The plumbing work I am confident is 100% good, however the rest of the work left a sour taste. I had a bathroom vanity replaced with an ikea unit that I purchased and assembled myself. I noticed multiple items during and after the plumbing and installation work that was done: - The new unit was not level, there was a slight angle towards the back wall that you can see with the naked eye, i would think making sure the new furniture being level is a basic thing. - the counter was not flush with the wall, not sure why this was the case as there was room to push it against both corner walls, I then had to add silicone myself to fill in the huge gaps - the molding on the floor could have been cut to better fit in on of the legs to be closer to the wall, I then had to do this myself after the work was done - the contractor was nice and courteous, but he went about 5 times back to his truck to get more stuff (back and forth from RC to 8th floor), meanwhile im paying for this time, and I mentioned clearly where the parking was, and still we lost some time explaining where he needed to park (right in front of the lobby) - All in all like I said the plumbing I'm sure is top notch, it's really the finition that was quite disappointing for the price I paid (about 750$, including material, for 3.5 hours) - the picture show the work that was done after the contractor left, I then later did the improvements needed (paint, sanding, putting the vanity unit level, adding silicone to fill in the huge gaps on back and side wall) - I have to say they were nice to agree to come to my area and say usually say they dont come downtown due to lack of parking, but still accepted, I feel in general nowadays its tough to find good contractors at a fair price with fast availability (they were at least fast to accept and come do the work) - 5 stars for plumbing (1 picture shows the old plumbing, 1 picture shows the new, he had to displace the drain line to have the furniture fit which I am happy about) but 2 star for the finition/price ratio which is where I stand with my review ***Update*** the plumbing work might not have been as perfect as I thought, my tenant noticed there was water on the floor, due to water infiltrating between the faucet base and counter, which did not have any silicone joint, letting water run through and drip on the floor.... I had to find this out myself and add a silicone joint there too... see last pictures :(

Beware of accepting a quote! Only accept an estimate from this company. We were quoted just over $4,800 from this company for a job that was expected to take two days, so the amount appeared reasonable. However, the job only took 5.5 hours and I am now obliged to pay the full amount. Lesson learned. Should have accepted only an estimation, agreeing on a price per hour. I have used this company once before and was very pleased with the work done and with the final bill. The previous plumber, Jean-Luc, did excellent work, was pleasant to deal with and was careful and cleaned up any mess made. However, although today's two man crew did great work, when I questioned them about something one of the individuals became quite condescending. And they were going to leave without cleaning up. Had to ask them to do so. Very disappointing. Honestly I feel taken advantage of and ripped off.

Worst experience of my life! First of all, I made an appointment for an inspection and the plumber never showed up. I never got a call from them and I had to reach out to them multiple times to reschedule. Second of all, there was a miscommunication on pricing during our initial call. Even after listening to the recording of our call and hearing I was right and that the price was not mentioned correctly, they still will not reimburse me EVEN WHEN IT'S THEIR FAULT. They did not try to help me and were being very rude over the phone. For anyone looking for a service here, don't expect them to be helpful in any way. If I had known, I would've NEVER came to them. Please save yourself from the worst customer service I had in my life.

The work that was performed was excellent, however the plumber that came to my house was very unprofessional. I had asked to fix one problem and he kept asking me to change other things also. He was also very impolite ex.: "turn the water off" , when he should have asked me "COULD YOU PLEASE TURN THE WARER OFF". At the end of the job, he went and checked the work without asking me to come along so I could see for myself if the problem was fixed. I will have to think twice before I use your services again.

I liked the experience because I had a tenant in the property and I wasn't close by. The cost was pretty high. There was $95 service charge for Zone 2 (absolutely no clue what that meant) on top of Labor and Material. Also, I was told that the card on file was to confirm the booking and avoid cancellation etc. I expected a phone call before charging the invoice to my credit card. Otherwise, I guess the service was good. No complaints from my tenant on the fix. Thank you for your response on this!

Simon was on time and did attend to all 3 installations with care. Certain upgrades were made to the parts supplied but always with my approval. My brother greatly assisted with the consultation process/advisement and kept passageways clear from garbage created for the plumber to do his work without issue. Note : Billing should respectfully be prepared in the common language of the client, especially for those of the older English generation. Would use this service again.

I have been using Pure exclusively for over 10 years, and I will never call on another company, whether the job is big or small. They always do a clean, professional job and explain everything as they go along. An added bonus is they are personable and really do care about their clients, but most importantly, they are honest. If every company was like them, it would take the stress of having to call any type of repair company in.

Sebastian did excellent work for us this morning. He was very knowledgeable, highly skilled, well organized and personable. He was very conscious of constantly cleaning up as he worked. He gave us valuable information about our home plumbing situation. Should we have any future plumbing needs, I hope that it will be Sebastian who arrives at our door. I give him a very strong recommendation.

Very pleased with the response to my after hours emergency call. Maxine was very professional and thorough when repairing the kitchen faucet. Not only did he replace the defective cold water shut off valve but also replaced the hot as well as a preventive measure, good instinct. He completed the kitchen faucet replacement I started but was unable to complete.

I had Mohammad come to remove and install a new toilet, faculté replacement and leaky kitchen faucet. The work was done with detail and care. He was also very clean and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I am very satisfied with Pure Plomberie and I will call then again if ever I have an issue with plumbing. Thank you!

I would not say that service was fast. My appointment was between 10am-12pm. The first plumber Mohammed never show up. I have to text them twice before they send Shaun the second plumber who arrive at 2:40pm although he didn't have all the parts that we needed. Overall, we were satisfied with Shaun who did a good job.

Last week I found my hot water tank was leaking. I googled plumbers in Ville St. Laurent and Pure Plumbing had good reviews so I called them. Two young men came the next day to install my new water heater. They were efficient, kind and professional. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Requested service online. Quick response first thing Monday morning and arranged an early morning appointment to replace a leak in kitchen sink drain. Serviceman was kind, courteous and very efficient. He cleaned up after his work. I was very satisfied.

We had a bathroom sink blocked. I previously tried to unblock it in many ways without success. We called Pure Plomberie and they came the next day and fix the issue within the hour. They were fast, responsive, very professional and cheaper

I called them and they were on site the day after. The gentlemen showed up on time. He understood the tasks and flew through it. tested all the 7 drains and the job was done. Second time i use them and I will again. I recommend these guys.

Stopped a radiator leak (emergency service) and later replaced it. Installed a new garage floor drain with backwater valve. Replaced old fossil-fuel central heating system with electric boiler. Very responsive and professional service.

Very impressed with the speed of response and resolution. Solved the leak, replaced the hot water tanks, Ayoub did great work! Sometimes it was challenging communicating via email/text/phone messages but we got it done in the end!

Had them remove a leaking hot water tank and replace it with a new one. The technician was everything a customer could ask for. Arrived on time was very courteous, did a very nice job. A very positive experience.
