Review conducted under 20Hrs break-in period. I’ve tested both CX-400 and CX-100 and couldn’t find justification for 35-40% higher price to go ahead w/ upscale CX-400 model. Summary: This is my first bike using SRAM group components. I had experience w/ Shimano entry-level Altus, Deore, 105 including ultegra on my current Cervello P2C full-carbon bike. In my view Sram Apex-1 is more smooth during gear shifting/change vs. Shimano 105 groups. I am unable to talk about reliability of SRAM Aoex-1 vs. Shimano 105 groups but time will tell. I have no complaints about anything just few pros and cons observation. - cable management could be done better (it’s semi-hidden) multiple entry and exit points. For example my Cervello P2C integrate all cables through handle bar, fork, frame with only single entry and exit point. It’s not a big deal but from aesthetics point of view could be better.. - Both CX-100 and CX-400 enable rapid take-off. It’s very stiff construction just as should be. Maxxis Mud Wrestler tyres offer unequal grip to the surface (bitumen, smooth concrete including off-road / dirt road / gravel). Brake system and components perform quite well (note: bike is still under 20Hrs break-in period). - While testing both CX-400 and CX-100 I couldn’t find justification (35-40% more expensive purchase of CX-400 vs. CX-100 (0.39kg less weight) + Shimano 105 group components vs SRAM Apex-1. Hope this helps.
After waiting at the counter for about 20 mins, 2 out of 4 staff members looked at us and walked off without saying a word. We tried to get someone's attention but no luck. Finally Ben who we spoke to on the phone (to put an item on hold) 10 mins prior to arriving at the store came to the counter and asked if we had been served. We said we were after the bike pump we put on hold and he then said "oh sorry yea I was trying to call you back but didn't have your number to let you know I couldn't find it" so we asked okay which was the next one they had in stock in the same price range. He said "oh have a look at the back they are all there", I guess we may be spoilt by the fantastic customer service we generally get from 99 bikes in prospect so we had a look and found plenty of stock of a very similar bike pump for the exact same price as the one we were after. In the end we were served by another guy to pay for our purchase and most definitely won't be going back to that store !
Chuck helped me talk through my options so that I could determine the best bike for me. He was not pushy at all; in fact, he was very patient with me. He is a knowledgeable guy and he didn't talk down to me because I don't know bike terminology or mechanics. He explained things in a way that I could understand. I was measured to see what size bikes would be suited to my body, which I hadn't experienced at other bike stores before. When the bike arrived at the store, the bike was put onto a trainer and set up for me ergonomically. Chuck is awesome, as are the rest of the crew! Thanks for helping me buy my Merida Silex; I will definitely be back. I can't wait to take it out for a ride to see what this baby can do! EDIT: And an big thank you to Darren, James & Daryl who made it hassel-free to book my bike in for its first (free) service and for the free Maintenance class. Thanks Daryl for being patient and taking the time to explain things! My bike looks like new again!
I went into 99 Bikes - College Park earlier today and was greeted by an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff member by the name of Lachlan. In times as chaotic as present day, Lachlan made a huge effort to limit any potential contamination by wearing gloves while handling any products, he also kindly explained for me to limit any contact with any products and disinfected any products that were inspected. I felt comfortable with the entire purchasing process and with Lachlan's knowledge, left the store knowing I had made a sound purchase with quality gear. Would highly recommend this store to any potential buyers. To Lachlan’s employers, today I made purchase of significant value, I could have easily gone elsewhere but due to your staff members positive attitude, knowledge and supreme customer service I felt very comfortable in buying from your store. My experience was a direct result of Lachlan’s service. Regards, Jack
I’ve had incredible service there with what feels like the whole team being super helpful with advice that was actually useful at various times along the way. Have spent heaps of time with Darren there at the North Tce store and would recommend his service to anyone. But Chloe, James, Conrad and Chuck have all popped up with really useful advice at just the right times. The whole gang know their stuff. Can’t be happier. Even had a slight issue with my brakes after purchase and they were only too happy to help me out on the spot. I genuinely believe how a company conducts itself in crisis is how they should be judged. It’s not like my brakes are a crisis, per se, but in any case, it’s how I measure a good business. Well done guys. :)
My partner bought a new smart trainer. The first one supplied as a new unit was actually an old model that was used and returned under warranty. This was then replaced with another apparently new unit. It was supplied without packaging or a user manual. It has also been used, the conversion from quick release to thru axel was already done. HOWEVER the original quick release adaptor is missing, so we cannot use the unit. The salesman had knowledge of this as he provided us with the adaptor for one side, but not the drive side. My partner picked up the units both times and has limited mechanical bike knowledge, so I no way could have realised the issues. Will now have to make a 3rd journey to rectify.
