horrible rude Customer Service, they were rushing Me, they had All of the Liquor behind the Counter With the pricing Typed in Extremely small, hard to see Font, the Cashier Will Stand Directly in Front of What You're Trying to look at, While Starring at You, Asking, "Are You Ready," or "What Do You Want" Making It hard to see, and not Even Helping, the worst Liquor Store that I've Ever Experienced, and they're Items are overpriced. I Throw Events Every Weekend Near This Location, but I'll have to find a Different Liquor Store to spend at Each Weekend Fix Your Customer Service and Maybe If you didn't rush People, they'd spend more

Good customer service. Huge selection of mostly anything you wanted, with fair enough priced on merchandise. Very well stocked, and great liquor store. Neighborhood is pretty rough, however, one of the sketchier area's I've been in Downtown Dallas. Lots of loitering, as it's close to bus stops and train stop. Lots of homeless, drinking and drug use. Not sure, if that can be a reflection on the business... but, it's worth noting for someone who isn't sure where they're going!

It's an average liquor store that has an ok selection and is clean. Near a bus stop so it is a little crazy. Offers loto tickets, smokes, booze wine, and beer. Beer selection is mostly cheap low quality beer that is just ok. Staff is super cool and there is almost too many for such a small store. No parking but on the street . Most folks bus the bus and tram instead of car. This place works

This store is ruining the historic west end. It caters to panhandlers and gives them more of a reason to be in the area. I have purchased here a few times in the past few years, I felt like I was buying liquor from a 13 year old who was very rude and unknowledgeable about the products, I don't recommend anyone contributing to the problem of this neighborhood

All the liquor is kept behind the counter, so you can't browse unless maybe you have binoculars. I asked for a quart of bourbon. At first, the lady tried to give me a pint. When she finally came up with a quart, she told me it was a half gallon. What ever happened to storekeepers who know their own products?

They always have what I'm looking for no matter what it is... The customer service is excellent clerks are always awesome and nice. They have a older black man that cleans up and always holds the door open for me when I'm walking up. He such a nice guy smiling and sometimes we all need a smile.

Beware that there’s a five dollar minimum for credit card purchases. The store is spacious and airy, exceptional for downtown Dallas. The selection is good, the store well maintained and laid out. The location is great with DART West End bus and train stations nearby. Service was indifferent.

Belaire Bleu here is 70.00 Belaire Bleu in North Dallas Spirits is 34.99. The owner is very rude. We called with a simply question and he instantly became rude and entitled. Shop somewhere else if you have to. And there's loitering and mischievous activities all around this building.

WARNING! I was completely overcharged by more than 10 dollars on a delivery order!! When I called back to correct it, the man refused and said, "if you dont like our prices, you can just come in yourself!" As a disabled veteran, I wish it was that easy! Arrogantly and dismissive!

Staff is very friendly, and courteous. HOWEVER the website states they open at 10 and it’s 10:30 when they open, and the pricing… sure they have some good juices, but get ready to pay DOUBLE normal secondary prices. Only giving it a 3 star because of the staffs friendliness.

Ok, what can I say- flew into Dallas for a business meeting and stayed at the Hyatt, was craving a bottle of screwball peanut butter whiskey to enjoy my cigar, this place DELIVERED!!! you don't get much better than that. Only $5.00 delivery fee, beats the pants off of Uber.

They were awesome today in helping me to select a good bottle, they had great prices, and delivered it to me at my hotel within 15 minutes. Thanks for including two nice glasses so I didn't have to drink good spirits out of plastic hotel cups!

Very friendly and helpful staff and great selection of liquor. Unfortunately the wine selection is pretty pedestrian but that probably shouldn't surprise me. The area is a little rough and had a heavy police presence when I went.

We were there with my friends for family weeding. They helped us to get all liquor, Beer & Wine for wedding plus they gave us discount. Love this place. It will be my liquor destination whenever I am here in Dallas.

Limited variety of wines and beers. One can get their drinking met when shopping at this store. I was in there but a short period of time and did not see any liquor. I'll revisit the store definitely.

It's located downtown by DART West Transfer Station. Convenient if you need a quick bottle of liquor or macro beer on your way home, though there will be an uptick in the price for that convenience.

The staff here are great. The location, not so much. But buy your desired product and keep it moving. Located in the heart of West End Dallas and near the D.A.R.T. train and bus lines.

The store is clean and well organized, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. It's a higher quality selection, with more options and surprisingly, lower prices. What's not to love?
