Pathetic Service by Store Manager. My shoe worth 1699 got damaged in a week of usage. (Ridiculous that Bata is known for its quality). On top of that I have now visited this store in HSR Layout twice and still not have been able to get it exchanged. First time I visited for exchange (in same month of purchase) the store had very minimal variety and stock. And this time, I am travelling from 15km to just exchange the shoe, and the store manager says they take exchange only before 5pm. Where did this unwritten rule arise from? Even Bata customer care has no clue about any such rule and the manager was pathetic enough to just snap at the Bata customer care as well when we asked him to talk on phone. So for exchanging my shoe worth 1699, I have already spent 500 bucks today just on cab! What amazing service by BATA and it's stores!?! It's one of the best examples of the oldest brands of India that give zero value to customer satisfaction. Pathetic again!

Bata losing it's name for quality. Shopkeeper is one of the best cheaters out there. I bought a shoe for office use from this store. While buying it, the shameless Shopkeeper mentioned that the shoe will last for 3-4 years easily in any weather condition. The shoe started wearing off within a year. So after almost 18 months, I went to the shop and enquired about the same. The Shopkeeper doesn't even care to bother me and without any shame, he is now saying that this shoe comes only for a year and a half. This guy was all smile while selling it and now not even having guts to look at my eyes. One worst guy. Bottom line : Don't trust the Shopkeeper. Either he is selling some duplicate products or Bata started losing it's name for quality.

The place is slightly in a disarray. Looked inadequately staffed. There were few other customers too and the staff was struggling to handle them all. We managed to catch attention of one to get the shoe size, another to fetch some samples and a third one to complete the sale. Billing was manual on the day we went. Cash and credit cards only accepeted, no other modes of payment. Also, don't get fooled by the big displays proclaiming 50 - 70% off, as the discount applies to only few items kept separately on the floor and does not apply to most of the items we may buy :-) The product looks sturdy and of good quality, reasonably priced.

Been to the showroom several times and each time I visited the showroom the purchase experience was remarkable. The staff were very welcoming, diligent in helping me choose the best product, size and variant that fits my budget. More than anything else I really appreciate the genuine care of the staff in helping me physically, helping me walk around the showroom providing the help a person with disability like me would need. Special thanks to Mis. Priscilla who cared for me as a brother and thanks to her fellow staffs too.. Must visit one stop shop for a great Swiss brand "Bata" and many other quality brand products.

Good place to buy shoes for school going childrens. There are normal casual footwear for childrens but not much varieties and if we zero on a model, there is no expected size. They could improve on it by maintaining the catalogue to check quickly. For Adults there are some varieties of sports, office and casual wears. I liked their Hush-puppies models much. Quality:- As usual it's good . I did not face any issues so far for both Kids and Adults footwear. I have seen ladies hand bag and other footwear accessories. Overall good and convenient store for HSR layout and near by locations.

I had gone after seeing a offer which says 50% sale on Bata products but as usual very few items are available on sale which are either old pieces or not selling models. And which ever items you like, their won't be any discount or offers on those items. More surprisingly most of the products aren't available on display but are available online in which you can get 30% flat discount on item above price of 999. It's better to book online through Bata website.

Visited the HSR 27th main Bata store today to exchange 2 pairs of footwear that I had ordered online but was unfortunately the wrong size. The store did not have same model/article no. in a larger size which was a great disappointment, however the person in-charge - Bhargav provided me with other options and helped me select alternative footwear for the same price. This saved me the trouble of going from store - store. Appreciate the help! Thank you.

Extremely horrible customer service and product quality. I thought it was so comfortable I spent 6000/- on this and with in 6 months this is what has happened. And they are not ready to fix it at all. On the other hand sketchers fixed my shoe even after 1 year also . So my suggestion is if you want to spend this much amount go for good brands and not bata at all, because 6000/- is equal to 6 months than trash your foot ware.

