"We have used this park for a lot of years"
"This is the most ridiculous tight carpark in all of the CBD"
"95% of all parks are reserved so if you pay for a carpark, expect to squeeze into the most narrow space they could make then descend 7 floors through a stairwell that reeks worse than a neglected men's bathroom in a crowded nightclub - because the lift is out of order"
"Quite a nice car park - there is actually enough space provided per space to put a car into"
"Can only pay via eptos at the boom gate when leaving, which was inconvenient with a sleeping toddler in the car to then go looking for a pay station - which was a vending machine style that then gave $1 change out of $50 when parking was only $14!! Which lead to having to ring through at the boom gate to explain it all just to get out (causing delays for the line of cars forming behind me)"
We have used this park for a lot of years. But not any more overcrowded, dirty etc.. We used this Park a couple of nights ago and found a park on 6th floor . We the found the lifts where out of action. On return at 10.30 PM lifts still not working and needed to walk up stairwell to 6th floor. The stair well stunk of urine and had to watch when walking and need ed to look up to seen if it was not "Raining Urine".We are in our 70s and fortunatly I was able to walk up to level 6.. There was no advice when booking or at entry that lifts were not working. I advised Wilsons via email, who responded by apologiseing for our experience and referred this the matter to Wilson Parking Operations team for their attention. Full stop. Far better parking else where.
This is the most ridiculous tight carpark in all of the CBD. Most of the parking bays are extremely narrow that you struggle to open the doors on even a medium car. You can also see in some places where previously 2 parks have been repainted to make 3 bays. Similarly parking bays have been sprayed to take up half the road space so basically 2 cars cannot pass each other in much of the carpark. These bays are also two narrow so the cars stick out of them despite being right up against the curb on the other side. Only gave 2 stars instead of one because was cheap parking when booked online.
95% of all parks are reserved so if you pay for a carpark, expect to squeeze into the most narrow space they could make then descend 7 floors through a stairwell that reeks worse than a neglected men's bathroom in a crowded nightclub - because the lift is out of order. Returning to the car you're in for an extra treat, out of order lift and no entry back to the stairwell from the street. Try not to die as you play frogger between cars back to that godforsaken stairwell and ascend to the 7th floor. Horrendous would be a compliment for this hell hole.
Quite a nice car park - there is actually enough space provided per space to put a car into. As the driver of a large car this is greatly appreciated. Most newer parks these days seem to have been built for a fleet of Getz and Focus's♀️. The lift wasn't working when we were here which would have been very annoying had it not been a Sunday night so we parked on the second floor, not too much of a walk.
Can only pay via eptos at the boom gate when leaving, which was inconvenient with a sleeping toddler in the car to then go looking for a pay station - which was a vending machine style that then gave $1 change out of $50 when parking was only $14!! Which lead to having to ring through at the boom gate to explain it all just to get out (causing delays for the line of cars forming behind me).
Worst car park in Adelaide. $30 for 3-4 hours on a weekday, only available parking spots on the top level, in the sun. Empty spots in other levels are all reserved. Lift is out of order so you have to take the urine-soaked stairs 8 levels down to ground floor. Site in unmanned. There are plenty of better options to park in the CBD, avoid this one.
No signs about EXTRA event charges, no clear event even on, what I thought would be $30 for a nights parking ended up being $60. Way over priced for a crappy poorly maintained carpark. No CCTV or real security! Sketchy as late at night. Might as well find a loading zone and pay the fine instead. Will avoid parking with Wilson at all costs now!
I park here fairly regularly. Is close to some of the places I need to work in the CBD (Rundle Mall, King William Street, North Terrace), and is open 24 hours (which is handy if late night jobs take a bit longer. The lanes are fairly narrow, so it pays to navigate this place slowly. Will definitely be using this car park again in the future.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Over priced. Ambiguous rates ensure you are charged multiple times what you expect. The few free spots are all on the open roof. Place is dirty. Lift smells like urine and no staff on site. Easy to get in a jam as they've crammed in spots on down ramps ensuring maximum delay when trying to exit. The place is a joke.
