"Convenience at a price"
"Not happy went here for about 1hr but as it was Sunday night couldn't see how much it was going to cost me so I pressed the help button after about 3minutes waiting a lady answered"
"Easy to park, if you book - you get a code, enter it at the gate and you're done"
"Went there for after hours parking on a Saturday night, you can’t see the price board until you are right at the gate and locked into entering, and the prices are not well advertised, they show a night rate for Mom-Thurs & a day rate for Sunday but nothing for saturday"
"All the people complaining about oh car park so expensive blah blah need money to feed my kids blah blah"
Convenience at a price. Constant complaints about this place. Lifts either don't work (vandalised) or are so slow, you need to shave again before going into the office. But you persist for the fear of urinal stairwell of death. Car was vandalised (graffiti) and the attendant still wanted to charge. More often than note the gates clocks are wrong, so you think you made the early bird, but oh no sadly not. And don't leave before 3pm else you pay the full day rate. Huh? Worse of all is the 2 stupid gates that interleave and you are forced to wait at the empty gate for the infamous pay at the gate drivers, whose credit card doesn't work. If you could get zero stars, Secure parking would.
Not happy went here for about 1hr but as it was Sunday night couldn't see how much it was going to cost me so I pressed the help button after about 3minutes waiting a lady answered. I asked how much would I be paying tonight and she replied it was free the first hr but it would cost $6 after that all night. So I went in. Then an hr later I went to leave and was charged $8 what happened to 1st hr free then $6 all night?? Tip: if your going to charge people to park make clear signs that can be read whilst sitting in the car to avoid wasting time talking to someone who clearly doesn't know the prices...
Easy to park, if you book - you get a code, enter it at the gate and you're done. But the problem is getting back in during late hours when the door is locked and you need to use the codes. We tried entering it, followed instructions and it didn't work. We tried to find another way in but couldn't find one. Luckily someone with a ticket came and opened the door. There needs to be more instructions on the email sent when parking during late hours.
Went there for after hours parking on a Saturday night, you can’t see the price board until you are right at the gate and locked into entering, and the prices are not well advertised, they show a night rate for Mom-Thurs & a day rate for Sunday but nothing for saturday. Generally parking in Adelaide is between $7& $10 at night time, but they charged me $20 for about 2 hours worth of parking. Place is a complete rip off.
All the people complaining about oh car park so expensive blah blah need money to feed my kids blah blah. I am an ENGINEER and I have lots of MONEY $$$. Ah-Hah-Hah I am Mr. Hardik Moneybags!!! If you hate to spending hardly earned money on car spaces maybe go park somewhere else for free? You pay for security. "SECURE PARKING". Go and figuring something else out. Non-engineers honestly frighten me.
Gates weren't working trying to get in and when getting out the payment payment terminals were accepting transactions, but not updating the tickets. They say they don't have Paywave, but the machines have it and accept the transaction. Gates weren't working properly on the way out and was letting 1 car our every minute or 2. Price was a shock $16 for less than 2 hours.
If you can, USE ANY OTHER CARPARK. Their customer service is absolute RUBBISH. Website is really difficult to use to make a booking. Tried calling and sat in a phone queue for more than 5 mins, at which point they said, "Can't take your call, please leave a message; went to voice mail but the announcement said 'mailbox full'. They treat customers with absolute CONTEMPT
Initially it was a challenge to find parking in Adelaide. But we found this parking to be convenient right next to Rundell Street. We found it to be clean and easy to get in and out off. Easy walking location to shopping and the Fringe.
You can’t get back in! The doors don’t open with the PIN. The call operator button doesn’t work. We walked around the building for ages and ended up sneaking in when someone was leaving. This place is inconvenient and a time-waster.
Because of the roadworks in Gawler place, it was a nightmare trying to get into Gawler Pl to park. AND, I was just 2 mins over the 2hr mark and copped the next hour's fee..$16!! Will think twice before I park there again!!!
I've always liked this car park. It's easy to get into and if it was possible, even easier to get out off. I think quick exits are super important and they do deliver. Lots of spots, reasonable width and costs are ok too.
Paid ~$30 for ~3hrs after 6:00PM. Absolutely. Shocking. Not sure if it was because I paid at the gate and the machine is cheaper, but that is criminal if that’s the case. Do NOT park here if you value your savings.
Today is 1st of October, and it is a public holiday, we got in at about 3pm and got out at around 9pm, then they charged me with weekdays rate, this is kind of cheating on customer, not gonna come back next time.
This is a very expensive car park . It only has a few ticket pay station and on request to get help the put me through to Sydney office via the ticket pay station help line . But it is central to the mall .
I parked there today, they chsrge $11 for 1 hour amd $17 for 2 hours, and I inserted my ticket at 11:16 but it showed I parked for 1 hour and 1 min and I was charged for $17,that is something I learnt today.
Pathetic, none of the self pay systems are working now i and a lot of other people are stuck at the boom gates with no way to get out operaterators wont answer the phones either pull your fingers out twits
Horrible car park, we lost our ticket on a Sunday, the Sunday rate is $10 flat per day. We were charged $30 because we lost out ticket which is only paper. Horrible service, 1 star is too generous.
Convenient carpark but a bit expensive in my opinion. It cost me $30 to park from 10am to 3pm. Remember to use the autopay machine on the ground floor before going back to your car.
