It used to be a good place to visit and friendly service.. I've been there a lot lately because I'm renovating 2 units. The last time I went there made me feel bad. I returned a light bulb,. my parking ticket was deducted at that time, but there was only one item on the invoice. So the refund price was not the original price of the product but the total amount I had paid. The man at the service desk was obviously in the training and he couldn't give me a good explanation. He asked a female colleague next to him. When I told her I had returned somethings before, it was always the price of goods. Unexpectedly, this young woman was rude. She said, "Didn't you see what was written on the invoice? only can refund this amount. She also asked where did I park now, I said parked on the street temporarily when I passed by, I don’t know why she asked this strange question and this is not what she should ask to a customer. Also because the invoice was from yesterday. And then the boy in training had a bad attitude and yelling at me. It was obvious that they had no respect for the guests, both of them looked Indian or Iranian, which could be a form of discrimination. I don't know why they are hired, they should not bring their country's service attitude or background to Canada. They are not qualified to work at Home Depot. This is the first time I've been mistreated at Home Depot in years. It's not about 10 dollars bulb. I think the management system of this store needs to be adjusted and improved.I didn't speak to their manager because I was in a hurry to leave. But I'll try to find out both their names next time I go.

Went through Home Depot to buy a sink and Countertop and have them installed. Both products are good Quality. However, They were woefully uninformed about what services the contractors they hired performed. Lots of “Should’s” and “Probably’s” which lead to a lot of stress and confusion. For example: Even though the sign next to the sink I bought had a sign that said “Additional holes can be punched out”, they could not tell me who would be doing the punching or when it would happen. After a few days, they called and informed the contractor would do the additional holes. Great. 2: Home Depot promised me that the contractors coming to install the countertops and sink would A) mount the sink to the countertop, and B) hook up the sink to the plumbing and adjust any necessary pipes outside the wall to fully plumb the sink. The contractor did not do any of these things (they only install the under mount sinks. Not drop in -as outlined in their contract), nor were they licensed to touch the pipes. No complaints about the contractors, they did good work. I am disappointed and frustrated with Home Depot for their lack of knowledge or accountability, and for giving false information making my experience challenging and full of doubt and misinformation.

Parking at this place is next to impossible! You must take a parking ticket when you arrive > Try to find a parking spot in this very crammed and dark underground parkade > Remember to present the ticket at the store checkout if you want to have the cost credited off your purchase > Then don’t forget to pay for the parking at these inconspicuous machines in the underground parking area (that is if you still have the ticket and remember which pocket you put it in, otherwise be prepared to pay $25) > Remember to retrieve your ticket from the machine and take it with you > Find your car and drive out through the barriers which will only open if you insert a paid parking ticket. And heaven help you if you slipped up on any of the above procedure - you’ll be trapped in your car at the barrier gates unable to get out with horns honking behind you. On top of this, they have coated the floor of the parking area with this sticky paint that causes car tires to loudly screech on rainy days every time you turn the wheel. When the lot is busy, as it usually is, you need hearing protection to prevent your ears from being blasted with this multi-tire screeching sound that reverberates throughout this cavernous space.

Make no mistake, this is a small Home Depot. If you were looking for a wider range of construction stuff you need to head to the one on Terminal. However this one has a fantastic location and the staff ratio is a bit better than other places meaning you can usually get more help if you need it. However some of the more detailed departments like electrical and plumbing don't have quite the level of experience as other Home Depots do. But of course that depends on the time and day that you were going. I shop here at least twice a week and in general it's well-stocked in all departments unless you need lumber or bigger outdoor stuff. The tool and paint department are especially amazing and have high-quality staff. Not to say that other departments don't... But they've been exceptional in my ongoing home rental. Parking below is $3 but they comp you $3 off your bill when you check out if you ask. If you need to pick up bits and pieces of things and aren't driving, it's only one block from the SkyTrain line which makes it exceptional for a lot of people in their daily commute. Hats off to this location!

One of the best store, amazing location I usually deal with hardware section, i buy tools for my business and other equipment, the Manager Mr. Mohammad on tools section is such an amazing and helpful person that always you go and if your not sure, ask he gives you good recommendations on different tools, highly knowledgeable very helpful. Thats why even i stay far but because of their great attitude and understanding I go to this combie store always. Keep it up guys.

