I Went to this store three times in 3 weeks. The first time was to ask questions about ebikes because I knew nothing. We discussed the pros and cons of converting my existing bike or buying a ready made one. After a lot of honest discussion, it was identified my existing bike had a good foundation for the conversion. Both reps were knowledgeable about the battery and conversion options enough to discuss the pros and cons. Based on the exceptional service I received I booked my bike in for drop off the following Saturday. Again, another smooth transaction. Today one week after my drop off as agreed, I picked up my bike. When I arrived one of the reps walked me through exactly how to use an ebike and some additional safety tips I wouldn’t have thought of. Basically they weren’t ready to see me off until they explained everything I needed to know. It was clear, they didn’t just want my money, they wanted me to love my bike. As I was leaving, it started to bucket down with rain. I rode off for a bit but returned about 2 mins later and they welcomed me inside and helped me bring my bike inside too. So for me all the guys I’ve dealt with from this store get 5 stars. Now onto my new ebike. All I can say is that I live about 15-20 mins away from the store and it took me about three hours to get home. I could not get off the bike. It was/is so much fun and basically effortless! So a word of warning to anybody looking to purchase one or get one converted by the legends at this store - CLEAR YOUR CALENDAR! If it wasn’t bucketing down with rain right now I’d still be out there travelling distances on my bike I never would have imagined.. The sky truly is the limit. I just wish I lived further away from work.

I bought an ebike from here 18 months ago. I was mildly concerned about some noises from the mid-drive motor so I booked it in for a service with Scott. When I dropped it off I explained the problem and said that if any parts needed replacement (chain, brake pads, sprocket) that would be fine with me. A few hours later, Scott phoned me to say that they had been communicating with Bosch about the problem and that Bosch were going to send some replacement parts. This would mean that they would need to keep the bike for several days. (Fine with me.) Scott called me a little while later to tell me that Ronen, his technician, had persisted and found that a screw in a hart to find spot had come loose in the drive unit and that the bike was ready to collect. Scott only charged me for a normal service, plus Ronen told me my chain and other replacement parts were only half worn and would last until the next service. When I got the bike home I took it for ride. It was so responsive, smooth and quiet. Thanks Scott and team.

We are travelling from NSW and have been thinking of purchasing an ebike for my wife, as we were staying near Brighton we went to that store, Arthur served us and answered everything we asked, we didn't know much so he filled in the gaps for us, what we really liked was that we never felt pressured to buy which would have had us reaching for the door, instead you obviously have faith in the product you sell and know it will sell. We didn't purchase but went away to have a think. Two days later we were visiting Adelaide and realised your other store was close by so popped in. We were originally seen by Sam but then as they got busy ended up with Arthur the guy that had served us in Brighton. Summary is that after multiple test rides and lots of enjoyable banter we walked away with a Rilu nomad. Great service from Sam and Arthur would recommend this company to anyone.

Recently my son and I bought two bikes from Scott and his team at the Ebike Superstore Adelaide. To say the service and product knowledge was exceptional would be an understatement. These bikes have allowed a young double hip replacement dad to keep up with a 14 yr old son, up and downhills. The Smartmotion Hypersonics are an awesome product for the price and compared to others out there these bikes are super value for money. Scott you said 3 months or 300km for the first ebike service, we love them so much that even in this winter wet we are already near the 200km mark after only 2 weeks. We are now ebike lovers and are amazed at how many we now see out there riding in Blackwood and the Hills of Adelaide. Thank you Scott, Caleb and the whole Ebike service team, you work and products are greatly appreciated. An awesome bike shop!

If you are looking for an electric bicycle... Your search will end up here... I have purchased one electric bicycle last week.. Earlier I have checked some of the bicycles online but I was not sure which one would be a perfect fit for me. When I visited this store, these guys first tried to understand all my requirements. Based upon my needs these guys then asked for my budget and then when they provided me with some of the options which were going a little bit out of my budget, they offered me a customised bicycle model. To make my ride more comfortable they took an additional attention on my height requirements as well. I would highly recommend this superstore if you really want to want to have a good customer service and post delivery services. Once you will be here, there will be no second thoughts in your mind.... :-)

Simon is knowledgeable about everything and more importantly he is honest and down to earth. Pricing of bikes is ridiculously easy to afford, compared to other stores and after I bought my Awsome bike, he has been very available and helpful with assistance and answered all my questions, no matter how seemingly silly. Sure, you may need to leave a message on his mobile, but he gets back to you the moment he is able to and goes out of his way to offer assistance... Fantastic Store, The only place in Adelaide to go for all your electric biking needs... 10 outa 10...

