My package was sent back to the post office because the delivery man was too lazy to knock on my door. I didn't even get a notification note I had to see on my tracking status online that is said available for pickup. All it gave me was the zip code so I googled the post office and found it with only the zip code and this Hampton location popped up. I just now called them and was screamed at by a so called manager named Mr. Baldwell. He was so incredibly rude I asked to speak to a manager and he yelled at me the he is the supervisor. I told him I won't put up with that kind of disrespect and I will file a report. He then calms down just a little and I ask can I know say something. He puts me on hold and gets me on the line with Another supposed supervisor Named Mr. Montoya. Mr. Montoya tells me that there were some packages that got sent back to them yesterday and they are on there way out and if I don't get it today call on Monday. So I was sold that I said ok I accepted that and we ended the call. I had remembered I had a solar issue when I lived in Richardson Tx and the postal workers were so kind they asked me for my tracking number so they can locate my package and make sure it was sent out right away. So I proceed to call back to ask them if they can look up my tracking number and guess what I've called 3 times and each time they are ending the call. How can you just Answer the phone to my call 5 minutes ago and then just hang up on a customer repeatedly. This is the WORST USPS I have EVER COME in contact with and I will Never recommend anyone to come Anywhere near this place! I just wanted to try one more time before I hit send on this review and they hung up on me again. I have a screenshot that I will also send in as proof for this complaint. Smh this is so wrong on so many levels. Laziness, extreme rudeness borderline hate and incompitance at its finest!!!

Do not use this location. They marked my packages undeliverable. Then when I come to pick them up, "oh we don't have it" . They send a notice saying come and pick up, but why tell me no, why mark my address undeliverable. Im at the house waiting on it and they don't even attempt. Poor government business practices, unethical and its too many black people here. Im black so its not racial discrimination . They just "have a job" dont care about their job. 3 weeks later Once again this facility has managed to piss me off even more. I spoke to yet again, another african american female and she gladly gave me the wrong information. All I wanted to know was where my package was. She stated that because I forwarded my mail after I placed it on hold that all my mail would be forwarded to my new address including the mail that had been on hold. Yet, I havent received any mail yet. She also stated that because I forwarded my mail that the hold process was no longer valid, yet when I call usps it stated my mail is currently on hold. I called the merchant to get information on my package and what do you know. THEY HAVE IT!!!! This usps worker assured me that it would be forwarded to my new address and it was still on the truck waiting to be scanned in by the next worker. Look on the website for updates she said, just wait for it she said. The doggone website hasnt been updated since!!! Close down this godforsaken facility or get rid of the black female workers that are there. Every time I encounter this place they give me lies and unnecessary issues. All I wanted was my mail. Its there job to know and they clearly cannot do the most simple of it.

Horrible Customer Service! There were two ladies up at the counter with the most sleazy and utmost disgusting attitudes! One of them had a bad eye, and the other one had terrible dyed red hair. The woman with the bad eye was the worst. She was giving a Hispanic lady the most horrible service because she couldn't speak much English! She wasn't helpful at all! She literally yelled out towards the long line asking if anyone knew Spanish and English. Very embarrassing! And once I came towards the other lady, I made a simple mistake on my first letter I ever made in my whole entire existence on this earth, and she made it seem like I was absolutely stupid. She was talking to me disrespectfully. I felt like I was getting interrogated....The whole atmosphere felt worse than an hospital. It literally made me sick and uncomfortable immediately once I walked through the door....These two ladies, I would say keep your jobs, enjoy feeling miserable for the rest of your lives...I wouldn't have made this review if I was simply treated like a human being. Hey, I came to that counter with a positive demeanor. I expect the same back. I could truly understand if I came up in there and created a horrible ruckus, then that would be a good reason to treat me so horribly...but you know what, I'm incredibly happy I don't have to visit a post office again, especially this horrible establishment!

