I ordered a bathroom vanity online for in-store pick up and had a disastrous customer service experience. Due to Covid-19 and Lowe’s not being able to guarantee delivery until September (2 months from purchase date), I decided to pick it up in-store. The store website listed 5 items in stock. If you don't want to read this exhausting true story and if you're considering any online purchase from this Lowe's, I strongly suggest you reconsider. I went to the store the next day to pick up my item after receiving my order confirmation email. This is an extremely heavy item, so I rented a truck and had a friend help move it. After waiting in the customer service line for 20 minutes, I was told that my item wasn’t “ready for pickup” and that they would send another email when it was ready. I was annoyed having rented the truck and wasting my friend’s time. Day 2: After receiving the email that the item was ready for pickup, I rented another truck and again asked my friend to help. I waited in the customer service line for 20-30 min. The employee found my order in the computer and simply walked away without explaining where she was going. Numerous different employees were sent to check and all failed to find the item. This went on for nearly 2 hours. Each time I had to re-explain the situation. I kept hearing “I’ll go check on it” and “It’s probably taking a while because we need to wait for someone to operate the lift to get it down”. Nobody was able to give me a clear answer or estimated time frame. I asked to speak to a manager several times, who I eventually spoke with but who was even less helpful. At this point, I had been waiting in the store for over 2 hours and told the manager that I could not waste any more time and that they needed to get the item to the front of the store ready for pickup before the next morning. Day 3: This time, I decided to drive to the store to check on the status of my “ready for pickup” item before asking my friend to join me. Once again, a 15-20 minute wait in line before speaking to an employee about it. I again had to explain the situation and again nobody was able to locate the item. I spoke with another store manager who was finally able to find the vanity and rolled it out in a completely damaged box (see photos). I told the manager this was unacceptable and his response was “well, it’s all we have”. Nobody offered to help roll it outside or lift it into the truck. I had my friend join me at the store and help me transport it home. Once we finally unloaded it at my home, I noticed on the bottom of the box a handwritten sharpie note: “missing backsplash”. I opened the rest of the box and sure enough, no backsplash. I again had to return to the store, was again passed around to a few employees and eventually a manager who brought me to the floor model aisle. We took the backsplash out of one of the BRAND NEW vanity packages that was in excellent condition and readily available on the floor. Not a single employee could do this on either of my first two trips. The manager then passed me off to a few more employees and I had to explain everything again. Eventually the checkout clerk tried to charge me $100 for the backsplash--even after I explained to her that the unit I was given was missing one and that the manager had told me there would be no charge. The employee looked for but “couldn’t find” the manager, and said that she'd call me after speaking with him. She eventually called me back only to offer me a 10% discount. When you consider the exorbitant number of (Covid anxiety-induced) hours I spent waiting in this store, the rented truck, and my friend’s time, this offer was absurd. This entire experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I really tried to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, knowing how difficult this year has been. But ultimately, the lack of effort and common sense, poor attitudes, and basic lack of interest in helping me by every employee/manager I encountered, leads me to confidently say I will no longer be supporting Lowe's.

From a previous attempt to post a product review on Lowes' website; "I never saw the last review I posted to their website so I'll post one here. Lowes must be filtering the negative ones. That's a very dishonest practice! I recently purchased an LG washing machine online. It was delivered on August 31 from some contact drivers from the a Edgewood Lowes. It hasn't worked since that date! Lowes return policy states that you have to return major appliances within 48 hours. That's fine if you can get someone at the "local" store to pick up the phone. That seems to have been a problem for them to do in my case. The phone rings at the ATL, Edgewood store anywhere from 20 to 30 times, plays a few bites of music to make you think you're in a queue, and the rings 8 to 10 times and repeats. This is AWFUL. The only reason I went to Lowes website in the first place was because I recieved a gift card to replace my originated; better LG True Stream washer from CHOICE Home Warranty because they deemed it necessary to replace my washer instead of fixing it; the cost of the repair quote was ~$280.00! Go figure. The replacement washer cost $812.29! Because of depreciation, I paid ~$230.00 after applying the Lowes gift card. I should have stuck with my local Home Depot! Shame on you Lowes! I I was still on hold...24 minutes and counting when, at 32 minutes, a Lowes associate at the store picked up the phone and said, "Thank you for calling Lowes. I'll be right with you.", and she put me right back on hold without waiting for a reply from me. I hate when they do that. I was on hold for another 22 minutes (46 minutes total, upto they point) before she finally spoke with me again. SHE was very empathetic to my situation and informed me that I would have to speak with someone at the distribution center because that is where my washer was actually shipped from. I told her that very disappointing because I had already been on hold for what seemed like an hour; okay, a slight exaggeration but you can understand reason for the embellishment. She assured me that she would transfer me directly to them and gave me their number just in case we were disconnected a well as my Order Number; she didn't know it but she had just changed my One Star review, to a Two Star Review! Wait, it gets better. She told me that the Distribution Center had a Call Center, so I should only be on the phone for a very short time. She even warned me that there would be a short, automated phone queue. Now, reassured that I would finally be able to a "solution provider", I thanked her and suggested that she inform Management that if they would put the Distribution Center's phone number on the website instead of the store's, whenever product fulfillment would NOT be done through the store, they would really improve customer service and prevent situations like mine from ever happening. The Transfer As promised, the wait was less than a minute after entering the two numbers needed to get to the right person. A polite woman answered and I gave her my handy Order Number. After explaining that I understood their return policy for appliances, and that I could not through to a person on the many attempts I had made since Sept 1st, she told me that she had to follow company policy and they I would have to contact the manufacturer. I told her I had already put in two repair requests with LG but they weren't being any more very helpful than Lowes. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. "The Managers are all in a meeting right now. You can try calling them back in about an hour." I said, "No. THEY have my number."; She repeated my number back to me because it was attached to my Order Number..."THEY can call me." We ended the call on a cordial note. I'm still waiting for that call. Let's see this review gets posted. Just in case I'm going to copy'n paste it into reviews." NOPE. When I hit the SUBMIT button Lowes' website responded with, "You have previously posted a review for this product." Thank goodness for Google Reviews!