We were looking for us to purchase 2 eBikes, I had done a great deal of researching over several weeks. So we had an idea of what we were looking for. We went to eBikes Superstore Kensington, the team were just amazing and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying 2 ET Cycles F1000, WOW we are soooo happy with the bikes and we are loving getting out and about, it does take a little while to get used to them, but once you do what fun and exercise. Our eBikes are able to be folded so we can take them in the back of the car and head to the beach or bike trails. Thanks to all the staff for this wonderful service.

I bought an Earth Rex Mixie two years ago from this shop and the staff were great. They did a lot of customisations for me including finding a solid front basket for my mini sausage dog. The bike is brilliant. Went back to get pannier bags yesterday to fit my new recumbent trike rack and they were so helpful and the Azure bags snapped on perfectly even though I have a slip on and off crate for my dog on the rack as well. Couldn’t find panniers that would fit anywhere else. I highly recommend this store. Prices are very good.

Thank you to the team at Kensington park for your help over the last couple of years in our purchase of Elikes. With the ebikes we have ventured further afield on holidays. Seen more of the Adelaide suburbs and simply just get out more into the fresh air. There is a new member on the team at Kensington park, Sam. I bought a bike on line from Lekker Bikes, and had an Enviolo hub upgrade. Just out of warranty but only doing 2,000km's the hub had a catastrophic fail. I took it to Electric Bike Super Store to be fixed. Although not something they sell or even familiar with they were happy to take a look. They took the time to contact Enviolo for advice. It turned out to be unfixable so I had to buy a new complete wheel in which they fitted for me. Really happy with their team and service... :)

Great place with happy, friendly helpful staff. When I purchased a bike we had a issue with a missing battery key. Later that day I received a call from Scott, the boss himself. He explained what was going to happen so I could pick up my bike the next day, not next week sometime which was the case first off. Not only did he resolve to problem he also threw in a new helmet for nothing. Happy days ahead. Thanks guys and here's to you all having a happy and safe Christmas. Cheers

I visited the Electric Bike Superstore in Kensington Park. I met Adam and we discussed my needs for an e-bike. After much discussion I decided on a Kalkhoff. Adam spent lots of time with me, he was patient and shared his knowledge and expertise with me. Adam even rode with me as I did a test ride on the bike around the block as I was nervous. I was also given a free helmet and bike lock thrown in with the purchase which I was very happy with.

It is the best shop to buy an e-bike in Adelaide! I bought mine over a year ago and Simon and his crew were great. We kept testing the bikes until I found THE one. I serviced the bike a couple of times too (I commute on my bike a lot) and the service was always outstanding. The whole crew is professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about the bikes and getting everyone on the road. Highly recommended!

These guys really took the time out to help out with an ebike kit that someone from another bike place had really messed up with shotty re-wiring. These guys did their best to fix it in a cost effective manner and whilst it wasn't able to be fixed in the end, they really took the time to help and talk me through what was going on. Our experience? Wow..Simon is a wonderful person who was interested in our life story, and present needs. We've just taken delivery of a Milano and a Moscow (raining so yet to put them to the test) and were delighted with the generous discount, freebies and free delivery. Easy place to get to..and if the hours of business don't suit you, then I'd try negotiating an appointment. 5* for us.

From my first visit at the Superstore I was so impressed with the help I received. I chose to have an electric conversion kit fitted to my existing hybrid bike and am so happy that I made the switch. I bought my ebike last year. Its an hour plus ride for me to get to there store. I pass a few other bike shops on my way. I am off to get my bike serviced tomorrow to these guys. One year on from my Bafang 250w conversion on my touring bike I can say it hasn’t missed a beat. Yesterday I rode 130km (McLaren Vale and back) and I still had 40 per cent of the battery left. So much power and torque. Outstanding kit professionally installed by the team.

Would have to say the nr1 ebike store in SA. Terrific range very good ebike service centre. Great service. the Team Scott Arthur Steve are very knowledgeable .The extensive range can be daunting but the guys will sort you out in no time. Ill be back.
