Do not move to 75231 if you rely on your local postal carrier and branch. These people are ghetto and ridiculous. They REFUSE to deliver packages. Instead of bringing packages to your door on delivery day, they leave a notice in your mailbox. Then, you have to go online to schedule a redelivery. Do they redeliver? Nope. They hold it until it "expires" and then they send your package back to sender. I have multiple consumer affair cases open on them. This branch had actually closed and we were assigned the SMU branch. We juSt recently started having issues again about a week ago only to find out the skillman branch had reopened. We have had issues at several different addresses in 75231. When you go in to pick up your package if you can, there is usually an angry mob of people there having the same issue. I have a package right now that they said they attempted (we were home and have cameras to prove they never made an attempt). We called and put a case on them along with setting up redelivery. Do you think they redelivered? Nope. So in a few days, they are going to send our package back to the sender because they are TRASH!!! These people are absolute SCUM!!! We had a carrier when we lived on Eastridge who disturbed me talking loud on her bluetooth headset. I looked out of my bedroom window to see that she was loading the mailboxes. So I figured she would be coming up the stairs to deliver our package. Nope. She put a notice in the box to pick it up or schedule redelivery. I went up to talk to a supervisor only to find out she was a supervisor. She tried to argue with me and say that she attempted delivery. I told her not only was i watching her but that I also had her on camera. I also brought up the fact that she was loudly having a personal conversation on her bluetooth device. She dismissed the conversation and then became concerned with getting me my package. These people should be FIRED and JAILED! After opening several cases on them on Melody ln, they began throwing my workers comp checks away. Several of them. The check would show up in INFORMED DELIVERY and I would receive everything but those checks. I put a case in on that and the branch closed down shortly after. We received a mailer stating our new branch was SMU. We had zero issues with SMU. Wish they were still our branch. This is why the postal service is in the trash. Union employees who are unfireable. They do what they want because they can get away with it. Check to see who the carrier is in your packages and ensure its not usps.

Worst post service ever. I work from home and they claim to attempt deliveries that never happen. I have smart cameras, door locks and vibration sensors and can prove that no one ever comes to the door. Also, I run an e-commerce business and do not always have access to a car. So I will pay priority fees for the sole reason of pickup at residence and she just will not come pick up the items. She just doesn't show up and pushes the reservation to the next day, when guess what? She doesn't come again. The notes on the site said it was obstructed and then dangerous? What? I left instructions that if I wasn't home, to call my cell and I'd unlock the door remotely so she could pick up the packages left by the door. Only danger was that she was that she was dangerously low on excuses. Do you know what happens when you schedule delivery for e-commerce sites and your mailman causes a 3 day delay before shipping... It hurts my business' reputation and I lose customers and money. I mean, I could go on forever on how poor their service is. I'm awaiting an incoming package right now and it has been out for delivery now for FOUR DAYS. Once again, this delivery is signature required and I know she has not been to my door once. And to make matters worse, we rarely even get our mail before 4 and commonly later so when she doesn't do her job, you can't even run to the PO yourself to do it for her cause it's closed. Oh also, I have a PO box at this location and the lobby hours were till midnight when I signed up and some of the signs still even say so. But they only open the lobby from 10:30 to 7 now. 10:30? the PO opens hours earlier and they can't get us access to our P.O. Boxes? I’m with everyone else that has commented… get rid of the whole darn place and everyone that works there.

This post office is terrible. The worst part is how they treat the people on the various routes they service, especially package delivery. They frequently do not even attempt delivery, but will mark items as having attempted to deliver them and hold them without a second delivery attempt. You are screwed, because there's no pickup slip (carrier never tried to deliver it and never wrote the slip out). Show them ID? Tracking Numbers? Etc? Doesn't matter. You won't get your stuff. Best you can do is request a re-delivery online and pray (and I've had more than one thing returned to sender by them because they couldn't be bothered to try a real delivery attempt after two weeks). This last package was the last straw. They flat out lied on the delivery tracking software and stated they tried to deliver on 9/7/15, which is Labor Day. They didn't try to deliver on Labor Day, and we all know it. The lie is so blatant as to be pathetic. If you are ordering anything online or having anything shipped to you, use UPS or DHL. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever let them ship through USPS in the 75231-9998 area. I don't trust these people to deliver me junk mail. I could forgive going about their job with casual disinterest -- it's expected from the post office. But to actively hinder and falsify delivery reports is inexcusable, moving from annoyance to obstacle.

I have been to this location twice, and both times I was met with respect (which is a baseline of customer service). The employees who work there know their responsibilities and they are as efficient as their customers will allow. Today I went to drop off a package that was not taped shut (considering the norm for public delivery companies is to do this for you, I did not think twice). I was informed I would either have to tape it shut or purchase a roll of tape at the store which I was not going to do. I have no problem paying a nominal up-charge for this since tape has a cost, but this was not an option (big loss of potential revenue for USPS). The Manager came by to inquire about my issue which I explained to him, and taped my box for me without charge. Now, I do not expect a service for free, but I am very happy that the Manager was compliant and there to make the customer happy. USPS is a poorly ran agency/business (like most government ran agencies) since there is hardly focus on the customer experience. Unlike public transportation companies who meet customer expectations due to a competitive market, government agencies don't have to. I ask that all of you who visit here consider their relatively low prices and the employees behavior to you as a person and don't review/judge them on the fact that USPS has top level management issues.