im very pleased with the results of my new bike purchase at college park. It was on pre order for several months and there was a small mix up with having my bike built in time when i arrived to pick it up but to make up for it dan signed me up to 6 months gold membership and it resulted in a discount that enabled me to get a sick new helmet and decent pedals to go on my new merida onetwenty 400. I took it on its first ride later that day and the difference in performance and quality over my old bike is truly amazing! Its a beast! It was well worth the wait and its worth every cent! Thanks again to dan and crew at 99 bikes college park, legends!
Arriving in Adelaide from Scotland for an extended business trip, minus my own Mtb due to baggage fee issues.. the guys here could not have been more helpful. Patient at my indecisiveness, full of advice and at no point pushy for a sale. I tried and retried several brands and sizes. Helpful beyond my expectations, I truly felt they cared about my needs. Every rider needs a local bike shop like this. I just wish I didn't live the other side of the world from this one for most of the year! My intention was to resell the bike I bought... But I'm already considering shipping it home.
We were looking to find out more about ebikes and to do some riding while in Adelaide for Womad. We were able to test ride some bikes that were recommended and compare them. They provided Expert advice and overnight hire to get a good idea of features. This has certainly helped us narrow down what we want. Ele, Nathan and Ben were all great and spent a lot of time with us over three days even though we made it plain that we would be unlikely to buy a bike from them as it would make more sense to buy it from a local 99bikes back home. Thanks guys for all your help.
I have already emailed a complaint and have received no reply. I ordered with 99Bikes specifically because their website said the product I wanted was available at a particular store - I need it immediately. But when I went to pick it up the manager said that no - they don't have that product: it will take 7-10 working days to order in. I told him this was crazy: why does the website say the product is at that store when it clearly isn't?!! He told me to contact their central service and was totally unapologetic about it. Never again will I use 99Bikes. Appalling
Bought a Merida E MTB Bike. Originally went for cheaper option but after riding for a couple of days and raiding the piggy bank!! A bit more asked to upgrade to higher spec model. NO PROBLEM. Deal done. Very happy with my new red 900 Merida E 160. Highly recommend these bikes. You can work as hard as you want. I often ride around the parklands using no power on the flat to get a workout. Or u can blast up to My Lofty on full turbo without trying! But usually somewhere in between. Thanks to Chuck and James and the other helpful staff.. Norman
Unreal service from Brian in the workshop. Don’t get me wrong, most of the 99 mechanics are great lads, but in a 48hour window my trail plans for the weekend were looking dim. Went to pick up a spoke key and got chatting about my recently demolished rear rim with Brian, he rang around to find me a replacement and then made a spot for me the next day to get it done if I was willing to pick the parts up from another store. Champion of a bloke, I’m now ready to tear some trails again, will refer 100 percent to others. Top notch!
Booked in for service and to have a vibration coming through the pedals to be checked out as well as loud rear brake noise. Picked up bike to be told the 'creaking' pedal was fixed - I never mentioned any creaking at all as there was not creaking - extra $30 to rebuild the pedals to fix a problem I didn't have. After a week of riding since the 'service' pedal vibration is now worse and rear brake is still making a loud noise, bike was dirty underneath despite paying for a full clean. Great value for money!
I’m really happy with this store. The staff were helpful and friendly without being pushy and the store looks great. I’m just getting back into cycling and went in looking for a cheap and crappy bike pump and Dlock to get me started. But they didn’t have anything like that. What they did have on offer was pricier than I had planned on but the quality seemed in keeping with those prices. I had to make a choice right there to invest in quality or go somewhere else. Thanks for forcing my hand guys.
Thank you very much to Dan and Jack at the College Park store. From the moment we walked in we were treated like VIPs. Our experience buying two Cube stereo hybrid 140s was perfect. Jack and Dan gave us all the time and advice we needed to feel this was the right purchase. On delivery day we had a custom fitting and setup with everything explained well to give us the confidence before heading out for our first ride. We will definately be back for anything we need in the future. Thanks guys.
