On Saturday, I got 8 pieces of mail delivered, all for my next door neighbor, nothing for me. No mail delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, so I don't know what's going on. It's possible there's a slow mail day, but it's unusual to have absolutely no mail on Saturday and for two days in a row during the week. Also, another time, I ordered a "hold mail" when my husband and I were out of town; everything resumed again when we came back--except for one of my magazine subscriptions! When I called the magazine to complain about non-delivery, the magazine told me that my subscription had been marked "moved," so they cancelled! It took forever to get that straightened out. Until I read these other reviews, it never occurred to me that there would be a "bad" USPS location. I naturally assumed that the quality of service would be same at every location. Reading through the other reviews, I also noticed that there have been problems with non-delivery because of dogs in the yard. I don't have a dog, but I've noticed that our area has a chronic problem with loose dogs--if there's a stranger's dog in our yard when the postal carrier shows up, how are we supposed to fix that problem?

I just had a “package” delivered that I was expecting. The problem is, it was sent to me with 2-day delivery ($26.85), and the contents are not what was mailed to me Instead of the cookie dough I was expecting (ordered it from my little cousin to support her fundraiser), the box was repackaged to contain used medical equipment that reeked of urine!!! I’m pretty sure the box was opened and the contents stolen by the postal workers at this location. The box included a letter from Dallas post office saying the box was damaged and had to be rewrapped in order to forward to its destination. I’ve had this happen before at this location a few years ago. The package should have gotten to me 3 days ago! I’m sure activity like this will only increase at this location with it being the holidays. Please add signature confirmation to all your packages especially if you live in zip code 75236. This location is horrible. I wish they could secretly install cameras to identify the culprit(s), and prosecute accordingly. Hopefully, she had insurance on this, because between the cost of the product and the cost of shipping it cost over $50. Be warned!!!

If I could not even give this place one start I would. But I can't post anything without at least selecting one star! First, this location NEVER EVER ANSWERS, and when they do decide to answer you're on hold FOREVER. And when they finally come on the line they are SO RUDE! the rep I talked to made a comment like "oh I got a headache" ok not my fault. But DO YOUR JOB!!! If not I can walk over there and teach you phone etiquette! I wish I got her name! Secondly, I had already talked to the 1800 postal service who was VERY nice and explained to me to call my local postal service and LET them know that there is no tracking on the package, but to have them LOOK for the package because sometimes packages with tracking numbers are not scanned. This rude rep asked me for my tracking number and didn't even let me explain what was going on. But said "we don't have yet it" without even looking for it. I already know the tracking says you don't have it yet, but just like corporate said that sometimes packages are there and not scanned in! I will def be visiting this place in person and they will hear from me.

This place deserves no stars! I had a package out for delivery and then it said says available for pickup. I did not want to pick up this mail I wanted it delivered, no signature was required nothing! All this post man had to do was drop it off wouldn't even take 5 seconds to stop at my house get out and drop the package. BUT he is lazy! All of the postal men are lazy with packages! I also had another package that said Delivered and it wasn't I had to get in my car and track down this man and give me the package he was driving away from my house towards the post office. Every time I call the 1800 number i get dropped. Again! (Update)! I was outside waiting for a package when I get an alert saying “no secure location” “attempted delivery” which is bull because no one on our street received any mail! It rained today but your telling me from 8am till 7:30 (when I got the alert) you had no time to drop off a package. It stopped raining at 4pm. I searched up and down our street for the postal man and nothing! Lazy lazy lazy people!

I get notifications and pictures of the mail that is supposed to be arriving. It obviously had been scanned and in possession of this post office. But it never was delivered and has just disappeared!! I went to the post office to ask about it and they told me there is nothing they can do. The things that were coming cost me money and now I have to reorder and downs more money!!! They have zero concern and could careless about you getting your mail. They have lied to me countless times. Countless times my mail will show that it’s out for delivery tomorrow not to receive a notification at 9pm that I need to come pick up my mail at the post office. Then when I do go to pickup my mail and ask why it wasn’t delivered I get lied to and told that it is back out for delivery. Yet they never update the status of the mail to be back out for delivery. They literally are just not delivery my mail. And some important items they just don’t deliver and completely lose or steal