They don't even deserve a star. They are so unprofessional. I was hung up on twice after some ghetto "employee" yelled at me and told me the mail man isn't going to come and attempt to deliver my certified letter everyday and that I needed to pick up the letter myself. Well the mail man wouldn't have to come to deliver it daily if he would follow the request date I put in the system for him to deliver it. It has now been 3 weeks and I still don't have my letter. The "supervisor " assured me I'd have the letter today so I stayed home aaaaaaalll day and guess what? I still don't have my letter. I don't know how any of these people are even employable. They're unprofessional with no proper training. After being told the letter could be left in the front office of my apartments the leasing manager informed me they can't even sign for certified letters so why in the hell a "supervisor" told me the mail man would leave it in the office I have no idea. They also tried to tell me he made an attempt 2 weeks ago on a day I was home all day. So if he made an attempt where is my letter? This place needs to be under new staff. Clearly they have 0 positive reviews. And my ass will keep calling to complain until I have my letter. Unprofessional savages they have working there. And that's if you call what they do working

Do everything you can to make sure your packages do not get into the hands of this Post Office. The phone remains unanswered and staff is rude and not at all helpful. I have had several packages get lost or delivered to the wrong address. In the case of wrong delivery, they were unable to assist because “the tracking says delivered and the carrier for the day probably won’t remember your delivery”. Additionally, I’ve received wrong mail/packages to my home/mailbox clearly marked with a different address and delivered incorrectly. Delivery attempts are NEVER made and notices indicating delivery are NEVER left. Employees also will not help you if you do not have the peach delivery attempt slip (which the carrier refuses to leave) and will make you leave the line and go wait in a separate line to print a ticket with your tracking number from the DIY Mail Kiosk. I previously lived 2 minutes away and dealt with the Post Office located by SMU and never had one issue. I do whatever I can to make sure none of my packages need to go through my local Post Office. Also the Consumer Relations Department overlooking this location is just as horrible-expect several unanswered phone calls and emails and accept the fact that your package is lost. Truly a nightmare to deal with-UPS or FedEx is the way to go!

I don't even want to give this post office one star. Each time I get a package delivered through USPS they never actually attempt to deliever it. I have to complain so the package MIGHT get to me. I have had to reorder items bc usps doesn't deliever my package. I am 5 months pregnant and this puts undo stress on me and my baby. This is the worst postal office I have ever had in my life and being prior military that's saying something. I tried calling to file a complaint and all I got was shoved on hold for over an hour before I could talk to anyone. Just to have them close and just leave me on hold. They crammed one package that should have been dropped off at the door into my small 4 by 4 inch box. As you can see in the picture I attached. I stress this to anyone who is either moving to here or just moved to the area to avoid getting anything delivered through USPS. They don't care about customers, or anything to do with decent customer service. Notice I said decent customer service, I'm not looking for perfict or great customer service. That's a dream that no one will achieve bc we are all humans. If there was a way to get my mail deliever to my box through someone else I would.

Same as others... package was not delivered. It was my first time at the post office only to get an impression of lousy service, bad attitudes and no package. There were three customers with issues in front of me and one customer was very upset and yelling because a package was not delivered. I was there for 2 hrs waiting to see if they could tell me where it was. I requested online to be held at the post office 4 days prior to visiting them. The managers name is Shaniqua, she promise to call me with an update and I’m still waiting 2 days later. I have contacted consumer affairs and opened up two cases. One for my lost package and one for my bad experience there.....best described as a nightmare. I really really hope I never use USPS ever again. I am upset that it’s the closest location and I can’t count on them to get the job done. USPS will be out of business if it continues letting things like these go. I never write reviews but I just had to do this, I hope everyone else in the future that has an issue take it a step further and report them through the 1-800 number and get an agent to make a report to consumer affairs. THiS NEEDS TO STOP!

I have been waiting for a package that was sent to my old address, which they should be forwarding to me since i have done my address change. But its been sitting at this location for almost two weeks, even though i have requested for the mail to come to me and paid 3 dollars for the request to send it to my new address even though i should not have to since i changed my address over a month ago to out of state. No one answers the phone for two weeks now. I have called the main hotline and waited in the phone for over 8 hours in the past week alone. A manager was suposed to call me from this location to send my package and she did. She was very unprofessional, barely made any sense what she was saying. Bad attitude and said she would send my package the next day which is now been two days ago and its still sitting at this office. I NEVER write reviews but its been rediciouslus for a package to sit somewhere for 2 weeks, after calling them thousands off times, talking to a manager who doesnt care about peoples belongings. Worst service ive ever experienced. I hope i one day will get my package.

I had a package that was reported, via the USPS site, to have been attempted for delivery and was being held at the local center. I called the local center, spoke to several rude employees, went on hold for about 30 minutes, before they said they'd call me back with more information. Several days pass, no one contacts me, and I drop in in person to try to find my package. I print out the tracking information since I never received a pink "attempted delivery" slip, handed it to the representative, who took a cursory look in the back and said "ain't here." I asked what I could do about it and she pointed at an 800 number posted on the wall, which lead to an automated service that only allowed me to check my package status, which, again, said it was being held at the facility. I go back to the woman at the desk who brushes me off, says she can't help me and to call the 800 number again. So I've still yet to retrieve the package, but the seller, graciously, offered to reimburse me the cost of goods. Next time, I'm either going to purchase insurance or, simply, pay extra to ship with UPS or FedEx.

