"Well I can say we did get a good parking spot, that worked"
"I recently parked at UPark Rundle, and it was a great experience! The location is very close and convenient, making it easy to access"
"I've been coming here for many years & it has barely changed, but it's still okay"
"On Tuesday 13/11/20 I parked in the Hungry Jacks U Park"
"Always easy to find the car park on Rundle"
Well I can say we did get a good parking spot, that worked. When the person came back to the car they said, we have a problem, the pay machines at the bottom wouldn't work. It said to pay at the exit. We went down and checked one more time but no go. Headed down to the exit and tried to pay. Cars lined up both sides with everyone stuck and unable to leave. Finally after buzzing them for a long time, they opened one side, then a lot more buzzing before anyone let the gates up. In the mean time people down the back were getting cranky. There was a little elderly lady Infront of me and an angry large man came down ranting at the lady. I did my nutta at him but the poor lady was so scared and could do nothing. Not happy Jan, I hope they see him and his car rego and have him charged. I also hope they get on-top of their payment exit issues
I recently parked at UPark Rundle, and it was a great experience! The location is very close and convenient, making it easy to access. The price is also very reasonable, especially if you have an UPark card. I recommend checking out the ACCC for details on how to get one. One thing to note is that Google Maps may indicate that you can't turn right from Frome Road, northbound into the car park. However, there is a little slip lane that allows you to turn right. This can save you a lot of time and hassle, so be sure to keep an eye out for it. Overall, I highly recommend UPark Rundle for anyone looking for a convenient parking spot in the area. The price is right, and the location is perfect. Just be aware of the slip lane and check out the ACCC for information on how to get the best deal. It's definitely worth a visit!
I've been coming here for many years & it has barely changed, but it's still okay. I find it's an excellent position & both handy & easy access to Rundle Mall & Rundle street eateries or even an easy stroll to North terrace. The open/close times & prices are reasonable compared to some of their competitors, relatively easy to drive in & out. You pay at a machine, again, a relatively easy function & one can use either the stairs or a lift. I have never experienced a problem & always found an easy parking space. There is no reason why one shouldn't park here whether employing an early bird rate or a discounted after hours rate. Cheers.m
On Tuesday 13/11/20 I parked in the Hungry Jacks U Park. They had some workers doing something over several floors. I was preparing to leave my car when workers cut through the floor above spraying sparks onto my car. I got out and asked a worker nearby if that was a mistake but he said they were just starting. So, I moved my car. On Friday I washed my car and found the hot steel sparks has stuck into the paintwork on the bonnet of my car :( Surely Upark would have known about this work. I can do without hot sparks melting into my paintwork and I can do without an eye injury from the sparks too.
Always easy to find the car park on Rundle. It always takes us a while to find an empty space though, as they are very popular to park in. It is a tad untidy, but easy to locate your car when you come back to it. The lift is pretty disgusting though. It appears to not have a cleaner attend to it and has a dirty feel to it. Always wonder if it is going to break down half way to the floor we need. Considering the prices we pay to park here, I would expect a little more attention to this site. If you really need somewhere to park then it's OK but I would look elsewhere before using it.
For a 24 hour carpark it's ok. The foyer/entry on Rundle Street is always dirty and not well maintained. The lifts usually have graffiti and often have unidentifiable liquids on the floor, but this is all to be expected with an unmanned 24 hour venue. They recently installed improved ticketing machines, which speed up payment, but slow exit as they now read number plates, which take forever to respond, I'm not even sure why they need to scan number plates as this feature isn't used at all for parking/paying - just more data collection.
Good location, accessible and generally clean. No 'off' smells in the lifts or stairwells, plenty of EV parking on level 3 and easy payment options for memberships or uPark plus. Fee's aren't cheap but seem to be the best of what's available in the area. Better signage on the floors / lifts would help avoid some confusion as witnessing multiple people make mistakes for which floor they're on. A few modern touches and a lick of paint could go a long way.
Would give zero star if there is an option. Got stuck in front of the gate and need to catch a flight later on. No one in the onsite office. Called customer service, and the lady just simply told me she have nothing to do on this. Asked me to wait 2 more hours till 11am someone will be there with rude attitude. I was trying to explain I got a flight to catch and she just got inpatient and hung me up. Good job!
Very convenient location. Quick to get in and out of. Most of the time there are no issues with the payment system. You need to pay at the base before you go up to your car or you can pay with credit card at the exit. The stairs are often quicker than the elevator to get down. Just be aware of the smell and cleanliness. It leaves a lot to be desired. But as they say, location, location, location.
So long as you don't venture past level 7 it's generally fine The hoodlums tend to hang out the higher up you go. *gasp* ruffians! I would prefer if they used to colour system better, though. I don't understand the point of making each floor a different colour if they then don't use the colours in the lift to help you remember what colour you parked on.
Booked online, then as I left had to pay again so was double charged. Sent an email about it showing the double charge and I felt like I was being interrogated instead of helped. Worst customer service ever. Will never use Upark again, Wilson's is the way to go.
Has had some recent upgrades. Great location, great hours - open 24 hours, Competitive rates. Has quite a few bays for electric charged cars on level 3. Pre-pay at machines before getting to car or Automated exit system with card payment at
Today I lost my ticket .When I drive out the staff request me pay whole day $25 ,however I usually only charge the half price 13.What the terrible reason cause I lost my ticket so I need pay double.who can tell me how can I complain
Easy layout, good prices, secure. This is our ‘preferred’ spot for parking whenever we have something in town as there is always ample space, clean lifts, no urine (can’t be said for others!!) and you always feel safe.
