I've been to other Southern bike shops that have nowhere near the intent, interest in your bike needs or openess to listening to you the customer. (The earlier review about not being let ride their bike in the rain made me laugh!!) By far the most accessible attentive bike shop owner here in the Southern Vales!! With more bike shops opening-I don't think he'll have customers taken from him!.....'THIS BLOKE' !! Well done South Coast Cycles!!

Pretty poor salesmanship. Asked to ride a bike that I was pretty sure I wanted to buy, and they wouldn't let me because it was raining outside and they didn't want to clean the bike if I didn't buy. When I asked if we could wait until the rain had passed they said no and to come back when it was sunny. I went elsewhere and tested another bike in the rain just fine.

Great bike shop near me. Actually I am totally new to cycling and went that day for the first time with my new Norco brand bicycle ordered online. The staffs are knowledgeable, really welcoming and helpful. Price is reasonable in my mind. Next time I must go to that place again. Thanks guys.

I bought a new brake set from there and spent over $130 and asked if he could put it on. He was happy to do it but a week later when i was riding the whole brake but the lever fell apart and i had to take it to another shop for an actual proffetional to put it on for me.

Legends! Even though they mostly stock BMX and MTB bikes, I am always getting the best and the quickest service for my road bike! They also helped me out with a number of things such as stuck bolts or pedal upgrades just for ''Thank you''!

Great service, needed to purchase a helmet for my daughter on her birthday and they helped us a fitting to get the right size. Even gave us some stickers to personalize to the look. Highly recommended and come back again.

Friendly service, however took my mtb to have fork service and they got broken. Sheered the end off the damper rod by winding out instead of in. Original part couldn’t be repaired and returned bike broken. …

My mountain bikes gear shifting stopped working I couldn't work out what the problem was so I took it to south Coast cycle that looked at it saw what the problem was and fixed it on the spot

I went in to get a new back trye and tube installed and I then drove home with my bike In the car and i have a flat trye. I AM VERY ANGRY BECAUSE IT IS A NEW TUBE. DONT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP.