Took an envelope February 27 with a damage phone in it from assurant solutions Tmobile's company.I went around 7 pm and it was closed because i worked that day the whole day but the envelope said i can put it in the blue bins so i did... On Monday 20,2017 i recieved a letter in the Mail from Assurant solutions saying that they havent received it so i went and talked to the people at this bs postal service and the guy said that nobody can get in those bins because its doble locked amd that everything they take from those bins they bring it inside and scan the things. But i gave him the usps tracking number and said it was not showing up so i told him that somebody from his workers were probably stealing it and he changed conversation. I told him if he can do something about it and he said he couldnt do nothing to call customer service... Really bad service here at this place and at the customer service because they said they couldnt open and investigation. I would rate it a 0 star if i could... They shouldnt be Us postal offices if they are going to be losing mail.

I usually avoid this particular post office because of some past issues like my package being stolen from the outside drop! It was insured, but I'll never see any of that because it never even made it out of the postal box to be scanned or so they say. And the fact that the line moves incredibly slow here even if there's only one person in front of you and I'm not even exaggerating! Today, I stopped in thinking maybe it'll be normal and this location was on my route. Nope. One person at the counter, one person in front of me in line. Don't you love it when you're waiting in line before lunch time and there's only one person helping customers then a guy comes out but can't help? If you can't open a register and help with an increasing line then why not just stay out of sight? I forgot how bad this place is, but I never again. I'm considering not using the USPS all together at this point. Pathetic excuse for a postal service anyway which is why the private sector is far superior.

The literal worst post office I have ever experienced in all of the many cities I’ve lived in. They never deliver packages, they don’t even try. They make you come to their post office to get them (if they haven’t already lost or damaged them, that is), employees are slow and rude. If you attempt to ship a package with them they will THROW IT into a pile behind the desk and then not scan it in. They just ignore it for days or they lose it completely. If you live in this area expect a lot of lost mail, broken packages, late packages, and having to make frequent trips to their awful post office. Seriously the worst post office I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying something. Avoid it at all costs if possible. They don’t even deserve one star. I see horrible reviews dating back YEARS and nothing has been done about these issues, so they clearly don’t care at all. They probably don’t even read or care about these reviews. Useless

  • David Childress

Absolutely terrible. Will never use USPS again and this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from ANY business. Had a package that they claim was delivered on April 3. My apartment complex doesn't accept packages, and there are no parcel lockers where the mailboxes are. USPS tracking shows it was delivered in or at mailbox. Yet I never received it. So maybe the delivery person knows where it is? So I go to the post office during my lunch break, speak with a very brusque and rude lady, and am told that she will talk to the delivery person when they come back that evening and call me. It's been almost a week now and no call back. And of course their phone doesn't work. Just rings and rings. Why even have a phone number listed?!? Clearly leaving a review does nothing because their rating is so poor and they continue to have terrible customer service, but what else can you do?

  • K Lea

The postal team at this location are a disgrace to even represent the United States Postal Service. Not once has a postal worker knocked on my door or even left a slip notifying me of a package. This has been going on for at least 8 years that I have living in this zip code. Yesterday I tracked a package that was to be delivered yesterday. No one ever knocked on my door (and I have security cameras to back my claim). This morning I tracked the package again. The postal worker had the audacity once again to say delivery attempted notice left on door. Oh my gosh I about blew a gasket. This has got to stop. This is a federal agency.I will call monday to whoever the next chain of command is because the post master continues to turn a blind eye. My message is everyone else who is getting screwed over my this location to please take the time to file a formal complaint.

  • Dee Smith

They never pick up the phone. I tried to get my package redelivered after the notice that they left me saying that there was no secured location. I set my redelivery for Monday and it is now Wednesday and my package still isn’t here. They have delivered a package to me on a Sunday so I don’t understand why they refuse to deliver my package now. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and I am very limited when it comes to traveling. I have to get out, ride a bus, and go to the post office because they refuse to deliver my package. I stay in the 75231 zip code. This is so inconvenient. UPDATE: My favorite postman said that he was off a few days and now he’s back. He delivered my packages to me. I wish I knew his name but he delivered my packages on 8/07 if that helps. Give this man a raise for going above and beyond. I really appreciate you. Thanks!❤️✨☺️

  • Vocalist19

I would not recommend this post office to anyone. I dropped off a package($200 value) on February 2 at 3PM. The package was scanned and , according to the tracking, would arrive to its destination by February 6. To date, the tracking only shows that it was accepted on February 2 but no further updates...I’ve created four separate cases now because the agents on the phone are not helpful at all. I will continue to call and speak with an agent until my package is recovered. On a different note, I have seen many times where prepaid packages are just piled up in the corner unattended. That is very negligent and unprofessional by the staff. These workers need to be replaced with with competent workers. It’s not hard to scan a package and send it to its destination successfully. Smh

Sucks living in my area because if you do this is your post office. I got a notice last week they couldn't deliver my package when I was home like I am now. I had no knock on the door, there is a access key pad that clearly reads press 000 to gain access the person who delivers must can't read or just plain lazy and seems to enjoy leaving that he was here. I leave my place sometimes at 8pm meaning I'm always here if he comes. Or he could leave it at leasing office....so now I must ride and wait for two buses to get my package becauss yesterday I got a final notice and no one ever came to my door! Hate again HATE this post office. If you live at Harvard Sqaure, Belmore, may flower or any surrounding apts you can forget your package and expect to pick up.