Busy Wilson Parking, but I always find one. Pride is steep but makes sense being in the middle of Adelaide CBD. Be prepared to spend at least 11$ just for an hour. Overall though a great car park if you want to be near everything the Adelaide CBD has to offer. Great place to park then walk to Adelaide Oval. Parking Spaces: B+ Cost: B-
Next time I will park 10 mins further away to avoid the 45 minutes it took too get in snd out. All spaces are ridiculously tight with less than a foot between cars. Had to unload all passengers prior to parking. Too many cars were let in so lane was clogged with people not able to find parks. Lane too narrow to pass cars near corners.
A terrible car park for several reasons: 1. Super tight spaces. Difficult to even park a Toyota Corolla 2. Parking spaces on the ramps make for a traffic jam on every turn 3. Very few non-reserved spaces. 4. Time limited parking spaces with poor signs resulting in being fined by Wilson Parking, despite also paying for parking.
It's terrible. Like, seriously, terrible. Extremely tight and akward to get it and out. Most spots labelled as reserved. Not cheap. Last time went there, circled for 20 minutes to find only one spot that was reserved. When I attempted to park anyway - almost broke my mirror. Gave up and left to pay $4 for this experience.
Terrible parking lot, filthy, there's a good chance your car will be vandalised and there's no security, staff (if you can contact them) are unhelpful, the stair wells are always full of rubbish, sometimes have needless and human poop. the pay machine and boom gate are usually broken. Would avoid if possible
I generally avoid Wilson parking in the city as their prices are some the most expensive. However if you book online, cheap parking can be had after 5PM ($5.50 for the evening). The parking here is extremely tight, even modest sized sedans will need a confident driver to get in and out of the spaces.
Worst car park I've ever seen. Spaces so small you could hardly fit a matchbox car and cars allowed to park all around corners making them totally blind. Avoid at all costs. Lifts are also in a total state of disrepair. Pretty unnaceptable considering their prices are as high as they come.
Not a nice company to deal with . Turns out they have been taken over by TNS, and they are known for being ruthless. Parking garage is skungy but cheap. Just be aware they will try to catch you out if they can and charge you the max rate instead of early bird advertised deals.
Parking Spaces and roads are really narrow, and when two cars in and out meet on a corner , it's very dangerous, the slope is full of cars, and the parking Spaces inside are very confusing. Very good place if I join in some events, but parking place should be re-planned here
Not a great experience , the lifts weren't working so we took the staircase with our kids and ended up having to turn around and walk down the ramps where the cars drive instead after finding rubbish and syringes on the stairs. It was a very dirty and smelly carpark …
Only gave it one star because I can't give it zero. Awful carpark, very narrow spaces, spaces on the ramps, impossibly tight corners, price increases twice in 3 weeks with no notice and now just about the entire carpark is 'reserved'. Won't be parking here again.
Great location for what I need, but if it wasn't for that I wouldn't come here. Spaces are often very awkward and cramped, and our car is a a little suzuki swift so it's not like we're trying to park a ute. Very overpriced as well. $29 for just under 4 hours.
Had a security issue at 11 am Saturday morning and nobody mans the park or the phones on the weekend. Even the emergency transfer line gives 3 options which none of them can be connected. Voice mailbox was also full and unable to take any messages.
The place is dirty, smelly and whoever answers the intercoms have been either useless or aggressive and rude. I got parking through the Mayfair Hotel and although it's close, this car park can't be doing anything good for the hotel's reputation...
A slightly cramped car park that is mostly reserved, but as a Wilson Parking member you can pre-book and get good prices, especially in the day. I parked all day and paid $11 less a $5 rebate for loyalty rewards, hard to beat being so central.
Very narrow parking spaces (much tighter than most other car parks). Reasonably priced and well located to access the western end of Rundle Mall and Hindley St. Book a bay is definitely the way to go to ensure you're getting the best rate.
