Honestly it depends on who you are dealing with. I was struggling to find my orders because it was through business account. The first guy came out and just told me to repark my spot without actually seeing I am struggling to find my order. Until a very lovely lady came and offered help, I am forever grateful for her kindness.
Been here a few times, but my most recent trip was disappointing. I picked up my box of can drinks, and it wasn't sealed properly the box had opened and all the cans drop everywhere some bursting. The worker just looked away pretending he didn't see anything. Rude.

The perfect place to pick up your purchases, you just arrive at the site and what you had ordered on the page is delivered immediately and very organized, I recommend it.
Awesome staff... this is not a supermarket open to the public... you can't just rock up a d do a shop... you can order online and later on do direct to boot pick up
I love to pick up my groceries from here. The process is fast and the staff are friendly. I pass my local Woolies and 2 Coles to pick up from here.
