This was an amazing casino. Me and my boyfriend visited for a night out last night and we had a warm welcome, won some money which we bought reasonably priced drinks with. The casino was quiet and relaxing with a great atmosphere. Not only this, but when I requested a Taylor Swift song, the manager and other members of staff went so far as to play a whole 30 minute playlist of her just for me! I’ve never been given such a thoughtful and nice service out before. They went above and beyond to check on me all night and were all so friendly. The staff were funny and joking with me about the Taylor Swift requests and just made so happy. My night was going bad before I came here because I had terrible service at Tiger Tiger and was overcharged and scammed but these guys put a smile back on my face :) Thank you again!

I like the grosvenor Casino, they have a good method for Identify customers and this makes the customer feel at ease when they are inside the cacino 100% better the hypodrome and Empire casino I loved the respectful and professional manner of the manager of this Rialto London casino, Mr Tony Reilly I had a problem at this casino in 11/09/23, when the manager Mr Tony Reilly found out about the problem, he quickly got in touch with me, apologized and offered me compensation, I see excellent quality on the part of this manager who prioritizes the well-being of his customers, Congratulations to Grosvenor casino for having an excellent professional( manage ) to serve customers, congratulations to management Mr Tony Reilly for his excellent work

Amazing place love to spend my time off work here with my friends and family. The day manager Daniel is very nice and always welcomes whenever I am there. Jing on the slots is also very friendly and always takes good care of us. Highly recommend this place to visit and have fun….

Had a wonderful evening today, all the staff were very friendly and helpful through out the night, a special note of thanks to becca, Niki. They made the whole night a lot more enjoyable with there energy. If only more Grosvenor casinos had this wonderful staff

Decent spot last week when i visited. I had a few bevs and played some blackjack, but this week they had a very rude lad running the security out front. Decided to take my money over the Hippodrome instead and was a much better atmosphere to be fair.

Great night at the Rialto!! We wanted to watch the serie A game Juventus Inter and the amazing Daniela sorted out a nice table on the balcony and the game on the big screen for us!! Thanks also to Ben, Peter and Francesco for taking care of us !!!

First time I’ve been here and honestly it’s been so amazing. Met a lovely bartenders named Lauren, Ekateria and Analisa they’ve been so lovely and polite, best time ever!!!! I will definitely be back here and I’ll definitely recommend it

Was at the Grosvenor casino and popped in to the bar. Met a bartender called Nikki what an amazing man, courteous and very knowledgeable about London and an alright guy. Couldn’t do enough for us. Do not loose this guy, he’s a legend !!

Very friendly receptionist. Max and Daniella are very kind and made my day by giving me a great smile and welcome at the entrance. Max is very kind and not a rude bouncer which i get a lot of the times at different casinos.

The karaoke at the back stage tonight was the best night ever! Venue also was stunning with very nice drinks! (Cocktails are very strong so would definitely recommend)!

I had the best Long Island ice tea in the world, it’s really good. I highly recommend the drink. On an other note Alexandra and Lauren were really nice and helpful.