It's the worst ever! 2016 I had several instances were the tracking on my packages said delivered and they were not, or at least not to my property. They would always come back a day or two later with my package and never could answer where it was found. Also at least three times, I had them say that they could not deliver because the "business was closed" when clearly it's a residential area. Not to mention the mail carrier 90% of the time leaves our mailbox open and visible to everyone. And just this week, I was expecting a package on Tuesday. I arrived home and didn't see it in my mailbox and checked the tracking and it said delivered but it was no where to be found. I opened a case, as usual, and had the manager call me yesterday asking if I had received my package and I said no. He has yet to resolve my issue. Worst service ever! If I could, I'd give no stars. Update 01/24/17: well the latest my package was delivered to a different address which they haven't been able to retrieve. And yo add insult, i was expecting a package Saturday, i was home and that package, from different sender, was also not in my mailbox!!! Of course I called the supervisor immediately which he told me they were already closed and he couldn't look up my info.

Horrible Service! I don't understand how you charge $40 to ship something overnight w/ guaranteed delivery and yet a week later I still have not received my package. The online tracking system says the item was going to be delivered friday, then that changed to monday, then tuesday. Now Tuesday it says available for pick up at this location. I arrive at this location, no package. I'm told the driver has it and will deliver by end of day. It now 25 minutes before postal service officially ends and I still do not have my package. Tomorrow is a holiday so no mail delivery. Let me guess, updated for thursday delivery; 7 FULL DAYS AFTER THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED OVERNIGHT!!!!!! Call customer service, wait on an hour on hold for call back only for them to only give you information thats on the website. They can't do anything elsel but give me the phone number to the local office. Of course no one picks up the phone. Oh! and the shipper can't get a refund until the package is delivered. Wonderful!! I will no longer be using this service for personal or business shipping. How unfortunate.

PLEASE READ Two weeks ago I received email that packaged was delivered (left at / in mailbox) mind you I live in a apartment complex, mail slot isn't large at all. Package came in a box therefore couldn't fit into mail slot.. I filed a missing package a case, didn't hear anything back so I called the main number, was told case was closed. Refiled claim, then was given a call stating mail carrier left it at (DOOR) wasn't my door. Why not take it back to post office and leave a note for pick up? Ok, now since this happened I was expecting to other deliveries, being I was robbed already I requested all mail to be put on hold and I'd retrieve from the post office myself. How about I just received 2 delivery notifications that my packages were (left at /in mailbox) again. I contacted the office and was told they was sending the carrier back to the apts to get packages, If they are still wherever he left them and bring back to post office.

I'm a stay at home mother. Meaning I'm at home ALL day. My package was supposed to be delivered Monday and I was tracking it online and with delivery update text messages. Well it was marked 'delivered" at the front door so I went to get it and it wasn't there. I spent the next three days arguing with USPS over my missing package. Which they go based off the tracking system. Since my package said "delivered" they kept blaming me for losing it and standing by that they delivered it. I'm glad I have security cameras all around the outside of my house. I took the footage from my cameras up to the post office to prove the carrier never delivered the item to my house. The manager showed me the GPS where my package was delivered and turns out the carrier marked it delivered at a house on the corner of my street. I had to show him were my house was located (literally four houses down from where they left my package) Unbelievable!!!!

As a business in the route of this post office, I have attempted to be patient, especially during this time. TWICE this week, the carrier has failed to deliver packages to us, claiming we are closed or otherwise. WE ARE HERE waiting on delivery of elastic for masks that our area frontline workers have ordered and need from us. The carrier has now stopped attempting to deliver mail since I confronted him and reported him to the supervisor at the Joe Pool service center, and just says business not accessible, which isn't even a thing, we are our own building and we are HERE and at the time of the "attempted delivery" we were actually loading our cars, so not a real thing. So again, their failure to be adults has now put 150 MORE people at risk that I cannot deliver their masks to them as promised. Congrats, you are solid humans during this time.

  • tawaniac

Is there any particular reason why, you would hire someone that cannot deliver mail to the right addresses or leave notices for packages? Y'all got to better than this. On several occasions the wrong mail has been delivered to my house and then when I track my package its taken back to the post office because of claims that there was no safe location to leave it when it was small enough to fit in my mail box. Then didnt even leave a notice i had to go to the website to find out that there was a delivery attempt. My next package is out for delivery and it never made it to my house and now I cannot get my package and that's even if it was taken back to the post office and not delivered to the wrong address because its closed. Which also means that its money lost for me, If i could give this 0 stars I would, because 1 star is way too nice.