Lachie did a wonderful job of listening to what we wanted and showing us a range of bikes. His knowledge of the bikes and accessories was magnificent and it made it very easy for us to make choices in a relatively short space of time. It was also a really nice touch for him to show us a range of accessories and what he preferred and why, so we could make the best decision possible for ourselves. We have joined up and already returned to purchase a few more accessories. Thanks Lachie!
Super helpful team. Was not planning on having my spare commuter bike fixed but after being offered a cheap solution by Conrad I decided it was worth doing. Brilliant communication via email and SMS kept me up to date about the repair time. Stoked to see Chuck who I bought my new bike off at the Mile End store is now at the College Park store. Also pretty happy that the new shop is a 10min walk from home! Thanks for sorting the bike out guys, will certainly be back in the future!
Recently I went to 99 Bikes at College Park to purchase a folding bike and electric scooter. The staff member there were very friendly and helpful. In particular a staff member named Mia. She was very patient with me since I don't know much about bike selection, maintenance and accessories. She listened to my needs carefully and offered very sound advice (in my opinion), which made my shopping experience very enjoyable. A big thank you to Mia for good customer service!
Pleasant experience at the store . I bought 2 bikes for my 9 yr old Son and 4 yr old daughter. Pretty good selection of bikes for all ages under different budgets. They sell all other accessories as well. Tim helped us with both bikes and he was such a friendly and knowledgeable guy who advised us making an informed purchase. He even helped to load 2 bikes to my car boot.Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Will be buying my adult bike soon
We were helped by Mia today - she was excellent. We were choosing a bike for our 10 y.o. daughter, with little knowledge of the options and things to consider. Mia helped us confirm the correct size of bike, and guided us through the features to consider. She helped us choose two bikes to trial, and noticed when we wanted time on our own to discuss and make our final choice. I couldn't speak more highly of her service to us today - thank you, Mia!
this branch of the 99 Bikes company is surely worth a visit. Our treatment of buying and most importantly, back up servicing has been excellent. They have explained the way bikes work, how things are serviced, helped us with a bike carrier, supported us with accessories, and generally treated us as special when they are busy. We need this support as a couple of retirees wanting to keep fit. Thanks to all staff in this process.
Amazing customer service, did not feel pressured into purchasing anything straight away. Was given a quote for costs and the ability to test ride a bike to find the right size and shape for me. As well as given the opportunity to customise the bike for my needs and have it built and picked up when I am ready. Can’t wait to pick up my new bike. Amazing intro into the cycling community
fantastic customer service yet again from the College Park team - special call out to Fabian. I ordered online for pick up and was kept informed as the product I ordered was not in stock at that store. Then I had a question about another product I had purchased and 8 months ago and they were only too happy to assist. Definitely becoming my go to bike shop for parts.
Fantastic bike shop. I was a bit apprehensive given what a huge chain they're part of, but all the staff were excellent, and they have a very good range. I needed to swap some pedals over, having just bought something different there, and they were much more helpful than I had any right to expect. They even lent mean a wrench! Great stuff, will absolutely be back.
Picked up a new Merida from the guys down at 99 bikes college park. Chuck helped me with the process and got the bike ordered for me ASAP. Got it in and ready for me ahead of time and helped me with any questions I had. Really happy with the service and the knowledge Chuck had about the product. Would definitely recommend and I definitely will be back again
Just purchased from 99 bikes College Park, Rick was very helpful and identified my requirements, and I was out trying some bikes in 5 minutes of getting to the shop. All the staff are friendly, and there is a good selection of bikes to see and try. Overall, excellent service and staff with good knowledge and experience. Thanks for all your help.
Lachlan is a very experienced and knowledgeable bike consultant. He is very passionate about customer service and has helped me choose the right bike for me. He took the time to research options to meet my needs and budget, measured my height to be able to select the right bike size and educated me about the bike. Well done to the 99bikes team.
The Chaps at College Park went beyond the expected. I went to purchase a couple of bikes for the kids for Christmas and decided to get one for myself. All last minute, they had everything thoroughly organised and put no pressure on me to make decisions. Rare customer service and more than reasonable prices. Only bike shop I need to ever visit.