  • hayden du Plessis

I don't know who's getting my mail - but it's not me!! I'm relatively new to the area but have never had mail issues with USPS in other places. I have even mailed myself letters to see if I receive them and guess what - I haven't received any of them??? What is this Office doing with our mail? Reading other reviews I can not understand how this Post Office is even still open - whats the point. When I first moved here I never received mail for over 3 weeks - but the Post Office kept telling me that they are delivering mail and there is no problem. Then one day a HUGE stack of old mail shows up. Unfortunately there is no other mail carrier company. your best bet is to rent a private mailbox from another firm in a different post office area.

  • Alex Eding

Generally this post office and it's carriers are unreliable. Whenever a package is delivered to my apartment, there is no attempt to drop it off at my door. The carriers just leave a "no safe location" note in the mailbox around the corner. I know they don't try because I work at home and I have a camera doorbell that tracks motion. They don't bother attempting a delivery if it won't fit in the mailbox. There have been two exceptions. A carrier named Starsky has always been 100% reliable, kind, and professional. Starsky gets 5 stars, and so does another carrier whose name was Dave (I think). Starsky changed routes and spoke to me on his last day and I was sad to see him go, but hope his new route is beneficial.

If you can have your mail rerouted and not utilize this post office, I would do so. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered the 17th and now its the 23rd and the post office doesn't have any idea where it is. The lady who I spoke with told me my package was to come ground shipping, "which is the cheapest way to send an item, If you cared more, you would have paid more for shipping" is what she told me. She also told me that USPS is not a government asset and she didn't work for the government. I asked for her name because she was rude and not helpful and she just hung up. I have tried calling over 50x and cannot get anyone to answer. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!

  • Chet Manley

Reggina who works the front is unbelievably rude, racist, and lazy. I watched her go off on Hispanic people who didn't have their paper in English and then later she's yelling to the whole lobby how you don't need any qualifications to work there you just have to be black. And she kept going on and on about how as long as you're black you'll get hired there. She was still yelling about it when I finally got my package (that she threw out of anger) and left. The concept of customer service is completely lost on these people. I have never had so many reoccurring issues with a post office before. They don't care about doing their job, let alone actually helping a customer.

  • Yang Phan

I'm throwing a 5 star rating here to grab the attention of anyone higher up that oversees the activities in this area. I just want to commend the individual at this location that really went above and beyond to help me out this morning. He was the mailman today (Oct 6, 2018) that delivered to the 'The Nash' apartments on Meadow Road (I didn't quite get his name). He went out of his way to help me sort a miscommunication/mis-delivery issue with my package that really saved me a lot of headache because I needed the item (It was supposed to be delivered on or before 10/4/18). Please look into hiring more honest souls like him that actually care and do a good job.

  • Francys Gimenez

Today, October 2, 02:00 pm the lady in the middle helped me. When she saw that I was going to ask her a question, showing her my phone number because I don't know how to speak English, she was very dismissive of me, treating me in a very rude way, and told me that I should find someone who could help me. translated for me because she was not going to do it when the store was practically alone, I had to wait for her colleague to finish serving another person and that person did give me the service, I don't know the name of the person in the middle but I think that this type of person cannot work with clients because they do it in a very derogatory way.

  • kattie Hernandez

I have NEVER had an issue with my mail being delivered properly and since I’ve been living here in Lake Highlands area it’s been a problem. I have called here multiple times speaking to the manager about the mail carrier and she says it’s going to be addressed that’s a lie. The mail carrier continues to force packages in my small mailbox instead of delivering them to my door. DO YOUR JOB & STOP BEING LAZY. It’s not that hard. You all have cost me so much money because I’m constantly having to get envelopes replaced that clearly say on the envelope DO NOT BEND!!! You all need to do a better job! It’s delivering mail how hard can that be?

  • PGLD

Didn’t receive my mail for 3 months. Have talked to the manager at usps twice, still nothing. I have informed delivery so I can see what’s being delivered to me. I bet they have lost 75 important mail pieces, including 2 drivers license replacements, 2 credit cards, multiple bills. I have had to change my shipping address to my parents house in Lakewood. If you need anything important make sure you get it sent to a reliable location, maybe even get a P.O. Box. Really sad, some of the apartments they serve in vickery meadow are the most dangerous in Dallas. I bet it’s nearly impossible to deliver mail to those places. Thanks

  • Miguel Angel Sanchez Toledo

I've seen really bad bad reviews about this place but im only going to write about my personal experience and it's not that great and not that bad the times that I've been here there are some employees that are very nice but also you can see the very rude ones the ones that seem to have a bad day everyday and lately I've seen progress to this place new employees and there very nice sometimes is the managers that are the rude ones but to my experience all the time that I've been here I've Never had any problem or seen problems with other costumers i don't personally think its a horrible place but its not great either.