Warning: If purchasing an appliance from Edgewood Lowe’s and expecting a timely delivery and honest service when it doesn’t come on the expected date, just don’t bother. I’m not sure who’s fault it is since Spirit and Lowe’s seemed to play the Blame Game for what happened, but I was supposed to get my delivery on Friday. Because I had work, I had a family member wait around all day for nothing. We were asked to give notice if we needed to re-schedule our delivery, but no one on their end had the courtesy to say THEY were not coming. We then went to the store in person that night to ask what had happened (after my family member had tried to call someone at Lowe’s to no avail). We were able to speak to the manager, but he did not understand what had happened. Spirit had told us earlier that day that our items were not put on the delivery truck that morning by the Lowe’s employees. The manager informed me I would receive a call to re-schedule the next morning. Saturday morning I received a call from someone to reschedule and it seemed like it would work out to have the delivery sent to me the following day. Sunday rolled around and I didn’t hear anything from anyone. I tried calling Lowe’s, but nobody from nearly any department would answer the phone. Spirit answered after the first ring almost every time but they never confirmed my order for Sunday. Instead, I was given a time frame for Monday. Monday was a no-show as well for unexplained reasons (there was a 2-hour delay, but that did not mean a no-show in my book). My family member and I went back to the store in-person to find out what was going on. All they could do was look up when my delivery was scheduled for. I was ready to give-up, ask for a refund, and take my business elsewhere, but we ended up taking customer service’s word for it. Tuesday morning, I got a voicemail about my delivery arriving and I called Spirit back to confirm. Thankfully, I got a phone call from the driver 4 hours later that they were 10 minutes away. There were no issues with the installation, but with the amount of headache, gas money, and time it took to get my products delivered in the first place, I would not recommend this business to anyone I know. Please try to treat your future customers with more respect and honesty.

Update: More examples of Lowe's quality. Shipping deferred 7 times and when items finally arrives, this is what arrived. No damage to the box or packaging, it appears this is what Lowe's shoved in a box and sent out to me. Update: In their efforts to hit new "Lowes", they have succeeding in a screwing up yet another order. After placing a delivery order including lumber, Lowes decided to leave the largest/heaviest pieces off the delivery order and instead tell me to go pick it up across town. Of course, they still wanted to charge a delivery fee for this "service". This Lowe's stands out only because of how bad it is compared to every other Lowe's location I have been to. The employees actively avoid interacting with customers; preferring to talk among themselves, hold personal telephone conversations and even occasionally reversing direction in an aisle when you attempt to approach one. If you are fortunate enough to corner an employee, there is only a small chance they know where/what you are looking for. They will grunt an aisle number, shrug and try to disengage as quickly as possible. They will NOT actually help you find it as they seem to have better things to do. Staff here rarely brings lumber/construction carts back inside the building, instead letting them pile up in the parking lot for customers to have to retrieve themselves and dodge them while parking. With that other major store not far away, you'd think they'd try just a tiny bit harder. In short, the only reasons to go to this location are 1) You know exactly what you need and where it is in the store (with the exception of lumber, which is so bad, you will have to discard 4 out of 5 pieces you dig through) or 2) You can't spare just a few minutes to drive 3 miles to their competitor.

After having a terrible experience with Lowes online ordering and their customer support, I felt this review is necessary. I ordered ~$2,500 of materials for a shed build I was planning in my backyard. Upon ordering, they confirmed all materials would be there by a specific date roughly 2 weeks out. I scheduled a friend to come from out of state to help me build the shed that week. On the specified delivery date, no materials showed up. After calling their customer service they said they weren't able to fill the order but would reschedule delivery for Friday. After 2 weeks of having the order they came up short and only notified me of the "lack of materials" after I called myself following up on the order. Friday happened to be pouring down rain and the delivery driver brought a forklift too wide for my driveway, so he dumped all the materials on my front yard for us to manually haul to the back of the property. After tallying up the materials we noticed we still were short several items from what was supposed to be a complete delivery. After calling customer service several more times, they said they could not fill another delivery but could reimburse me for the missing items. My friend and I had to run around ATL going to different stores looking for the necessary items to build the frame of the shed, since that's part of what was missing from our order. Due to all the setbacks my friend had to fly home before we could finish the build so I had to do about 60% of the project myself and for all of our troubles, Lowe's only consolation was waiving the delivery charge of $75. Needless to say, I will do all my future appliance and project purchases from Home Depot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a faithful Home Depot shopper for years and will remain that way after dealing with the Lowe's Edgewood store. Their customer service in store and over the phone is horrendous. That is if you can actually get someone on the phone! I. went to purchase a toilet for my disabled parents and received no assistance in the store until I spoke with a manager. She was apologetic and kept saying the service I had received or rather not received was not indicative of Lowe's policy. She even lied to me and told me I would receive a 30% discount credited back to card as a show of good faith...over 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the credit. The toilet arrived broken upon delivery. Getting someone to come back and pick-up the toilet meant me having to drive an hr back to the store since no one answered the store phone after repeated attempts to call on multiple days. I was promised by the customer service representative my card would be refunded in full no later than 48 hrs after the toilet was picked up. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. I finally got someone to answer the phone at 8 am on Sunday only to be told I was lied to again and that it takes up to 15 business days for credits to be issued!! However it only took you a day to take the money out of my account at purchase. I am absolutely digusted with this Lowe's location and have made sure to inform all of my family and friends to not patronize this location. Terribly run business. Stay away if you're smart and don't want to deal with the headache I am trying to recoup my $350!

TLDR - lowes failed to deliver all the parts of my shower kit and have two failed deliveries and are now giving me the run around. I ordered a shower kit online to be delivered from this store. It included shower walls and a shower door. The door was not delivered which we found out after we opened all the boxes. Call corporate. Said the store would reach out in 48 hours. Nothing. I called the store on 1/27. The woman I spoke to said that they had the box there and they would deliver it 1/28. The delivery team calls me that day saying they are scheduled for a pick up. But it was supposed to be a delivery. Call the store again. They said oops. Didn’t read the full slip. We will deliver it Monday 1/31. Never get a call to confirm my window. Never get a call from the delivery team. The woman tells me she can’t help me because I didn’t get the names of the previous people I spoke with. She said a manager would call me back. It’s been 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing. Called. 30 minutes on hold no answer. Call corporate and they tell me to wait 24 hours for the store to reach out. It’s now been 7 days since I started this complaint (there is also an issue with my flooring being delivered). After reading other reviews it seems that your customer service has gone down hill. I am extremely displeased with all that’s happened and that my emergency bathroom renovation has been stalled for several weeks. Postponing the use of our bathroom. And that I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times to accommodate their screw ups.

I wish I could give zero stars after the absolutely atrocious experience I had trying to get a very basic door installed recently. Long story short, I placed my order and scheduled my install in September. January came and still, I had no door. I spoke with no less than 20 different people between that time, all telling me the same thing that ultimately when nowhere each time ("I'm so sorry about this, let me see what I can do."). I was lucky if I could even get someone on the phone, though, as the majority of my calls to the store customer service line, the mill works department, and even corporate when unanswered. In the time between September and January, I went through two different attempts by the installers to get the door from the store to bring it to my house, and both times there were issues with the door (one time it wasn't in stock when they had supposedly held it for me, and the other time every door that matched what I needed had damage to it). Finally, I gave up my attempts to get my door installed and went to go cancel my order and get my money back. Of course, the one person I was able to get on the phone told me I would have to come in to the store to figure out how to do that because it had "been too long since I paid" so they would need to figure out what to do about the reimbursement. NEVER will I EVER give Lowe's my money EVER AGAIN. Home Depot is a slightly further drive from my house, but I will absolutely take the extra few minutes in the car over having to support this incompetent company.