The great thing about this home depot location is the large amount of items on sale or clearance compared to any other store. Now they’ve got the price wrong, and are charging $30 more than it was a minute ago. Roger here seems to have no value for customers time, after spending 5 minutes of my time lollygagging. We were inly helped gurther when we asked for a supervisor to help us figure out what was wrong He tried giving us a discount that needs approval, which was not meant to be given in the first place. After the supervisor realized the mistake, she raised the lrice and charged the difference. Please, dear home depot, have fully and properly trained employees working the front end who have a fair grasp of the importance of positive customer service. I do not care how good their english is or whether they are kind to me or not. I want to get through checkout as I can. I hope I do not have this experience again if I am ever so misfortunate enough that I must go to the Cambie street home depot. Terminal Ave does it right nearly ever time. Shop there

KEY DEPARTMEMT I bring in my key and pick the key I want cut. The employee puts my key into this machine that tells you what type of key you have. The machine says my key is not of any key type. So I say The key type is right there on the key its says KW1 You cant just take a KW1 key and cut my key ? He says No because the machine tells me its not a key we carry So I ask him Can you not then manually cut the key? He said No I have to put it in the machine I said well you have a manual key cutter right in front of you. I know because I used to cut keys. He says oh well I dont know how to cut keys Well say that then! So I proceed to customer service and tell them my story and she says Ya there's only that one guy in hardware so... I ask Does any of your employees in the store know how to cut a key then? Blank silence Why offer key cutting service if NOBODY knows how to cut keys? Educate and train your employees!!

Do not use Home Depot plumbing installation services. I called in to get a toilet installed. You only get time options an hour after paying the installation fee. Once I got the options, I called back to schedule it earlier. I paid a $75 emergency fee for an earlier date. This was on a Thursday and I had a flight on Sunday. When I got the time options an hour later, Sunday was the earliest option even with the "emergency fee". 3 phone calls later, they scheduled something for Saturday. The plumber showed up 45 minutes after the window Home Depot provided us. They spent 2 minutes in the bathroom before deciding the toilet wouldn't fit. I had already discussed the measurements in depth on the phone. The plumbers then left the new toilet in the box with us and refused to return it. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

I have been working on a renovation of our home in Whistler, at times the task has been daunting. After repeated visits to the Home Depot on Cambie, I feel compelled to share my experience. The level of customer service at this particular store is nothing short of outstanding. I was assisted by Ana Baya and Quentin Millet. They were both friendly, professional, and highly competent. They listened to me explain what I needed and they showed a real desire to get everything done properly. In an era where such fantastic personal service seems to be disappearing, Ana and Quentin have given me hope that there are still people who care about competence and professionalism. This Home Depot has earned my business long into the future and I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Great experience. Went in to get a couple of keys cut and had to ask an associate where to go. When i got to the department Inquired at the service desk and an associate walked me over to the key cutting machine which was a self serve machine. Never had encountered one of these before so the guy was going to show me how to use it but ended up cutting my two keys himself and was a super friendly guy. As it turned out, the self service machine didn't have the blank key I needed so the associate had use the manual machine. His customer service was great. Prices of comparable merchandise at Canadian Tire is probably priced a little better. footnote: The key that the automatic machine cut is really poor- barely works. The one the guy did manually, perfect. Sometimes automation isn't all that.

Yesterday I experienced the best customer service that I’ve EVER received. Early in the day I went to the Terminal Home Depot and bought a lightbulb. When I got home and opened it there was actually nothing in the package. Later in the day I was headed to Cambie street to grocery shop and thought that I’d try returning the empty package for one with a bulb. I anticipated that I may not get a return on the empty package due to it being a different HD location as well as it depending on their discretion. Not only did I get an apology for the empty package; I also received a refund AND a new bulb. It wasn’t until I was on the drive home that I realized I hadn’t asked the employee his name. I’m assuming that he was the manager-listed on my receipt as AJ Fraser. Whoever you were-THANKS AGAIN.

