful in letting me know which shipping method is best. They actually help in clearing up the information that's posted. I've never experienced or witnessed any rudeness. And yes, sometimes I have to wait longer than other times. In my whole life have I rarely walked into a post-office without customers. I like them. They're nice and helpful. Been going there about 10 months.

  • Ash Slay

I never received a card that was sent to me from another state. No telling what happened to it. At my building mailboxes are just left open. I guess they are slammed shut and some pop back open. The mailboxes are not checked by the mail carrier at all. I would not be surprised if my card was stolen with a gift card in it. I cannot wait for the USPS to go out of business! The manager of this location is actually a White guy, sitting in the back with his feet up being overpaid. Their facilities are old and ugly looking too.

  • Rachel Esquivel

The two women working at the desk were SCREAMING across the room at this poor man trying to help his mother ship something international. He obviously didn’t speak much English and they were absolutely horrible to him by embarrassing him in front of everyone in the post office. Maybe walkover and help him? The people around him felt so bad, the other customers ended up helping them find and fill out the form. What a horrifying example of human behavior. The post office should feel ashamed that they employ such people.

  • Maritza Engleton

A lot of the people here act like they don’t even know how to do their job my apartment is very easily assessable right across from the mailboxes and yet they’re always telling me they can’t deliver packages because they have no access. UPS delivers packages, FedEx delivers here and even Amazon. USPS used to be good and I would get everything even packages all of a sudden I have to go to the post office to get my package and most the time they can never find it usually takes three people to find one package.

  • Curtis Rood

I am 55 years old. I have been to post offices where the employees were friendly. I have never until today found a post office run efficiently. Wow. There were three employees behind the counter, and one in front. The gentlemen in front greeted each customer and offered assistance. By the time each of the assisted customers reached the front of the line, it was only necessary for the employees behind the counter to process payment resulting in a line in the post office that actually moves. Great experience.

  • kenisha kelley

This is the absolute worst post office I ever been too. Everytime there’s lines stretching outside the door. There’s usually only two people working. The only guy in there is rude as hell. I was in this morning and him and another lady worker was going back and forth with each other on the front line. Be pretty much trying to call her out because she took longer to come to the front and help when she was actually in the back helping another customer and didn’t want to just leave I completed. Who does that?

  • L S

I’m only giving 5 stars for the people that work during the afternoon. The people in the mornin are rude as hell. A young woman and older woman and an older gentleman. Have 0 respect for people who do not speak English as well. Came by for the first time around 5:30 WONDERFUL STAFF!!! Super super kind and helpful. ESPECIALLY patient when dealing with older customers and customers who do not speak English well. Major major difference. I kind of want to solely come here during the day if my schedule allows.

  • Abigail Obidike

I don’t know who the new lady is that’s delivering mail at Preston park apartments, but this week she has done a very BAD job, I scheduled something to be picked up which she didn’t do, and the next day I was told I had a package delivered to a postal Locker and I didn’t find the key in my mailbox, I hope it wasn’t stolen because the LADY left the whole compartment that closes the mailboxes OPEN, u could literally access other ppls mail. This is a present I was expecting and now I can’t find it. Ugh,

  • Angel M

Absolutely worst post office I've ever dealt with. I ship A LOT and have actually had pleasant experiences but not here. I had a package delivered from this hub that I never actually received. Called and spoke with a lady who didn't seemed shocked and told me she'd call me back, never did. Now everytime I call it's either a busy signal or rings 10 times then automatically hangs up.. Just lost $50 I'll never see again and these a'holes could care less. Spending more for ups or FedEx from now on.

  • Sofia Blankenship

This the best post office I have ever been to and I am writing this after having been there quite a few times in the past 3-4 months with no issues. Everyone is helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Many times the post office doesn't have enough people and the line is slow, but they always seem to have enough people working to keep the line moving. Another viewer mentioned Warren, who really is the best. Everyone that has helped me with my mail has made the post office an enjoyable experience.

  • Rey

Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. Rene a counter "lady" would not help me when asking how to send a certified letter. She told me it was my job to know how to send mail. When I told her it was her job to help us the customer. She told me to get back in line because she was at lunch and walked off. I complained several ways and was ignored. Would never used this post office again. Wonder why they are going out of business. Worst customer service! Rude rude and rude!!!

  • Victor Lizardi

For starters it sucks that we have to depend on people to do there jobs at this location because they clearly don’t care. I was supposed to have a package delivered today and it’s marked as delivered and it’s clearly not and when I called I was kept on hold till after they closed so no one has any idea where my package is and no one is available to assist. I called at 5:30pm and kept on hold till after 6pm and no one ever came back on the phone to help me. Seriously disappointed

  • Matt Mercy

Lazy! They marked my package as "unable to gain access" because he/she didn't want to deliver it on a Saturday - I was there the whole time and the truck NEVER came by! This caused my package to get a new tracking number, get lost, and for me to only get it a week later after 3 hours (no joke) on hold. I finally broke down and drove to the office and got it myself (I'm assuming, I'm currently driving there now). I wish I got to just not do my job because I didn't feel like it!