This shop is not disabled friendly. It does not have wheelchair access nor does it have a small elevator inside to access top floor. They have a reasonably good collection Power and Bata shoes but not so much of Hush Puppies. They also have a limited collection of socks. There is much to be improved in the customer service area. They are under staffed and customers are left to fend for themselves .

The staff were aloof and impolite. Had to call them several times to try on a shoe despite the store being nearly empty on a weekday. One guy disappeared after a while and had to ask another to take the product to the billing counter. Despite telling them what my size was (I have worn bata all my life and am very aware of shoe size) the staff tried to push sell one size higher.

We just buyed a formal shoes worth 1700/- 3 Monts ago but unfortunately sole opened then we just went to exchange at the beginning Executive said exchange is only within 15 days or less than 2 Monts but while u purchase he said 6 Monts Max self life but then manager Gopal was good gave ur 75% discount from his side just to satisfy us on new purchase of the same product

Hopeless experience, went there and asked for home delivery..was told 3 days time.. didnt receive the order 1 week.. phone number mentioned in the bill is dead.. call centre folks are another lousy bunch..they say we can't do anything if store manager doesn't pick up the call.. we cant contact him on ur behalf..worst they dont mention order id in the receipt.

Collection doesn't seem to be very trendy...very less new arrivals. Most of the time, same patterns are displayed. No idea, when new arrivals will be released during an year. Really, prices are higher may be due to brand familiarity. If prices are revised to tag at reasonable rate, Bata can have more repeated customers as like in early days...

The staff under the ladies and children's section is almost always in a bad mood.Rude to respond and disinterested of you choose to try more than 2 pairs of anything. Firstly there is never any stock of popular products like children's school.shoes. the only reason I still am stuck at visiting this centre is the the proximity to my residence.

Bata had been the name for quality in every indian mind. But it isn't so anymore. Service is poor and inadequate and non professional service. Less stock. They say new arrival every Friday but it is not true. Very few models that can compete with brands like Adidas and Nike and then when you like it they will say stock is unavailable.

Great service, good value for money, this shop is near Agara Lake that is like the last shop when you are coming from CPWD side it's almost a 2km road... But yes, worth a visit all staff members are humble enough, to help you with finding the perfect shoe size. Also, it's bata so you get comfortable, durable, worth every penny buy!

Worst staff. They girls and boys are busy giggling and chatting with each other. They somehow do not have a clue about helping out costumers even if it’s a small kid trying to make sense of the lace or whatever. The fellow at the billing counter is quiet rude. Overall if you want to buy BATA items please look for other stores.

Poor service and bata quality has really slumped. After 5 days of wearing stitches started coming off....store refused to exchange. I had to complain online with full details and then got the shoes exchanged yesterday. So to buy one set of shoes i had to make three trips to the shop (including one failed attempt to exchange)

The behavior of the store guys was like SBI people. They gave an impression like why you came to the store. They compiled me to go to liberty and save time. I learned one thing from how to delegate the work and never fulfill the same. I hope they will ramp up themselves in the fast-moving world. Best of luck.

The shop is nice, but the staff is not friendly. My shoe size is 8, and I was asked to visit the men's section!!! How rude can they be with their customers? While they had sandals of my size. And i found a very good pair. The collection is good there, but the only issue is the staff is not cooperative.

Good shop though they have limited options for ballerina. Also I noticed a sale going in the Mumbai show room but didn't have time to buy. So the next day I visited this Bata showroom of HSR, Bangalore and to my surprise, this show room didn't have any sales on selected products.

Good Bata store, with premium brands on the ground floor and rest in the upper floor. School shoes are available here. Sales guys are not very interested in selling and one may have to push them to improve store's revenue. Very Limited parking (on the road).

Least helpful staff… not bothered about customers. Mostly out of stock… can’t find the other pair of display product… employee attitude is so bad that I don’t want to shop at Bata again! Even when I told him that I will put a review… he just walked away!