We had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday, but we didn’t get the evening before notification of a time window. We checked online and using the automated phone system and received our delivery window. No one showed up to deliver the item. We called this Lowe’s location (responsible for shipping to us) and spent more than 1.5 hours on hold. The customer service DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. NOR DOES DELIVERIES. I called Lowe’s 1-800 number and talked to someone who had no clue why it wasn’t delivered but offered to reschedule delivery for the next day. We went ahead and did that and asked the person the request ANYONE FROM LOWE’S EDGEWOOD CALL US BACK. We got a call around 7pm Tuesday evening from someone who said our delivery was not going to happen Tuesday and offering to reschedule for Wednesday. So six hours after our original window we are notified the delivery was not going to happen… Wednesday comes and we never received a phone call with a time window. Again, I call Lowe’s to try to confirm the delivery is indeed happening today, and still no one answers. At one point, someone answered the phone (I heard the click and background noise), and without saying anything, they transferred me to another phone hold. It’s almost comical how bad this “customer service” is — guess it’s no wonder people shop at another big box competitor that picks up a ringing phone. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I hate this store. Customer service? None exists, unprofessional, untrained. I made the mistake of putting my credit card case down while using the self service registers and walked off without it because my friend at the next register distracted me with her problem purchase. Within 10 minutes I realized I didn't have it and called the store to ask if someone had turned it in. As soon as someone answered the phone, I explained that it was an emergency. Not to her it wasn't. I began screaming at her through the phone after she asked "well, what's the problem ?" All my credit cards and my id lady. Needless to say she was no help...not even when I returned to the store in person. No one got a manager for me. Nothing. Just asked around and came up with no answers as to what could have happened to it. The next day, after being told the manager wasn't there, then that the area manager was on a "potty break", and leaving a message for her with no return call, I call again and reach a competent person that tells me there's only one person that can access the video and he's on vacation. 2 days later, no return calls from the vacation guy who should have returned yesterday, and 25 minutes of calls to the store with still no answer of the phone by a manager or a person on Loss Prevention. Once this is over, I'll never return.

I'd never had a problem at this location until today. I waited at the back of the store to get some wood cut, but there was no help in sight, so I went to an associate who sent me to the customer service desk. The person there said she would call someone to the back. Fifteen minutes later, I still had no help, and the same associate and then the same person from the service desk acted like they'd never seen me before. She sent me to yet another associate at the desk towards the lumber area. That person first claimed that everyone was busy, and then said the saw was down. Do you think this might be an important thing for the staff to know and to be able to tell customers?!?! Customer care had the audacity to say that they're not informed of these things because it's a different department; they didn't have anything to say about why the person at the Pro desk by the lumber apparently knew nothing about this. I couldn't get what I needed, and checking out for a few other minor items was a waste of even more time because Lowe's doesn't put tags on all of their items and the people working near the registers aren't familiar with the inventory. Incredibly aggravating. I don't like to support Home Depot but if Lowe's can't get it together enough to cut their own lumber I may not have a choice.

We were sold $10,000 worth of new windows. We pre-paid for them and had a scheduled delivery date for 6 months later. On the delivery date, we receive a call that the delivery will not be happening because the windows were destroyed in the warehouse as a result of an accident. The "accident" was a large forklift-type machine hitting a sprinkler head in the roof and flooding the warehouse. We are not sure how water would ruin $10,000 worth of windows resulting in them being unable to be delivered. We came to find out that the person who took our order retired and no longer works for that store. It is our belief this person sold us the "windows" because he was retiring soon, could take a nice commission on the sale and did not have to deal with the consequences if something went wrong with the order. I will never in my life again order from or shop with Lowe's. I will actively dissuade everyone I know from using Lowe's, shopping at their stores or ordering products online. This situation is pathetic and Lowe's corporate should be ashamed of how poorly they hire, how poorly their stores are run and how poorly they run their company overall.

I placed an order for vinyl flooring over the phone. Told the person on the phone my intended pick up date then asked what would happen if I wasn’t able to pick up on that date. She said if I didn’t pick it up she would call me. I didn’t pick it up- I called to make other arrangements. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! Someone called twice the day after but left no message. I called back NO ONE ANSWERED. Someone called and left a sweet mess stating that if I didn’t call them back they would refund the payment and restock the item. I have been calling several times a day for two days, letting it ring for over five minutes each time and yup you guessed it- NO ONE ANSWERS. If this order wasn’t chosen by an expectant customer of mine- I would just move on. But it is and I can’t. One thing is for sure- I Will not be back to this location again. Maybe never to Lowes again. I’m a project manager for a thriving company. I spend tens of thousands of dollars in building supply stores around Atlanta every year. Most of those places deserve my business and treat me well. LOWES JUST DOESN’T GET IT DONE!!

My company bought a washer from Lowe's, and it's been a terrible experience. The delivery took forever, and the technician couldn't install it initially due to an issue with the hose. We replaced the hose, but soon after, the washer's lid wouldn't seal shut. Lowe's directed us to Whirlpool's customer service, and they scheduled a technician to fix it. Despite the machine being less than 30 days old, we were told to wait for the tech's assessment. They fixed the latch, but it failed again in less than a month. When we called Whirlpool for another repair on 11/26, they scheduled for 12/5. However, the technician called at 11:40 am, stating we're not covered under warranty since our property is commercial, not residential. This is frustrating as all these issues happened within 90 days, and neither Lowe's nor Whirlpool is taking responsibility. Disappointed with their customer service, I won't use them again for commercial or residential needs. Lowe's refused to replace the product, and Whirlpool won't stand by their brand. Beware if anything goes wrong, as Lowe's won't be of help.

Piss-poor customer service!!! I was thrilled to order for several custom blinds from the Carolina Street Lowesin November 2022. A week later, a representative arrived at my new residence to conduct the necessary measurements for accuracy. The day my blinds were to be installed, it was discovered that the manufacturer didn't cut the blinds true to size and therefore could not fit my window. Nevertheless, my blinds had to be reordered. I have waited over 2 months detailing with management ( Johnny & Dawon) who has continued to speak broken promises and excuses as to why I have not received the requested merchandise. I have called consistently to the store and cannot get a human being to answer the line. As much as I desired to have these specific blinds. I found myself making numerous trips to the store conversating with management but to no avail. Two months later, I still have no blinds in my new home nor have I received any feedback from management. I guess regular customers service is a deadly disease at the Lowes Home Improvement 1280 Carolina St. N/ E Atlanta GA.30307.

