Really great shop with a friendly team. Fantastic selection in the fruit and veg area with a very wide range of organic fruit and veg and also many other varieties fruit and veg not ranged in other stores. The bakery has its made in store flat breads and also features a instore sushi bar and it's great selection of platters to order. The store has a scan and go option which also allows you to scan your purchases as you shop for an easier experience and allows you to leave the store simply by paying via your phone and scanning a QR code. Ozharvest also collects a great amount of food donations from this store that go to the less fortunate which is fantastic for the community.

They treated me like a burgler a few days ago when I was trying to claim Woolworths Return policy, for when the discounted price is misleading. They kept arguing it's not the same that the product and discount price is misplaced, than a scan error. To me is the same because the issue here is the time you waste at the counter when the price doesn't match what you were thinking. They had me there 20 minutes arguing I wasn't entitled to a refund. Today, I accompanied someone to this supermarket, and the same guy who was treating me with really bad manners, has just LAUGHTED at my face. Really unprofessional and rude. I regret every single minute of my interaction with him.

I am not sure if woolies might have read my previous review, but I can see significant improvements in their customer service in my recent visits. 5 stars this time from me Previous review: I have been to several woolies before, but I must say this store often gives me confusing experience. While many male staff are friendly and helpful, the female staff, especially a young lady at the self checkout & a lady at the seafood section, makes me feel very unwelcome. Lack of counter staff is another big minus as the elderly, mothers with young children/ a pram, and people with a disability do need help to scan, bag, and pay for our groceries.

Great new complex and the staff in all the shops are very happy, maybe because they enjoy their brand new surroundings. I reckon that West Village will be a well visited shopping complex when we host the next Olympics in Brisbane QLD 4101. I can't wait to see what new shops are opening there the tradies are always there building more shops or offices maybe. Its exciting Kerrylee OBRIAN

They didn't fill most of my delivery order and blamed the delivery guy. When i followed up with the delivery company they confirmed that was all that Woolworths gave them. I rang them and they said they'd call me back and they didn't. I had to rang them again. Again they were pretty rude and not at all helpful. Just wanted my food as I was stuck at home.

Couple I weeks ago while I was there a lovely staff member helped me out to get the Woolworths WiFi as the centre has a very poor signal coverage. On the way out I asked for the manager to recognize the staff member great service. Also I had great experience meeting the exceptional manager there. Thank you …

I decided to try this new store and it was a very pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. Easy car parking and easy to navigate the store, especially with the light nimble trolleys. Good range and helpful friendly staff. The village has a light and airy feel with a super high glass ceiling and greenery.

  • Brock Alexander

Clean and busy store. Lots of items were out of stock and overpriced. I think I'll stick to Aldi. The village that the store is located within is also difficult to navigate if you've never been there before. Parking is limited in the basement as well. I would avoid this store if you can.

  • I am Lucky

Special deals are always out of stock. Only expensive brands are always available, cheapest options are always unavailable here. Few staff are not aware of the products, lack of training. Not happy with this specific Wooli. Coles, across the road, is much better than this one.

  • Sharon Baker

Love our local Woolworth’s and the location within West Village. We shop daily for our dinner and the atmosphere is so nice there it’s a lovely destination for us each day. Also love the shop and go self service that woolies offers. We use it all the time.

  • Pogle

Love the fact that they open at 7am so that I can pop in quickly and grab fresh items for the day after the gym. The scan and go is 8/10 as it is annoying when you have to get your bag checked. (But I do understand why) Clean and staff are friendly.

Maybe the best shopping centre in the world? Market Garden is amazing. Woolworths another world class grocery, maybe the best I have seen in all my worldly travels. Well done guys for bringing this high standard of shopping to us here in Brisbane!

  • Imogen Barratt

thursday evening i arrived home. my littlest sister says to me: “imy may we please go buy some frozen goods so that we may experiment with your newly gofted air fryer that you received as a present from our cousins for your 21st birthday?”.

  • Tom Cassingham

It's certainly a very nicely designed and finished Woolies, in the very nicely designed and finished West Village... does it signal another nail in the gentrification coffin on West End? Yes. Is it still a nice place to shop, absolutely.

  • Diana Waines

Friendly staff who actually take the time to acknowledge you when you are shopping. One of the better Woolworths outlets with interesting displays & great fresh produce & good bakery. The isles are spacious & displays are neat & tidy

  • Matthew Ryan

Good range and selection, nice new interior. Easily accessible. Carport has provision for EVs with charging stations. Some internet drop out which can be slightly annoying if you use streaming services such as Spotify, YouTube etc.

