The first time we had Sean for an emergency (leaking kitchen faucet). He told us that we had to change our old faucet, recommended a brand for which parts are always available, told us what to do until we got a new one. Great service. Then we got Maxim on a follow-up visit to change our kitchen faucet (which I'd ordered online). Our condo building is older so he changed the pipes under the sink to bring it up to code which made me very happy. Then we had a bathroom sink which needed unblocking. No problem. It was the stopper and he showed me what to do in future to prevent build-up. The other bathroom sink has always had a problem with slow emptying. Maxim has to be one of the most conscientious tradespeople I've ever had. After cleaning out as much of the plumbing as he could, he was able to tell me that it was a problem in the wall - probably a slight angle that was off. We've had this problem for 15 years so now I finally know why and that it can't be corrected (not the end of the world). Just tremendous service and I will definitely be using Pure Plomberie again when needed. Merci Beaucoup Pure Plomberie!

Extremely satisfied with the services received from Pure Plomberie. I made my appointment via text and the customer service agent asked me to provide supporting photos or whatever else was necessary to get a thorough understanding of the issue at hand. Consequently, when the plumber arrived, they were well versed in what service needed to be provided and had all the right supplies for the job. Whether the service was provided by Ayoub, Nick, or Jean- Luc I was confident that the job was done to the highest standard of quality. I was always well informed of what needed to be done and had all my questions answered throughout the process. I hope I don’t need to call a plumber too often but when I do I know who to call.

Nick and Shaun were nothing but professional. They were on time and finished the work in the allotted time. They came to fix my sump pump and drill new holes for the water to drain properly. They answered every question I had, and explained what and how they were going to fix the problem. They kept the area very clean. They picked up every debris created. Great comradery between colleagues, very well spoken and absolutely no surprises. They came, the worked efficiently and professionally, and before they left, they made sure everything was clean and that I was 100% satisfied. Price was very competitive. This is the second time that i put a review The work that was performed was excellent, however the plumber that came to my house was very unprofessional. I had asked to fix one problem and he kept asking me to change other things also. He was also very impolite ex.: "turn the water off" , when he should have asked me "COULD YOU PLEASE TURN THE WATER OFF". At the end of the job, he went and checked the work without asking me to come along so I could see for myself if the problem was fixed. I will have to think twice before I use your services again. Please don't ask me to write another review

They want to charge $450 + tax to unclog a kitchen drain - it’s a 20 minute job for goodness sakes. I understand why plumbers charge a fee for a visit and an initial hourly rate - in most cases it is about $200 minimum for the first 90 mins plus an additional hourly charge if the job takes longer but come on … $450 …. Really? Google doesn’t allow me to respond to their answer so let me do so here. They were clear and upfront about the cost, I will give them that. However, I just had the job done by a professional plumber for about half the rate they charge.

Very pleased with this company! In the past few years I have called them on two separate occasions and they have always come quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. The plumber is very knowledgeable and also kind! Seriously! He explained what he was going to do and made sure that I knew what needed to be done after his work was finished, i.e. how to dry out the dampness and avoid this happening again. I will definitely depend on Pure Plomberie West Island for all plumbing nightmares. Also their rates were very competitive.

I had a bathroom vanity installed by this company. The installers possibly broke the new vanity by accident, so I ended up having to purchase a brand new one. I raised the issue with the head office a day after installation, but it was disregarded as "not our fault, it arrived broken". I was not offered any discount for reinstalling the second one, so I had to hire a new plumber to install the second vanity. This was one expensive bathroom project! I do not recommend this company.

We suspected the main sewer to be be clogged. We called them and we were able to get someone the following day. The main would completely drained and they had to come back to vacuum the remaining water to be able to make a correct camera assessment. The machine broke down and had to be scheduled again. I had to do the follow up myself as I had received from them. Once they are here, the job is done.

The repair work was difficult to handle but very well done with full commitment, this was very appreciated. Unfortunately when a section of a small old pipe was replaced, the repair stress made another section of it develop a small leak, which I temporarily fixed myself until I get the whole thing replaced. In any case I would call them any time again. Prompt response and good work! 4.5

Maxime took care of apocalypse situation in our house and saved our day. After huge pipe bursted from the city line our house was flooding we were screaming and panicking! he came to our rescue! No words to describe how appreciated he is and his impeccable work. New shiny pipes in place and 2 happy families. Thank you Maxime for your hard work, speedy arrival and amazing work.

My service was simple but I feel like i was overcharged for a simple task. They did the job though. EDIT: ( after their reply, i would like to mention that i was charged 1 hour when the work was done in 20-30mins because of how simple it was, i did not contest the time at the time of transaction because the plumber was a friendly guy ) another 1 star down. Sebastian was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently … and his expertise really came through. We had another plumbing company send a different plumber a few weeks earlier and they couldn’t figure out the issues. Sebastien did it with Speed and efficiency and solved all our problems! Saved our bacon when our sump pump failed. Sebastien was the kind of person filled with reassurance and confidence that you need when your basement just flooded and the fire department just departed. Fitted a pump supremely fast (which was necessary as the 'hole' was filling rapidly) and was obviously happy to resolve the situation, even late at night.

We had a toilet that was leaking water and needed to be replaced. They responded very well, and sent someone immediately. The plumber came on time, and complete the job very promptly, and professionally. I appreciated the thoroughness, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work. I am very happy with this plumber, and highly recommend them.

They came within 2 hours of my first call. Very efficient service. Passed 100' fish to unblock the main drain. Very happy with the service. Not as happy with the price, but it was a no choice option after 3 weeks of waiting for 2 other companies to even return my multiple calls. I would recommend them again for quick service.