  • Ahngwi Sha

Actually i wouldn't give any star . really really really bad services. i delivered to out of country last 2/12/14. They didn't get it until now . So i went four times to this post office and ask what can i do about that . they just gave me 800 somethings No, but i still in trouble. i told one of the employee about the problem then she just give me costumer services No again, i said, i couldn't make it . i asked her could you help me please . But even i request she didn't help me. She just go help one of the white guy. Now i m really upset about that. I'll never go back again there.. really sorry with you guys..

  • Adela Ayala

I placed a order through Amazon for my desk and they used USPS for delivery. There was a delivery delay and no update on the app regarding status on my package for a while. USPS customer service doesn’t haven’t accurate information and refers you to your local USPS store. I know this review seems negative but here’s why they got a five star review. The USPS store on Abrams reassured me they have my package while USPS customer service assumes my package is lost. Even though there was a delay they got my package delivered. The representatives at the store are respectful and made sure I was taken care of.

  • Sara Mosher

If I could have my stuff handled by a different post office, I would. This office seems to think that delivering things is optional. Sometimes they deliver packages to my address when I'm not home, but sometimes they don't and then claim that they're not allowed. Sometimes they leave a re-delivery request slip, but since they never come back to get the slip there is no way to request a re-delivery. Sometimes they don't leave a slip at all, and then your stuff gets returned to sender and there's nothing you can do about it. If you can get things delivered any other way, avoid using this post office.

  • Will (Tajj)

If I could give 0 stars I would. My business is strongly based off receiving packages in a timely manner. There are times when I receive a redelivery slip and times when I don't. To make matters worst, this location never answers their phone and 1 of the workers was too lazy to go into the back and get my package. She had the audacity to tell me it was out for redelivery and get an attitude when I had already spoke to someone about the package being held for pickup a few hours before I arrived. Upon me requesting to see a manager, somehow she was able to go to the back and find my package.

  • rdadiva27

Was tracking my packing from Ebay when the mailman pulled into my complex I decided to go to mail room and wait, sat outside the mail room while he was in there got the notification that my package was delivered and waited for mail man to leave went to mail box NOTHING was in it, asked him what happened to package he said IDK, and walked away, called this location the said they are investigating him because he has lots of complaints like this on his route, after 3 days they close it and say all we can offer you is a Sorry, we can't find your package anywhere. Duh That mailman stole it.

  • Heather Guzman

Zero stars if i could. I absolutely dislike the mailman that is in my route. I live in an apartment and it doesnt matter, if you have a package that will not fit in the mailboxes at the apartment, they will not deliver. You will get a notification that they attempted to deliver and this is false and i have proven this. There is always someone home and still there is no knock on the door. The leasing office in my apartment is open and they could easily drop off the packages but again, the mailman does not do this. Im so sick of this mailman and not getting my mail or packages on time.

  • GINA GARCIA (GINGAR)

I'm not getting my packages on time as per the 2 day delivery on Amazon which I order a lot of online items like weekly and I'm visiting family in this area for awhile and I was able to meet the post lady that handles these condos and she is awesome, once I told her that I ordered weekly and she got my address she personally came up to the door and delivered my parcel, it has been raining a lot this week with flooding and very cold so I'm being patient with my future mail and packages. Our mail lady is awesome !...But lately I've been missing my packages and I don't understand why.

  • Glenn Bamba

This location that is responsible for delivering my mail, has already lost 4 of my packages. I have lived in this area for 6 months now, and I have never experienced this much lost mail. I iust cannot figure out how a mailman can update the tracking information as "delivered in mailbox", when there is nothing in my mailbox. They clearly have incompetent workers here, but then again, none of these negative reviews mean nothing to them. I filed a claim for all of the lost packages, but they were all denied, and eventually closed by USPS.

  • Wendy Pettit

I was very leary to use this post office because of all the poor reviews. However, I have nothing but good to say about my visit to this location. The employee at the window was very professional and kind. The people ahead of me in the line were the moody ones and the employee dealt with them in a patient and efficient way. Of course, I was being very skeptical and watching intensely because of my earlier skepticism, but she was nothing but kind and professional. I will definitely go there again after this pleasant surprise!

Ordered something off of EBay two weeks ago. My package was listed as "At Dallas [USPS] Unit" for almost the last week. Put in a request to "Find Missing Mail" on Thursday night, and little package ripped completely on the side with a rubber band holding it together showed up in my mailbox this morning. Not to mention the $100 package that went missing last week. Thankfully, that was insured. Still in the middle of a claim for that one. I have never really had any issues from USPS, but twice in one week is unacceptable.

  • K D

This place makes me never want to have anything shipped ever. I ordered something and it was due to arrive today and yet again, the mail carrier left a note stating “you got a package” with just my name. No info as to where the package is. No info on if they will try to redeliver. NOTHING! Last time this happened, my package ended up being sent back to the sender because I never picked it up. YOU NEVER TELL ME WHERE MY STUFF IS TO PICK IT UP!!!! How hard is it to fill out a stupid slip?!