This place does not deserve any rating. But it is the only way you are able to post a review. From the people that work there in the post office to most of the mail carriers not all but most, this is the sorriest location ever. You never get anyone on the phone nor can you get any straight answers when you have an issue. I don't know who the supervisor is at this location but he or she needs to be fired or reassign. No maybe they need to be force to have their mail come to them from this location and delivered by the incompetent postal carriers that we have to deal with, deliver their mail or put them on the routes. It is just ridiculous. I have only had two great mail carriers the entire 18 years I have been at my address. And they wonder why they are loosing money. REALLLY, REALLY!! The entire USPS needs a complete over haul.

The most unprofessional clerks. I went to that station to cash a $150 post office money order. I normally use my National identification card which also is categorize under Tribal Identification. The clerk treated me as if I had a false identification she did not allow me to present secondary identification. She then took the identification card for another clerk to see who took a picture of it on her personal mobile phone without my permission. They would not cash my money order she had written on it. To add insult to injury i mentioned to her other post service office i had no problems with. The next day none of those postal service offices pretended for the last two weeks they do not have cash to cash the money order. I rate them 0. No respect for customers. Update as of August 18 2020 the matter has been resolved.

  • Meredith Stegall

I never thought I would review a post office, but here I am. For the first time, I had to go to Joe Pool location to pick up a package requiring signature. While there I noticed two things that prompted me to write a review. 1. They took really good care of their elderly customers, even noting if they hadn’t been in lately and checking on them. They spoke clearly and loudly so they could hear and respectfully moved them to an empty spot because they needed to get extra info for their transaction but kept the line moving. 2. When the person who normally coordinates signature packages wasn’t responding quickly, one of the representatives went back herself to keep the process moving. I appreciated this level of accountability. Give this location a chance- 1pm wasn’t too busy.

1. First encounter here, I was having a package delivered to someone. The lady handling my package asked me “Are you sure this is the correct address”? After she said this I’m thinking does she know something I don’t? But she doesn’t say anything further. Later on I found out the person I was sending the package to did in fact give me the wrong address, but the lady saw that the address was showing an unsecured location, however she neglected to inform me! 2. I had been trying to get in contact with the station all day 1/14/20 to hold my package at the facility and wasn’t able to go up there at the time and no one would answer. I called back to back about 20 or so times and no one answered. At one point the “busy line” tone came up. In need of better customer service!!

  • Porsche Carter

I went here one time to mail some things the wait time was abnormal to me. The two woman that were working seem as if they were moving slow purposely. They were agitated easlily with the customers. They people were conplaining alot. Well one woman took off from helping assist so there we were left with one person to help at least 10 people in line waiting. After i went through two songs on my telephone and three calls a guy walked up to help assist he was very quick and nice. He got out people left and right. While the woman rolled her eyes and went slow. It was a shame. I believe that she should have went home if she could not handle the pressure of the business. I thank the guy that came in and helped out. He was very nice to everyone as well.

I'm trying to see how the mail service work. I normally wake up and head out the door and the mail is there. Nowadays you have to people please these carriers. If you signed up for the job then do it. Or quit. It's America you have choices. Stop making people wait on there mail weeks at a TIME all to find out appointments have been missed. Are you suggest mailing it out monday. If we got paid how some of us work. We'd be homeless. Fix the attitude and the hell with people and deliver the mail. Just a note mail tampering is a federal crime which if someone report suspicious activity of handling the mail in appropriate could not only cost you your job. But jail time. Let's be safe and do the right thing no need to be small nature.

  • Vanessa Torres

Two packages that were supposed to be sent to me NEVER got to me. I find out one was delivered to the WRONG address! And that was only AFTER I went to the office the third time. My friend who sent the other package just looked at the tracking info and told me this office also handled the delivery and that it was handed off to a resident. That resident sure as hell wasn't me! The workers are nice enough, but it took three visits before I got any useful information about one package I never got. The second time I went I spent the better part of an hour. No one really sat down one on one to talk to me or really figure it out. I get the feeling they just wanted me to get out when they gave a hasty answer that second day.