Helpful, non-patronising and educational. Left with a new bike and lots of confidence. No onsales pushes either which I appreciated. Shout out to David who walked me through the whole process in a fun, informative way. Have even been out on my first ride within an hour of purchase and managed all the gear changes with ease. Thanks 99 Bikes!
My husband and I took our bicycles in for a service, the people were extremely friendly and helpful and in the first 5 minutes of looking at the bicycles, they already knew what the bicycles need and confirmed the costs for the extra part (in this instance a new chain on my bicycle). Great experience with them and will definitely go back
I've been to a lot of bike stores over the years, and they've all been pretty good. However, this has to be the best so far. My wife and I just bought e-bikes from Chuck at this 99 Bikes. Chuck and staff were knowledgeable, but didn't hard-sell anything. We'll be coming back here for all bike needs in the foreseeable future.
I've had numerous visits for numerous reasons, Mechanics, Fixing, Sales, DIY. They have always provided support in me attempting to fix myself, going beyond the norm. They have demonstrated on other bikes, used other resources and provided the different options. Prices for parts and mechanic install are very competitive!.
A big shoutout to Lachlan and the rest of the crew at 99 Bikes College Park. They are committed, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. We experienced really great customer service. In particular, Lachlan was really helpful and walked us through everything that we needed to think about before picking up a bike. Thank you!
99 Bikes Prospect and College Park couldn't do any more to make buying a bike from them a fantastic experience. Bike 1 bought a few weeks ago developed a minor problem first time out and instead of repairing they replaced it without hesitation. Bike 2 bought today was done with helpful information and advice. 5 stars++
The guys at 99 Bikes were fantastic. No one in Adelaide had full head helmets that fitted kids, these guys had a range but unfortunately not in my sons size. Not a problem the week later received a personal phone call to let me know that they got one in. Thanks and before his birthday. Really appreciate your efforts.
Great service. If you think of how a perfect business should operate, this is how these guys perform. The service department helped me with a minor repair on a bike I purchased a while ago and didn't even charge. I am about to be in the market for another bike for our younger son -guess where I will be heading first?
Thanks 99 bikes for great customer service, including expert timely advice. Special thanks to Alex Darcy and Harry for their excellent service and helping me out, when I could tell they had a lot going on and were under the pump, good to see them work as a team to get the job done! Thanks again, recommend a visit!
Really competitive pricing on a big range of products, with even more available on their website that can easily be ordered into your closest store for pick-up. I had a really positive experience with ordering in a 2017 model e-bike and all the staff were committed to getting me the best result. Chuck’s the man!
Awesome Service from these guys! I get my bicycle serviced here regularily anyway due to not fault of theres, my rear derailer was stopped shifting gears correctly, so I took it in and they fixed it for me on the spot and did not even charge me anything! Very happy with their service and will def be back again!
Amazingly great service. I called in to the workshop just before closing time, with no appointment or any kind of notice, but they did not turn me down and attended to my bike as a matter of urgency. The outcome was brilliant. Thanks guys, I will not hesitate to promote/recommend your customer service . Cheers
I took 2 bikes to the College Park store for a service and to purchase and have a child's seat installed. They fit me in on the day, explained everything clearly and the service was exceptional right down to helping me load the bikes off and back onto the back of my car! I can confidently recommend this store.
I recently purchased a bike at 99 bikes College Park I was very pleased with my purchase and the purchase process. In addition, the service has been excellent! I have no hesitation in recommending this shop for anyone interested in either purchasing or having a bike serviced.. Thank you all at 99 Bikes.
Excellent service, Sam had the answers to all my questions, he suggested a different model to the one I'd selected online, I test rode it in the carpark and 2 weeks later after riding my new bike every day I'm delighted to say I have the bike I wanted. Thanks Sam and thanks 99 Bikes College Park.
Went looking to upgrade to a dual suspension bike as I moved to adelaide, spoke to Darcy, Ripper bloke he was able to tell me everything I needed to know about all the bikes within my price range and all the benefits of spending some extra money. Will definitely go back for any further services.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a beautiful new bike for my daughter. She was nervous because the bike was so much larger than her old one, but the staff member helped her get her balance and she was happily zooming around the car park in minutes.
I went in there to have my wheel trued by a "mechanic", there Customer services was good but they only ended up destroying my wheel and the person who trued my wheel dished it wrong and shifted it to one side by completly losing one side of the spokes so it instantly got buckled again.