My mail gets delivered out of this station. I got a text from my neighbor telling me the mailman said I needed to empty my box. We had been out of town for 2 full weeks and I checked the mail when we got home so the box was empty. So there are policies in place when a mailbox is full, the mailman is supposed to leave PS form 3849 for you to arrange redelivery or pickup from post office. The mailman didn’t bother checking the mailbox to leave the form, because if they had they would’ve known the box was empty. Instead what they did was complain to my neighbor about it. Very VERY unprofessional. Even if that hadn’t happened, they’ve left notification before to come pick up a package and when I’ve gone to get it they can’t locate it and claim it’s been delivered, even though there’s a form in hand saying it can’t be delivered and to pick it up. All in all they’re all pretty useless

Am writing this because I have no way of resolving this matter with the post office, I've been trying but I just get the run around with them. The lady that delivers my mail said she seen my dogs running loose in front of my house. So she stopped delivering my mail, for 3 weeks I didn't receive mail. At the post office the manager said that they gave me warnings but they never did, he even said that they went by my house but they didn't. He said that the next time they would stop delivering the mail for good. They were supposed to write 2 warnings and then stop delivering the mail, am to sign A paper saying that I would take care of the problem, which there is none! then if it happens again they can stop delivering the mail. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED THEY JUST STOPPED DELIVERING THE MAIL, NO NOTICE WERE SENT I GUESS THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY WANT. 2/4/16

Everytime I come in there, I’m always there for 40 min to an hour. They definitely need more people at the counter. Whoever delivers the mail to 2626 duncanville rd never leaves any notices that I have to pick up my package in the actual office and I thought that was there job to distribute mail out. I know my apartments don’t have anywhere to put big packages but whoever delivers them can definitely drop them off at my door but they don’t. I still have yet to receive a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but no notice was left so I went into the office and the rep says the carrier doesn’t know if she actually has my package but she will deliver it if she does if not come back tomorrow …like seriously there needs to be a a change at that location or within the people you all are choosing to work there. This is truly ridiculous

I requested a re-delivery of a package for 4/7 via email and got a confirmation notice. I signed the slip in the appropriate spot (and put it on my front door as advised.) No delivery yesterday so I called the toll free number and was told the supervisor must not have given it to the carrier before she left so she ordered another delivery and gave me another confirmation number. I left the slip on the door again. Well, once again no delivery for a package I had paid extra for swift delivery! I called the local station and was spoken to very rudely by the clerk (I forgot to get his name) who is supposedly checking on my package and calling me back. However, that was 36 minutes ago. What more am I to do? I requested re-delivery twice (have confirmation numbers to back that up) signed the slip as requested etc. I NEED MY PACKAGE!

I CAN NEVER JUST COME AND GET MY MAIL. ITS ALWAYS SOME EXCUSE. THE LADY WITH PUFFY PONYTAIL WHO IS ALWAYS THERE MOST OF THE TIME AND NORMALLY WORKS THE FIRST BOOTH IN LINE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL SHE ALWAYS LOOKS TIRED AND ITS CLEAR HATES HELPING CUSTOMERS. NEVER SMILES OR GREET CUSTOMERS ALSO JUST SAYS THAT MY MAIL ISNT THERE AND IMMEDIATELY STARTS TO ASSIST THE NEXT CUSTOMER. SHE TAKES NO FURTHER ACTION TO ASSIST ME ON HOW I CAN RETRIEVE MY MAIL. I ordered a watch& bracelet from my merch. This USPS place lost it but put deliverd in the system . So I went there for 3 days straight talked to supervisor once I Told them my merch/jewelry said i will have to make a police report before i get another set ,they happen to find my package. Now my chime Credit builder card was sent 3 weeks ago . I was suppose to receive it last week but its lost w my chase secured card that was sent 4 weeks ago. My chase card was able to be resent to my branch. But my chime card is still no show even after they sent the second one witch I was suppose to recieve today. I'm just waiting to get a notification that something been open on my credit ,and when that happen this will be the first place I file a police report . Because obviously they going through and maybe stealing packages .