  • Let's Play Lemonade

If you live on 75231 you probably aren't getting your packages and you won't. The mail carrier him self told me he doesn't have time to actually attempt to deliver the packages.or even drop them off at your leasing office. I spoke to the supervisor about who was really kind and she said it's a quick fix. However until i start getting my packages without having to go get them my review will stay. Also the clerks there have really bad attitudes. The super was the only kind person there.

  • Courtney Reaves

Received an international package that required signature. USPS left a "Sorry we missed you" notice advising me to pick up my package from the Vickery Station location. Had to wait until Saturday due to operating hours being 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Which are typical working hours for the average person. Made my way to Vickery only to find a notice on the door "Closed due to internet issues" We'll be open on Monday 9 to 5. I understand things happen but operating hours are horrible.

  • Catherine Bussell

Parcels repeatedly not received. Tracking notifications show delivered to door or mail box. No pkg. 800 help desk informs me the pkgs are at po. No slip left in box. Ask for redelivery. No redelivery. I'm wheelchair bound and it's a huge undertaking to ride bus to po. At this time I have 2 parcels at po (according to help desk) with 3 separate redelivery confirmation numbers. No knock on door. No slip in box. No pkg. I NEED MY MEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a regular occurrence.

  • Miranda Cooper

I agree with the unsatisfied customers. I toi have had problems with this Post Office. The location is so convenient, but mail delivery is poor. Sometimes the carrier is putting mail in boxes in the dark. I recently didn't receive a package, I ordered. Sometimes my mail is put in the wrong box. I have hsd msil stolen also. Now I don't want to order online, because of them. And wonder they have so much competition. All these reviews, should be sent to the U.S. Postmaster.

  • Vince Poscente

The staff are always efficient and kind. I've been to this location close to 100 times and was shocked to see poor reviews. In fact, the last time I was there, I realized when I got home that I left the stamps I purchased on the counter. When I went back, there was no argument or doubt that I was telling the truth. Even though they didn't have the stamps returned (my guess: a following customer pocketed the book of stamps) the representative replaced the book of stamps.

  • Marisa Martinez

Don't live in the 31 zip code or you'll never get your mail or packages. You go to pickup and they don't come to the Dutch door. You go to the desk and they say they don't have it. Then two weeks later they return to sender. I've lost so much $$ on things I bought online that never arrived. They do this on lots of my mail as well. Employees have such an attitude w you when they're the ones not operating fully despite the signs and USPS regulations saying they should be.

  • laquavia H

I hate that this location is the post office I have to deal with.. They never attempt to deliver any of my packages.. At least 5 of my packages have either been returned to sender or lost. I go to the post office on lovers lane for my mailing services because I hate dealing with the idiots that work there and the supervisor is extremely rude and I've filed numerous complaints on this location.. If you try calling them good luck! They never answer the freaking phone

  • Necholle Brown

Mail woman went on vacation and this post office don't deliver the mail for her route because the mail woman is on vacation. Lousey and the attitudes of the post office workers are worst. They need to shut it down and start again with new workers and all . I am looking into what I can do about not having my mail delivered on a regular mail day. Lousey Lousey and the customer service is worst. Trash office wish I could change which station delivers my mail.

  • Queenteecee Designs

I live in The Hive apartments zip code 75231. The mailman is ALWAYS putting mail in the wrong boxes and this is a BIG problem especially during tax season and stimulus checks being mailed. I always see mail on my Informed Delivery and everyday I check that mail I have 0 mail. It’s ridiculous, where is my mail at Not even that but they deliver packages at 5pm like that’s terrible. Today the mailman didn’t even come that’s pathetic and lazy.

  • Teri M

I just experienced what others have experienced: being told my package was delivered when it was not. I had a feeling it was theft then I came here and saw that I’m not the only one with this exact issue. I filed a report with USPS but I also plan to file a police report if this issue is not resolved in the proper way. Mail people don’t just get to steal packages. I will update. Update: my package showed up after I filed a report with USPS.

  • Nikki Batts

Really wanted to give a half of a star because the location is covenant. But, the older lady and gentlemen that work the front "rude". And the lady told me that I would have to purchase a roll of packing tape to close my package. And that they don't provide a simple piece of tape so that I could send off my package because it was a FREE delivery. I had to drive across the street to the Dollar Tree for a piece of tape.

  • phong le quang

I came with a "missed delivery" slip and my wife' s name is on it. The black lady at the counter didn't allow me to pick up the package, although I gave her my ID and showed that I lived in the same apartment with my wife. And then after I told her that my wife is travelling, that's why I pick up the package for her, nothing changed, quote "your wife has to come or call USPS for redeliver". I'm speechless.

  • Joe Ouellette

Hiring and operations process: 1. Find the most out of shape, arthritic or pregnant woman and put her up front. 2. The less English they speak or the more pregnant they are put them up front. 3. Let the line get backed up till it's around the corner then move slower. 4. Keep one and only one person up front. Open 6 days a week to effectively serve 6 hours per week. Welcome to vickers post office.

  • Catherine Pezzatti

I called many, MANY times, why do they even have a telephone number??? Never had a good experience at a USPS location. Sad thing is, we can't do anything to get better service, they can't get fired so they treat people however they want. Like ugh, how can we have a better world when people decide to be this way for no reason? In general, people should treat people with kindness, ALL people.

