Another Grosvenor Casino! Second one in two days! I came here for a hen do on Saturday night and it did not disappoint. The entrance is a bit small compared to the interior, we almost missed it driving down the road! Staff at the reception, as well as the manager catering for us at the restaurant, Ian, were very friendly. We had a bit of delay getting food, but this was mostly because the organiser was taken ill a day before the event and the restaurant did not get our food order. We arrived at 7.30 ish for dinner at 8, but did not really start eating until 10pm. The food however, was highly commended. Bread came with olive oil/balsamic vinegar and it was nice and warm. Calamari starter was huge!!!! That's a normal 3 portion calamari on one plate for one person. Medium rare rump steak was nicely cooked and decent, although of course you can't compare it to other better cut steaks. I saw my friend ordered a shrimp salad and it was also huge. Most of us could not finish our mains. Desserts were gorgeous, I would recommend the apple tart. Unfortunately when the desserts came out none of them had ice cream on it (as per advertised) nor caramel sauce over the salted caramel chocolate tart. They had run out of caramel and so gave us chocolate sauce. We also had to ask them for the custard which was supposed to come with the sticky toffee pudding. 3 of our party members left early and we asked the waitress to bring out their desserts anyway! They brought out 1, and we had to ask her for the other one (when she claimed before she brought all of them out already!) before she "found" another one in the kitchen. Apparently the third asked for a fruit platter which was then cancelled. I don't know guys, I swear we've been cheated one full dessert! The manager Ian was really nice, explained to us what was happening, and also gave us 3 complimentary champagne. We had one left over and I think we left it there, no matter, it was the thought that counts. Drinks were not too expensive at the bar, about £4 per cocktail/shot. We were also given £5 voucher to use at roulette tables and £5 for the slot machines. We had private tuition for maybe 30 minutes at roulette and black jack. A few people won their meal back, or £5, or lost money, but all in all, it was a good night out. Food is super commended here. The chef from Philippines came out to greet us a few times and even served some desserts himself! Awesome!

I visited this casino back in February of this year (2023) during a trip to the U.K. Personally, I don't like to gamble because I feel like it's a waste of money. However, I am giving this casino a review because of the AMAZING staff. We were taking a beating at the blackjack table and were about to head out, but then my bestie ordered a steak and we shared it. Well, that had to be the luckiest steak in London because the tide turned big time! I went from 200 down to breaking even for the entire trip including two nights in Belgium...lol. But in the excitement, we left a bag of souvenirs with the coat check and didn't realize it until we got home. I took a chance and called the casino to see if we left it there because we weren't sure at the time. They said they would check with the staff and let us know. Well, they did just that. They found the bag with all items still there and they covered the shipping costs to ship it to us. We were thrilled and very appreciative. So I felt the least I could do is leave this review and let folks know that if you're ever in London and you want to gamble, give this place a visit because they will take care of you.

Nice casino, friendly staff but a little too busy on the tables people jumping between tables playing on 2 tables at the same time. I asked the dealer if that was allowed and he said it’s normal. Perhaps that should be looked at? Fantastic food! The waiters are warm and welcoming. The food arrived very quickly even though the restaurant was busy and the waiters said it may be delayed because there’s only 1 chef and a lot of customers but it was very quick. The food was delicious, great quality and so much flavour. I asked to speak to the chef as I understood he was on his own and to produce that standard of food on your own is tremendous. He was a nice guy, he said he’s Lebanese so I was impressed because he made some mean noodles. Disappointed there was only 1 Lebanese dish with a Lebanese chef in the kitchen though? I gave him a tip for his service (we tend to forget who actually provides us with what we pay for in restaurants), he was very humble and very grateful. I also spoke to the manager to send my compliments. I would recommend this casino but perhaps don’t be shocked by the table hoppers.

Great poker room - Matt, Hack and the team do a fantastic job making the players feel welcome and comfortable. Good atmosphere and fun cash games in a nice environment - also good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area. Plus a great monthly NLH/PLO round of each tourney they run one Sunday a month

So disappointed in Grosvenor lately. Im a member, who was dressed up but had sandals on. They told me that because of that, my group of friends and I could not come in. We then checked the dress code, and there is absolutely no mention that sandals are not allowed, but says we could wear trainers.

I had a hot new date, and Grosvenor Bayswater was our fate. Hampus was his name, poker was his game Champagne and drinks were flowing, my drunken signs were showing… I passed out on the lobby floor, politely asked to leave out the front door! ❤️ 5* see you next time

A great place to spend an evening but be careful not to lose too much. The restaurant has probably the finest menu. The half pound burgers the steak and the meze the wines all excellent. Edward gives excellent service. All the croupiers and staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Great place to relax and lose money nah ..very friendly team who make you feel comfortable good choice of tables and slots to enjoy ..if there was one downfall it would be the wait for drinks ..but apart from that ...all good …

24 hours casino. People here are quite friendly. Although they are limited by the numbers of gambling table you could ask for table to be open if you want to. There seem to be more patron during the evening than during the morning hours.

I've been visiting this casino chain for three years, but I was disappointed in October. £ 11600 in the second £ 7600 in the third nearly £ 5000. The next day again the same woman on the same machines plays and wins !!! Do you think it

There are no waitress to serve in the bar or in the main floor. The managers Rob and Owen are jokers. So is Thuraivan and Gorgie. An excellent manager is Àndy but due to jealousy the other managers never met him to come up.

Everyone that walks through that door is treated like a million bucks. Not for what they aim to get from you, it's just the way they conduct themselves. I love going there for the hospitality and great time.

I don't gamble but go for a drink when everything else is closed. Great staff. Great service. But really depressing. Could be due to the state I'm in when everyone else has closed though.