The capped price of parking been increased twice in about a month. AUD 8 to 10 to 12 now. Little bit upset. City council should review the price again I believe in this pandemic situation. thanks
Good location and access but the car parking spaces as so small, my car was damaged by other people's doors. I only recommend this place if you have a small car or your desperate for parking.
I’m talking about upark as a whole, they need to stop jacking up already outrageous fares, are these supposed to be car parks for millionaires or something?, this is just plain profiteering
One of the best parking lots in the CBD. Prices are among the cheapest, and the angled parking spots plus the foot-odd buffer between cars makes getting in & out much much easier~
Good place for overnight parking if you’re staying in the CBD area. Did the online booking which was easy to use .We used the EV charging bay which was great.
Great place to find a car park within Adelaide . They did even better by running special online promotions while the fringe was no .. well done …
Ggood parking location to visit Rundle mall & nearby locations. During work days in mid hours, you may not get space to park in the first 4 storey.
Prices should have gone down due to current work being done, increased wait times to get in and fewer parks/very loud and noisy at times
Great central location for shopping, dining & culture. 24 hour location, plenty of security cameras & well lit. $7 Sunday parking.
Roomiest parking spaces of any adel2cbd parking lot. Also the angle parking makes getting in & out much easier than other places.
Left my car here for two nights recently. Not an issue at all. Reasonably priced compared to others. Not as tidy as some though.
Decent cost for parking & close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Pay at the kiosk before you go back to your car.
7 Stories tall, Plenty of Parking. They have flat rate parking on weekends, which is made cheaper if you book online.
Easy access, lots of parks, lifts. Close to Rundle Mall, the parks ,the Fringe, and reasonable prices. Tap & go
setting up an account is great when it's working, but when it doesn't, you have to pay full ticket price.
Cheap park centrally located to get anywhere you need and gives you a chance to get some walking done
I usually do early bird here. The price is cheaper than most other carparks in terms of early bird.
Unfortunately they only take credit cards not cash even if you are only in there a short time
Toilets out of order for nearly a month, inexcusable considering the premium prices charged.
Very convenient parking in the heart of the East end of Adelaide. Great rates too! …
Ignore blue sign at front that says first 2 hours free..! Apparently not on the weekend..
Significantly better than a wilsons. Boom gates freez sometimes and take a while to fix.
Easy to get in and to get out of...probably the best car park if visiting Rundle Mall
Very convenient for access to Rundle Mall especially with the free one hour parking.
Reasonably priced. Conveniently located near the Rundle Mall, cafes and restaurants.
In after 6pm on Saturday night, out by 6am Cost $8 Very good rates for city parking
Comparable to the numerous other parking garages in the CBD; no better, no worse.
Never park your bicycle there. Just lost one by just parking it in the basement.
Convenient if you are going to the mall. It has a toilet on the ground floor.
Good deal for uni students for the day but it can be very slow to get out of.
It's a pay-to-stay multi-level car park; tight corners and spacing; dirty
Loved the ease of booking online and knowing I had a space for the night
perfect spot to park in town for rundle mall and rundle street ♀️ …
Cheaper than some. Very large. Good location to Rundle street and mall.
My van is 2.5 mtrs in height and this site does not give specs on this.
Affordable n convenient if going shopping in Rundle mall & nearby CBD.
Little squishy to drive round if u don't like driving in tight spaces
When you can only really compare to Wilson's, UPark is pretty great.
A place to park your car... why are you looking at car park reviews?
Boom gate stopped working. Called operator, the lady was very rude!
Good central park close to Rundle Mall. Parking prices are decent.
The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking spaces.
Well placed, well priced and reasonably well laid out car park
Central location, nearly always has spaces, cheap on weekends.
Cheaper than other nearby uparks. Earlybird goes until 9:30am
Easy to get to. Close to Rundle mall and reasonable pricing.
Easy to get to and good location right in the centre of town
Busy during Fringe but $8 parking after 6pm is pretty good.
就在步行街对面,停了两小时付了15刀,车位有点紧张,我们周二中午11点到都要停到顶楼,出了电梯还要行楼梯上一层。
Brilliant! Pay before you arrive. Auto in, auto out.
Cheapest long term parking I could find in the city
Have to go up about a million floors to get parked
Secure park. Decent location. Prices pretty good.
easy to get in and out, reasonably priced - good.
Easy to use, good position, well lit at night.
Convenient parking in the East end of the city
Good location and great value weekend parking
Central parking. Able to book and pay online.
Lots of parking space and perfectly located
Parking for football. Walk to adelaide oval
Easy car park very close to rundle mall
Very dirty they need a clean everything
Good carpark. Nice art in the stairwell
Better than getting robbed by Wilson's.
good place for parking, but costs a lot
Convenient to Rundle St and Rundle Mall
Tidy place. Sometimes hard to get out.
It's a car park. You park your car.
Expensive but close to Rundle mall
Open 24hrs, what more can one ask
Massive car park! Clear pricing
Good location. Quick and easy.
Be prepared to park on level 7
Reasonable early bird rates.