Ms Dice is the worst postmaster you could have she makes good money and cares nothing for her job she is only there for her paycheck as her other employees there they all belong together just not in the post office they should be in the unemployment line, the mail man EJ is slow as ever and I'm not talking physically I'm talking mentally how did he pass the test is my question? I pray someone come in and clean this office out get rid of these losers. We need people who care working with our mail they are rude from Ms Dice to the red head extremely rude lady at the counter I can't stand none of you but will pray for you even though you care nothing for your customers someone should investigate these clowns.

Zero stars. The first bad experience was trying to get a PO Box online and having to be refunded when you go to get the key because the box was in fact not available in that size. The second was keeping me there for almost thirty minutes over a package I had the tracking number to and telling me it’s not there. Had to turn around and go back because the system updated and said that it was ready for pickup... But wouldnt you know; I get there and they tell me that the truck with my package on it left 8.5 hours prior and somehow still hadnt made it to my mailbox or doorstep which is a 5-minute drive away from this office. This is precisely why i deal with FedEx and Amazon Direct shipping.

  • Michaelveli77

I wish they could fire the whole staff and rehire a new one. The service here is completely terrible including the mail postman. I tracked my package it was to be delivered July 20 the reason it wasn't in the notes it read couldn't find a delivery location. Wow. Are you serious? I thought to myself. Today's date August 1 I didn't know the status of my package until I called my shipper they supplied me with the tracking number. The mail carrier never left anything not even in my mailbox to let me know an attempt was made to deliver my package. This place Is the worst post office to get any service from. This is the second time this same situation happen to me at the post office.

  • Morris Reddic

This is absolutely THE WORST POST OFFICE I have had to deal with in my 61 years of life! I have lived in this area for a year and a half. Im a collector from online websites, and in that time frame I've only had ONE(1!!!) package delivered to my door! I have literally watched the drivers close up vans and leave not coming to my door, then when I go look in my box, there's,a note saying "Sorry we missed you!" and there was absolutely NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER TO MY DOOR! I can't judge all but this one, but I can say, I've NEVER had a problem with any other office in DALLAS! SHUT IT DOWN, THERE OLKY GOOD FOR DELIVERING JUNK FLYERS!!!

  • Monica Perez

Every year I have the same issue with this office. They will return my mail to sender as "Unable to Forward". I have lived at this residence for over 5 years and the yard is kept up and I don't have a dog. Yet, I get every excuse in the book. Today, after speaking with Ms.Dice she said I wasn't getting my mail because I lived between two streets. There is a street before mine and after mine. UUUHHH DUH!! Most people have a street before and after. She followed up with "You wouldn't understand its a post office thing." Then she said it was because the mail man was off because he was hurt. WTH? will be filing a formal complaint.

  • Stacy Edwards

In the last two weeks I’ve gone inside to purchase multiple pages of postage stamps. Each clerk has been very helpful and even checked in with a colleague to get me the special rose postage stamps when he didn’t have them in his stack. On one occasion the clerk assisted my 17 year old with sealing her college scholarship legal sized envelopes. She went on to explain the size of packages and how much postage is recommended for my daughters future documents she would be mailing out. The lines aren’t long between 3-5pm and clerks greet me with a smile each time. Things have changed at this location as far as customer service.

  • Christy Byrd

This is the first time I visited the Joe Pool location and I must say I was impressed!! Everyone was friendly and I was greeted with a smile! I did not catch the Supervisor/location Manager's name, however, her professionalism I will never forget. When I walked in, she immediately said "you're a new face!" That impressed me because that shows she knows who comes in and out of that location. I expressed that I was a "new face" and then she asked "how may I help you." She could've easily allowed me to continue to stand in line. I appreciated the attention given and professional service rendered!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  • Nikia

This place is the worst post office ever. I have lived in this area for only a year and work from home so I have a lot of packages delivered. 95% of the time I do not receive important packages due to the laziness of their post office and humans they call postal workers. It’s always an excuse for why my packages aren’t delivered but every other delivery service is miraculously able to deliver the same packages. I despise this post office and it’s one of the main reasons I will be relocating to an area that this post office does not serve. Wish I could give 0 stars. Just worthless!

