Everything was fine, but the problem one girl (waitress) came on a table she said any drinks , i told her ya one coke please she said to me infront of everyone that these drinks only for players ,& i loose 900£ i feel very ashamed on that time ,i told to the lady that how you know that im not playing on a table , she said i saw you . Thats a bad example & unprofessional behaviour of that lady ,then i told i wanna talk to your manager, & i was watching that shez laughing with a gaming manager (morning shift guy) i told that manager as well that i wanna talk to the food & beverage manager he said she apolized you already but she didnt , thats a bad hospitality guys please look into this matter. They realy dont what they wanna talk when they wanna talk . But still we pay her 5£ tips after that she said these words to me ( no more soft drinks for you) strange . I hope you ll take a action if you realy care about your customer.

I'm a regular of the casino even I don't gamble and still love it a lot. The steakhouse is absolute gem, very good service and good standard food, not the affordable steakhouse option of course but in central London is really not bad for what you will get. Sunday all wine is half price so if you enjoy wine can .consider booking a table on Sunday. For gambling is good too, I'd say not a quiet casino because many none regular gamblers there. Bars has good options of cocktails. Only downside is sometimes you'd get bad attitude from some of the staffs, specially on the weekend. That's why I give 4stars instead of 5. But overall is a very fun place with many things to do such shows and comedy as well.

Awesome place staff last night were really attentive and looked after us all extremely well despite being at the end of lockdown almost. For a night out I would definitely go there again with friends and the Manager who was on shift last night navigated us up through the levelled terraces so that we finished up at the top overlooking a great view of the Shard! Really warm despite being outside too from the heaters and it ticks all Covid boxes for a venue to go to atm! Thanks to all the Bar Staff there who were super friendly and to the chef who cooked me a lovely salmon dish and my boyfriend who had a gourmet burger meal which he said was the best beef he had eaten out for a while! 10/10 folks! X

Erika was wonderful, she found as a table in less than 5 minutes when we went downstairs! She also came different times to check on us!!! If all was good, if we need anything else... And we laugh a lot. Thats a customer service who goes extramiles!!! And then we met Gleon who was really prepare and helpful to suggest me a second drink, as I found the first one I choose too sweet. That's the customer service a person should always receive, to don't even mention how clown the bathroom it is... Very impressive! 5 stars are not enough. Thank you for your kindness, that was my first time here and I really enjoyed it... definetly not the last ❤️❤️❤️

SCAM! FRAUD! If I can give negative star I definitely will. Do not gamble in here if you are tourist as they will scam your winning and give it to their member. Didn't even checked cctv and confirmed it's not our bet! Total scam! Not to mentioned the racist treatment we received from the door keeper and all server! Only the bartender is providing good service. All others who work here behave like they are millionaire! You can just go in have a look but do not gamble here! Had dinner at Chop Chop for the first time. The majority of the food was tasty. A tad heavy on the salt on the crispy noodles but the rest was not too bad at all: The steamed sea bass was delicious. Roast duck was good. Veg dishes were alright. Roast pork was ok - would have liked a crispier skin. The mini salt n pepper tofu cubes appetisers were delightful - like pillows lol so good. The salt n pepper squid was also good but a tad salty. Ice creams were fun. William was very attentive, professional and helpful. Great service!

Used to visit a lot specially to have a meal with friend and a nice chat. But the menu was changed which is normal and acceptable they removed the club sandwich now have the new sandwiches in collaboration with the michelin chef but does not have nothing special, completely disappointment as everything in the sandwich was cold, even the bread not even to the toaster! I am not sure if that is how meant to be. Food came all separate and to get attention to someone was a challenge.

Had an amazing evening at magic mike and Helios steak house. Went to the blackjack table and dealt with a horrible man at table AR01 at 10:20pm on 13th December. Scammed me! They were doing a change over AFTER I was told to place my bet which I did then then new guy came over and took my chip without carrying on he stopped the whole game! I asked him to recheck and explain what he just done and she shrugged his shoulders and ignored me

Great place and the staff are amazing apart from 1 mediocre poker room manager, Giovanni. Tried to speak to this guy on a level. Completely did not acknowledge me, didnt make eye contact, was talking to others whilst dealing with me and generally spoke to me like I was beneath him. But all the other staff especially security was great. Someone teach this guy manners n common curtesy. 1 guy like this takes my 5star review down to a 3.

I went here for the Rooftop terrace, with a small group of friends. The place is great if you want a place for conversation, with people coming and going (probably Casino customers), but quieter than any bar in the area, this is great! You order at the table and pay as you order, and they have a great variety of drinks at decent prices. They also serve food, which smelled tasty, but I only had drinks.

Stumbled upon The Hippodrome while trying to find a public bathroom but to my surprise I had actually walked into a gem of a spot. There’s 7 floors of entertainment ranging from table games, electronic games, magic mike show and a rooftop bar to top it off! The staff were friendly and very accommodating and I enjoyed my time while there

Found the perfect spot for a few drinks and a bite to eat on the rooftop terrace. Food really exceeded our expectations.. absolutely lovely and could not fault the friendly and helpful staff, especially Jessy who was great. Wouldn't say it has the best view but fab atmosphere, great value for money; we will definitely visit again.