  • James Noble

Never use this post office I cannot stress that enough the management is garbage and the employees are just as bad they called me a liar to my face about a attempted delivery and still when I called them out on it the manager says oh well. Just because you're a postal worker doesn't mean you are untouchable when it comes to taking responsibility. I hope they fire everyone at this location and bring in employees that actually take responsibility instead of pushing it off.

  • Kim Wong (kimawonton)

Customer service is obviously not a priority at this location at all. I have never been put on hold for 10 min just to be hung up on EVER when calling for help. I had a simple question: to see if the person could help me figure out what location my package that was supposed to have been delivered today was. The quality of service from USPS is absolutely awful and if they weren't a government entity, they'd have been put out of business a LONG time ago...

  • Elizabeth Vang

Pulled up in front of my door with a package in her hand. Hears my dog bark from inside, so runs back into the truck and drives off. No notice was left but I did get a notification that the delivery attempt failed and a notice was left. I watched this go down, took 10 Seconds to put my dog in another room and then go to the front door to no packages. Don’t be a mail delivery person if you can’t handle a dog that barked from inside someone’s house.

  • Cristal Barragan

If you are going to work in customer service you should be polite if not leave. The people going to this post office are keeping this location in open. The receipt should have the clerks name but instead it is a number. I went today to this location on Noel Rd and clerk 55 assisted me. It was the worst service I have EVER received. And it was not only me, everyone she helped she was rude to. She should be fired based on the way she treats people.

  • Mr Sterious

Worst post office I've ever used: employees who couldn't care less, supplies always out, no pens. Even the self service machine doesn't work properly so a person is forced to deal with their employees. I have also had packages returned to the sender due to "undeliverable as addressed" when my address is 100% correct on the package. Unfortunately when I need postal services this is the nearest post office. Will probably start using UPS or FedEx.

  • Jonathan J

Worst, I ordered Premium mail Forwarding, Was getting charged $ 20.10 a week even though my mail wasn't getting processed I waitem 3 weeks $60.30 later and it still wasn't getting forwarded, I canceled the order, and they refused to refund me. Pretty much taking my money for services I never got. Save your money and NEVER USE THE PREMUUM FORWARDING. Three is good chance they will Just wind up stealing your money like they did mines.

  • Sarah Freeland

This is my favorite post office in north Dallas. It’s always pretty busy. These negative reviews are picky. USPS is notorious for their workers being put through really hard days.. Be patient. Bring your own tape (USPS never supplies tape - you have to buy. But you can order online for free if you use their boxes). Clean and overall nice place. Has 2 drop off bins for envelopes in the parking lot, one package drop off in the lobby.

  • Evan Curnell

They are extremely rude. I called and they pick up the phone and hang up, if you have something sent here they will be of no help. My debit card was hacked and I had to get a new one, I gave them my name and number for when it showed up and they never called and when they finally answered the phone they said they had never heard of me and they sent it back. They don't care about you or your mail. Terrible customer service.

  • Leslie Miles

This has become my new post office and I hate it . I was in the lune way to long . The. Big guy with the braids was flirting with all the women and as they walked out he stared them down to where it made me feel uncomfortable. Sexual harassment should be filed. He was rude and arrogant to the lady next to him. And he was slow she worked all the customers while he talked and took his time. Next time I will drive to Addison

  • Monty Britton

Does anyone deliver mail anymore? I have had several items marked "delivered" on usps tracking but nowhere to be found. Mail has not been delivered in several days when they send me emails on items coming today. I swear we must live in Pony Express days around here! Tired of not getting what I order to have the usps lose them or worse: steal them. This is uncalled for and stop blaming covid. Our mail MUST be delivered!!!

  • Gayana Badalyan

Can they please hire some professional staff?? Staff at this location lacks some serious competence, professionalism and basic customer service. Pretty sure USPS needs to raise their job qualifications. This place has the worst employees!! The least competent one is Talidia Foy. The worst customer service, lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for her job and her duties. Stay away from her!

  • Derrick Faulet

The place is not very clean or good looking, but the people that work here in the afternoons are so patient it is ridiculous! I could not be that patient with the type of people that they have to deal with. So if you're looking for great service, this is the place for that. There're some that are not super patient, but it's like 1. The rest are nice and cordial considering who they service.

  • Josie Armijo

Rude. I had a question and she answered in the most aggressively rudest way she could. I told her thank you and left desk and she continued to embarrassing me telling me tbe samething. I went to back of line to claim my packages and an Asian man helped me. I asked him how I can talk to supervisor and he said he was. I askrf to speak in private and he said hed walk out but he never did.