  • Rubecca Wong (Bec)

Went on their opening day and was deeply impressed. Especially the girl at the deli who served me around 6pm! Hope to see her around more often as her service would really make me want to buy more seafood than I intended to.

  • Jo D

There is no airconditioning in this place ... I always forget that every time but by the time I finish my shop I feel a little sick due to the heat ...I feel very sorry for the staff that have to work in the heat all day ..

  • mandy martin

Couldn't find what I wanted and I was pleased to be escorted to the correct Isle also for another product the assistant checked on his device to see if it was back in stock... Great store and great staff …

  • Kate Tuhoro

Great place to go at any time or day or night, week day or weekend. Surrounded by various Restaurants, Eateries and Ice-creameries. It also has a lovely Bedouin-type Oasis and Green hidden outside, amidst this

  • Enter the Bully

Normally the friendliest 5 star top staff here. Just teach your new girl Liz the basics - greeting hello, thanks.. any words even. Unbelievably rude. Must have worked as a prison warden before

  • John

easy and convenient store staff are very friendly and good safe store. Love how the ladies on the counter are always happy to put your groceries through & pack them into any bag you supply

  • Julia B

Nice to see some different varieties of potatoes like dutch cream & purple potatoes which are hard to find in supermarkets. Same with the tomatoes. Sushi made instore, fresh & tasty!

  • Brian Hurst

Early days but this new shopping village looks like it will be a popular place with locals. Very impressive Woolworths and other shops including the exciting arrival of Harris Farms

  • Vince D'amico

Woolies prices are too expensive and don't have shelves filled, bakeries fruit veg and delis are disgrace. Well that's what happens when they cut back on their staff. …

  • Dante Winters

Very friendly staff and plus it is a clever idea of putting iced coffee section near the registers very convenient for shoppers on the go who need to buy an iced coffee. :)

  • Jacqueline Goodwin

One of Brisbane's newer Woolworths located in and around exciting retail and cafes, plenty of secured parking. So now is your opportunity to grab a coffee and go shopping!

  • Tiffany Brown

Great customer service, went shopping around 9am today and i was greeted by a young gentleman and he was very polite whilst stocking up the yogurt fridges

  • N Dashti

Beautiful store but big disappointment with only 1 cash self-serve checkout. Why are we going backwards here? People still pay with cash in 2021

  • Jordy McRae

Great woolies, brand new with lots of variety. Slightly annoying that they close at 6 on Sundays, I probably need to plan better though hahaha

  • Ash Kyd

I'd heard about it but this was the first time I've hit one of those creepy AF face scanners on the self checkouts. Not cool, Woolworths.

  • Garry Mobbs

A very open plan, giving easy access to all areas of the store. Always plenty of stock, and very fresh produce. Very friendly staff.

  • Ebony Graveur

We bought salmon fillets which were utterly filled with bones, having obviously not been de-boned. Not really edible for fish tacos.

  • David Green

Always get my bird seed there can't get Frankie's bird seed any where else in West end also good coffee shop and top rate chip shop

  • Matt Beckers

I love this place. It's so nice to have cheap detergent, bog rag, lube and mixers so close to Harris farm where they sell food.

  • My Rere

This Woolworths is close to where I go to the gym so I often stop by here, even if it's just to buy mineral water or snacks.

  • Morgan Astreal

One of the best in the area, although it is a lot busier than Montague. Staff have been great and the store is always clean.

  • Ken Tran

Most of the new woollies are great. This one is no different. Parking is underground with plenty of it which is a big plus.

  • Spaceman Leo

Nice but the frontage on Boundary Street smelt really bad like homeless people or drunks had been using it as a bathroom.

  • Ann-Maree Mason

Easy parking and access to the village for weekly essentials, dining in, coffee, and a selection of personal services.

  • Mike McDonough

Not like the Woolworths of old at home in Scotland. Great selection of fresh produce well displayed. Worth a visit.

  • Ivana Milojevic

Great design, clean and modern. A very good selection of items, quick to go in and out. Friendly, helpful staff.

  • Jose Thomas

Pretty good spot to shop, has a good variety of items. Store members are also really good and are very helpful.

  • Jarrad Cousin

Very clean and organised! Lots of variety in an amazing location with other shops nearby. Very up-market feel.

  • Jeff Nelson

Way better than Coles. Nor was I stalked by the security clowns just for doing my shopping as I was at Coles.

  • Aline Campos

Love this woolies. I recommend using Scan and Go to avoid queues. There's NEVER a queue at scan and go.

  • Chris Mutton

Love this Woolies. Great shopping precinct that it's in and good store layout. Good variety of items.
