Dear Woolworths, can you please put the store back to the way it was ! I get that the store needed a refresh but please explain to me the bright idea of taking out 1/10 of your shelves in the hope of increasing business ??? You now sell less products !!! For me personally I now have to do the majority of my shopping elsewhere as every time I shop there now, I find out that you no longer carry one or two of the items I'm looking for. After 6 months when you realise revenue is down, please feel free to get in touch, I've got lots of ideas that don't involve taking out shelves in a supermarket.

Terrible terrible - if could no star would ,have order on line and twice in row now our delivery driver Yello Partner Driver Navdeep R. will be taking care of your delivery has never delivered my deliveries had to go and pick them up 5 hours later than delivery was Meant to be - spoke to store they dismissed the issue spoke to Woolworths online head office- no response spoke to yello no response made complaints to all - no response will be taking natters further to ombudsman - and wil be using coles form now

Ridiculously understaffed. Self check outs had a big long queue of people needing help but the one poor girl was struggling big time. Overcharged on a sale item and apparently no one on the floor to check it so I had to show them catalogue and then store wanted me to get a photo of price tag codes to amend scanned price because no staff to do it. Are you joking! Terrible service. Fruit and veges looked dead as well. Give a miss.

Normally it's pretty good here, recently the self checkouts machines have accusing me of stealing, and then the attendant treats me with suspicion and I feel very uncomfortable simply paying for my goods. Please either bring back more operated checkouts, or fix your AI so that you don't accuse people of stealing, I will avoid this place due to the feeling of being treated like a criminal.

Huge Selection of everything you need. Definitely compare prices though as some products cost almost twice as much. Fast check out counters. Lots of international products. Even Nutella original from Germany. And Philadelphia. Several parking spaces in front of the store. Great deals on local products like fruits.

Nice little Woolies that’s clean and well stocked. A few parking spots out front. Not sure about the loose trolleys at the front, could’ve been better maintained. Otherwise I got everything I needed during my trip. It’s close to Cathedral Square which is a lovely little spot to sit down & chill.

Great location to shop, has a big, clean and organized place. Everything are here, I am glad I got to experience to shop my groceries here and really bit pricy on some other products but worth it to come here if you're living far from here. Highly recommended!!!

this recently become a 'Woolworths Metro' store after years of being a normal Woolies supermarket...prices have increased a lot on already high grocery prices...limited ranges with mainly higher price name brand lines to select...deli can't

I didn't know it was overpriced compared to other Woolies stores! I thought it was just Queensland prices. Yes, the range is small but we'll just have to learn to shop with what they have. It's convenient for me, living just behind Woolies

I’ve been shopping here since 2018. This used to be a great Woolworths before they made it a “Metro” about a month ago. Reduced stock variety and of course, more expensive now. The Gen Z staff are unbearable (but what is new?).

Good location and easy to get to, both by car and walking. It is quite a large Woolies, and has everything you need. The fruit and veges seemed fresh, and there was a good range of other food on the shelves. Would recommend!

Ordered delivery online. The main thing I needed was bread. The one I ordered was unavailable so they sent the order with no bread without offering a replacement or substitution. Very poor form

Was my first time at this store. A nice selection of most essentials. At the check out counter, Sahal, was genuinely helpful and pleasant. Hopefully will get to visit again soon.

Large grocery store, good price. Not crowded the time I was there, but the deli was closed so no hot food. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Sahal suggested I use my Woolworths rewards card and qantas card to pay for my shopping. Happy to oblige Sahal!! Thanks for your help…

Nice selection of fruits and vegies and staff alwayhs keep the area clean. I also like the gluten free choices they offer.