  • Martha Salazar

Your service is garbage. Why post items as available both in-store and/or online when they are not available for either? I went to the store and could not find what I needed, I was told the computer showed 3 in store but they could not find them. I was advised other stores have it and that I should look for it elsewhere. I purchased a circular saw online for store pick up the next day and my order was accepted but the next day it was cancelled. The next day, I online purchased a tool kit (offered on the website for delivery) and I paid extra for same-day delivery. Again my order was accepted and later it was cancelled. I guess I'll keep my money then! Why offer products and services you can not provide. Just mark them as unavailable everywhere and don't waste anyone's time.

Today I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location. I give Mr.Kireeti a 0/10 review in terms of taking care of the customer avoid him at all times. After giving me a hard time picking up my order he refused to call another supervisor and told me he is the boss here and he’s not going to give me my pre paid order keeping me waiting for 50 minutes he still did not apologize. I love shopping at The Home Depot but unfortunately after my interaction with Mr.Kireeti I feel sorry for the company that has chosen such unprofessional and childish person to represent their business. Not only I’m not satisfied but I’m disappointed in the training process and how the management team is being such bad role models for the other employees.

Like this store location, because it is close to my house. It is great if you need to pick up a couple of items. There is some great staff that are very helpful, and many who could care less. I was fortunate enough to find some great prices on plants! (not expecting to purchase, but couldn't pass up) With hesitation from staff when I asked if they could help me take them to my car, which I parked just outside on the street (no carts allowed, and I bought more than 2 hands could carry. lol) Overall very happy with purchases. I know when I go here, it will be hit and miss with customer service, and has been getting better. (thank you!) Main and Terminal is definitely my go to for exceptional customer service and knowledgable staff.

Usually Home Depot locations have awesome friendly service, but here nobody wants to help, it's pretty tricky to get answers on where to find stuff. We came in to buy some lumber to fix furniture - the advertised lumber that shows available online at this location was of a wrong size, and they told us they stopped making lumber adjustments at this location, but offered we go to north Vancouver location, wow. They also didn't have any parts we needed, so all in all we found nothing in this store to help fix furniture, just spent money on underground parking ($4 for the first hour; it's only validated if you're purchasing something, but you can get it validated at a grocery store downstairs as well).

  • Marilyn Grace

I appreciate the number of employees who can assist me when I’m shopping. Whether they need to decipher my request, look up information on the website, or find another employee who has the answers, nothing is too much trouble, and they are almost all courteous in approach. Just one employee was condescending towards me, as an old person. She works in kitchen appliances and she seemed surprised that I knew exactly which new stove I needed and that I had all the details on my phone. Even then, when she told me what day it would be delivered, and I nodded, she asked: “Don’t you need to write it down?” I replied: “No, my memory has actually improved with age”.

Yesterday I went to try his Home Depot for a new sink drain outlet, I believe the person that is served me had no idea regarding plumbing parts, he gave me items that didn't fit. So I went back and met John who knew plumbing and he instantly saw the problem and remediated it correctly. I went to the returns and explained the dilemma and they said it was roughly twice the price for the new item compared to the first one. I explained that my plumber charged me an extra half an hour due to the misfitting. I was very surprised that the boss told the girl to give it to me for the same price of $18.00 plus. Thanks for your patience especially to John .

Customer service at place is . Wanted to get colors for our first wooden paint project, the person was really helpful and gave so much detailed knowledge about different types of colors and what and when to use. Wish could remember his name. But he was at the colour section and made everything so easy. Thanks to him this project is coming out really good We forgot one of the paint bottle at the payment counter but the lady Name Dolly came all the way to parking lot to give the forgotten color. That kind is service is really rear this days. Thanks again The Home Depot Cambie. For such a great experience.

Home Depot has a good selection of building materials but if you are looking for some special you won't be able to find it here. For example I was looking for an electrical outlet with USB ports for the kitchen. It had to be 20 amp (not 15 I think) and had to be tamper proof, with reset and test buttons and some certifications. It was available only through the manufacturer. The selection for things available only online is huge. The prices are competitive and often lower than the ones I was getting from my builder and contractors. They have public bathrooms and they let me shop in-store with my dog

This is my first time in this store. I was impressed by Fiona. She helped me a lot for finding my stuff. This store is kind of small compare to the other store because it is located in the building - sharing with Save-on-food and winners. That is why I was kind of lost because I get used to the set up of the big store. Fiona is very friendly and patience because she answered all my question and gave me the right direction where I should go to find the stuff. Thank you for helping me today Fiona. I am highly recommended Fiona if you need any help in the store. Fiona, You are ROCK STAR! I give you 5 *****!