I had to purchase a washer and dryer very quickly this morning as I am going out of town Sunday, September 3. I chose a washer and dryer with the promise that delivery would be Saturday, September 2 before my trip. There was even a tag on the washer and dryer that I purchased that said available for delivery by September 2. I was told that Lowe’s delivery service would call me today to schedule my delivery window tomorrow. I did not get a call so I called them myself. They claimed that they had delivery scheduled for September 3. I explained to them that I will be out of town September 3 and that I had bought this washer and dryer with the promise that they would be delivered tomorrow, September 2. She attempted to transfer me to scheduling, and I sat on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. Then I attempted to call Lowes customer service and sat on hold for another 20 minutes and no one answered. Extremely dissatisfied and I will not be using Lowe’s to purchase any appliances with delivery anytime in the future. I can’t get anyone on the phone, at all.

Public Three days ago I went to the Lowe's in Atlanta in my community in Edgewood. I took a plant from the clearance rack and told the cashier it was clearance. She stated to me that she needed to check which I said there are several others back there on clearance. She then said to me and I quote: ........"Well,....You know People do things!" Insinuating that I would take a black marker to make the plant a discounted clearance plant. Im a 56 yr old black woman and I had nothing on me. I told the cashier she could check my purse if she didn't believe me. In addition I informed her that most plants on clearance are not of best quality and you could tell by looking at it. I'm an older lady I didn't have anything on me......... I don't steal!!!! And the comment of "Well You know people do things........Well I don't do things! Lowe's ....................PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Stop judging and if your staff needs to invesitigate then maybe you should have something better for tagging your clearance merchandise.

I always dread having to go to these stores and have had previous bad experiences at this particular store. I was in need of a new washer and dryer and Lowe’s had good prices and inventory. An employee, Cooley, was walking by and offered his help. Not even sure if he worked in the appliance department, but definitely was helpful and took a lot of time to look up model numbers, etc. for me. He could not have been more helpful and polite. Ultimately, a female ended up taking over my order. I can not remember her name, but she was extremely helpful and got me set up with everything I needed. She seemed to be the person in charge of tge appliance department. She was super knowledgeable and super efficient and I walked out of there having had a great experience because of these 2 individuals. My W/D were delivered on time and the gentlemen that delivered them were great, as well. I hope Lowe’s appreciates these employees because they totally changed my tune about buying from Lowe’s.

Horrible experience. Will never use them again, and I recommend paying a bit more somewhere else for special orders because they are unresponsive and unorganized. They lost my first order, so when I went to pick it up there was no record of it. I place it again with the promise of two weeks deliver time. They e-mailed me twice to be home for delivery, so I stayed home, and no one showed up. I tried calling. I let the phone ring in each department for 1-3 minutes. No reply. Called the delivery company; they couldn't even get the store on the phone. Part of the order showed up damaged. I filed an incident report with the corporate office. Still no final delivery or communication. I finally reached one woman who cared and who was very helpful and now, 6 weeks later, when the project should be wrapping up, the materials arrived. Time I spent working this out? 3 hours. NEVER order from them unless you have good coping mechanisms. Mine went out the window.

I purchased a water heater on 1/6/23 to be picked up on 1/8/23, when the plumber that was installing it went to pick it up it was still on the top shelf of the store and it took someone an hour before he could receive my order. The plumber gave me a price that we agreed upon to pickup and install but it took them so long to retrieve the order that I was charged an extra 100. due to poor service all around at this location. I started calling them at 8:15 am Sunday morning 1/8/23 to advise them to gave it ready for pickup curb service no answer call the 800- number they couldn’t get thru the plumber that went to pickup the order was told the phone wasn’t working really, Long story short I have still been trying to reach a manager at the store and can’t get anyone, Lowe’s should be liable for the inconvenience fee that I had to pay for their negligence. Very poor service very unhappy customer I will never purchase anything in advance in the future.

This place is an absolute shambles. I have spent a small fortune here over the years. And now, I hate going there, and I begrudge them my money. Why? It is so horribly disorganized...things aren't where they should be, prices are missing ...just a complete mess. Shopping there is never a good experience for me. I asked a price on a tool that I wanted to buy, that was obviously in the wrong place, and the Lowe's employee simply could not find out how much it was! So I couldn't even buy it. Also, the employees seem quite content to stand around chatting with each other. I highly recommend Harbor Freight. The place is organized, and the staff are helpful. Here is an update. I just went there again yesterday, and regretted every second. What it comes down to, is the staff. They are terrible. When you hire lazy people, what do you expect? And stealing is obviously rampant in there. This place deserves to go out of business.

UPDATE: I made a mistake and came to this store again because there are very few places to rent a carpet cleaner from in this area. I even called 10 minutes before I showed up to see if they had one available and I was assured that YES they did. I show up and go to customer service to pick it up, and I am told that they “lost the key” and can’t get it out of the cage. Don’t waste your time at this place!!!!! .......... This location is deceiving because it seems well kept and is large and should have everything you need. Don’t expect to get a single bit of help from any of the employees though. Need something off the shelf? Need to get a pallet down in the garden area? You could literally be waiting on someone for hours. I have literally had to climb into shelves to get items down myself. This has happened on about 4 occasions and I definitely won’t be back. You’re better off driving across town to a Home Depot.

I understand you have a design team in North or South Carolina. Thermal expansion tanks should be next to the water heaters and not hundreds of feet away on another aisle in another part of the store. when I finally found the thermal expansion tank it didn't have a barcode on it that worked with your computers. That's illegal to have something on your shelves that can't be dispensed with your points of sale. But the store is still open. I haven't been to the store in a long time but I've learned my lesson to just drive the extra couple miles to home depot. The people that work here are fantastic and deserve a better environment and better utilization of the systems. As a business owner I'm very disappointed that such a successful business has such a broken understanding of how the customer service and customer supply business model operates. A first year business student would have a better understanding.

I do property renovations, so I buy thousands of dollars worth of building material. I am a business owner, and I am also a customer. As any customer should, I expect good customer service and respect. My crew and I did receive either this week. I was promised a delivery on July 4th, on the day of delivery, I received a call change the day. I was promised that I would receive my order the next day by 9 am, but that didn’t happen. My crew waited over 4 hours for the load. When they finally arrived, the driver placed the load in the driveway and blocked my client's car in the garage. When my crew asked him to move the load, the driver insulted my crew. When I asked him to move the load, the driver threatened to take the load back to Lowes and say I refused the load. My client was late for work as my crew moved the load. 5 sheets of the dry wall were damaged beyond use, and others had to be trimmed.