I have been living at the same Address for 3 years and this last year I have been missing several mail pieces. All which I also reported through the us daily mail claim link. No has ever contacted me about my case as stated they would. Lady leaves mail in wrong mailboxes the actual center doesn’t care their professionalism is terrible. I’ve had stacks of mail that didn’t belong to me yet where’s MY MAIL. I did an address change may 5th to my upgraded unit same apartment complex literally less than a min walk from my previous apartment. go to the post office May 18 just for them to tell me their machine has been broken and she wasn’t able to pull address change reports until that day here it is May 31st not a single piece of mail. STILL. & I know I have mail coming through informed delivery!!! WHERES MY MAIL

I have lived at my address for over 10 yrs and this is the first time that I have had issues with getting my mail. My regular mail carrier retired and since then I have had issues with getting my mail. Something was mailed to me on December 1st from Corsicana and it normally gets to me within 2 days. It is not the 15th and I still have not got it. I have been waiting on something from my insurance company since August and as of today it still has not came. This is totally unacceptable. I can understand the state that the country is in right now but waiting on the mail for 4 months is unacceptable. I even have informed delivery and it shows what is coming to my box. I am not sure where it is going but it is not coming to me. If I could give a -star I would. Please improve service and I will change review.

Lack of customer service.. I had a horrible experience. Yesterday 1/11/17 They left me a package at my apartment complex in the parcel area, the left the wrong key so I couldn't get my package. Stop by the USPS office which is close by and explain a Gordo what happened and that I needed for someone to help me open it because the package contained food and needed to be fridge. The Gordo didn't tried to help me and with a rude attitude told me that I had to wait until tomorrow, I told him if is would be something else I don't care to wait a couple of days but we were talking about food that could messed up... Anyways I am pregnant and decided not to waste my time with that fat ass and leave. Real customer service would have done their best to fix the situation since it was USPS delivery guy's fault.

This post office has no customer service. Good luck if you have a problem as they almost never answer the phone. It used to be better.. The actual carriers for the most part are great. My regular carrier goes out of her way to be helpful as does the lady that fills in for her. Occasionally there are new carriers in training that seem to be untrained in picking up packages which I have everyday, When that happens I go to the ] Duncanville PO where everyone is always friendly and helpful. Update: I am raising my rating because I get great service from the regular carriers on my route. I have never been to the physical location so I can't comment on that. When I have called & been able to get someone they have been helpful just don't always answer. Think most there are doing the best they can.

This is really a very pathetic experience with Cockrell Hill location. I've been on hold 35 minutes, 42 seconds and no one has had the decency to simply pick up the phone periodically informing me about what's going on...one caveat: BOZO DIDN'T ASK MY ADDRESS...I think he's just ready to go home and get out of the HOT TEXAS JULY WEATHER!!! Man I've waited so long that I caught myself nodding off...soon it will be 5 p.m. and the place is closed.I'm trying my smart phone to see if there's any answer. If not, I'm sending a fax to this wretched place. Yes, I said wretched. My package is a medical product AND here we have Carrier Chuck not deliverying. O-O-O-O-O-p--pp-s, phone went to BUSY. Signing off this sad USPS review at 4:44 p.m. Total waiting 42 minutes, 26 seconds. Sad, so Sad!!!

I cannot believe how lazy and inconsiderate these mail carriers are. I waited for over a month for a package to arrive from overseas and have been checking the status every day. All that USPS tracking says is "Awaiting Delivery Scan." I finally went down to check my mailbox this evening after 4 days of no tracking updates, only to find my package lying in the dirt next to the mailbox. They couldn't be bothered to bring it to my porch. This is unacceptable! And it's far from the first time... half the time, they just take the package back to the post office and post a tracking update that there was no access to the delivery location or animal interference, even though there is no gate and no animals. They just don't want to go up my front steps.

I been having problems for almost 6 months I have been receiving somebody else mail that's not my address which is an address in pleasant Grove. I am wondering where is my mail going? My packages haven't been deliver they r missing I have reported to the manager MIKE he said he would handle it. But he seems and looks drunk or seems he don't want to do his job very rude. When I call most of the time phone rings 15 times before anyone picks up. Finally got another postman its a female but most of the time don't get my mail till after 6:00 pm mon-friday. But most of the time I get mail like 1 to 2 days out of the week. Someone needs to investigate this post office and the workers. Plus the workers in the front office always rude.