  • Taylor Fenton

This is a very high capacity post office with also a large amount of foot traffic, but they do a great job in processing people’s mail and packages as quickly as possible. The employees are very friendly and personable. Spanish is also accommodated for in the post office. In short, you may have to wait because of the line but your package will be processed professionally.

  • Cheryl Samberg

I HATE giving them even one star! They are HORRIBLE!! This week we got mail ONE day out of 5 !! Yes Monday was a Holiday, but every time there is a Monday holiday- don't expect any mail on Tuesday either- we need a private company to come in and take this over because they are the WORST business I have ever had to deal with but do not have a choice- we need a choice!!

  • 1031ent

Discriminates against white people. He reweighed my packages I already purchased postage on. He didn't do that to the non-whites. Why purchase postage on EBay when this clown says oh it's .1 of an ounce over I have to charge you more. I only needed to purchase postage on one packed, but he reweighed all 12. Will not use USPS again until they are replaced with robots.

  • Catherine “Cat” Nygaard-Evans

I finally got Susan on the phone after 2.5 hrs and even tho email said del she had it at PO or Mon del (life saving meds and that would have been 5 days without - not good!). Without reaching her I would still be at home waiting on nothing and totally missed any and all options. Glad I never stopped trying. Thanks Susan#!!! Rachel you got another good one there!

  • obioha alukogu

I have no choice than to use the service cos it's literally half a mile away from me. The customer service is poor. No positives other than the fact that I told the front desk guys that I am not going anywhere and that they'll continue to see my face. So either they get use to it or they relocate to another branch. So now, I think they treat me fairly.

  • crystal Lewis

Went to mail a package and needed a pen to write the address I asked the lady if I could borrow her pen and she flat ignored. She wasn't even taking customers but couldn't have the decency to answer a simple question. All the ladies working there that day were rude and act like they don't want to be there. Worst post office I've ever been to! Don't go!

  • Irma Fuentes

Horrible customer service. Renee is the worse. She has a bad attitude with clients. She is getting pay to do her job. Supervisor is not any better. He will not help you or apologize for the horrible customer service his employees provide. We are paying for a service and we are expending them to do it. I hope I never set a foot in this post office.

  • Matthew Gessner

Beware of dropping off a high value item here. Item only had a possession scan from when I dropped it off. The item never moved from the location and the staff was not able to find the item when I went back. The box was not small either. Not sure how they immediately lost it when the box was larger than a foot long on each side. Disappointing.

  • Legal Life Crazies

The clerks are very friendly and always very cheery. They are always a pleasure to interact. The place is always busy around lunch hour, so if you are looking for a quick trip avoid lunch hour. Because they are always so busy, the priority packaging is low on the shelves/counters. Busy or not that’s my spot because of the friendly staff.

  • Addison Parents

This post office delivers to poorest customer service of all the options in this part of town. While all of the locations are working with limited resources these days, the staff at the Noel P.O. is simply sour about it. They're miserably rude...consistently. It wasn't always this way. Save your sanity and go to Addison or Trinity Mills!

  • Chris Nash

Absolute trash. I’ve waited a week for a package to be delivered from this location. I traveled 20 minutes to this location to pick it up, since I was told on the phone it was there, to be told it was out for delivery once I arrived. Now, it’s 8pm and my package still isn’t here. What a shock. Our wonderful government at work. Trash!

  • William Odell

I asked one of the agents (Miss Robinson) for a pen. She sat there and stared at me like i was crazy for asking. She finally produced the pens. I went to return the pens at which point she yelled at me that she was closed. Completely unacceptable. She gives goverment employees a bad name. Customer service is not your calling ma'am.

  • Carlos Linares

Very poor customer service. It seems like the people working here go out of their way to be rude. This is the closest post office so I have to go there to pick up packages. I've had packages lost and never delivered. This Post Office is a perfect example of tax dollars going to waste. Why does the USPS hire such rude people?

  • Vanessa Alfonso

I normally receive all of my mail and packages. However, the one package marked as "Passport" never arrived. I called USPS and opened a case. They told me since the package was scanned, it means that it was delivered. So now I just have to accept it as truth. They were too quick to blame it on mailbox theft at my community.

  • Nathan Mayes

Wasn’t much to why I was there but to drop off a prepaid package. Normally the size box I had you would leave at the counter but there’s a note that says you can’t. So usually they have a cart near the customer service door but there wasn’t one so instead of knocking or waiting in line, I tried the mail box and it worked.

  • Marisol Castro

If I could put 0 stars i would...the worst customer service I've ever had! Woman named teledia postal clerk was so rude and disrespectful towards me started arguing with me in front of customers? ?? How unprofessional is that? And of course she was only like that with us non black people. USPS please raise your standards!