Really nice Lowes and the customer service is over the top! I was looking for Bolts and caps in hardware. Needless to say I was having a little issue. Tia was helping another customer and I asked if she could help me when she finished she came immediately over and was very helpful finding the right size and even put them on my walker. Went to checkout and after just checking my bank account balance I went to check out and was having a difficult time checking out. (an automatic payment hit from the time I went from hardware so I had to sit there at the register transferring funds from one account to another but Shirley was very helpful and patient. So hats off to the Lowes Staff. Besides the store looked gorgeous well organized and plenty of selections took lots of pictures so don’t know how many I can put on here. Hands down check out the Lowes on Carolina near Little Five Points

  • saakerson2

This lowes has rescheduled my delivery 3x. The first date nothing was delivered. The second date, the delivery man broke the fridge. Every time I call customer service I get someone who clearly doesn’t like their job. They just want to transfer. Was rescheduled for today between 12pm-4pm. Nothing. I finally get a call from them at 09:03pm saying they can’t deliver it and to try again on Monday. These are the most unprofessional people I’ve worked with. How are they still in business? Update: got a call and spoke with the manager to start the process for a refund. Manager was completely unprofessional and wanted my credit card info to refund the charge. I told him that they already have my card and he still needed it anyway bc they put it on a gift card. It was the scamiest thing I’ve ever heard. He had an attitude the entire time. Will never do business with this company again

  • Cali Chriss

I am hurt rn from one Veteran to another I am highly disappointed in the lowes management at store #1875. I not only feel spit in the face and disrespected I feel racially discriminated against. This will have me going to Home depot and ace or anywhere but this location. I purchased a set of Kobalt bolt cutters and I lost or miss placed the receipt. I then return it in town not at my parents lowes on the out skirts. We'll after spending 20 min calling Kobalt I got a reference # 4482948 from kobalt is suppose to be hassle free yet this was not the case. I had such a great experience with the customer service personal Crystal and Merci both were vibrate and had Marron red hair and a beautiful smile then the manager Moni was also polite yet authentic end they told me I would only get a gift card.... what how isthatwhen I paid

  • Ben Estes

We started a cabinet and countertop project 8 months ago and put our faith in their design expert James. James led us down the path of a countertop he said would look great, without letting us know it would have to be patched together because the material didn’t come in a size to do a seamless countertop. The countertop arrived and looked like a checkerboard, and so we sent it back. I was guaranteed a refund that I’ve yet to see and now Lowes credit is sending me to collections for an unpaid balance on counters that don’t exist. I’ve visited this Lowes once a week for 2months and I am told each week they will process the refund and it never gets done. This has been the worst project experience of my life, and I’m ready to put on an orange Home Depot hat and never look back.

  • Edwina Lawrence

Listen… it’s Christmas. Please hire more people because this experience to buy a Christmas tree has been horrible. The supervisor at the garden center needs training. Or maybe he needs help but regardless there is a way to handle everything and he needs assistance in learning. As a woman alone dragging a tree here and there asking for help because I’m the only one moving the tree and there’s no clarity on where I should be to buy and get the tree pruned. The cashier was low energy and absolutely no help. I’m not clear where to stand the help I need. Then when I asked where my tree was because it was nowhere to be found, he got an attitude. Please get these people some help cause this is gonna be a long Christmas season if these ya staff options. Happy Holidays tho.

  • Leah Nagorsky

Terrible experience! Cabinet "designer" (employed by Loews) messed up measurements on $17,000 worth of cabinet despite multiple reassurances. After delivery, it took weeks to get in touch with the managers. Turns out the same designer had similar conplaints on file from different clients. Makes me question the type of talent they hire here. After multiple calls and frequent visits to the store, they agreed to pick up the cabinets and refund me. After 3 weeks of "scheduled" pick ups where the driver never showed (had to take off work for them not to show twice), they picked them up, and am still waiting over 3 more weeks for a refund check. Cannot get in touch with ANYONE from the store to talk to. Manager never returns calls and leaves messages on read.

  • LJ Stretch

I went to Lowe's against my better judgement. I wanted to buy a stove in the store because I knew that waiting for something to be delivered can turn into an all out nightmare. I was there on a Friday. Lowes told me they could have it to delivered to me that Sunday. So again against my better judgment I trusted that my stove would arrive at my property on Sunday. It did not. Sunday turned into Tuesday which turned into Wednesday. These people cannot seem to get a stove to my house that I already paid for. Never again. Never buying anything from Lowe's again. I will go to the thrift store or a yard sale before I ever make the mistake of shopping at Lowe's again. I wish someone would have warned me never to order anything or buy anything from them.

  • Lloyd Warren

First: I like the selection and the quality and quantity of plants in their garden center is far superior to Home Depot. However-you can't find help, the garden gates were still locked after opening (you had to walk through the store) ; but the biggest pain is you can't check out except through self-checkout. If you're buying packaged items that all have their barcodes-great. If you are buying lumber, plants, numerous bags of soil, etc. most of the time you need someone from the store to ring them. Even if you DO manage to ring everything, then the alarms go off because you haven't bagged the item, de-armed whatever security tags they have, etc. and have to wait till the security comes to make sure you are not stealing. I'll go to ACE.

  • Kerstin Spires

I stopped doing business with this company because of their poor customer service. However, since I am a property manager, the owner of one of our homes wanted me to purchase a stove through them. The stove was delivered almost a month later and not installed because the delivery drivers could not locate the gas shut-off valve. So they left the new stove and the old one in the kitchen. I called Lowe's once the valve was located to schedule a return visit for the install. A case number was created, but the store never acknowledged it. I called the store only to be put on hold without a person saying a thing to me. This is atrocious service! No response from the store, my tenant has NO stove and they won't even answer my phone call!

  • Adam Martin

I use to enjoy going to this place, but the customer service has become horrible. Recently it took me about 10 mins to get two guys to help get a double stacked vanity down and then I waited another 10 mins to try and get some help loading it in my vehicle. No one came and so when I went to try and load it myself another customer walking by helped me load it in under 30 seconds. Had to get a glass pane and needed it cut so I waited for over 15 mins after being told twice there was someone there who could cut glass, but no one ever found the person so I ended up having to use their box cutter to open up a new box that was sitting on the station to get the glass and then had to purchase a glass cutting tool.

  • MJohnson MJohnson

This is a good location and it is (of course) a very large store they have a lot here. Prices everywhere no guess work. Good number of people with vest on no mistaking who works here. They do not have good customer service. It seems mostly selfserve. So come shop around; look, read, ponder, buy, go to self check-out, get on with life. (This is GOOD by the way). Needed item that was locked up waited from 7:53pm to 8:02pm no one showed up to assist me ....O K this may be a great store I don't shop here often due the busy-ness of the surrounding shops! Lady at selfcheckout call twice no one came to get item I needed (battery/charger for dewalt) You most likely may have a better experience.