  • Meghan Ridley

Absolutely disgusted by my experience at Home Depot on Cambie. Just went in to grab some paint, saw their cans of mismatched paint for less and grabbed the large one in grey. When I got to the self checkout I was rushed by a worker who ripped the reduced price sticker off the paint can and accused me of switching price tags to get a cheaper price. I told them to check the cameras and get a manager. Someone came over and backed up the employee. First of all maybe they should all stop standing around at the front and help the customers and second start treating customers like customers and not thieves.

  • Simon Gee

This Home Depot is set up a little differently as it's geared towards condo dwellers in the city rather than in large part to pros and contractors. There were plenty of staff available to help with finding products and answering questions. There was plenty of stock for the product I was looking for whereas it was sold out it a few stores closer to me. Just be aware that this store, being smaller, I believe doesn't carry lumber and other building materials. They do have a great selection of everything else. I love shopping here every once in a while when I get into town from Burnaby.

  • Martin Ciastko

Edit: warning: masks not mandatory, many staff seen without masks. Distancing not well practiced. Recommend avoiding. No rating change, despite this. Watch the last remaining bits of your will to live just melt away in this little soulless hole of a store. Come in and get lost, as in lose your way and wander around aimlessly for hours, all the while finding nothing you need for twice the price you can pay elsewhere. On the upside, it's a great place to go to get away from it all, be sure that no staff will bother you with a response even if you do manage to find one in the wild.

  • Devin

Don’t go to Home Depot, go to wholesale instead. Ordered product online and was told delivery would be from December 18th-25th. Called on the 27th and was told the carrier had the wrong number and they don’t know where the product is. Absolutely no help from Home depot. I was quoted lower numbers from wholesalers In the area for non retail products and regret not going through them, just thought Home Depot would get me the product on time. Horrible customer service, no care for peoples time. Don’t waste your time with retail for bathroom products.

  • Patricia Hyssop

I had the opportunity to deal with a fantastic employee at this location, her name is Ana B. and she is in appliances, I needed a new washing machine but had to tackle a small adjustment at my apartment to accommodate this new washer. She connected me with a tradesman and got me signed up for a HD credit card which provided incentives for using it, she literally handled everything. I’d love to find out how I can let her employer know how great and informed she was but this seems to be the only platform … .

  • Mihiran Muditha Upeksha

There is an angel working at the paint section in this location. As I remember her name is "Diana". She is very knowledgeable and the one of the best customer service ever got in my life. Once that Indian guy was not interested in to help me with finding the paint that I was looking for, luckily I talked to her before I leave and she helped with the best ability. FYI @higher management - Diana should be noted for her genuine and outstanding customer service. This 5 star is only for her. Thanks Diana.

  • John Paul Luczon

I dont know what they've done differently but I've noticed that the staff is always friendly and helpful. I keep saying that they are extra nice and make my shopping experience more pleasant. I also notice that the staff have not pointed where things are to me 95% of the time. Instead, they walk with me to the product I am looking for, even if they were in the middle of restocking shelves. If they did point me to the correct department, I was met with another staff person to further assist me.

  • Arun Kumar

Home depot has one of the best customer services, there is always someone checks with you while shopping and give their input about the products and suggestions. It actually doesn't matter how much price difference they have in the market along with the competitiors. When someone greets you with a smile and thanks you while leaving, its an amazing culture. I believe strongly only happy employees can make a business move forward to the future. Thanks for both the management and employees.

  • Paul Cikatricis

This location is very convenient to drop by and pick up items that we need. On our recent visit, we needed a little paint to patch up an older closet door colour. Found out the store offered a colour matching service. The technician scanned the colour and prepared a sample with the precise shade and sheen we needed. We also bought new washer and drier here. Talked to John who was very supportive and knowledgeable and helped us pick the right model and accessories we needed.

  • Moises Schini

I really like this Home Depot store. It’s smaller and don’t have all the products compared to the other locations but is so convenient and close of many other things. On the same complex you can find Winners, Save-on-foods and lots of other small stores. Some staff are really helpful but some of them aren’t that friendly with people trying some DIY like myself. The parking cost $3 for the first hour and they don’t refund it anymore (no matter how much you spend).

