Over charging people in the neighborhood I hate when foreigners move into low income neighborhood and dont abide by the cigarette and beer prices set by companies. Dont honor the 40 cents off on packs of cigarettes but but them at a discounted price from vendor to sell to customers gaining one dollar or more per pack
I guess they're OK. People were sitting all around outside drinking & the police were there & OK with the drinking loiters. Nothing was ever said to them. So I guess it was the norm.I've never gone in, but my husband did while I waited in
