I would park here everyday and absolutely loved it, the prices were great and location was even better. I parked my car this morning to find that the prices have completely doubled making them the most expensive in the area. I emailed the company to double check my app was not glitching and received no response. I then got back to my car after work to find a $77 fine stating I had not paid a parking fee even though I still had about 20 minutes left of my car park for the day?!?! I later called the company to be told that the prices have all been raised even though signage everywhere states $5 parking! Not parking here again.

This parking used to be the best and cheapest. Now the rates has gone up more than double! It used to be $4 until 6pm, now it is $8.50!!!! The response that I've got from Secure Parking is the price is competitive in the area. Across the road is still $5, how do you say about that? Another response from Secure Parking saying that you can save up if you book online. How do you do that? The app is still showing $8.50 and you can't even find this parking lot in their website. Unless Secure Parking can provide further info to further clarify this, I would personally not recommend to park here.

This car park is a nightmare! It's a haven for thieves, and break-ins are a regular occurrence. I've seen shattered windows multiple times, and to top it off, the signage and parking machine is a complete disaster - it's practically invisible! Avoid this place at all costs!

Fantastic, easy to pay by app, safe open carpark and cheap at only $2 for most of the day. 1min walk to Entertainment centre tram stop, the Entertainment Centre and The Gov Hotel

Wouldn’t park here. More secure across the road.