.I contacted the USPS 1800 number and filed a complaint online and on phone and received a case number and they took it up. They even called me to follow up. I also received my items that got lost and I have not had any problem since then. If you are having problems, I would advice you to call the USPS headquarter and file a dispute. If everyone keeps filing a disputer regarding this branch, something will be done I do not take anything for granted, do not like to be treated like crap, especially when it comes to the money I worked hard for, and usually will go to any extent to make sure my case is heard. If I had not done that, I am sure my parcel would have disappeared forever. The most useless USPS branch ever

Our mail carrier mis delivered our package on January the 25th at 12:26. Went to the post office and they said they would look into it and took our number down. The next day I caught up to the carrier and he claimed he never delivered the package and that it was probably scanned delivered. The next week was just filled with us going back and forth to Usps trying to find our package and them proceeding to tell us that "we will ask our supervisor and we will contact you" (that we found out on the third day was in fact mis delivered; our mail carrier lied to us) it is now Friday Feb 5th and all they have to say is to just file a claim and see if Usps will reimburse us. On a regular basis I get notifications that a attempt was made to deliver a package and I wasn't home... when I was home. If they didn't lie I wouldn't mind quite so much but this has gone on for almost a decade. I have a messed up leg and get a lot of small things through the mail and many are delayed because of them. I'm almost to the point of getting a P.O. Box at a different post office just so I can get my mail on time. The postal delivery people are different a lot of the time, mail times are rarely consistent. I do occasionally run into a nice lady at the branch that helps me figure out what they did with my package but she isn't always there and the others are rude and unhelpful.

I have recently noticed that my mail is not being placed inside the mail slot on my front door. Rather, the mail is placed half way in the slot so that it hangs outside. This morning, I placed a note on my door asking that the mail be put all the way inside the slot. I got home this evening to see a letter hanging halfway out of the slot, and I opened the door to find two other pieces of mail inside. It appears that the last piece was intentionally not put into the mail slot and left to hang out of the slot. This poses identity theft risks, it is unprofessional, and it means that the mail slot is held open so that hot air comes in and cold, air conditioned air escapes.

This is the worst post office ever. The Saturday carrier is lazy and very rude! Everytime she comes you can hear her through the door talking on the phone about mess, arguing. Last Saturday she saw a lil puppy and turned around and left, i went to her and told her the puppy was gone, she was on the phone and got very rude with me, now all of a sudden my mail is lost! I've been getting this mail for 2years and never been lost. Very Unprofessional! She knows where my mail went. I'm not stopping until i get to the bottom of this! She has gotten personal, so now I'm taking it personal. My Attorney will be looking into this! She has gone federal!

As I was waiting in line at this post office, a man in front of me was stating to the clerk how the package he was expecting was supposed to be delivered to his door and it never was. He went on to state that he and his neighbors constantly received each other's mail. Me and the guy behind me both had slips for a package to be picked up, (short version) they couldn't find either of our packages. For the last 4 business days I have been calling to check to see if they had found my package. I have been left on hold for over 40 minutes. The people here have gotten more and more rude each time I called. Now, no one will even pick up the phone.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Two packages were lost and marked "Notice Left", when there were no notices at all! (The notice situation happens so damn much with me.) I contacted their corporate and no notes were left regarding notices. Corporate got in touch with them. I got a call from a manager two weeks later to "update" me on the packages and was met with "I'm glad you were able to get it sorted out", when I told them that the sellers had to ship the packages again. I also shouldn't have to talk to a machine for 10 minutes to reschedule a delivery that I paid expedited shipping for.

My phone provider sent out a phone and UPS sent it to this facility. It was accepted by USPS and never delivered. This location is my normal postal service location because of my zip code which is 75236. They do not answer the phone and sometimes hang up on you. It is so unprofessional that if it wasn't for the fact that we need a post office, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. When you go to the location personally the service is horrible. Why are the people employed there still have a job is beyond me but something has to be done. This location is unprofessional and irresponsible.