Lachie was so helpful and lovely! I know literally nothing about bikes and he helped me through the whole process. I’m super excited to start my journey as a beginner on my first ever proper road bike thanks to him! Not only was he knowledgeable but his passion for riding was genuine.
I went into 99 Bikes only looking to browse but ended up leaving with the most beautiful, perfect bike. Thank you so much Chloe for offering the best service, I'd visited bike shops previously and nothing compared to your service and your knowledge. Highly recommended!
The best run store in the state, by far. Beats any local shop in the area by miles. I go out of my way to go to this store and id thought I'd given up on chain stores years ago. Dan has been super helpful. He will go out of his way to make things happen for you. 10/10.
Michael gave us amazing service and helped our daughter make a decision on her new bike. He also sold us the accessories we needed and fitted them too. He even adjusted the brake handles on the bike so that her hands could more easily reach them. Great work Michael!!
Just moved to this area and have been in quite a lot lately for issues with my bike and for accessories and repairs I’ve needed. Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a great experience. Service is outstanding, and the store has always had the parts I needed. Thanks guys!
Bought a Beautiful Norco Torrent from here, had some problems with the tyres, got new tyres and even got a great deal. I am regular customer here and regularly buying bike stuff from this great shop as well as getting my bike repaired when I cant fix my bike myself.
Brilliant! As a wheelchair user, Jack has problem solved, discussed, and found the perfect product for my mobile phone. My phone is now securely attached to my wheel chair using QuadLock. Great service. And good human to deal with. Highly recommend!
Darcy was a massive help when I came in to the workshop, he knew exactly what i needed to get the bike back on the road and his knowledge on bikes was excellent. definitely will be returning to the store to buy parts get more work done on the bike.
Workshop at 99bikes was easily accessible and bike mechanic on duty was extremely helpful. Its a pleasure dealing with experts in their field when they can still explain things to those of us with limited knowledge and abilities. Very impressed.
Needed emergency repairs to gears while on Linear Park and limped into my local branch. Another efficient 10 minute adjustment had me back on the road. Incredible service. 3 years ago: Puncture repair completed in 10 minutes. Great service.
Could not be happier, arrived un announced with a loose head set that I could not fix. Received immediate attention and the work was completed within 15 minutes at minimal cost. Good friendly mechanics with excellent knowledge and skills
Excellent service. we didn't know which e bike we needed. Pheobe helped us to select the best bikes for our needs. When we picked up our bikes the staff assisted us fit the bike rack. A pleasant experience made possible by helpful staff.
Brilliant service by Dan this arvo and Harrison the other day. My daughter loves her new bike and we look forward to dealing with these guys for many years. Great service! Club membership is definitely recommended to save big dollars!
I bought my daughter and I our first bikes today. We received the BEST services from James. He was knowledable, friendly and professional. The best! I would highly recommend this shop and their friendly staff. Hard to find these days!
The service team at 99 Bikes College Park were great! They kept me up to date on the progress and were honest about me not needing a new chain till the next service. Thanks Conrad for your excellent service and advice. Cheers Billy
Fantastic place! I bought my mountain bike from here, and they even give you a free service a month or two after you buy from them. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a bike, i will surely come again in the future!
99 Bikes were fantastic, the Guys in the workshop were so helpful. I had an old bike, which isn't worth a lot of money, but it didn't matter, I was just as important as someone with a bike worth thousands. Top service, well done!!
Absolute awesome super fast service today from the team especially Brian. Much appreciated. Very professional. Back on two wheels so quickly ready to go for a ride with my daughter. Still not going to wear Lycra though lol
Would have to be the best customer service, Thats I’ve had from any store in all of my shopping experiences. Highly recommend and staff are more then happy to help out with any issues and questions that are asked. 10/10
Young lad who served me was fantastic. Sadly, I couldn't say the same for the owner/manager.......probably thought he was being funny but was extremely rude and condescending. Last time I'll being visiting that store.
I purchased my very first bike from this store. Chuck was very helpful and found just what I was looking for. He listened carefully to my needs and came up with the perfect choice. Can't wait to go for mt first ride.
Outstanding customer service: they took the time to understand my personal needs, tailored great advice and also managed to find the perfect bike for me, despite stock levels being low. Keep up the good work team!
It's been one week since I got a new road bicycle from this store and so far so good. James was really kind in helping me to find what I wanted and what best suited my needs and my budget. Recommended 100%.
