Extremely rude customer service from one particular staff member by the name of Nerida. Her behavior was very abrupt, rough and agressive with rude communication, tisking and banging items on the counter. My experience here is normally very pleasant but however this review is only reflective of one particular staff member.

An older branch that's been serving the community for many years is finally getting a revamp. Old shelves ripped out and replaced with shiny new ones. Tiling, painting, and all of the different sections getting a facelift. Yes, there's going to be disruption for a few weeks but it should all be worth it in the end.

Do not place an online order to be delivered using their Uber service (same day delivery). The uber driver will keep all your shop and the only solution Woollies will give you is to offer a refund that takes 3 business days to process. Stick to click and collect or the old fashion aisle browsing, people.

Although it's close to Christmas I was able to get most of my groceries there except for the bush breakfast cereal which looked to be a supply issue not store fault. Checkout was quick and the lady serving was great (sorry I didn't grab her name - closest reg to self c/o at around 4pm 21/12/23) …

A surprising little gem of a supermarket. Has what you need and some fresh ready to go foods. Our chicken came out hot when we arrived and stayed that way even after we went for a walk on the water's edge. Great location. Good shop to buy a picnic from then head off to the water a few streets away.

They really need to delete their bakery section or get someone in with some idea as their so called “fresh bread” & bread rolls are disgraceful, dry n bland. If ya want your finger in every pie to try n take out the small fella, at-least put some effort in & try to do something quality

The lack of awareness by management to open additional ‘assisted checkout’ lanes during peak periods is mind boggling. Expect to experience a self-serve checkout with a full trolley or wait 15 minutes. Come on management - wake up!

It's a large Woolies with an underground carpark, so on a summer's day, that's a real bonus. It's centrally located, too. Quite a modern fitout. Friendly staff, too.

It is ok, nothing special or better than any other Wollies. One thing I didn't like is the access from Underground parking to Wollies.