  • Tracy Whiteside

I am a Seller on Poshmark, someone from this Post Office has straight up stolen 3 High End Designer Dresses, from me, in just the last month, it leads me to believe that the person is opening all of my boxes, it’s in no way a coincidence that all 3 dresses were designer, designer items comprise about 25% of my items, they don’t answer the phone, either, this is beyond unacceptable.

  • Sierra Coleman

Worst post office ever!!!! I had $350 worth of mail that needed to be delivered and since I missed it they left no notice of a delivery attempt. And then I rescheduled the delivery for the next day and they NEVER showed up!!!! When I tracked it, it just kept saying in transit the whole time. Honestly if you have the choice just pick it up because these people suck!!!!!

  • Kimber Polen

I have never experienced so many lost (more like stolen by employees) Amazon shipments. One was a $300 item. I will no longer have Amazon orders shipped to my apartment because I am upstairs and they refuse to deliver upstairs and are too lazy to deliver to apartment office that is next door to mailboxes. This post office is a complete disaster full of lazy theives.

  • Dan S

I was trying to change my address and received by a rude and careless Older woman of Indian ethnicity. I moved from another state and want to make sure my address will be changed correctly with out spelling errors, however she could not check or put it in the system. I hope she will not make a typo and my staff will be delivered to another address. Disappointed.

  • Emily Ashley

Going to USPS is an incredibly demoralizing experience. The people are so rude & demeaning. It’s quite sad. If the employees are this rude it’s makes me wonder how they are treated by their superiors. What will fix this in our country?! I absolutely hate having to go to the post office. I’m never helped with true customer service. Feels more like I’m an inmate.

  • Sarah Meade

As someone with a bit of anxiety about mailing packages in person I usually click and ship at work. But today the website was freezing and I'm on a deadline so I came here. It was really great with fast service! I've been to a few posts offices nearby that are really busy and this is much calmer. I'm saving this in my maps so I'll come here next time.

  • Maggie

I am extremely tired of my mail going to the wrong address and being returned with wrong address on package! The address is correct! Tell your team to do their job and deliver the mail! This is getting crazy! I seriously hate USPS. Update 5-25 they lost yet another package...i swear if you can avoid this place do so! They are absolutely horrible.

  • Cedric Bailey

I had a package that I was waiting on to be delivered through Amazon, later finding out this package would be delivered through my local post office. My local carrier Terry was very helpful and making sure I received this package in time despite complications from issues at my complex. Shout to Terry for being very customer oriented!

  • Benny B

Like I can’t even describe a place more worthless than this place. There’s only one person mailing packages at a time. They’re never courteous and never care to help the customer EVER. There’s a reason the USPS never makes money. If you ever want to experience Hell on Earth, wait to mail your packages out before the Holidays.

  • Shalonda Hill

They never answer the phone. They are rude to customers. Packages are late or missing or just t not delivered at all. If u dont check your mail everyday they cancel your mail. They are not helpful and just assume you know how much things are and how to deliver it im ashamed to say this is my post office. SMH …

  • Tashae Love

Awful. The carriers are careless. They are always misplacing and losing packages. The mail carriers are always on their phones. I have a package missing now with medication in it and the manager just called to say put in a claim, which you can't do for 15 days. This is the 3rd time they've misplaced a package of mine.

  • Kaitlin Hawk

If I could leave negative stars I would. I tried to apologise that I didn't know the package pick up was at the end and the lady snapped at me and told I should be sorry for not paying attention. This is the worst customer service I have received at any place. They need to improve the attitudes of their staff.

  • Jonathan Daylett

Unprofessional and unorganized. I had a package that I was expecting fail to be delivered for some reason, didn't get a delivery notice even though it said online they left one and I was home at the time! Came here to try to find the package and it is no where to be found nor could they tell me where it was.

  • Kay Jay

The worst of the worst. Been sitting at home waiting on a perishable item that I PAID NEXT DAY SHIPPING ON. Only for the carrier to NOT DELIVER IT TO MY DOOR. Now I lose out on my item and money cause it’s sitting in the post office till Tuesday. They need to close the whole post office down and start over.

  • maura cienega

The man on the desk so unprofessional didn’t want to take my package I was having trouble with it because it was to heavy and he just asked me to put it on the scale even he saw it was big and heavy and then just said he wouldn’t take it because the weight was off limit very rud person.horrible place

  • Blessing Adeyemo

If i could give zero stars I would. This is literally the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! They can never find packages and are extremely slow to attend to you. When you talk, they talk right over you so they’re really not listening. Just the worst!

  • Crystal Nolan

Ive been sitting for 20 mins or more now waiting to see about my package that the mailcarrier has lost. And the two guys that mostly work in front are so rude i sat listening to them how they talk to the customer are so not professional. And manager got me waiting over 30 mins not cool at all.

  • Jessiah Zydel

The level of unprofessionalism at this location is unprecedented. It is unfortunate that the people of this community constantly have to endure such poor service. I’ve had multiple issues with missing mail at this location, and there is no service recovery as even management is a lost cause.

  • Jacob Billman

Was yelled at rudely by an employee after not receiving my package by mail and having to go to the location in person after calling USPS and being told to go to the location. Worst employees and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Use a different carrier.