Excellent customer service I purchased an E Bike from here. Served by Fabian who had excellent knowledge, gave great advise and looked after us well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Will return.
Workshop service with good advice about all bike problems. The work is prompt, competent and reasonably priced. No BS and no sales intermediary... just walk right in and talk directly with the mechanics.
Absolutely stoked with these guys! Snapped my bike right lever on an OTH stack, they managed to replace it... which was as complicated as diffusing a bomb - but he got it. Will definitely be going back!
Good selection in products and prices. Excellent service by Mia who showed me a selection on bikes based on my cost criteria and what I wanted it for. She helped me purchase something I'm happy with
Just purchased my first mountain bike from 99 bikes College Park and can’t recommend the shop enough! Excellent service and knowledge... very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks for all your help :)
Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Brian in the service department seriously knew his stuff. Nothing was too hard, and my son’s bike was fixed well and fast. Highly recommend
Had my road bike serviced by Adelaide store and very impressed with work done. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Showed me options according to my budget and advised on brands etc. GOOD JOB!
Love the bike I bought here. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and sorted out the right bike for me. The most impressive thing was the knowledge of the team at College Park. The deal was a bonus.
Excellent customer service, Fabian is a legend! Gave in detail explanations on different sizes, suitable to body types, good product knowledge! Definitely recommend the place for their staff
Your staff were very welcoming Rubin changed my tires with a few minor, but with bike changing effect. I was very impressed. Because of this experience I have decided to have a full service.
Took my Emonda SL6 in due to a persistent creaking and vibrations coming from crank area. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed in under 30 minutes. Great range of bikes too.
Very poor experience with customer service judgements on faulty returned products. All good though. It is 99 bikes after all. Only got myself to blame for walking through the doors
Had a great experience with Darcy who provided valuable advice for wannabe mountain bike riders. He upgraded our tires and put us on to an app so we can start exploring ♂️♂️ …
Fantastic experience, Darren from the workshop went above and beyond to make my weekend happen. Really knows his stuff and didn't try to make me spend a fortune. Legend.. I'll be back.
After travel, these guys trued my wheel up at such short notice in what is the biggest cycling week in ADL. Thanks 99bikes for enabling a great week of riding during my stay in ADL!
Highly recommend College Park location. Really helpful, nothing is too much trouble and clearly committed to providing great customer service. Thank you for the positive experience.
As usual 99 Bikes provided professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Great range of bikes at good prices - safe in the knowledge they will help out in the future if needed.
Staff and the customers present were aware of social distancing, and this was pleasing. Also sanitiser prominently located. My purchase of a light was fast and efficient. Seamless.
Went in to get a bike with minimal knowledge of what I wanted and the service was above and beyond what you normally get these days. Very happy with the bike and help I received.
Went to another bike shop downtown and got the closest thing I've ever had to a walljob from a bike shop. Took it to 99 Bikes and they basically found excuses to save us money.
Excellent customer service. Fitted up for a bike, with all features and accessories explained. Safety test conducted on the bike before use, with a free bike check in 6 weeks.
Great service from young Mechanic Darcy. Fixed the scrapping brake that others in the know couldn’t do. Really easy to chat to and explained the problem easily. Thanks
Excellent assistance from Darcy Strudwick. Was able to cater to my needs and sorted me out with everything I needed. Great person to talk to about everything 99.
These guys were awesome at helping me straighten a rim and replace the spokes to prolong life in wheel. Love when I can fix something rather than throw it out
Easy to choose if you want a no fuss service. They will tell you what needs to be done and you can be confident that they will look after you and your bike
Darcy, Ben and the boys are always happy to help when we a need new tubes or tyres and advice on buying a new bikes for the family. Super friendly team!
Great service from team at 99 in College Park. Cut up my current set of tyres and needed to sort an update quick to keep riding this week. …
Great service, special thanks to Darcy for his five star work on my mountain bike. Great products at awesome prices, thanks college park team!
Excellent patient assistance to try accommodate my needs and work through the challenges of low stocks of the kind of bike I am looking for.
sooooo helpful - checked out different lights - fitted them to my bike just FANTASTIC - I would recommend these wonderful guys to everyone.
Prompt, friendly service from the workshop team when I rocked up with no appointment to get a quick fix for my son’s bike (thanks Darcy)