  • Brittany Sheridan

I went to Lowe's yesterday to begin my journey as a plant mommy and I came across such a beautiful soul and helpful employee by the name of Justin. I had so many questions about each plant that I picked out and he was happy to answer every single one of them. You can tell that gardening is his passion! He is so amazing and I can't wait to shop at this location again because of him! Keyana at customer service checked me out and her energy and how sweet she was just got me even more excited about my purchase and the rest of my day. I'm not sure who does the hiring for this location but you all got it right with these two! Thank you for making my experience an amazing one!

  • MasterRodLee

Worst experience ever. The drivers couldn’t deliver my dryer because they did not have an Id to get in post. They didn’t even know the address was a military one until they called me. Lowe’s should be ready for these types of issues or not service military members. It’s no good excuse why my dryer could not be delivered. The driver didn’t if give me the store number or his supervisors number when I asked for it. When I called customer service they said nothing could be done but wait until someone calls me back. I waited a week to get this dryer just for it not to be delivered. Horrible service! 0 out of 0 if I could. Most unhelpful department ever

  • Megan Triplett

Well this used to be a decent lowes. I went in today and I had to ask 6 people for help before I finally was pointed in the right direction. The one lady at the home decor desk was super rude and refused to help me. No one in there looked like they could even hang up a picture frame on their own, let alone talk to pros and consumers about project needs. After being sent in circles, I finally walked through the plant aisle hoping for a little speck of happiness just to find the literal saddest looking plants I’ve ever seen come through this store. After 3 years of shopping here, I guess I gotta make the longer drive up to Home Depot.

  • Analy Lobaton

We went to buy a grill, waited an hour, asked about 3 people. Everyone said they would help, they never did. Edit: a few days later. We purchased the grill we wanted from this same Lowe’s but online, thinking there shouldn’t be an issue. We asked for assembly thinking we would just pick up and it would be ready. We received an email two days later saying it was ready. We picked up today to find the grill still in the box unassembled. Thank you so much Lowe’s for yet again disappointing. I don’t see how this location hasn’t closed down yet. The worst customer service in a Lowe’s that I have ever experienced.

  • Arene H

I was having issue with payment at the register and patiently waited awhile for the 1 attendant for my turn to ask for assistance... I asked about tap to pay (which they don't offer) and thought we were having a conversation because ✨️✨️✨️my issue was not resolved✨️✨️✨️, but he decided to move on to someone who hadn't even been waiting long to help them, instead, ignoring me further. Why can't you finish helping me before dismissing me. He only acknowledged me for a few seconds before moving on...I just walked out and left the purchases at register. I'll take my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

  • Marshall Davis

I've had the worst Lowe's experience on Saturday!!! 1st time at this Lowe's location and apparently they aren't concerned about customers!!! I can understand why family and friends only shop at Home Depot!!! The customer service supervisor or lead was VERY RUDE!!! I had an issue with using a gift card and she was very rude! She told me it wasn't anything they could do and walked off! She didn't suggest anyway for me to get help at all!!! What happens to this money on gift cards that the store won't help resolve??? Are companies making a good profit off keeping customers' money on gift cards???

  • Haley Honnold

Today I was helped by Dermicka & Antonio while using curbside service to pick up windows. I was unprepared for the size of them, and Dermicka and Antonio were so incredibly patient and helpful. Helping me while taking out car seats, trying new ways to get them to fit. They never once complained or even made a face. They truly went above and beyond. So I want to shout them out, as I missed my window to take the day of survey(didn’t realize the time constraint until I sat down to review today). I hope this finds their manager and they receive praise for their A+ customer service. Thanks again.

  • Lakshmi Katta

Terrible experience dealing with a flooring purchase. I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone (also had hard time with customer service and pro desk). Their presence is person is just as variable. Even the Lowe’s overarching installation service (1-888 number) themselves couldn’t get in touch with folks in this store. The delivery of products was always outside of the time which was given. I had missing product that I was not notified of and had to track back to get in touch with the shipping department. If you need flooring, go to Home Depot or elsewhere.

  • Erika

They had beautiful trees but way crazy prices for it to be used 3 weeks I'm not spending $100+ for full tree that branches haven't dropped yet. Was lil disappointed. Times are tough It's not a farm that is only income. This is insane. Shame on them for pricing the way they do. They had nice blow ups but no blowmolded characters or solar holiday lights. I'm old fashioned and they should have something for everyone. When your on a budget blow molds and battery or solar panelled lights make the kids sad Holiday spirits brighten up some. I expected more from Loews.

  • Joseph W. Clark

After describing the project multiple times during the scheduling process, Lowe's canceled the hour before the appointed time bc it is "out of scope." My sense is that either Lowe's or the assigned contractor did not want to be bothered with a project of my size (4 windows). They did not ask for a photo or anything that would help assess the scope. They just decided they didn't want to show up or otherwise spend the time to review the project in person. Definitely lost some good will here as I will not consider them for any of the larger projects to come.

  • Donny Walker

I've been a frequent customer of that Lowe's for the last 15 years look like every year customer service get worse I recently went there to buy a ego weed wacker both of them look exactly the same but that was a price difference after waiting 40 minutes for the guy to come and open the gate I asked him what was the difference between the two because one of them was higher I asked him the different but he couldn't explain to me the difference and the prices and he didn't know nothing about Lowe's please have people with more experience to work in certain

  • Star S

If I can give half a star I would they are so unprofessional at this location everyone walking around not doing nothing ask for help it’s I’m gone page someone over here no one never comes all of them look like they slow or something playing around the most I guess it be your own ppl let me been else where they would’ve helped out with no problem if it was their department or not I end up helping myself should’ve left and not spent a penny in there. They don’t gotta worry about my money no more I will take it to Home Depot without any problems.

  • Cetric Chaney

Purchased a faucet from this location in June, had to wait to get it installed. Faucet was defective. I attempted to return the item and was told it was pass 90 days so I couldn't return it. I spoke with a Manager who repeated the policy. I worked as a Manager for this company and understood the value of every customer. I am saddened by the direction that the company is headed. Policy is up to the determination of the management team. Losing a customer over 9 days is not the correct decision to make. This opportunity for coaching, please do so.

  • ANITA BOWDEN

Took over an hour to pick up a special order (hood vent) purchased online. I can only commend Mario and Tunisia the supervisor, for hustling trying to assist all of the frustrated customers at the return desk and online pickup desk. This is a MANAGEMENT problem, not the problem of the front office staff. It is incredibly unorganized, upper management should be ashamed for allowing such disarray in a store that services such a hot and growing area in Atlanta. Doubt if I will ever use this location again for online pick up order.

