i have been coming to this store for atleast over 35 yrs and notice the decline of customer service from the cashiers. no hello, no how can help you or no thank you by them. this is just the past 2 weeks. one young black lady had a attitude pertaining to me asking for a larger bag oppose from putting my item in a correct size bag 2 weeks ago. so on yesterday sept 17th was trying to make a purchase and i just waiting and the black lady with black and brown braids was just standing there with no acknowledgement and the other lady with the short hair had to let her know that she had a customer. as i paid for my item she put my item in a pint size bag although the bottle was larger. this is a no brainer. she took my cash and gave me my change. once again i had to ask for the correct bag for the item size. again no hello, no how may i help you or no thank you. so, i have decided to take my business some place else until river cut rate liquor get some people that represents quality customer service. I will report also, to the bbb that river cut cleans up their poor customer service people

Shopping for tequila and beer rolling on a cart. After leaving the cart inside and carrying my bag toward the someone made a strange remark 'Don't go to sleep' paid no mind until driving home when I almost passed out behind the wheel. To the individual who attempted to poisoned me with something odorless, God bless you! Everybody else, keep your eyes and ears open; sick people all around us. The workers were professional but need security at the door entrance. I will be wearing gloves each time I shop there from here on!

This place has an excellent selection of basics and more hard to find things. The prices are the best I've seen in DFW. Much more affordable than Siegel's or Specs with a similar selection. These are regular prices and not sale prices. They also have a nice selection of more rare, high dollar whiskeys, scotches, and the like. Think Yamazaki 12 and the like. The layout is a little unintuitive, so if you can't find what you want, just ask.

If you are looking for a specific bourbon or whiskey this is the place to go. The prices are much lower than their competition and you might have to spend time looking through the different options to find the perfect on. But you can also get in and out if you know what you need. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly smile. It's worth the trip if you are trying to decide where to go.

Wish it was a bit larger...I hate bumping my basket. Lol. But the vibe in this place is always friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially the guy who is usually near the refrigerated section. Don't know his name, but he's so knowledgeable and always looks out. Keep up the great work, y'all.

This is a favorite location of mine. This store is located on the edge of downtown Dallas. You can stop in,get some drinks, and be on your way in any direction. Freeway access is ideal. The store has a great variety of beer,wine,spirits. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking. A win win all around.

Very convenient and the prices are really good. You can pretty much find any type of liquor or mixed drink here and you will need to go before the holidays because it can get quite crowded. My number one place to stop to purchase liquor for the holidays.

They have every size bottle you can imagine. Definitely more variety and stock than Spec's or Total Wine. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Never a bad vibe when I enter. Even the security guard speaks and smiles. This is my new and favorite spot.

Great service, great rates, all in all ? A pleasurable experience, I was able to get in and out quickly. Alcohol I never knew existed they have in here. If you need something and then during that area they have more than just alcohol not a bad place.

Price is Right at our local liquor store. But please, please, please use caution in that parking lot. It's on the small side and ppl don't really pay attention. Plus some may have sampled their product on the way to their cars. 5 stars.

It's wide open in the parking lot, and has a large selection of beer, wine and spirits. You will occasionally run into some strange folks, but it's a liquor store in the city so what can you expect? Otherwise I'd say its a great store.

Good spot close to the oakcliff area for liquor. The prices aren't as good as places like goody goody or total wine however. The prices are on par with other small liquor stores, but the selection here is good to very good.
