Good job, Daniel and Alex were very professional and calm in the face of unforeseen circumstances. They know the old houses in the neighborhood well. We are happy with the work carried out. They are careful and leave the place clean. They are courteous and do not hesitate to explain the work and answer questions.

Charge me $300 to unclog a drain knowing that their intervention lasted 10 minutes and that the other 50 minutes were spent in their truck to "go and prepare the bill" on a Monday morning at 8 a.m. when we were in an emergency to the job. At that level, they are artists!

BE AWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES. Job was well done. But to add 20$ truck charge after already charging 30 min time for displacement is dishonest especially since it is not mentioned beforehand and only when you get the bill. And lets not forget

Got the job done but too expensive. $90/hr but with extra fees such as a $15 "truck fee" (weird!), plus $42 "tool fee" for using a hand-held electric snake. Have never been charged add-on fees of this nature by any other plumbing company.