This place is horrible. A bunch of rude lazy ass ladies. The female supervisor is even worse. Ladies if you don't like your job please quit. They lost my package and acted like it my fault and no remorse. Couldn't explain how they can't find my package in the facility and the mail carrier didn't have it. But stated the mail carrier had to have it in his/her possession for me to get a status saying it was attempted to be delivered. Funny thing is that it was never attempted to be delivered because I was outside and the mail carrier never came during the time of the time stamp of the status.

The joke on the grapevine among friends of employees at this office is that package delivery is known as the "Christmas bonus grab bag". Once a package is marked delivered, it's the carrier's word against the recipient's. Everyone including management just assumes that the recipient will get the sender to replace it, and no heat is ever brought to bear for all the valuable goods that go missing here. Even the national USPS has no real way of policing this. It's federally licensed highway robbery at will, and only a fool would ship anything of value through this location.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I have a PO Box here. Nothing ever gets put in the box. The Informed Delivery will say delivered to box, but when I go, there will be a card saying I need to go to a clerk to get my mail. They never use the storage lockers to make it easier. Right now, with all the social distancing, they should be making EVERY effort to put things in either the PO Box or the lockers. The line is ridiculous, no matter what time of the day you go. There never seems to be more than 1 person working. It is extremely frustrating.

I sent a package from Fort Lauderdale to My son in Texas on December 26th, 2019. got to the post office after 6p.m. and the told me I could not send it next day so I had to do 2nd day 12/28th. it is now December 31st and my son hasn't receive the package. I called the local number and no one answers the phone. The online tracking shows the package is sitting in their facility since December 28th. My son drove 1 1/2 hr. to their facility and was told by the clerk the package is not there and no one seem to know where the package is.

I love the people who deliever but the service is horrible ! This is the 2nd time in one single month that my package was on the wrong delievery route in a different zip code ! I pay money to get my items here by a certain date Yet they mess up and my package comes late ! On my way now to go and try and pick up my package if it's even there. It's rediculous .i will never let my package go out for delievery again I am now wasting time and money by picking up my package bc I don't want to even take the risk of it being lost

Horrible service!! There’s this old Hispanic lady there with short hair and she speaks to you so rude, I approached her nicely with a smile and all and she just angrily asked me what do I need. I was giving her information about my problems with my mail not being delivered and I asked her a question and she replied “idk you’re the one looking for the mail not me.” Like excuse me? It was just an overall horrible experience with her, she needs to learn some manners or get a different job if she can’t treat customers right.

I have lost so many items with this service. I recently put a hold on my mail and they are still delivering it to the address. I have a box number that I’m paying for but they never put my mail there they always send it to the address. What am I paying for a box for. I recent ordered a 85 outfit and I can’t get a refund because this end read delivered and I never received it. Someone stole my stuff and I’m out 85 bucks. I don’t even want to order anything else . They say they will handle it but nothing yet

I had a tracker for a package to be delivered today setup on my phone. When my notification went off saying attemped delivery and wanted me to schedule a redelivery I was very disappointed because I was here. Sad thing is I can hear when the mail truck drives on my street. They didn't even attempt to come knock on my door which was very unprofessional and lazy of her. Now I have to pick it up because I refuse to hang around again to get another miss due to the carrier trying to beat the sun going down.

I wish that I could give this location a negative rating. They are pathetic. I share the same concerns as other reviewers. The carrier listed the express package which was guaranteed a 12 PM as delivered to my mailbox and it wasn't. It was a very important package that needed to get here today. The supervisor didn't even know who had the package. They have lost another package I should have received over a month ago that they also claim was delivered. Everyone there needs to go. They're worthless!

Different person same story, packages show delivered but never get delivered filed many complaints and police reports but nothing got resolved. The police said they get many complaints about this branch and they believe the employees are stealing the packages but nothing they can do. We eventually had our packages sent to my son inlaws home and never had any problems but he moved out of state, so we are back to this branch 1st order and package is missing. We need to file a group complaint.

Worst post office I ever been to. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE IF THEY DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION. A couple of months ago, our regular delivery person was moved and now we have a different carrier every day. I live in an apartment with multiple boxes for mail delivery. If the carrier does not shut the multi-box door correctly, our individual boxes will not open. Sometimes the opposite happens and individual boxes are left open. This is not difficult. If your employees are so incompetent or lazy they cannot correctly close the multi-box doors, they should not be trusted with the mail!

