I would give 0 rating if I could. Do not park here! Ticket machines are so bad. Kept saying ‘unreadable’ although nothing wrong with my ticket. This happened to a few others at that time too which showed error in the pay machine. Not our tickets! Staff was useless, refused to come out and help. Very unprofessional and even got angry at us, paying customers! I had to be charged much longer due to problem with paying the ticket. They take our money just like that. We will never park here again!

The best thing about this car park is the early bird parking price of $14. Otherwise it's pretty dark, dirty and smelly, with only one lift that that works (although the buttons don't light up). There's a reason why this place is so cheap. It's also cheaper online.

If there is 0, I will choose it. Their staff said there will be a refund for my payment one month before. Now no one rely email anymore.