  • Michelle Hanna

Had an amazing experience at this store on 7/11/23. I went in to buy a portable bbq but it was out of stock and only the expensive one was available. 3 different associates, including the supervisor, came to help me figure out the right bbq to buy within my price range and looked for deals in their system. They even stuck around to help me choose some accessories as well. It felt like a family environment and I was well taken care of. I wish I got their names!

  • jenna reed

Don't waste your time tying to call for information that you are directed to find by contacting the store for availability. Pretty sure a ringing phone is just white noise they are all well used to. 2 stars because even though I'm extremely frustrated... It is Christmas and I'm feeling festive Update. Thanks for reaching out and asking me to contact you via social media. I don't have those things but not to worry, I bought a tree from Canadian Tire

  • Graham Peterson

**DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES** We bought one plant from here and it was rife with spider mites, it completely decimated all of our plants we own, expensive ones, ones we’ve had for years with no problems. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. There is no way they have that under control at the store, and I doubt they spray them at all. Save yourself days of headache trying to save your plants and never buy any plants from here EVER.

  • Courtney Sperling

I was having trouble with online ordering- I think it was having issues because of traffic. So I decided to go to the store. Usually somewhere like this would overwhelm me. Immediately upon entering a young man asked if I needed any help and I showed him photos of the things I needed and he brought me to each area and helped me pick them out. Very painless, I'm very happy with my trip there. Fair pricing and the store was very clean and organized.

  • Yassi Nikkhah

I walked into the store. First of all it was so slow and not too busy, though I couldn’t find staff to receive help. Then I found one person who didn't have knowledge of my need. After passing a long time, they sent us someone there. Many people needed help, and they lined up for him, and it took a long time until I figured out they didn't have what I needed. They had run out of that kind of escrow. I do not recommend this location.

  • Renée Barnaby

Very helpful staff. I picked up some weather stripping and I didn't realize it was a stick on. I went to one of the staff to ask where the screws were so that I could mount the weather stripping on my door, he looked at my stripping and said you don't need screws it's just a stick on. So he helped me save some money. He could have just sent me on to the screws aisle but he took the time to find out what I had and what I would need.

  • Danielle Martin

I have to give the biggest praise to Paul and Peter in the tool department. I went in with a problem with a nut and bolt that wouldn't come off. They were absolutely incredible and patient with me, trying everything under the sun to get it off all with a smile. I can't thank them enough for their help. I hope upper management read this and they get the kudos they deserve! Simply the best customer service you could ever ask for.

  • Daniel Nanson

We bought online to collect in store at 8th and Cambie - when we got there, we had to pick up bits we forgot to buy online. We got so much help, friendly and warm staff, we were kinda shocked how positive our experience was. Then at customer service, it got even better (Kaylan was amazing and super helpful). Not sure how they have managed to have so many good people there….but thank you big time.

  • Andrew

I had a somewhat difficult return (the store didn't have stock on the product I needed, etc.) and I thought for sure it would be an issue. Enter J.C., who I assume was a manager of some sort, who took customer service to the next level and sorted out the situation. Not only did I get what I wanted but J.C. got me an upgrade AND saved me money! What an amazing customer experience - I am thrilled!

  • Tiberius B

Great location for this store. Very convenient. They don't have lumber, but the store on Terminal Avenue is not far. Most staff is amazing, helpful and knowledgeable, but there's also some who are totally lost. Not many, but once you deal a few times with them, you know to avoid. :) parking is underground shared with Save On and they reimburse for parking, at least for now. Overall great.

  • Lisa Forbriger

Home Depot, cannot go wrong in here if looking for gardening or fixer projects! Every time I go here I find everything I need, the staff aren’t necessarily friendly but they do help when they need too even if it’s with a grunt or two. Will come back here for sure, just make sure you have an idea of what you need before you go because it’s a huge store with so much to choose from.