Unprofessional attitude, staff not interested in their jobs. When I complained about it to the manager, he is also like I don't care. Perhaps the worst bata showroom I've ever stepped in, no concern for customers, busy in their own world (not sure what).

This is a decent Bata store. Well located at beginning of 27th Main, the shopping destination in HSR Layout. Quite spacious spread over two floors. Good area in the front too. Parking is available in the road and you will get except during peak hours.

Staff didn't pay the attention to customers. I had asked twice for the help. Store was good but they don't have latest collections & sizes. if they are showing the products, that should be available for all sizes right? They are not having all sizes.

Worst sales people.. rude manner of speaking and extremely unhelpful for finding sizes. The HSR 27th main location is the worst Bata I have ever visited. Skip this location and go for a different location.I would give no star if that was an option.

Store is good, collection is also fine. Staff behaviour is also good but they give you shoes just in a box to carry. I mean like you are buying 4k shoe and they are saying carry it in your hand Seriously what customer service the store has …

Bata was good but it has also become expensive. It's no longer the economical, most affordable shoe brand it used to be. I just bought a kid shoe for 1300. The starting range either doesn't have all sizes or is heavy and not ergonomic. It's sad

Asked to home deliver shoes. But they have sent it to wrong address and I had to call the customer care n go to the store many times to get refund. Each time I made a call I got improper responses. Irresponsible staff. N very less collection.

No discounts. Way understaffed. U will have to wait for hours to get noticed by staff. And if u ask them about the size u will get the answer half n hr after. I waited for almost an hour and ordered online when i get no response

These two people are worthless here. As if busier than the PM of the country, they can't stand the customer asking questions about the size and type of shoe availability. They were very rude and treated me with utter disrespect

Pathetic service.odd sizes available, stocked out on regular ones. Staff is rude and isn't interested to show anything. Not even the size recommendation. Better to order online than visit this store. Waste of time

Staff seemed to be confused and was in hurry to end her shift. Her interest of showing products was least, had to look out for the shoe size on my own else the lady kept denying for the shoe size I asked.

Not a great store, went to buy shoes for my daughter, had very limited options. Among the limited stock, what we had selected based on budget, her sizes were not available. Don't think i will visit again

The store is not so bad just the fact that they have only their products which is not bad btw but I would have loved if they could provide a little more good collections here and good service too...

Good Sliders which i brought at Bata HSR Sector 1 Recently. Also the staff are very friendly especially Princy who suggested me quality and affordable Sandals and shoes. Visiting soon again.

Extremely poor parking and the building owner has provided no area for parking. Invariably you end up making a chaotic and poor building structure. Pathetic building infrastructure overall.

Prices are reasonable. Quality of shoes have come down over a period of time. Not too many models to choose from. Located on 27th Main HSR layout closer to ORR. Parking is not an issue.

Staff over worked. Okay collection. Many sizes not available and some models the sizes seem mislabelled. Wish had more full black options including the visible parts of sole and welt

Always a fan of Bata. Ms Princy in the store is very helpful. Collection is good and if size isn't avlbl, they get it for us from other Bata outlets and courier. Really happy!

Has a huge collection men on ground and ladies on first floor. Very spacious shop. Plenty of choice in all price ranges and some smart designs. I would surely visit again.

Staff is late. They mention 10 AM but apparently showing shoes to a customer is beneath the cashier’s dignity. Asked me to wait for half an hour as he has “other” work.

Very good Bata store. Good collection of footwear’s. Courteous staff & helpful. Princy from the staff helped us to find the right size for the selected footwear.

The shopkeeper planned to mint money through all the ways possible. Doesn't even offer a carry bag and expects to carry the footwear on the head!!

Good collection for both men, kids and women. Staff are helpful. Parking is on the roadside . Hdfc cards may have occasional cashback offers.

No discounts, msg will come with discount coupons but they don't accept, very limited products, staff never mind.. below average experience..