  • Dr. Anthony Wallace DrPH

The customer svc is pretty bad here. I would rather go to cedar hill or to the central post office where they are actually professional and kind to their customers. Anyone who yells "6ft" in the customer's face needs to work in the back and not with the public. That was embarrassing and very unprofessional. If I could give this place no stars I would. Yes, I was wearing a mask and I asked the customer at the counter could I just ask the clerk one question about where to put the outgoing packages. The clerk tells 6ft! I have never been embarrassed like that before.

  • Jotvia Lewis

I have called all morning and haven’t gotten answer, then when I finally did get answer the manager Kamaria Cater was very rude about the situation. I told her how my package was supposed to be delivered the previous day and still hasn’t and ask who was the person worked the morning shift so I could called corporate on them. She got hostile with me and gave me attitude. They have the worst customer service experience even when they are in the wrong. I wouldn’t even be given them 1 star rating if it wasn’t because you have to give a rating with a star at least.

  • Mac Silvey

Attempted delivery on Sunday for a time sensitive package. I live in an apartment complex with no mailroom access on Sundays. We have told the post office this many times. The tracking said they would attempt delivery on the next business day. It has been three days, no package. I tried to call them but all I get is a busy signal. Going on two hours noem I think they just took the phone off the hook. This is not the first time we've had issues. Looking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the only one. 2 stars is too high a rating.

  • Seema Patel

So rude and out dated. No place to drop pre paid packages. Line of 5+ ppl in front of me so I said excuse me and asked if there was a place to drop off packages. The person working said they were w a customer and I would have to drop it to the side....just pointed to an arbitrary location. No help. No consideration for ppl in line. Rude. Long conversations at the counter with 5+ ppl in line. It's frustrating to see tax payer dollars used in such an ineffective and inefficient manner. Also the rudeness is uncalled for.

  • Sean Mcintosh

They should at least post the local hubs phone numbers.I as a postal customer should not have to call and 188 number and hold for an hour, just to get the local station number to see why i my block did not get mail yesterday, and its after 4:30 pm today and we still dont have mail.Im just trying to see if its a problem and do i need to come pick it up.But again i have to call a 188 number get all these catagories on the automated system, which none pertained to me,just to be told my hold time is 39 to 58 minutes.......

  • Mary's World

I'm just soo upset at this point because it's the 2nd time this month 2 of my February packages did not make it to my house, but yet I received a email saying it was delivered.smh. I reported it to the office and they showed they weren't concerned. Later 1package arrived but still haven't received my other package. It's been 3 to 4 different carriers in my neighborhood. They gotta get it together & find someone permanent! We shouldn't be worried about whether we are going to receive our mail or not!!

  • Vincent Miller

...for a government facility involving postal delivery matters, the clerk was efficient and friendly enough...the real gripe was the failure of the postal delivery driver who twice claimed that my driveway was inaccessible; considering I reside on the third floor of an apartment building, and amazon has successfully accomplished the same feat numerous times over the past 4 years, I find it reprehensible that I had to travel to post office for package that I ordered...pathetic

  • Jacqueline Banford

Today I had to go into the post office to find out why a package was marked as delivered to my mailbox , but I never received it. The woman at the first window as you walk in was rude, smug and continued to cut me off when I’m trying to understand where my packages were that I payed for. I never received an answer or my packages. I wish I would have gotten her name because she needs to work on her problem solving skills as well as her customer service.

