I'm very impressed with Mr Charles Rochon, he's cordial, helpful, patient and empathetic. I called for a pipe repair that might have involved the city as well. Well Mr Charles tried to save me some money, but unfortunately the city needed video proof of the leak if it was on their end. He called the city for me to ensure that both the city and him come at the same time so as not to inconvenience us without water for a long period of time. It turned out that the leak was coming from the city therefore I didn't require him to come and complete the job. Needless to say that the next time I have plumbing issues, he's the first one I will call.

The plumber cleaned our kitchen sync drain. The water was not flowing any more and there were a lot of junk in the pipes. We live in a condo and he reached really far to get it to work. We were very satisfied with the end result. The questionable part is that the plumber felt he needed to change all the drain plumbing just because he didn't like what the previous one had done. I'm glad there was a helper because it saved a lot of time with all the back and forth to the truck. So all in all, the drain is clean and works really well.

Charles et son équipe sont des vrais professionnels. Un 28 décembre en pleine pandémie, ils sont venu installer 2 chauffes eaux en urgence la journée même car l’un d’eux coulait et mes locataires n’avait plus d’eau chaude. Ils ne sont pas les moins chers sur le marché, mais pour moi ça inclus la paix d’esprit (et ça n’a pas de prix)! Plombier disponible à très court terme (le jour même dans mon cas). J'avais besoin de déboucher le renvoie d'une salle de bain et le plombier a été ponctuel, professionnel et efficace. L'opération n'a pas été simple, mais il a réussi à venir à bout du drain bloqué malgré l'âge des installations. Au niveau du tarif, celui-ci était aligné avec les 4 ou 5 autres plombiers que j'avais contacté et qui n'étaient pas disponibles à court terme. Je recommande.

When I called I was skeptical that I will get a quick turnaround and wow! Within an hour, the plumber was here and he helped my issue of repairing the clapet from the kitchen sink. Quick service, very professional, they found the source of the problem very quickly and were able to fix it on the spot. As others have mentioned, a bit on the pricier side of things, but definitely worth the cost in my opinion. I would not hesitate to use V.I.P. Plumbing again if I need a plumber.
