I recently started racing and love every minute of it, i slowly researched wheels and bikes and thing to make you faster as every racing cyclist or recreational cyclist wants to do. the last thing on my tick list was a bike fit as i set my bike up on feel and wasn't to sure that the slammed stem and aggressive position was a good idea to run without professional consultation.i then researched bike fitters and you came up everywhere. you fitted me with my aggressive position and made it much more user friendly i felt the results pretty much instantly and realized just how wrong you can have a fit yet not even no it. i am super pleased with the job you done for me and will continue to use you for anything i change or any bikes i own , great job !!!!!!!!

Got a 2D bike fit from ABF and really impressed by the difference it made to my comfort on the bike. I had a couple of issues, some of which I just thought that some were just part of riding, which feel much better now. Also while I doubt this process has made me any stronger, but I now feel much more comfortable increasing my power/effort when I need to. Took extra time to talk me through the process of buying a new bike and how to size appropriately for different brands, plus general knowledge from years of working on pro bikes. Also worth adding that there were no new parts on my bike, everything was done within the setup I already had.

I have a spinal cord injury and now cleared to get back on my bike. I booked a 3D session with Steve Nash from Adelaide Bike Fit. Fantastic decision. I felt comfortable and safe. Everything fully explained. Nothing was rushed. Awesome value for money. I would not trust anyone else to fit me to my bike. I was worried how effective this fit session would be given my disability, lack of strength, limited range of movement and reduced bike fitness, but these worries were unnecessary. Had Nashy fit me for my new pride and joy recently and couldn't be happier. It's the first time I have ridden with absolutely no knee pain which is allowing me to concentrate on inflicting pain where it should be. Absolute professional who has all the right equipment and experience to get it right. Fit was very thorough and Nashy never looked at the clock once. He is dedicated to getting your setup right and his service extends beyond the time you walk out the door. I walked in with little knowledge of bike set up. Nashy spent the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand why we were making the changes, i have gone for a few rides since my fitting and i feel like i am on a new bike...small tweaks, money well spent and a world of Knowledge...an invested i am proud i made. Went back a few months later with a different frame bike and Nashy helped me understand the difference and feel and made the adjustments to make the bike work, without Nashy’s knowledge and patience I don’t think I’d be able to ride. After getting fit by Nashy 10 years ago when it came time to get a new fit there is no one I would trust more. The session was very though and Nashy explained why he was making every change and the results that came from the change. All of this was based on and reinforced by the computer program used for the fit. Upon completion I received a detailed email with all of my personal measurements, the fit results from the computer program and a detailed drawing with every measurement of my bike for future reference. I'm very happy with the results and fell it was worth every penny.

This was my first proper bike fit and must say that the experience was fantastic. Nashy gave guidance on which would be the best "fit" for the style of riding I do so that I got the best bang for my buck. He explained the process as the fit progressed and asked lots of questions to ensure the fit ended giving the best fit / comfort possible. I have had a quite a few rides since mixing flat and hills and have found great improvement in the comfort, my pedal stroke and recovery. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to take the next step in their riding.

If you have never had a bike fit before that's a place to go. Nashy is very professional and gives attention to every single detail. I couldn't even imagine that he would take so many different measurements and use so advance technologies! He basically changed everything in my bike's configuration and my position on it immediately felt so much better, enjoyable and even more aerodynamic! He also advised me to buy a new set of pedals with wider axis which he can set and adjust the cleats at no cost. Great person and he is also a competitive cyclist! 5 stars

Would highly recommend Adelaide Bike Fit if you are looking for a fit. I was amazed at how detailed the service actually was and how knowledgeable Nashy was around bike fitting. I am stoked with the results after getting the 2D fit , I was in a position thinking I had the wrong frame size and had a lot of discomforts with a brand new bike. After seeing Nashy I was amazed how much of a difference to my comfort and performance he was able to make just through changing my position and even more so kicking myself for not seeing him a lot sooner.

I've had knee pain for ages on the bike but was always a bit dubious about forking out for a professional fit. Nashys proved me wrong. Booked in to see Nashy for a 3D bike fit and must say I was very impressed with his knowledge of bio mechanics and body movement on and off the bike. Nashy is an amazing guy, he has a lot of experience and you can notice that he knows what he is doing, he explains everything while he is doing it. I just have a commute bike, so I couldn`t go through the whole bike fit process (No clips on the pedals), but I was having a lot of pain while riding and he helped me getting back to ride more than 60 km without any discomfort. Totally recommended!

He will run you step by step on the changes that need to be made to make you feel comfortable on the bike. He went in detail about what was happening prior and what are goal was regarding the fit. Having completed a comprehensive bike fit with Nashy and allowing a month to get used to the changes i couldn't be happier with the results. I no longer get neck pain and also experience more comfort while riding due to a reduced reach to the handle bars. Highly recommend the bike fit to others.