  • DARRELL BRAZZLE

This place makes me ashamed to be an African American!! My visit Saturday, June 24, 2017 @ approximately 1:30 PM. I can't believe this place is still operating. This office received my package 3 weeks ago according to the tracking number, and they still have not located it. I've tried calling this office several times, put on hold and forgotten about, or promptly lied to. I literally had to leave work early to go to the post office.!,

  • Ryan Short

This Post Office literally won’t lift a finger unless they have to. If you have a normal 8-5 job, best wishes on getting a package if you have a box… they never leave the keys for the bigger lockers these days and can’t be bothered. If you have to stand in line for your package it can easily take your entire lunch break. Third world class service - but in a third world country you could probably slip a $20 and get better service.

  • Shelia Briggs

We need some more friendly happy workers, in this office that believe in handling customers as they want to be treated themselves, how can you handle my complaint, if you are talking over me don't get me wrong but sometimes when you go on the inside they are pretty raggedy as well. And I give them a past but G-whiz, retire already if you don't want to do your job. Issues with delivering mail to a whole street. WoW

  • Carol Flythe

This is the WORST post office. I had a package that I scheduled through the website to be picked up and the dumbass mail person stuffed my mail behind the package and when I called the post office they said they didn't have the carriers phone number could I flag him down. Well he is gone so that would be a no. They are also lazy about delivering packages and have lost several packages that I have mailed before.

  • Janee Jackson

These people are very unorganized and I can’t ever seem to get my package ! The tracking for the order always says they made an attempt to deliver it but I’m always at the house and no one knocked on the door the whole day .. I don’t know what’s going on with them but they need to start having better service and stop lying about coming to peoples house for deliveries and they need to start leaving notices!!!

  • Faviola Gutierrez

The staff at this location is so rude. I understand, pricing for a package varies, and not all of us are familiar with the postal rate. Bit when explaining things to a customer done be rude about or speak in such a condescending tone. I constantly use the postal service to send packages to my husband overseas and I always go to the main location off I-30 and have never been spoken to with such disregard.

  • Rafaela Govea

Came in here to mail off 4 care packages to my brother in the military it’s my first time sending and I was very confused but my Angela helped me so much very patient and kind and had great service even tried helping other team members when needed it’s was passed 5 and she still smiled and helped everyone she truly made this a good experience thank you ms.angela we need more ppl like you around

  • Lil Black

Mill House hasn’t got their mail how are we going to pay our bills They are old and rude We don’t get mail for the Anderson Apartments everytime we go up to get our mail the post office people talk crazy to us we never gotten our mail today this is a poor post office when it comes to people mail the mail man runs late on Ledbetter and never came on 6/2/2023. Dha letters are late 6/5/2023

  • Luis Hernandez

Always losing my packages. They talk too much when they should be helping clients with questions. They are also strict on YOU wearing a mask. So if you don’t have a mask on, they won’t attend you. Making people go back to their cars to get a mask and get back in line all over again, which increases exposure to Covid. Oh, and they won’t give you a mask. They’re going to sell it for a $1.

  • Barbara Parker

Chronic problems with mail delivery in this neighborhood. I discovered I had 3 packages being held at the post office for days. No notice of attempted delivery. They told me the packages were just put on the truck for delivery. I ran home and waited for hours. Nothing. This community constantly complains about our mail service. Nothing changes. Escalating this issue immediately.

  • Wedglea Garden Homes

Our individual garden homes for Wedglea Dr (Wedglea Creek Garden Homes, Inc) have a community postal stand. It has been vandalized leaving one whole side open to people's mail and the two slots for outgoing mail will not close without the PO key. There are no phone numbers that I could find on the internet/Google to call to get a postal worker to come by to secure the boxes.

  • Adrian Serrano

The new delivery guy (as of June 15, 2015) is completely worthless. Today's the second time he just drove past the whole street without delivering a single package. He marks the packages as "notice left: could not deliver", without even trying to deliver it. Please fire or discipline this guy. It's not acceptable to skip out on mail delivery because you don't feel like it.

  • Ashley Williams

This place is AWFUL. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life. They have the worst people working there and have no customer service skills what so ever.I purchased a mail box key and they said it would take a week or two to get it.. It's been OVER 2 MONTHS, and I still HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE KEY!! Truly the worst post office I've ever encountered in my life.