$7200 per year for unreserved park cars and none of my cards work. 4 phone calls and 2 emails to a Philipines help line with zero issue resolved. EXTREMELY ANGRY.
Went to see a show now can't get my car. Closed. How can a car park in the city during fringe time not be 24hr and not make it clear if they're not.
Parking is easy however when the payment machine breaks it’s difficult to get your car out as no one apart from a phone agent will assist you
Convenient location for quick access to the library & Rundle Mall. However, I was shocked to see $20 after only 2hours of using. …
Centrally placed, leads into Rundle Mall with little effort. Prices are good for city parking. Cheaper if you prebook.
Very expensive- makes me less likely to shop in the city, I would rather park free at Westfield sites & spend $$ there
Was overcrowded. Went to the top and there were no parks available. Why even let us in? Convenient location though.
Don't ever park here, ever, worst parking set u p ever, I was in there for 3:21s , charged 10$, smells like urine
No spots available but had to pay $5 to find out. No clear direction on what levels are available for parking.
Good parking, can be expensive if you are there for more than a few hours, unless you get early bird parking
Less than 2hrs on a Saturday morning and $20! No signage of rates at entrance either. Will avoid in future.
DONT GO TO THE CITY ..!! use your local suburban shopping centres.. parking prices in the city are outrages
Great deal for overnight parking at $20 but stay another hour or two and you can double that. Go figure?
$10 for an hour on a Sunday when the city is dead no wonder not many people choose to shop in the mall
Typical Wilson parkade. Central and close to my hotel. Can be busy during the week and on Saturdays.
In for well under 1 hour $11 thank you plus a fee to use my debit card. Then boom gate won't open.
Lost my ticket. DOH !! They was down in a sec to get me out, and no penalties too. Fantastic !!!
Cannot believe how expensive it is to park here. They wonder why people don't shop in the city
Early bird parking is very handy. Tight corners but to be expected in an inner city carpark.
We went to Coles Rundle mall and David Jones,it's very convenient parking but too expensive.
Very spacious and close access to Rundle mall. If you book online, the prices are cheaper!
Book online and save, good size parks and decent entry height, got the hiace in with ease.
Easy parking, and a period of free parking made our quick shopping expedition stress free
Great parking space and security, might be a little expensive though but totally worth it
Expensive and no deal with the local blood bank, so I ended up paying to donate my blood
Expensive and a bit shady walking in and out of. I'd never go and park here on my own.
Reliable. Good value. Have used twice now for cruises and no problems either trip.
Wow prices are overboard $19 for hour n half no space between cars no surveillance
Location is strategic. Very near shopping mall. Parking rate is reasonable.
Easy access to Rundle Street and the shops. Find it very convenient to use.
Shuts earlier than stated on entry and reluctant to release your vehicle .
Price was poor. $23 for 2 hours on a Saturday. It's like Melbourne prices.
What happened to the pay stations. No everybody likes to use credit cards.
Will park here again so convenient and early bird parking made it so easy
Good and convenient but very expensive $28 for 3hrs and 40mins …
Parking for 1/2 hour $4 Payed $10 for just over 1 hour. Wasn't impressed.
Easy online booking. Convenient and secure location. Great Sunday rates.
Old school with a person taking payment on the way out. Classic, love it
Far to pricey had to visit doctor there less then an hour an paid $17.00
Ticket machine always broken. Awful help desk as well absolutely useless
Cost me $20 for less than 2 hrs!!! Not happy and car spaces are tiny!!!
Easy getting a spot, but sometimes we can smell smoking in a elevator.
7am to 3pm weekday parking was $18 but 2 hours parking next day $20.
Parking was good. Spaces are tight but that is par for the course.
We have a permanent parking but apparently someone is using ours.
Pricy. Go to 3 hours free one. Just come here if no choice …
The car was safe and secure. Only stayed for a couple of hours
Easy to get in and out of. Very inexpensive for a quick visit.
Easy to find. Used for overnight parking for Ibis and fringe.
Not good place to park. Some spaces limit is 2 hours only.
Good parking but don't use the pay terminal as you go out.
Convenient but rather expensive and narrow parking spots.
It's okay for short-term parking but not really cheap.
Lots of car parks.... Not really worth reviewing tbh
Absolute RIP off for parking. Poor access and egress
Very central to the Mall and the hotel we stayed at.
A bit pricy but has good space and close to the mall
Damn you expensive! Paying for location im guessing
Actually rate this place, easy to get in and out.
Clean tidy and well maintained. Perfect location
Near rundle mall clean safe for family and kids
Overpriced but was in a hurry so had to use it
Great spot. Can you tell me the height please?
Happy to see a ticket machine that takes cash
Ample parking. Prob coz it's $6 for 30 mins.
Small car spaces, dirty, and very expensive.
Expensive! $23 for two hours in the evening
Always plenty of parks. Not crazy expensive
Great deal when you are staying at the Ibis
$10 for hour, handy for a quick coty visit
Slightly on the expensive side but safe
Good parking but sometimes fully park.
For about 3 hours I paid about 24 AU$
Great . Cheap Tidy Great location
Clean facility. But always full.
Good location, absolute RIP OFF.
Convenient far enough to say
Decently priced, very secure
Very expensive and dirty
Just super expensive....
Reasonable rates.
Very experienced