This Post Office is GARABAGE! It's like they hire anyone to deliver the mail. I recently ordered a polaroid camera that was suppose to be delivered by mail to my house. They lost it and expect me to contact the seller on Amazon. It's THEIR fault, NOT the seller. They told me that they delivered it to a diffrent house a couple of streets down. This isn't the first time they've lost my mail. These people suck at their job and frankly the don't care about their job either.

I had a package that according to the tracker went out for delivery on 8:30 AM, the rest of the day passed by and it was never delivered and it's not like I live far from the post office so there isn't an excuse as to why it was never delivered on time. It's not the first time this has happened and if I had the option I'd rather have another post office that is a bit further away to deliver my stuff since this office has no standards when it comes to shipping on time.

Horrible. Carrier does not deliver package due to “insufficient address” or “mailbox not accessible” and says it will redeliver the next day. I verified with the sender and the address on the label is correct. Talking to their manager is pointless as he has no clue where the package is. I also called customer service to either hold package for pickup or redeliver. However, they will not and send it back to sender. This has happened multiple times. Very frustrating.

I would like to know why this post office feels the need to not even attempt a delivery and make me DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE to pickup a package I WANTED DELIVERED. This is the third time this happens and it is so inconvenient. This is the reason i ordered it to be delivered in the first place. USPS does whatever they want and do not care about their customers i will make sure next time i order something it is delivered through another carrier that is not usps.

75211, Beverly Hills Post Office has the Worst Customer service in Dallas, Texas. The USPS carriers for this post office constantly loses packages and leaves mail at wrong addresses. The customer service at this location is non-existent. Years of U.S. Mail labor unions have ruined our Mail service. Ask your U.S. senators and representatives to do something about these problems. Nothing will change unless we stand up and do something.

One of the reasons I just moved out of this area is this USPS. I believe this USPS has some workers/mailmen who steals people's item. It is either your item never gets delivered, it says delivered and never was or status never gets update. This is the worst USPS branch i have ever dealt with in my life. Came here during my lunch break to print a label. They said “we don’t do that here.” I said but your policy states that you do. Returned at 4:49 to drop my packages off. See 2 of the workers rush into the blue door to the employee area when they see my car. And the doors are locked. This place is supposed to close at 5pm. Hey government workers are collecting pay even though they aren’t maintaining the official hours!

Mail carrier holds on to packages or marks them as “delivered” when they are not. And somehow the packages show up the following business day . Or updates tracking info as “ no access to delivery site” when in-fact, the front gate was wide open and we have security video footage of the carrier walking past our house and not making an “attempt” at all Absolutely horrible at their job

This is the worst post office I've ever encountered. They are ALWAYS. Extremely rude. I don't understand how calling to ask simple questions requires immediate attitude and being hung up on! They don't have a dedicated mall carrier for my area so our mail comes between 5pm and 6pm good luck if you're expecting an important package. But ultimately I'm just appalled by the terrible customer service!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Drove for 30 min to pick up my mail because they delivered it to my old address and the old lady said that I should have arrived within an hour by the time the pickup notice updated. It was updated at 6:10PM AND YOU CLOSE AT 5PM. and I went there the day after in the morning. HELLO?? AND NOW you're saying it is gone. BAD SYSTEM. The old lady doesn't even know where did it go.

This the second time I haven’t received my package!!!!! No one answers the phone!!!!! And when you go up there it seems like the employees enjoy not providing good customer service. I truly hate that it’s mostly if not all black staff speaks volumes to the crab in a bucket mentally!!!!!!Need to get a petition started to get this branch closed down because they do very little for their community.

How long should it take to get your mailbox keys? We have been waiting for one whole month and they just say "the guy hasn't changed your keys yet" and when I ask when is he going to change it they have no answer. Getting your mails from them in person is also a pain. They say just come by to pick them up but everytime they happen to be out with the mail man. Very poor service.

We basically have no post office in Cockrell Hill. If you ship from here, it’ll be lost in tracking limbo. If you’re receiving a package, it will be slow, lost or damaged. I will not ship from this local post office anymore. I can save the time of a followup trip and tracking headaches by simply visiting the main post office near downtown. It’s worth the extra commute!