  • Dawn shepperd

I was so disappointed with the employees at this Lowe's. There were an older couple there trying to get help and NOT NO ONE WOULD HELP THEM. Also another older gentleman asked a employee for help and she said that she didn't know and kept walking. Also I asked a employee if Lowe's carried Lysol in the bottle he just said, I haven't seen it, without even looking. It truly sad that your employees are just on the clock. Maybe before you hire your employees, you should teach them customer service and the products that you sell.

  • GLambert Russell

The only thing I really don’t like about the store is when you have an issue and you want a manager it goes in one ear and out the other. They don’t seem to be concerned and they rather unload boxes and smile and tell you have a good day. That’s why I still like shopping at Home Depot rather than Lowe’s because Home Depot is professional Lowe’s means you get a lower thing for your price. …. Sadly new management came in and shook up the store and now they’re gone, it’s back to the same old Lowe’s low

  • Kira Steinberg

A great Lowe's location! Sizeable outdoor plants section, all the normal hardware store items inside, and pretty good customer service. They are also pet-friendly, and the staff were incredibly helpful in pointing out that my silly dog was about to eat a lime gummy bear from underneath a lumber shelf. The attending representative also kindly took the gummy bear to the trash for me. Very kind considering it was covered in dog drool. Pic of dog with 1 brain cell attached.

  • Emmanuel Cardenales

I needed help finding windows. When I finally found a store associate. They took me to the area, pressed a button and walked away. I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting. I tried to get a manager, who couldn't be found. I would love to say that this is rare but it literally happens every time I need any assistance. If you need help during your visit to Lowes at this location. Just save your time and go to the Home Depot because you won't find it at this store.

  • marsha bagley

Lowe's Garden Center at Edgewood Retail District has a wide range of high-quality plants, garden tools, and landscaping supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, always eager to assist. Prices are usually reasonable reasonable, especially if you like the clearance racks or sales and discounts available throughout the year. Overall, I've always had a good exerience and would recommend it to fellow gardeners. Great service, always with a smile

  • Ronnie Ingram, Jr.

This store is horrible. Slow. And unorganized. That whale of a customer service manager has a awful demeanor and even worse ability to speak effectively. She wouldn’t provide her name nor wore a badge. Lowes HQ need to do an intervention on this garbage place. I waited almost an hour for a couple of bags of mulch and a spray bottle. And I ordered it online 2 days prior. What’s the point of technology if the people at the store have horrible management.

  • Paula Worthy

Need help, please go apply if you are unemployed. Zach was super attentive, once we had his ear, the entire shopping trip and made shopping easier. Pricing locations should definitely be improved. A 2 inch sticker 12-15 feet in the air makes it difficult to tell actual price without taking a zoomed photo. Even then, prices do not match at the register. Sticker said $11.98, item rang up $16.98. And this store does not price match!!! Do better Lowes.

  • pjg135

Waited over 45 minutes for help in appliance section. Associates just walk right by you and are either staring at their phones or goofing off. I had a microwave picked out and wanted to get it delivered and installed. I even asked (after having to interrupt the story he was telling two other associates) an associate if he could get some one he said yes and they all left and just never came back. Go buy your appliances at Home Depot or best buy.

  • Lynne LaRosa

Bought 2 bundles of pine straw for $9 and change and they had no less than 11 pine cones and 4 sticks in them. Their service is terrible. Long waits to return items, check out, get pine straw. Associates run when they see you coming. After holding on the phone for 25 minutes, they disconnect the call. If you find anyone to help they won't have product, store or customer service knowledge. Worth the trouble to drive farther to HD.

  • Shenikka Hill

OMG... LOWE'S has won my business over any other large warehouse home company. I ordered a stove the next couple days; delivered and installed . I ordered a washer and dryer; the next day delivered and installed. Might I add: no delivery fee and prompt/professional drivers. They are faster than Amazon and priced better than Home Depot. I am so happy and all before the holidays! Thank you .

  • William Berg

Bought a dishwasher for pick up in store the next day. I showed up and they said it was on backorder so I cancelled the order. Then I was told the product was in stock. After going back and forth for 30 minutes we found it wasn't there. Then the staff was unable to pull up a list of available dishwashers in stock. Overall, everything was disorganized and made for a frustrating experience.

  • Gregory Poon

In general, you go to Lowe's because the nearby Home Depot does not have the item you need. Lowe's does not generally compete on price. The equivalent plants, for example, are significantly more expensive then HD. I can't say that the customer service at Lowe's is much better even though HD is generally garbage on that front. By the way, as policy they won't cut your lumber, either.

  • Ayana Reece

It's rare to receive great customer service these days, but my experience shopping and purchasing appliances with Zoey was top-notch. She knew the products, took time to help me make a great decision, and explained everything to me when checking out. She made the process pleasant and enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to getting my refrigerator and washer/dryer all thanks to her!

  • Young Kim

Allowed me to order product online saying it was in stock. After paying for product Lowes immediately notified me through both email and text that it was out of stock and prompted me to follow a link to change my receiving options. Forced me to create account to review purchase and still didn't have option to make changes needed to receive product that has already been paid for.

  • Aaron Grossman

I don’t recommend picking up landscaping items here. Especially loading a truck with a pallet. They have you waiting forever for someone to unlock the gate to there loading area. There is only one person with a key so they have you waiting. It’s ridiculous. It took 30 mins for someone to come unlock the gate wnd another 15 to get it loaded. Get it under control lows management

  • Kasita McCloud

Went shopping for a washer and dryer couldn’t figure out what I wanted, but Brittany helped me make the right decision. Her knowledge of the appliances were unmatched. Then I had an issue with Delivery, but the manager Davon assured everything would work out! His position throughout the process is what gave me a peace of mind. Thank you for excellent customer service!

  • natural_ hair_jai

Man. I am so disappointed. They left me on hold for a total of 2 hours almost as if they were waiting until closing time. I paid cash for my appliances. First the crew didn’t call a hour ahead like suggested they would. Then I was sent wrong item so I called in. Over two hours of waiting and nothing. I am so disappointed. My issue still has not been resolved.

  • Doug B

Current situation: the customer service is normally excellent. Not so much today. Maybe it's the whole covid19 situation. They're grossly under staffed and it can be seen in the associates behavior. You can tell they're over worked and overwhelmed. Not cool. Customer service is always excellent here. People actually seem like they want to and are happy help.

  • Jackie McCray

This is the very first time I'm disappointed in Lowes. I ordered some things to remodel my bathroom October 1. I kept getting the run around about my order four different times. The order supposed to have been delivered October 18. I waited until later that. I received a text at 10:00. They did have any of my in. Next time tell the truth.

  • brushed cashmere

Customer service is horrible I’ve asked 5 people for assistance called management no has come yet I’ve been here for 30mins I bought i a product from them a few days ago but didn’t get the full setup here now trying to make sure I get the right piece without over spending this is crazy to have 30associates but no one is available to help.