We were refused entry by security. We were asked how much we had had to drink. I admitted to two drinks. We were told that it was too much. He didn't ask what we had be drinking. Is two drinks really too much according to their policy? It wouldn't have anything to do with us being two men holding hands would it?

And also a special shout-out to the wait staff working the show! One in particular, but didn’t catch his name! All were GREAT!

This place is unbelievable. I’ve been to a few late night eats including duck and waffles and this is by far the best place to come too. I need to shout out Hung who will always do his best to make sure your experience is 10/10. Will be a regular for now on because of Hung and the delicious food.

Not a rip off joint. They do draught beers. I was drinking pints of German wheat beer. About £5.70 a pint. Some night clubs in this area charge £6 for a 33cl bottle. Great Burlesque show. Dress how you like within reason. Open until 4 am. But get there much earlier if you want a seat.

The Hippodrome is always fun to visit - whether you like to gamble or just have a nice drink at the rooftop terrace, the atmosphere is brilliant! It has the nicest staff I've ever interacted with in London. And of course the Magic Mike show is amazing, perfect for girl's night out.

Came for drinks to Permission Lounge pre Magic Mike show. Hostess was really welcoming and friendly. Attentive waiters. Lovely atmosphere and nice pianist. Overall a lovely experience and would return. The casino itself was very nice, bathrooms were clean and had attendants inside.

Absolutely love it here, prob. The nicest casino in London. The vibe is great and much better than most casinos who become very dark and stuffy. This place is wonderful, super service, atmosphere and the restaurant is so good. Everything cooked to perfection. Will be back soon.

Excellent service at the hippodrome, friendly, helpful staff whom were polite and hospitable. They really enhanced our time during our visit. The security staff made us feel safe and the bathrooms were clean and well thought out. It’s the little details that truly make a night.

I was there yesterday with my friend. The show was SO good and the women who performed there…omg, ARTIST. We were in Permission at first and we want to thank the best worker there - Karolina, she was so nice and sweet. Cocktails were amazing. I’ll definitely come back:)

A fantastic venue, during the daytime it has a wonderfully warm, family friendly ambience however if one wishes to experience the night time vibes, they are of course catering for a different demographic entirely. Useful knowing before taking your family after 2200!

Not what I expected, funny, creative, talented and tasteful compare to what one can imagine! All staff around the casino were on it, right attitudes and atmosphere. They did the show and very easy and pleasant experience whether is your cup of tea or not. Thanks!

Beautiful experience. The service was exemplary. We were well looked after by our adopted Grandad William (The Customer Service Manager). Nothing was too much and to top it off, the food was beautiful. We will be back and make it a regular family visit.

Door staff at the main entrance are disrespectful and racist. Casino mid level management and above truly believe they're something special. Back door staff are lovely, cashiers, lower level management and particularly poker room staff are exceptional.

Came here randomly. I was very surprised about how crowded it is in the afternoon. Many tables of black jack, poker and roulette. Great Hall of Fame. I didn't play there but it sure looks cool to do so. Moreover it's the house of Pokerstars live.

Absolutely loved this venue - great bars, modern and vibrant casino area and an excellent basement venue where we watched Burlesque Idol. The drinks were surprisingly reasonable for Leicester Square and I'll definitely be paying another visit.

Spent a few hours at the rooftop bar yesterday and it was the perfect way to relax and chill. Service was great and the bartender created some of the best cocktails I’ve had in my city. The casino overall is clean and everyone seems friendly!

Probably the liveliest poker room in London but the tables are crammed together in a relatively small and poorly ventilated space. The casino itself doesn't offer much, just loads of slots and digital roulette tables. Very professional staff.

I really like this place. It might be a bit busy at times, but it's one the only places you can actually have a drink and chat on a weekend night without all the noise around that you would be in a pub. Prices are quite affordable.

Amazing food, we ordered octopus starter and steak main followed by meringue for dessert. Each course was great, the steak was cooked well and the meringue came out on a steam bed, which is unusual and added flare to the meal.

Very nice looking casino. Nice little quirky smoke areas and large venue. It does feel a bit cramped in there, as well as took us a while to get seated at a poker table. But over all nice experience.

They have renovated a great rooftop bar at which you can smoke at your table. Heaters are on so you don't feel cold. Service is a bit slow but its ok its mainly a place for gambling. Fair enough.

We came for a late night dinner at Chop Chop. We were served by Penny and Bruno- great service with even better food. We had a crispy duck where the pancakes were very thin and delicious…

First time here for a James Bond meet up fantastic 5 star toilets with GHD straightners. We then headed for the rooftop bar which was amazing and will be going back for the next meet up.

Seems like a pretty nice facility. Security is very stringent, and you have to turn any sort of baggage or open water in as you enter. Overall, everybody was pretty helpful and nice.

i went to the magic mike show which by the way was AMAZING. i would recommend everyone to go see it. but the casino itself was nice, the staff was friendly and the door man as well.

Small and crowded compared to the pictures. Most staff were cordial, but there were some with an attitude. Slot machines were pretty much impossible to use, due to so many people.

I went there for a show with friends. The show was great, the venue was nice. However, £15 for a mocktail was shocking! And the loos were really small for the size of the venue.