  • Kalyn Smith

Terrible service and rude workers. No designated area for prepaid packages and they get upset when you ask. Lines are always to the door every time I've visited. Employees really need to work on their tone because when you ask questions they either get an attitude or they interrupt and speak over you. I'm definitely going to try to not visit this location in the future.

  • Wright Moore

Service is deplorable!!!!! I waited for them to open package pick up counter. I arrived at 8am and was still waiting at 8:25 although the were supposed to open at 8 am. When the counter finally opened 8:37 to be exact I was told I needed to get in the line for postage stamps, mail drop off, etc and that line wouldn't open until 9am!!!! Quality customer service is passé

They let the phones ring and ring or they will leave them off the hook for nobody to get through . You are supposed to be able to pick up your package with your identification card whether the adress is the same as the shipping does not matter, I'm from another city ! I need to come in with my leasing papers like I'm coming to open a loan or some sort just ridiculous

  • regina dawson

Very unprofessional from management on down they dont deliver mail so don't expect any packages delivered. Constantly calling and visiting office to see about my mail and can never get resolution. This is why company's are so skeptical of hiring our black people lazy, dont care, and dont work. My advice to all in that location do everyone a favor and quit already!!!

  • L'ny

I'm tired of getting my important nail and document missplace by these incompetent people, I hate that my taxes go to a careless place as this, they lost my license, immigration documents, miss my dead line over these people, gone to the office and do absolutely nothing, what the hell should we do about this inconcient people! I am so over this location, they suck!

  • Chris Him

By far the worst service you can get from a government entity. Sad out taxes pay for horrible customer service, incoherent employees, and unpleasant experiences. Just because this location is in the low income area of Dallas, doesn’t mean these employees has the right to be rude and show show so much disrespect for any person of color that walks into this location.

  • Junior Huerta

The worst customer service ever!! Came in waited in line for about 30 minutes to not even a greeted. I know what professional and that’s not it. About a year ago i applied for my passport which was sent out but I never received and they told me it was lost and they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s sad to see that they can’t take care of people’s property.

  • Demetrias Williams

My office will take the packages, but for some reason they driver will not leave the package with the office. It takes days to get the item. When all they had to do was leave it with the office. This is the worst office I have ever had to deal with. You would think with all of these bad review the USPS would make same changes/corrections to this location.

  • Dorgelys Reyes

They do not deliver packages. They just mark it as undeliverable. When you go pick it up at the office they get mad because you do not have the pink slip. I explained to them. The mailman NEVER came to my house, and they still made a big deal about it. Really wish you could fire some people here or change something to see if we can get something done.

  • Andrew Kendall

I went in today (03/17/21) to use one of their direct mailer services and was told that they didn’t know how to do it and to come back another day when someone who knows how is working. This is unacceptable business. If you’re not equipped to conduct business as usual, don’t open at all. Teach your employees about all offered programs.

  • B S

Package supposed to be delivered today. Get a notice that its delivered to a locker. I dont live in an apartment, nor does my neighborhood have community mailboxes. Why didn't they put the package on the porch like always. ? To make matters worse, the product needs to be refrigerated, not sitting in a freaking locker

  • Teresa Nelson

Carrier did not deliver my Etsy order. Stated on my phone that it was delivered but it never was. The Joe Pool station is very slow. I never recieved my order, I am very upset this always happen on my Wish and Etsy orders. The post office just left as that and the order was never delivered.

  • Ella Brown

The manager there is not nice she is very rude and such a B! Blacks over there are aweful and I'm black I went to Duncanville and they treated me so much better! Won't even give a piece of tape and Very rude about it which is poor customers service! There is a way to talk to people smdh!

  • Manny V

This is the second time that my package hasn't showed up. Last time, it was marked as unable to deliver to address and this time the mailman didn't even show up at all. It's like they deliver mail on my street whenever they feel like it. This post office should be ashamed of themselves.

  • TexasCardShark

Been using this post office for over 15 years. The service is good at times, and on A few occasions just down right lousy. One thing I have noticed is there are no White, or Hispanic employees. That's strange to me because they make up 50 percent of the population in this zip code.

