Today I had the opportunity to visit the much hype, "talked about" sneaker store in town. My first impression wasn't that bad, however, when I requested the salesman if I could try one of their Dunks, he refused stating, "these are highly priced items", hence we cannot allow customers to try. I was blown away by his statement. I then replied stating, why keep a shoe when you don't allow customers to try it. What's good is it for? We (customer) comes to the shop hoping to check the size, fit, and comfort of the shoe and if we like something will eventually buy else we could give just shop online I told him and walked off from the store. There is no respect, no customer service, nor any courtesy from the store and their salesman. It's a shame to have such a shop where none feel welcome! I eventually had purchased it at the Adidas Orignal store in Indiranagar. I think we have lost the basics in sales i.e. "Customer is King". I am sure they are well-educated salesmen, however, I see no morals in them. No matter what you sell, that's the basic funda. I highly doubt such a shop will run for long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STEPPING INSIDE THE STORE. FORGET ABOUT SHOPPING THERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and the order was processed and money transferred from my account. After 3 days, they informed me there would be a delay. I called up the contact number and only THEN was I told that the sneaker was not in stock even though it was shown as available on the website and the order was processed. I have ordered from VegNonveg and Myntra before and never have I received this sort of unprofessional treatment regarding notifying about issues regarding stock or delivery. Better to go to store and buy ,as their website is a joke and cant be trusted with the more-than-average amounts of money they charge.You will be only notified a week after if the item is even in stock but they are happy to take your money in the interim. PS- The payment portal they use also makes sure the money refunded is not done for 5-7 days.So that amount will be lost to you for a week from date of purchase. Buyer beware.

I really like their taste and the sneakers they launch. But Customer service is too weak. They aren't bother to clarify the queries of the customers. 'Placed a prepaid order and more than a week has been passed but they are not bother to give a response to their customers regarding their parcel. Neither the email nor the number provided for the customer service is responding. And I am the who is trying to reach them and emailing and calling them in a daily basis, yet I haven't got the opportunity to have a contact with them.

Very unprofessional service. Their contact numbers listed on the website lead to dead ends and their customer service number is always closed. Had placed an order and mailed them to correct the wrong size. The order was shipped with the wrong size and after multiple calls and messages got through someone who said the order would be picked up the next day. Nothing has happened since then. I wouldn't recommend anybody buy from them. Have had very good experience with most oher sneaker stores online and offline.

Had the worst experience ordering sneakers online from their website. Once you place the order you get a confirmation mail but after that don't expect them to contact you. It was only after I had mailed and called their customer care few times that I got to know that the size I ordered is not available according to them when the website still showed it available. Don't even have the manners to inform a customer about it. Glad that they refunded the amount. Never ordering online from the hyped up names online.

If I could give -5 star rating, I would. Doesn't deserve even 1 star rating for this place. They are just well known because of social media. Period. Extremely unprofessional salespeople who think they are king of sneaker world and look down upon you if you're sneakers ain't shiny enough when you walk in. The sales guy was clearly judging me as if I was a beggar on the streets when I asked him if I could see the sneakers on sale. Went to the nearby Puma store insteadand happily bought new pair of sneakers.

Good place for sneakers. Size might be a problem as demand is usually high. Now the sae part, I tried to contact the store several times on the number mentioned on google, it was always busy. But when I visited the store, I found out that the staff had purposely put the landline receiver off from the phone so no one could connect to them. I do not think they are quite customer centric and post sale services too might suffer. So buy at your own risk.

Placed my first order as I was impressed by the customer reviews, offered prices and sneaker collection. However, they fail at customer service. I ordered Air Max 90 (White), however, both the shoes in the pair had different shades of white and different foam lining as displayed in the image I attached. I returned the order, however, after I asked for refund they just replied once on Whatsapp and their number is not reachable since then.

Had a great experience buying shoes here. The staff were helpful and informative- albeit a bit shy. They don’t necessarily greet you when you enter the store but that’s fine if you’re an introvert. They helped me pick out the right shoe for my needs. The store was clean and well decorated although it suck’s that there is only one mirror in one corner of the store. Overall great experience would definitely come back here again.

Only Superkicks Bangalore is worthwhile. None of the other stores are of any good. The numbers don’t work, Instagram they don’t reply & the customer care number doesn’t work either. Shiva & Deepu from the Bangalore store are the only one who genuinely care about service. Shiva especially sorted an issue I had with a smile. If you’re buying please come to the store & only Bangalore. Rest of them suck big time

The place has some nice and unique shoes. Especially great for collectors. We were there for about 20 min and were neither greeted nor approached to ask if we need anything. They do have some clothes but very little collection. Some sunglasses too but nothing extraordinary. It's a disappointment if you have used their website. Only reason you want to visit is to see the shoes physically

Yesterday I visited the store for the very first time and the staff was really kind, they answered each and every question of mine without showing any hint of trouble on their faces. I tried every pair I wanted without any problem. Kushal was especially helpful, he gave all kinds of advice and was very knowledgeable. You Should definitely visit this place if you are into sneakers.

Visited this store due to my boyfriend's interest in sneakers. However, the staff were neither friendly nor professional. Their treatment of customers was disappointing, lacking empathy. Despite the store's hype, the sneakers they showcased on their website weren't available in-store. On the contrary, 'vegnonveg' provides an excellent service and experience.

Worst showroom experience ever in my life, had been to the store on June 16th 2020 at 16.45, got in the store checked the shoes for 5 minutes, not even a single sales person bothered about the customers. I think they were blind to know that customers had got in the store. Pathetic store

Hugely inferior quality of products received and no refund/replacement saying items on sale are non refundable. Completely waste of money. Never buying from them again and would recommend all friends and contacts to not take the risk with these frauds.

horrible experience. I placed an order and received no updates for the next 4 days. when I wrote to them then instead of getting a response my order got cancelled. when I called them they said technical glitch and the item is actually not in stock.

As mentioned in other reviews it’s true the staff is behaviour was not good at all. I would never buy any such thing from such store where after spending good amount you get this kind of behaviour it’s better to buy from original store only.
