We're not big drinkers ourselves often buying a 'gift bottle' to bring to some occasion. Having been to a few Liquor Stores around Dallas over the years, we're comfortable saying that this particular Goody Goody has a huge selection and - important to us - a knowledgeable staff for guidance. Once, a quick education in grains used for making Vodka resulted in a post-music-rehearsal Vodka tasting that is still remarked upon now several years later. Again, we're not big drinkers and we're not knowledgeable; but with what appear to be 'best' prices, we cannot suggest any Liquor store more than this one on Greenville. Absolutely five stars from our whole ensemble.

Location was clean, well lit and well organized. However customer service could improve. Tried to stop an employee to ask for help, he had me wait while he ran back to his register to get his personal phone that was beeping. Come on now. Second disappointment was that the item I wanted was in stock but hidden for some goofy raffle program. I'd have to return the next week, buy something else, then get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a chance to buy it. What kind of clown games are these? They had 15, I wasn't trying to buy them out. Doubt I'll be returning here, it is a silly place.

This store has the worst customer service ever. The employees do not stop their personal interactions to even take the customer’s payments and when they do, the employees are surly. I walked up to an empty check out stand with a cashier standing at it, he turned and walked away not saying “I be right back” or anything, he did not return. Meanwhile, at the next check out position are 3 employees in a personal conversation and I’m in your store trying to spend my money. This is a management or lack of management problem. You can kis my money good bye.

Worst experience ever!!! The staff followed me around the store as if I were a thief. After I made my selection and went the register they continued to follow until the transaction was completed. I was so offended I canceled the transaction and left feeling as if I had been discriminated against! I would highly suggest going to Specs on 9500 N. CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY it's around the corner the prices are better and they offer better customer service to Veterans such as myself. Specs also offers military discounts GOODY GOODY on 7124 GREENVILLE does not.

Walked in at 7 tonight. Store completely EMPTY. Two loud moth cashiers did not even acknowledge me. Went up and down tequila aisle several times looking for specific brand. Neither ever offered to help as both working on getting laid by security guy. I left with my list to Specs up the street. Walked in 'Thanks for coming how can we help you"? They grabbed my list and cart and $250 later I was on my way. Can't wait to see the for lease sign at Goody Goody

The employees are rude and we experienced poor customer service. My husband received attitude when asking for a specific product. They have product placed in odd places at the store which becomes an inconvenience when you’re trying to quickly find what you’re looking for. I understand some items may be high shrink but the fact that when you ask for the product and you are met with attitude makes me never want to shop at this store.

This was the only store in Dallas that had Carlo Rossi other than sangria. They had such a wide variety of wines and liquor. Ended up getting 2 jugs of Carlo Rossi ( Chianti and Chablis) and a bottle of Vodka from Iceland called Reyka. I plan on using the Carlo Rossi jugs for a wedding and the vodka to make vanilla extract. The attendants were very nice to my toddler son, gave him lollipops and told me how cute he was!

These guys are the best. I came running in at 8:45 pm looking to pickup a bottle of Balcones Brujeria that I have been searching for. They had one bottle and held it for me as soon as I called. They had it sitting behind the desk for me and absolutely made my day. The service was excellent and the prices were extremely fair. If you have not been to a Goody Goody - do yourself a favor and go.

They had the liquor as advertised in stock. staff's a mixed bag. Some nice others seem very disappointed to be working and act as they are doing me a favor while checking me out. Not once did the cashier acknowledge or look me in the face till "I said thank you" and he said have a good day. He needs to take a nap it looks like it's about to fall asleep. Yes I'm unhappy with goody goody now.

This location is amazing! They have a ton of wine selections if you are a wine drinker. And the bourbon aisle is stocked with a wide assortment of different bourbons; you will definitely find something there. Chase, the store manager is very friendly and knowledgeable! Not to be left out, the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Check this location out; you won’t be disappointed!!

I called them ahead of time to see if they had the one I was looking for which they did. It was one of two possible wines, when I showed up they were waiting for me at the register. I decided to buy both. It was an excellent discussion and exchange at a time where I was very pressed for time. I'm super satisfied with how everything turned out. Highly recommended!

They don't have many international options. I was looking for some Turkish liquor and wines and wasn't able to find any. But they have a good selection of vodka and whiskey. Their prices seems to be fair. The young cashier didn't ask for my ID. They need to be more careful.

They got everything you need here... This liqour store had alcohol from countries I have never heard of and it was very clean and organized very well and the staff was helpful as well as having very clean restrooms, I will be returning for my birthday in a couple weeks

The people that work here are so nice. They have a free program that lets you earn points so the more you spend you get points that add up to specials and money off your next purchase . Keep up the good work. Nice and clean and super friendly!

Just like they say, everything is bigger in Texas. This is a massive store with options for days no matter what your favorite drink is. Knowledgeable staff, they helped me find a good Texas whiskey while I was there visiting. Thanks GG...

This used to be my favorite liquor store based on price. Since some of the big box liquor stores have come to town I have found that Goody Goody has not met their pricing. That said, the staff is friendly and the selection is good.

Good store. Lots of selections. The negative is that we were offered zero customer service aside from check out. There were 4 workers standing around and talking. However we finally found what we wanted. Great store nonetheless.

Goody is my liquor store but they didn't not carry the 1.5 liter I bought the liter in Ark , but when tried to find the liter here in Dallas , not only didn't Goody Goody have it but Spec & Total Wine , of course I complained.

They literally have the best customer service. Not only was I greeted upon entering the store but everyone was willing to help me find what I needed with a friendly smile. This store has definitely gained a loyal customer.

This is probably my local liquor store that I go to get triple sec, rum, or any kind of liquor. The prices are not expensive at all and there is a huge variety to choose from.

Clean,well lite,sorted and grouped friendly knowledgeable staff good prices. I don't know what more they could do even free samples. They have the best selection in Dallas.

This is the place you wanna be if you're stocking your bar as I was when I discovered Goody Liquor. It was everything you could need to pour up and keep your party going!

This is my go to when I need to pick up a bottle of crown royal. It's only a mile from my house and very quick and east to get in and out of. Prices are pretty good too!