  • L Kimbrough (Toya)

Horrible! Incompetent staff. Pulling answers to questions out of the air. If you want your package delivered correctly do not go to this location. They shipped my package back to me even though my receipt clearly says the destination zip code is in Wisconsin. Sad sorry experience.

  • Timothy Steele

2nd week in a row they have lied about being unable to make a delivery. I called to complain and make them actually bring me my package and the guy was rude and put me on hold then disconnected me and now will not pick up the phone. I am filing a formal complaint tomorrow.

  • Cheyanne

The lines are always super long, they could stand to have another couple workers maybe part-time. The ladies that do were there are generally really nice and helpful, thought. The post office driver on my route specifically ruins the whole thing for me, though.

  • Metroplex Aerials

Multiple lost or significantly (3+ months!) delayed items over the past four years including high-value items. Long lines - so long they could take up your entire lunch break, unhappy fellow customers, misplaced items. Hard to depend on for business purposes.

  • Melita Helm

This post office should be closed down. When mailing bills it sometimes takes 19 to 20 days to reach destination. One day my mailbox had mail in my mailbox for 8 other customers, some that should have gone to homes in other cities. CLOSE THIS PO DOWN.

  • Sharita Ward

This is the worst postal service experience I have every had. They keep marking my package undeliverable and business is closed. This is not a business and I've been home for three days. The hold time is awful, if they pick up the phone at all.

  • D .Hill

I was notified that my package was delivered into my mailbox @ 2:58 checked minutes later, no package. I’ve called customer service and went up there to get the same answer “It shows it was delivered”. They’re not worth 1 star.

  • Gaby Estrada

Why does no one answer the phone it’s 4:30pm you close at 5pm. a package should have been delivered by now and still no package. It was shipped the last week of December and it’s now been 13 days and still not delivered. …

  • P L

This is sorriest post office ever!!!!!. Everytime I personally take my mail to this post office drop box, my mail seems to get lost in the mail. My bills end up being late. They should shut it down. Worst service ever !!!!

  • Maria Cottman

I Dr. Cottman is very comfortable at this postal office and enjoys the warm welcome with dignity and respect and being treated as family each visit & knowing my most precious handmade packages will be safely delivered!

  • Kamicka Jackson

These folks have no since of urgency, their customer service skills are horrible. They don’t wanna get your packages, I don’t wanna be here either but at least they can give you good customer service in the meantime

  • Allen Hayes III

Place is so trash and they constantly misplace my deliveries. One moment my package says out for delivery and a few hours later it’s at a post office way across town. I hate dealing with them

  • Terry Ford

Express mail always fail . Amazon Package delivery is horrible station scan packages that are not even attepmted SMH . My carrier is Great with the mail . Packages are another thing Sad!!!!!!

  • Panda McCurtain

Woe. Nicest postal employees at the counter I have ever come across in any location in years. The Postmaster even came out of her office when she saw 3 people in line to help out. Way to go!

  • Sandra Claiborne

This is the worst post office ever! I paid for Monday delivery WITH insurance and today is Tuesday and package still haven't arrived!!!! Now they are saying Thursday and I want a refrefund!

  • Sabrina Marie

The ladies are rude as H***. I nicely asked for the cost of my packages and told me I was holding up the line when there was one person in the post office. Sad unhappy females working here.

  • Briana Rossiter

Best Post Office experience I’ve ever had! Great customer service, happy environment, knowledgeable employees. Thank you Patricia for your amazing attitude and for the best USPS experience

  • Lashondra Miller

  • Deejay jones

  • James Fulton

Look for Ms.Sylvia She is so great! They helped me above and beyond her job description. To make sure my sons birthday package was sent to Kansas. …

  • T-speed Bihh

Lady on the phone is very very rude . She doesn’t let you explain anything she just says what she thinks. She’s rude , disrespectful, and VERY IMPATIENT!

  • Weston Iannone

The NICEST MOST HELPFUL post office I've EVER been to. Extremely patient and still quick even with long lines. I'm blessed it's so close to my work.

  • Nene Moore