Worst post office ever. For the past three years now they have been unable to correctly drop off my certified mail. No one ever leaves a notice in my mail box saying they attempted to deliver. This year it's been almost a whole month I been trying to get my certified letter. I think they should close this office and get a whole new staff that knows what they are doing.

From the disorganization, to the dishonesty, to the poor accountability, and the miscommunication of information... I am blown away that this location is still open and running this poorly. I placed mail on hold, from 12th to 31st, MAIL WAS NEVER HELD. Still delivered to old address Put in change of address to P O BOX , mail (very important mail) is still being delivered to old address, After speaking with supervisors 3 times, and they called carrier to go retrieve mail from old address. Here today at post-office and still NO MAIL. This is ridiculous.

Deliver mail only when they want to. I've gone 10 days with no mail at all. Not junk mail, ads, nothing. Package was supposed to be out for delivery 4/6/2019. Now it online tracking says available for pick up. No notice left. No one answers the phone there. People have sent birthday cards and have not received a single one. Someone needs to investigate this branch.

I called to schedule a re-delivery, only to receive an email from Beverly Hills that they got the memo, but that's it. The problem is that they NEVER re deliver my packages, and that's how they get stolen or lost. Please guys, try at least to do your job.

This place is so bad, I made the time to give it another 1 star review. If I could have given 0 or less, I would have. This is ridiculous. This place needs to either be closed or an overhaul of its employees needs to be done. Couldn't locate the "addressee" of my package, but delivered 11 letters with my name on it the same day, at the same time. Really?!

Have been calling for the past 20 minutes, just rings and hangs up.. Whoever delivers to my apartment complex left one of the mailbox doors to at least 20 residents OPEN! I was just alerted my a resident who lives here and the person delivered hours ago, so only God knows how many people could have or already did steal out of other people's mail boxes.

Not to mention the reps pretty much blatantly ignore all of the customers in there leaving us all standing there awkwardly not knowing if we’ll ever be served. Our mail delivery person doesn’t seem to care about her job. She always delays packages. She throws packages over the gate instead of walking them to the front door. She claims she can’t deliver the package due to animals when we don’t have any in the front yard. She delivers packages to the wrong address. The facility is terrible as well.

This is my 3rd incident of "ATTEMPTED NO ACCESS TO DLVRY LOCATION" - what lack of access!? I have no animals or gates or obstruction in anyway around my home. And there's no mention nor slip of how to fix the situation, not even even an offer of picking up my package at the Post Office. It makes postal workers seem lazy and uncaring.

I received excellent customer service from this post office!! The route driver went out of his way to confirm my mailbox (community box), then text the lady at the front desk, who then texted me personally to let me know which box was mine. A few days later I received a follow up call that my key was ready ahead of schedule!

Other reviews are 100% correct. They often make NO attempt to deliver your package, and then you have to pick it up. Tracking number shows it’s out for delivery (no signature required), carrier delivers the regular mail...and then goes home. Complaining gets you a shrug and an “oh well” if you’re lucky. Lazy lazy lazy.

They've been leaving our large packages on the ground, under our mail box, which is right next to the road. Anyone can see and grab our package if they wanted to. Is it really so hard to walk a couple of steps to our porch and place our package there? Never had that problem until recently.

This branch uses part-time contact carriers when they get busy, or someone's off or sick. What this means is that about 25% of the packages I order are not delivered on time because of bad temps. Then I'll get the package later in the week when my regular mail person is on duty.

Busy place. It seems I always have to wait in line for 5 minutes at least no mater what time of the day. Some staff are cold and short except for one lady who is super nice. Service is bit slow and disorganized, either with mail hold or mail box repair. Good location!

Our postman is not delivering packages to right addresses, lost packages which says delivered in mailbox. Only found of the package delivered in another neighbor's house 2 doors down. Request to the supervisor to see he or she is doing her job properly.

When I went they had 20 people waiting to pick up a package. Instead of marking packages to be redelivered, they mark them to be picked up so you can waste your time going up there just so they can tell you the package is on the truck to be redelivered.
