I've called Mr Smith to reinstall a wrongly installed dishwasher. He worked his best to figure a way to repair it, since the previous installation had damaged the drain pipe. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix it without the help of Bosh because the dishwasher piece was destroyed and wasn't providing a proper seal. He was very professional throughout the investigation, he tried multiple solution before telling me it would be better to call Bosh. He also repaired our toilet that was completely moving from left to right, he also did its maintenance. This was perfect, easy and fast. I'll definitely work with him again for any plumbing work. Ho and last detail, he accepts Credit Cards and Interact. No need for cheque ! (a plus in my book).

Mr. Stephane Smith is the ultimate professional, punctual, nice personality, fully bilingual on top of being a very good plumber! I called Stephane and he was at our place exactly an hour later, right on time as promised. He is very meticulous to make sure that the installation of our new faucet was perfect. Brought all the necessary valves that were needed and verified that everything was leak free before he left. I had water leak near my hot water tank and thought I had to replace the water tank, which is fairly new at 4 years old. But when James came and saw the problem, it was the kitchen sink that was the problem, He was very conscientious and meticulous in his work, checking the problem area and making sure that the problem was resolved before leaving. He even cleaned and fix my drain that was leaking a bit. He went above and beyond. Very professional and polite. Will definitely use them again.

Bailed me out with a leaking pipe in the ceiling. They arrived on time and the price was as expected for an emergency. I also liked the fact that the guy took extra time to double check his work and make sure nothing was leaking before he left since there was a very small leak that he had to attend to on one of the pipes that he installed.

Great service and nice price compare to others plumbers. I have an already stacked washer and dryer. All it needs, its to install the hoses. I called a couple of company but they all require two people, only Plomberie Stéphane Smith didn't need to. If you're strong enough to push with the plumber, it definitely saved money.

The service was so fast, we were in a very bad pinch and out of all the plumbers that we called they were the only ones that could come the same day. Excellent plumber came on an emergency call to fix a burst pipe on a Saturday night, at midnight. Very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all a life-saver as I needed to shut the water off to the whole house and couldn't leave my disabled 83 yr old mother in such conditions for long.