Mega cringe parking . Took as 2 and a half minutes to find a park. Keep in mind the driveways way too narrow for anything above a Ford lazer. It's VERY claustrophobic and a recipe for anxiety if you are prone to it like I am. I wasn't
Okay parking spot, expensive for the level of service. Parking spaces are squeezed and driving in and out is a bit of a chore due to squeezy spaces. Most of the time random people will park on NO PARKING bays and no action is taken.
Park here only if you have a tiny, skinny car which fits their undersized car parking spaces and narrow driveways. ..and only if you don't mind supporting companies that brutally imprison vulnerable refugees for profit.
The worst paid carpark I have ever been in. The parking spaces are ridiculously small. Navigating through it is also difficult due to lack of space/sharp turns. By the way, I only have a middle sized vehicle.
Gets you to book an takes your money. Then proceeds to allow it to be filled to the brim with no parking spots causing major delays with hundreds of gridlocked cars. Don't book here for big events
Not the largest but good enough for sedans. Can fill up easily during the day as a lot of parks are reserved. Unable to fit a caddy with a ladder on the racks - max clearance is under 2.2m.
Worst ever parking. No space to park the car, charges are higher and people are parking car inbetween the ways. They are charging processing fees as well …
Very tight carpark to get around. Elevator is often dirty and the ramp up is on a high angle so not easy to use with luggage. Does the job but not great
Car park is very cramped, dirty and smelly. Website doesn't work and couldn't be bothered with the phone 1800 number after more than 5 minutes on hold!
About 7 car parks in the whole building aren't reserved spots. 50% empty and you can't park anywhere... why even have it as a public carpark?
The worst parking lot I have ever been. It cost me $7 for a shorter than 5 mins turn around. Never happens in other car park. Won’t go again.
Stuck in this car park at 10pm Saturday night. No one willing to help. Loads of us waiting to leave. RUBBISH service. Avoid if possible!!!!!
Super tight beyond imagination, the first 3 floor is reserved. Too expensive with high risk of scratch on your car. Will not going back.
Tight carpark but plenty of spaces and in a prime location. Price reflects this but it has been my go to carpark for certain city runs.
Super tight parking and would not use it again. Better off using other near by options if you don’t want to scratch your car
They are letting cars in even though there's no car parks. We have been stuck in here for ages and can't get out - terrible
Online booking works perfect. It's a bit tight driving around and its murder of its around peak time but location is key.
Worst car park. Elevator stinks of urine. Broken glass everywhere from cars that have been broken into.
Be sure to have a really small car with a really good turning circle. Good location. Small spaces.
Its a car park but make sure you have good tyres other wise good luck getting up the first ramp.
Very tight parking but conveniently located for restaurants and the festival theatre.
Prime location so have your wallet ready and try not to faint when it's time to pay.
About as dingy as any other Wilson car park in Adelaide. But it serves the purpose.
Small parking spaces but pricing is excellent for the the location if you pre book
Terrible place, cramped and run by the parking garage monopoly Willson Security.
Sign inaccurate, tried to park but no spaces. Cars still streaming in and out.
Not enough room to drive around with the way cars are parked on the corner's
Very tight, but easy to find and no issues on entry/exit with prepaying.
Unbelievable that they would add parks to an already thin ramp...
Tight for spaces and need to watch driving up and down the ramp.
How many reserved parks do ya need.. Park inspector on point
Fabulous location but expensive and very tight parking
Expensive as...$21 for around 3 hours... rediculous
Many parks were reserved, had to park on the roof
Come and see the world's smallest parking spots!
Great parking close to city centre for shopping
Strategic spot- just more expensive than others
Very tight carpark. Excellent location though.
Said parking was available. No free spots.
Expensive unfortunately, not many parks.
Great Weekend prices Sercure parking
Easy enough to find and get a park
The parking spaces are too narrow.
Pretty decent, until i got keyed.
Easy park for Adelaide oval.
Central although expensive.
Online booking is the best
Handy ..but tight parking