  • Antonio Kipkorir

They have lost two of my packages. One shows that it was delivered to the p. o box but there was neither a notice nor the package. The second one shows it's ready for pickup at the post office. I went there and after dealing with the rude skinny black lady, they still couldn't locate my packages. Worst post office ever.

  • Bankuso

I've rarely had a problem in the store, but the delivery drivers are stupid and lazy. Either they can't read that they're trying to enter an apartment complex through an "EXIT ONLY" gate, or they're so lazy they refuse to take the time to actually deliver packages to apartment doors after the leasing office closes.

  • Mustafa MAK

I don't understand why people are so upset for free service.. my experience was always good people work here are nice and helpfull i had some delays in couple packages but i never had lost one, i prefer USPS over the overrated Fedex or DHL.. plus i support our local services than the multi- billionare agencies.

  • Melinda Welch

1. How can a post office not have stamps> Needed rolls of stamps and they had none. 2. We are a business right down the street and at least one day usually 2 our mail does not get delivered. I have called and complained several times and it will improve for about 2 weeks then it goes back to spotty deliveries.

  • Krystal M

RUDE!!!!!!!! DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT GO HERE! Clerk #09, a tall, older black man was super rude! He said that he has to see my Driver’s license before I send my mail. I have NEVER done this anywhere!!! It was like he was accusing me of stealing my money and credit card to pay. NEVER again! I am so pissed!!!

  • Jessica A

Such rude employees! Not willing to help the customers. I tried to pick up a package right at 6pm after driving 45 minutes from work in rush house and a rude employee (Asian male) was not nice enough to just quickly get my package for me. These are the reasons people can't rely on the US post office.

  • Aaron Park

I was provided with a phone number from a USPS customer service rep to give a call, I have tried 10 times in total since yesterday, and they don't pick up their calls. Once, they even intentionally hung up after picking it up. Now, my package is highly likely to be sent back to the sender.

  • Shannqueyla Hemphill

You would think since they put in addresses all day they would get it correct. I had an employee put incorrect information on my package going to China. It’s already a hassle shipping to China. I will use the self kiosk from now on so I can insure I’m putting the correct address.

  • RoseMarie DeNardo

A couple years ago, I mailed my sis, in the woodland, a card & in the card, were a few pictures, I mailed it at this post officevon noel, cause I live close. A couple months later she finally recieved a emply envolope, no card. No pictures, I never experienced this before:(

  • Brooke Bounds

Wish I could give 0 zero stars purely based on the horrific customer service and rudeness these employees display. I will be more than willing to drive out of my way to NOT use this post office. Don’t go here unless you’re openly willing to leave in a terrible mood.

  • Escrow Ray

The black chubby lady with the fro literally had to have just started with no training at all. Their whole customer service skills of open conversation and rudeness is terrible. I literally had to get out of there and go else where. Do no business here at ALLLLLLLL

  • Cameron Green

They clearly don’t realize that Informed Delivery shows me what’s being delivered to my mailbox. A personal card (with contents) was to be delivered to me, however I received every other piece of mail that was to come that day except for that one. Little thieves.

  • Angelica Mendes

The facility has major health hazards with the ceiling falling apart and soiled from leaking. They fail at enforcing COVID-19 regulations to wear masks and be 6ft apart. The staff was very unhelpful as well... working in those conditions I could only imagine.

  • Rachel Alvarado

I have a 6yr old nephew and he is autistic we had a package waiting for him here as I came in at 430 450 and 530 it still wasn't available for pick up so they told me to come back to the door on side at 6 am well ...... I arrived at 715 and

  • nguyen ngoc liem

This location has the worst customer service ever. My package was lost so I received a form telling me to go to any local post office to get a postage refund and fill a form to claim for the value of the package. The staff here know nothing

  • Jacqueline Nixon

Tried to call because I was having an issue with my mail carrier cramming boxes too small into my mailbox at my condo complex to where I couldn't receive my mail. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, interrupting me and saying "Are

  • Scout Simon

The employees were very friendly and in the holiday spirit!!! There was a long line but it moved quickly and everything went well. I've used this post office every time I've mailed out a package for years. Thank you for taking care of us

  • H Abraham

Worst post office and the service they provide. They never delivered a package and left a noticed claiming they did, bunch of liars. No wonder the USPS is losing money. The manager has a nasty attitude. Will never come back.

  • Jean Varchol

I was supposed to get a package and it is now getting delayed. Went to USPS and they gave the attitude that they don't care. If this is how you maintain and are not willing to help, then this is not a correct job for You.

  • Sue Siebens

I'm in this post office using the kiosk or counter service many times in a week sometimes, to support my online business. I find the staff friendly and helpful. They are always very busy, but the line moves fast :)