  • C

There's an employee in the paint section (I believe his name is Ron), he's awesome! He actually asks if you need help and directs you to what you're looking for (sounds simple but keep in mind I wasn't sure what I needed). In the past 2 days he's helped me twice and I can't say enough good about the guy. Let's just say if I had a business I'd be trying to poach him to work for me

  • Christian Malin

Pros: -By far the funkiest main entrance to a hardware store. -Convenient location for a quick purchase, eg. "Stopping at HD on my way home from work to pick up a picture hanging kit." Cons: -Funky store entrance is probably a nightmare if carrying out a large purchase. -Compact layout limits product variety; I couldn't find the specific brand/version of what I was looking for.

  • Plumber Joe

This is a smaller urban store so they have extra staff on hand here. Also its harder to hide in a smaller store. Usually I come here to look for items that are sold out at other stores. Parking is hard to come by on the street but they have parking under for $2 hour which home depot reimburse you. Park on the lower level. The 1st level is too busy from Save on Foods customers.

  • I R

A pretty good Home Depot! The location is very convenient and the staff are generally knowledgeable about where things are and give good advice. The only thing to be aware of is that it is slightly smaller than a full-scale HD so may not have some of the more specialized stuff that the bigger stores have. However their website is pretty accurate as to what they have in stock.

  • Dean Gregory

This morning when I arrived just before the store opened at 7am a young man was watering the plants outside, smiled and wished me good morning. Then when the store opened he let me know I could go in. When I walked into the store I was greeted with friendly helpful staff. This was a testament to the staff working at this store and it was a great start to my day. Thank you!

  • Morteza Abootaleby

Hi, I am so sorry for your unfair hiring process, After times and times apply for your position like merchandising, I just received unreasonable remarks, As my friends mentioned, I finally realized that you employ people just based-on referral not based-on fair procedures. You just wast time of regular applicant like me. I really sorry for your dark company.

  • Jay A

Another Clean Home Depot! Everything is well arranged and their staff were helpful! Was a bit confused where the entrance was but found it after. I always go to their Richmond location which, is as clean and well arranged as this location as well. The person who helped me was really helpful and considerate. I just forgot his name. :( Keep it up team!

  • Samantha Bacchus McLeod

Home depot is a fantastic one stop shopping place. Anything from kitchen cleaners at great prices to full out kitchen makeovers. The garden centre is great, plus all everything one may need for every part of the home. The staff are amazing! Helpful, patient, polite, nice and someone is always around to help. Great great prices and professional tips.

  • jake tsui

Experienced some awesome service today. The manager at the front (sorry didn’t get your name - Big guy) and Rohit who spent time with me giving me advice on LED lights to the guy who helped me at the self check out ( I had a basket of items and he literally started scanning my purchases and explained to me how the parking ticket works). Thx !!!

  • Nicholas

Had a phenomenal experience with Yuri, he took time to advise me on different options of weather stripping and even showed me products online that may better suit my needs. He was very pleasant and friendly, genuinely seemed happy to help me out. People like Yuri make me more likely to come back to Home Depot for any advice or products I need.

  • The_49th_parallel

This location staffs are walking around to hide from the customers who need help. It's really hard to find staffs. The first guy who I asked to help was disappeared for 30 minutes and I found him in another aisle. He didn't do anything and was hanging around to avoid customers. Why are you working at there? Especially hardware parts aisle 19.

  • Jessica Di Loreto

Service at this store is amazing, particularly a man named "Al". Every time I go there he knows everything about everything and is kind, funny, and so thoughtful!!! You will be so lucky to have him help! I have been there many other times before, each employee being very helpful. Well done cambie thanks for making my life so much easier!!

Great experience with Home Depot at the Cambie store, and I would always go back to Home Depot, and they are fair with great pricing. I praise their customer service, and customer service is going down everywhere else, but not at Home Depot. Thank you Sorous you were very friendly, helpful, honest, understanding and knowledgeable.

  • Dinusha Wijayasuriya

I visited this store as my Home Depot card had an issue, I was assisted by a girl named “Palak” at customer service. She had to contact their backoffice for further support. It was not a straightforward case. She did her best to help me.. she was very professional & courteous. The world is beautiful when we have people like her…

  • Gurv

This is a full sized Home Depot on the edge of Downtown: the cost to maintain this brick and mortar location must be crazy!!!! They have everything you would expect to find at a Home Depot, but can have limited quantities of items as their warehouse isn’t as large as others. I have received mixed customer service during visits.

