I had sent an email to Deritec about wanting to install a Rheem Tankless 199,000 BTU water heater. Al(l?)an called me back. He saved me well over $1500 explaining that even if the $ were spent to install this, it likely would be a problem for me, because Quebec winters are too cold for this unit to work properly. Moreover, he offered a solution to our issue of not enough shower water during the months of February - April when the incoming water is freezing cold, which will solve the problem, cost less, and will work as it has done for his other happy clients who use that solution. I offered to pay for the advice, he said no. This kind of service doesn't exist any more, right? No. It does. So happy. Looking forward to installing the solution, Alan, when we talk again.

They are seriously terrible, untrustworthy company. I asked them for the price: they said $145 total with tax. I confirmed twice with them and turn out many other offers at price of $100- $125. When plomber finished and he told me $145 just for him to show up. then plus $70/h of work, then tax. I was shocked and show him the conversation earlier. they sorry and still charge me $200 anyway. It just a kitchen sink clogged. He just ran a electrical snake. Took him 20mins in total. And they not guarantee and responsible if it is clogged again. So I have spent $200 for a simple but unreliable service. Hope no one get the same mistake as I do.

Compagnie honnête avec un excellent service mais la qualité du travail a place à l'amélioration. Quelques erreurs ont été comises par l'équipe de plombier pendant mes rénovation (bain mal installé, joint de colle oublié dans un p-trap, douche mal fixé qui coulait et finalement, le nouveau bain a été chippé accidentellement). Tout ceci a causé une grosse perte de temps à cause des nombreux ''call backs'' nécessaires... Le service client/après vente EXCEPTIONELLE de Pino a assuré la note de passage de 3/5 car ils ont tout réparé sans frais et n'ont jamais hésité à payer pour la réparation d'acrylic du bain.

Plumbers who came were unable to unclog our kitchen drain. They told us we needed to do a scope and that there was likely a broken pipe, and we would need to break floors to repair. They charged us over $500 and left within an hour without fixing or correctly diagnosing the problem. We had another plumber come to give us a second opinion and they were able to unclog our pipe within 30 minutes for a fraction of the price. Avoid this business at all costs - they are thieves.

We had a somewhat complicated installation of a new fixture into an existing bath/shower unit as well as a sink fixture to replace. I was able to get an appointment quickly and when they had to shift the appointment a bit due to bad weather, the communication was excellent. The plumber they sent was professional and very competent. I would definitely use again. Contacted them via Richard Leduc, but I understand it's owned by Deritec now.

Efficient and quick service! David and Cory came to my home because my toilet got clogged and I couldn't get the problem fixed myself. Awesome service. They also warned me about not using Charmin toilet paper which is too thick and is know to apparently cause issues with clogged toilets. I didn't know that before but I know now not to use that brand of toilet paper. Great and efficient service! David and Cory did a great job. Thanks

After calling several different plumbing services, I was happy to reach someone who was very friendly and well spoken on the phone. I was able to get service within the hour that I had called. The plumber was friendly, quick and efficient. He gave me suggestions on how to properly proceed with my situation when his job was done. If you are looking for plumbing services, I would definitely recommend!

I had a good experience with the plumbers who were polite and did their best at what they were instructed by management to do, but I found the management to be extremely rude, unprofessional and dishonest when it came to what was requested and what was done. It resulted in an inflated bill by $500. As a result, I will 100% look for another plumber in the future and will not recommend them.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received from the technician/plumber who serviced my home on the 15th of March 2022, he was knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations of what had to be done and some very appreciated opinions on some preventative work to be done in the near future...definitely recommend!

These guys replumbed my whole (small) house with seriously old pipes in less than two days and only cut one hole in my wall. The plumber (Pino) also gave me advice on how to take care of the little things and preventative maintenance myself. What can I say,? My pipes are no longer on the verge of bursting, very satisfied.

These guys are very professional and effective. I had to call them using their 24/7 (Sunday night) .... they came on the agreed-upon time frame .... brought everything required .... worked very effectively ... charged the agreed-upon price. Used them twice for clogged drains at a property of mine. Showed up quickly without charging the emergency fee. Love the detailed invoice with pictures of the work as it was done. They are the first I call now for any problems that can’t be easily fixed myself.

Charged me more money than the quote given. Arrived 24 hours late than the first original time given. When I called them after for refund, they forward the call to voicemail and never respond back. Terrible service.

The plumber was not able to fix the leak, turns out from Home Depot , I needed to change the cartridge $45., Deritec charged me $168.. for a service call that they couldn't find the leak and fix.