  • OUR BAR ATL

Derek’s and Kevin’s great energy (in the paint dept) was so infectious I had to leave a review about it. 8am in the morning and I’m tired beyond measure but i thoroughly enjoyed my experience SOLELY due to their synergy and positive vibes. if they ever need another job, I’d hire them in a heart beat! Lowes is very lucky to have them both.

  • Derrick Bryant

OMG.. I was here an hour with my other half looking at washer and dryer sets... We appreciate your time taken Shedrick bc I was so ready to go. But he took the time and walked through explaining the details of the items... So appreciative.. but that Fridge with the woodgrain drawers I fell in love with.. it's a must that we return for it.

  • K T

This store has a big turn around Tracy in receiving has a big part in it as well the store manager. It's so organized in receiving everyone really should be recognized for they're efforts. I've been delivering to this store for probably 8 years. But just lately it's really noticeable the change . Bluelinx driver keep up the good work

  • Melvin McClure

Who runs this place? They should be ashamed. The (non-existent) service is a disgrace. Under the guise of being “under staffed,” you can expect to wait 30 minutes for paint assistance, an hour in the garden department, and don’t bother trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It doesn’t get much worse than this Lowe’s location!

  • David Philpott

Customer service at the store is not great. Asked someone for help. They declined to help me said they would page the people who were supposed to be helping. Waited for a while nobody appeared. Several employees walked right by me while I was still looking for something and had already asked for help and no one offered help.

  • Jeremy Jefferson

What’s going on with the online orders at this location? Second time in a week my stuff was not ready for pickup when promised. When I place a large order $1k and up they never fill it. When I place a smaller order $200-$300 they fill it right away. Is it a staffing issue? Anyways, I’ll take my money to Home Depot.

A big shout out to Alexis in the appliances department at Lowe’s on Caroline Street. She was very knowledgeable about fridges and helped us figure out just what we needed. She checked us out super fast, too! A great experience on our first purchase of 2023! Alexis got us off to a great start for the new year. :)

  • W C Howard

Waited 45 minutes for help (they broadcast the request 4 times over the intercom ) before I left w/o help… there were a dozen store employees at the return counter joking laughing and having a good time when I walked out. I purchased a washer dryer stove and refrigerator at Home Depot shortly thereafter

  • Sherika Minor

The associates called to ensure that the order was accurate. Everything was explained in detail. When I arrived at the pickup counter, the associates put the “service” in customer service. Smiles, positivity, and efficiency abounded. I plan to drive across town to pickup from this store moving forward.

  • J Andana

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There were literally 4 employees helping one person. This is common practice at this particular location. I asked one guy for help and he said he wasn’t on the clock just had his vest on. Shout out to Vanessa and Julian for holding it down though.

  • Juan Antonio Manuel martinez ortiz

From Bad 2 Worse!! New store layout suuuuucks BIG TIME.. Manager must be an orphan,, because has no mother! Still the same as before. Maybe worse!!! Skeleton crew at its worse.. This is not saving money. This is killing a store.. Local management sucks.. Regional should do something!!

  • Linda Nunn

Ordered two toilets. They texted me that my order (918423377) was delivered. It was NOT DELIVERED but when I called the store they tried to connect me with an associate. The phone rang at least 25 times with NO answer. I tried this at least 4 times with the same result. Linda Nunn

  • Timothy Hannan

You need luck and a lot of patience visiting this store. Associates are rarely available and often not helpful when you do find one. The app helps but there’s a 30% chance the item in not located where it should be. This store survives on volume alone, not experience or quality.

This place needs management. As a contractor it is sad to walk in a spot like this. Customer service people just standing around, helping no one. It will take you an hour to return one thing. God forbid you want store credit, that'll be another hour. Pitifully ran store.

The worst Lowe’s I’ve stepped into So many items are mislabeled which surprises you when you check out. Manager was called and he said “oh this shouldn’t be there, looks like someone working here was too lazy to put it back to where it belongs. I’m sorry about that.”

Not too crowded. Easy parking and access. I've been looking for house numbers. Great selection of styles, sizes and pricing. Unfortunately i must have a popular number at my house because i am missing 1 of the 4 digits i need. I'm sure it will be back in stock soon!

It would take an act of God to get someone to answer the phone at this place. Tried for 2 days to get through to Home Decor without any success. At one point I just sat on the phone and listened to employee conversations. I guess they hadn't realized they picked up

Consistently the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. There are always at least 6 employees standing around in the front of the store chatting and still no help. Even when they page for assistance, no one shows. Waste of time. Don’t bother and go to Home Depot.

The staff was excellent. My 4 year old granddaughter's first Christmas, that she can talk and ask legitimate questions, was a magnificent experience. She wished everyone Merry Christmas. Special thanks for the Black Santas and Nutcrackers!!! ❤️ …

Went shopping for a fridge and Alexis (Adjua) was awesome and extremely patient. We were experiencing an issue with the card used for payment and she was extremely patient with us. Afia was also helpful. Both ladies were very nice and knowledgeable.

I will never shop at lower again anywhere in us or Canada because of the despicblemway lowest dealt with Donna the heroine who tried to protect and be loyal in a Georgia outlet and the. Fired her. Ugly. From loyal customer to never forget.

I have literally never experienced worse customer service than at this store. I spent thousands of dollars on appliances and had one problem after the other with delivery. For example, on the day of delivery I waited 10+ hours in an empty

I went to this store 3 different days this week to order an exterior therma tru door and kitchen cabinetry. Not one time did I find someone working in the appropriate area. I purposely stayed in the store 45 minutes to see if anyone will

I’ve heard it from people so many times, that Lowe’s sucks- this location even more. I gave it a chance anyway- just needed two 2x3’s cut in half so I could fit them in my vehicle. They refused to cut them. Home Depot it is from now on.

Ok.. finally I am not coming back here. I live within walking distance of this store and even before the pandemic I always asked myself why I kept coming back here. But I went 3 times during the pandemic and always said I would never

Finding help when visiting this place can be challenging, but that's also true at their big-box competition. One advantage for Lowes - they are still giving a 10% military discount on top of keeping their prices competitive.

Ran in to get a new Christmas tree. There were lots of choices on display, had trouble finding a box for the one I wanted. The employee that I approached for help looked rushed off his feet. Checkout was quick, no line.

Lowe's was great! I was able to get in and out with my product in no time flat, no issues finding what I was looking for at all. The self check out was also clearly marked as well as the card or cash only registers.

I had the best curbside experience with Maurice this week! I ordered a big patio set and he selflessly helped me load it I to the car and I dusted that I didn’t lift a finger! Thank you, Maurice—top notch service.