  • Sia Monadi

I was helped today by Rhyce, who was quite helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered and did not hesitate to show me all the related products. Overall, amazing customer service and well done to Rhyce. Canadian Tire can really learn a thing or two from the people who work here...

  • Renée Frenette

It was fairly busy on the first Saturday in January, but the staff were so helpful and in good spirits. A gentleman helped us by searching the inventory for about 5 different drills (as most were sold out due to a previous sale). He really spend time and effort making sure we left with a drill we were happy with!

  • Austin

Cancelled my bbq order twice a week after the order. Did not have my online order prepared when I went to pick up in store after being notified it was ready. They do not answer the phone when you call. Just buy your bbq direct from Weber if you're buying one cause it's the same price anyways.

  • Anomander Rake

DO NOT buy washer and dryer there. They need someone to go and disconnect your old one first, on a separated appointment, on a different date. Other place may have the same price but they only need one set of people that can do everything at once. Additional half day leave is very expansive.

  • Ella Copeland

Store layout is so confusing I get lost in it every time I go there although I’m able to find everything in the end it usually takes me 45 mins. check out is meh I had an employee ring me up at the self check out and stand right beside me while I was paying - never had that happen before.

  • Leah N

Love this branch! We’ve been coming here for over 3 times now and every staff we met was friendly, patient and super helpful!!! We were able to replace our blinds and find drywall materials with staff’s help. Will come back for other purposes too. Thank you to the staff who helped us! :)

  • Glenn Redbear

The convenience is about the only thing going for the business if you are a tradesman. Occasionally find a deal for an item. Associates are nice people who know very little about the work and are reminded that they are to help you leave with products. Doing their job. Cheers to them.

  • Cloth & Tie

Honestly. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful. It was lovely to see their team singing Christmas carols the other day. There must be good management here. I live really close and try to find everything I can at this location, as the customer service is top notch.

  • Moira Casey

I tried to contact HD to find out if a curtain rod I wanted to order was able to be installed on the ceiling. "Customer Service" contacted me 3 days later to let me know that they could only help me if I wanted to order custom window coverings with installation. Unbelievable.

  • Joseph Choi

You're lucky to have staff like Ben. I wanted to buy Calcium chloride to use as Humidifier, but it was sold only in the winter season, so there was out of stock. But staff named "Ben" went underground and found it and gave it to me.I was really impressed by the kind staff.

  • Jean H

Appliance purchase with delivery & installation… Worst customer service ever, every person I talked to gave me a different contradictory answer. Save yourself the aggravation by price matching and purchasing else where, wish I had listened to the other bad reviews.

  • A Ddelaa

This location has poor stock on concrete material; the lumber was disorganized or improperly labeled; and most of the sales associates on the floor were gathered in one aisle, blocking access. I would give one star but I was helped by one available representative.

  • Roger Vino

Experience a hassle-free self-checkout process where assistance is readily available without the intrusion of a security guard demanding your receipt. The seamless checkout system stands in stark contrast to the disappointing service encountered at Canadian Tire.

  • Kaiba Langley

Maybe a little small in comparison with others but they have everything you need. The prices are fair enough. Too many self check-outs. People here are experts, they could understand my need and help me successfully. Definitely, a good place to go shopping.

  • Mon Cheng

I had really bad experience in this store. Bad customer services. I waited 45 minutes in their appliances department for assistance and no one show up at all. Not recommend for assistance in this store unless you know exactly what you are looking for …

  • Lonnie Santrock

I encountered 2 of the nicest most professional sales associates ever, I wish I'd taken the time to get names, one was in home lighting area and another in the electric fireplace area. Both took the time to ensure my pleasure in purchase. 100% satisfaction

  • Jp

I had a great experienced during my visit.5 star for Rod with this initial RN (staff from paint section) He helped me getting the right colour. Very patience helping me as he tried many times to get the right one that I need. …

  • Giorgio Sao Paulo

Thank you Home Depot for canceling the order without further notice, even though they have the product in stock!! Thank you Home Depot for the brush! This is what you get when you try to buy a bbq online at Home Depot Canada. A nice brush!!

