I went to go in at 5pm for the flat fee of $7 (as I work in a bar in the city). I pushed for the ticket just after 5pm and the machine prints out a ticket saying 4:58pm. I am now being charged as if I have been in the carpark the duration of the day. Im most annoyed as the only reason I used that carpark was due to its flat rate.

I used the online book a bay but the carpark was inaccessible due to Australia day road closures. I tried from every possible side street but it just didn't happen. Would have been good if you put a block bookings during the road closures! I'm now waiting for a refund, hopefully it doesn't take long...

Worst carpark since they changed set up of exit. So tight that cars are getting scratched trying to get out. Queue moves very slowly to exit. But after 7 years of parking here they finally have a ticket machine working on a regular basis. My advice...park anywhere else but here.

To everyone that booked a bay at this carpark and used your credit card to enter and exit, check your statement. This carpark has been double charging customers. I was double charged twice in 4 visits during the 3rd week of January.

Paid for my parking online. Credit card must be inserted into the machines on entry and exit and I was charged an additional $7 upon my exit. Go elsewhere at least they’re upfront about ripping you off.

Good place to park. Lower levels are reserved parking. Upper levels are for casual parking. I have always been able to get a park here when needed. Prices are on a par with other car parks in the CBD.

So, so much reserved parking down the bottom have to get up to the 2nd level before you can end up parking. Once the renovations are completed, they should be smooth sailing over all good prices

Go often when in town reasonable rates better than around near mall

All the low parks are reserved. Took ages and parks are small.