  • Jakob Beetem

The postal clerks work at a frightening slow speed. It takes 2-3 times longer to complete a simple shipping task. The supervisors also handle customer build up very poorly. I will never ship from this location. I will never seek services from this post.

  • Susie Miller

Even though the package fits in my mailbox they do not leave a notice nor do they leave a notice at my door I am home all day I have called them about this before very poor service will have to call the supervisor again I give them a minus 0 …

  • Sam W.

The worst Post Office and Delivery I have ever experienced. If I need something important mailed I have to use FedEx. They wont climb stairs, wont leave notices when they wont deliver. No accountability, if you complain you will get WORSE service.

  • Leah Diaz

Never delivers packages. So lazy, this is the 4th slip I’ve gotten saying they “attempted” to deliver. If I pay for 2 day shipping, I should be getting the package delivered NOT HAVING TO WASTE MY TIME AND GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO PICK IT UP!!!

  • William McCawley

Jacqueline was the rudest person I've ever experienced at the post office (and that's saying something). She would not let me use 2 inches of clear tape from the giant role behind her. It's no wonder that no one uses the post office anymore.

  • Maggie Reyes

Please be warn, Sophie will add weight to your packages. If we are expecting to put in the exact weight on our labels the workers should do the same. They shouldn’t round up. Who knows how many times she rounded up to charge more. Please

  • Tiffany

I arrived at 458 and entered the front door at 459 and the employee was locking the other door and wouldn’t allow me to enter. I even showed her my watch which is set to network time and all she kept was saying was she’s closed and then

  • Emelia Mendoza

Shofia is absolutely rude. My mail isn’t getting delivered to my apartment. I came in to have it re router or whatever. I need my Mail plain and simple. It’s illegal to withhold mail. I will try to get corporate to handle this situation.

  • Ala Love

I absolutely can't stand this location. They rarely answer the phones and when they actually answer after the 10th time you call they are rude and unwilling to help. They need to hire new people bc the ones there obviously hate it.

  • Nick Mirro

Nearly no problems in 15 years. I use all the services including a PO Box. They are tons better than Fedex and UPS and way better priced! It's politically popular to hate the USPS. One day you'll get your wish and you'll be sorry.

  • Miguel Herrera

Everytime I order something online I always try to use another carrier. This office and the people in it are pure garbage. My packages always arrive many days late. They don't even attempt to deliver anything and are beyond rude.

  • Luis Rubio

The Carrier keeps putting no safe location doesn’t bother putting the package in front of the door so i constantly have to go the post office to pick up the package. Hate usps carriers at least the carrier who does my route.

  • Erin Messick

Horrid customer service, The few staff were all very unhelpful and unprofessional and had no interest helping me or anyone else for that matter. Rude and inconsiderate, openly stated they didn’t know how to find a package

  • Myrna Lantier

The people at this location are so terribly rude and hateful. They don't care about the customers needs and make customers never want to go there again. A new Post Master needs to be assigned and clean house.

  • nickscottsj

I have called for a particular associate four times and been told four different things now, and quite rudely. I'm using the correct number and know she works there, but the other employees are not helpful.

  • Xochitl Huerta

I don’t know why the reviews are negative. I came here today during the holidays and everyone was perfectly nice, it’s way better than fedex. Much faster, much more polite. They’re all wonderful here.

  • She Bout' It

Been coming here for awhile. Don’t see how some of these people still work. Impatient and rude this lady started service with me then left soon after so somebody else had to finish the service for me.

  • Anita Bhujel

The supervisor there is ridiculous. I go there everyday, and they're always rude with me and people there waiting. Longest line you can ever see compare to any post office. They never look smiley.

  • Ryan Aust

Worthless! Lobby doors are locked even though they should be open 24 hours for self service and PO Boxes. I hate Trump but if he where to privatize the postal service I would be down.

  • Will Oropeza

This place steals packages from amazon. I can't tell you how many times they've lost packages I've ordered. UPS, FEDEX, and the US Government should of let this terrible company die.

  • Mikah N

HORRIBLE service in a filthy building. If you live in this zip code (75231), I suggest going to the 75238 post office on Markison Rd. just outside 635. Or literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

  • Trisha Garza

I’m sorry so many people have had such bad experiences with this post office. I don’t deal with the building personnel but I have an amazing delivery person. So shout out to her

  • Don Woodworth

We are not getting all of our mail. I called their number twice so far but no answer. I will continue trying but I would have to conclude that they are unresponsive.

  • Darryl Johnson

I hate using. This post office they don't care about anything. Service your hard earn money or time. The only reason I gave them one star so I can leave a review.

  • Joshua K.

Unlike any other USPS location, the employees here are friendly. The most important thing that makes this location stand out is that their lines move quickly!

  • Nicole Richardson

Did a change of address in January and still not getting Mail properly in May. No accountability at this location. Guess I’ll have to go find my Mail myself.

  • B London

Absolutely worst experience. They lost my package and claimed to be assisting. Instead, they gave me at least 4 numbers to call and each did not work.

  • Juliana Griffin Williams

Very friendly staff, even at 5:00 with a long line of people walking in! I appreciate all the work the post office does around the holidays.

  • Jacob Thomas

It is my first time filing property taxes, and the lady at the front was very helpful. Super friendly and I left with a smile on my face.