  • Mahdi Keshavarz

Everything you need is in this store and the staff's attitude is excellent. Also, the staff speak different languages and this is great. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase without any problems.

  • J Jackson

+1 for allowing dogs +1 for great service +1 for great return policy +1 for clean and organized store Not 5 stars due to: - often out of stock on items - the Cambie store (my closest store) doesn’t have the best selection of stuff

  • clay gillespie

Typically a good store. Today a Home Depot employee kept pushing carts in the elevator ahead of the customers. He left customers waiting He actually pushed ahead of waiting customers. It was quite shocking. About 3:15 p m today.

  • 50 What Now

Great deal on outdoor furniture set. Only $398, half what we expected to pay. Gardening time, loads of supplies and great selection on plants. We were able to get all our palm trees delivered for only $70 in the Vancouver area.

  • andrew scales

Online delivery highly disorganized. They tell you to wait up until 11pm! And still no delivery 3 days after scheduled. Customer service is always "an unusually high call volume" or a low-end, time-wasting chatbot.

  • Cael Tompai

This store is decent but it seems to get a lot of traffic at times and people stealing. They have closed certain entrances to control the flow of people now. Seems odd this is what Vancouver is coming to.

  • Britney Waldron

This location is amazing ! Bought a Aloe Vera plant for only $6.00! Customer service was great and I’m soo happy the kind cashier convinced me to sign up for the Home Depot rewards program ⭐️! …

  • B MS

Wouldn’t usually get excited enough about hardware stores to write a review. But I was helped by so many kind and helpful staff, all of whom seemed to be enjoying their jobs. A pleasure to shop there.

  • Kyle Sunder

Worst Home Depot ever. Shop there only if you want attitude and unattentive employees that will mock your serious questions as if they are jokes. The only joke is this location and it's employees.

  • Petal Vitis

My professor and I came in yesterday and were helped by a lovely gentleman named Girma. He was pleasant, funny and he helped us find everything we needed. It was a great experience thanks to him!

  • Shihara Rodrigo

Compact Home Depot in the moddle of the City, which has everything.. This is my always preferred Hardware store in Vancouver and have been here many times.. Friendly and multi cultured staff..

  • MIGUEL MARTINEZ CEJA

I had to change the faucet in the kitchen, I went to home depot to look for my options and affordable prices. I found what I needed quality on discount price and I left satisfied.

  • Helena Trajic

This location doesn't carry rigid insulation which is frustrating (4 stars), but Corey was super helpful and friendly finding me the other items I was looking for (bonus star).

  • Negar Hooshmand

Grateful to Home Depot on Cambie for donating building activity kits and more to my kids classroom. They really brought joy to all the littles before the holiday! …

  • Jess Jung

Very helpful staff especially in the home furnishing department. Always someone asking if you need a hand with anything. Only thing is parking is not free underground.

  • Deniz Bilgin

Good selection, very helpful staff, and a horribly complicated self-checkout system. The fact that I need assistance EVERY time makes those machines pointless.

  • Guo.P

Like other Home Depot stores, this one is excellent, except the store hours are shorter and the pay parking machines can sometimes swallow your credit card

  • Mohsen Hajiabadi

I have received an amazing customer service from Paula who is working in pluming department. She is really knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly!

  • Mariana GP

Don’t trust their website when it says an item is available in a store, multiple times I’ve been there and they don’t have what they claim to have.

  • Lisha Lin

Thanks John for your patience. I am looking for wax、nail、silicon for my toilets. The service is extremely good and important to me. Good store.

  • kezzuki

It always had everything needed. Very helpful staff as well, especially an older gentleman, patiently explaining all the technical details.

  • Abdul Jarbou

I called them to squire about product then someone answer & hanged up on me called again & surly no one answer after a long ringing …

  • Holly Monday Janus

Lots of big, decorative tropical plants meant mainly for interior design and less so for plant-lovers. Excellent selection of adhesives!

  • Gina T

They had pricing errors online and they would not honor the price. They only gave me $25 coupon but I know they gave other people $300.

  • Kirby Swain

Bought exactly what I needed with help from employee. Very polite and knowledgeable about my questions. Excellent service from store.

  • Adam Burton - Antoniuk

Good selection, but I can never find someone to assist me if I have questions. A bonus is that they allow leashed pets in store.
